reloaded an old save to get kylar to kidnap me, got stockholm syndrome and then cried because i couldn't stop thinking about how genuinely upsetting and sad kylar's whole life is, how messed up he's become from YEARS of isolation, abuse and exile. from having to watch his parents he clearly still cares for in some way, turn into monsters. from having his best friend abandon him for reasons he probably did not understand at the time. no wonder he's like this, and no wonder he so desperately and obsessively latched onto the one person who treated him like he was human, too. i wish i could hold him </3

Huling Sayaw (ft. Kyla) Translation

Third translation here and this one is extremely nostalgic! Huling Sayaw is part of Kamikazee's Romantico series and is part of a longer song series which includes their other songs Halik and Tagpuan. This was extremely popular during my junior high school and would often get most of the crowd singing and drumming along. I remember an indie band had come to perform in our school for an event and they did a cover of this song and some 600 students from our batch sang along. This is honestly the song for your doomed ships.

I finally downloaded some of the games on my must play list recently and funnily enough my favourite one I've played is the one i found on accident. I was going to download this game "littlewood" and below it I saw "Little witch in the woods" If not for my love of witches, then atleast for the Halloween spirit. I decided to download it.

AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Ellie is such a charming protagonist, she reminds me a lot of Akko from little witch academia. And her dynamic with virgil is nothing short of amusing. Although I haven't played "potions permit" because it is refusing to work on my laptop for some reason, based on the descriptions I've seen I'd say they're pretty similar.

The game mostly focuses on collecting ingredients for potions and making said potions. It's a pretty chill game, nothing's scary so far like I'd fear. It also has its own storylines that I've enjoyed playing through and I love the characters they have so far.

None of them are dateable yet, I'm not sure if there will be any but I sure hope so. ( PLS PLS PLS PLS MAKE ROY DATEABLE PLSSSSS )

Unfortunately it's not a finished game, I played through early access. I'm pretty sure it's on steam but I downloaded it on steamunlocked because im poor. Pleaseeeeeee try the game, and if you have the means buy it on steam and support the devs. 🙏🙏

Mun's Note: Continuing from this but in a new thread. Will be keeping this friendly and domestic until either Dominic or Kyla decides where their friendship (relationship?) will go. I'd be more than happy to talk it over with you in the DMs.

For last 6 hours or so, Dominic stayed where he was on the bed. His arms, legs and everywhere else in his body had not moved a muscle. Not since Kyla fell peacefully asleep with her head resting softly and comfortably against his chest and the rhythm of her breathing slow but normal. He stopped smoothing his thumb over her cheek and he watched her for a little while longer until he was sure she was sleeping after a long, exhausted day of work.

It wasn't long before he noticed the sky beginning to turn light blue from her window and he realized that the sun will be rising very soon. Luckily for him, he didn't have to worry about being burned alive by the sunlight. The difference between him and his father is that Byron had to wear a ring with lapis lazuli and he had a witch he knew who casted a spell in order for it to work. As a result of it, he was able to walk around in broad daylight without an issue. Despite being born a half-breed, Dominic didn't have to wear a piece of jewelry to protect himself from the sun and unlike Edward Cullen, he does not sparkle.

Without waking up Kyla, he gently moved her head away from his chest and laid it against the pillow he was leaning on during the night. He then slowly and very quietly sat up from the bed, picked up his shoes and walked over the other side to pick up his jacket, carrying it over his shoulder. He looked down at her for another minute before leaving her alone in the bedroom and walking downstairs to the kitchen.

Once he was there, he opened the refrigerator door to pick up a few things he can use to make breakfast for the two of them. Eggs, shredded cheese, bacon, sausage and a jar of jam. He also managed to pick up the equipment he needed. A small bowl, two forks, two plates, a spatula, two medium-sized pans and two butter knives. He dumped out the water from the electric kettle that was previously used and filled it with fresh water before pushing the button for it to start boiling.

Dominic was certain he got everything he needed but at the same time, he couldn't help but feel that something was missing and he couldn't figure out what it was. He let the thought go and started cooking, placing two slices of bread in the toaster, spraying the pan with an olive oil spray and cracking open two eggs before beating them with a fork.

Throughout his life, he had never done anything as domestic, friendly and thoughtful as cooking breakfast for someone he knew for only a short period of time. He had only done it for his aunt Katherine and his godmother Lucy but never with someone as beautiful, kind and humorous as Kyla. He knew she'll have questions about him and his family she does not yet know and he'll have to be careful how to answer her. The last thing he wanted to do was to hurt her feelings by not being truthful to her. Friendships and relationships are built on trust, loyalty, respect and support for one another. It has to be earned naturally, not a spell to be casted by someone with magic powers. Friends don't let friends lie to each other and as far as he knew, Dominic was never a liar.

His thoughts ran deep into his brain but remained focus as he poured the beaten eggs into the pan and opened a bag of shredded cheese while waiting for the right moment for him to start sprinkling on it. With his enhanced hearing, he can hear someone walking down the stairs and he smiled when he saw who it was.
