Not sure if anyone's made a post like this before but Red dwarf really is the show of all time

It's got a genderswap episode, its got a bodyswap episode, it's got multiple clone episodes, plenty of alternate universes and a simply iconic musical number despite the fact that its not a musical show by any means

theres a trans computer, two counts of mpreg, insane levels of homosexual behavior and a robot who goes through a midlife crisis

it's got the most repressed man in existence who also happens to be dead, literally the most optimistic last human alive (seriously, how is he so positive all the time) and a dude with frankly the best wardrobe ever who also happens to be literally a cat

Theres dodgy BBC budget practical effects (which I love), copious moments which are insane in and out of context, sets that are held together with blu tac and a cult following that could probably once destroy anything

It's got that season which not many people like to talk about (cough 8, cough), one of the creators left halfway through and they've all been doing It for over 35 years and are still going somehow

God I love it so much, it really is the show of all time

here it is, my final kochanski cosplay from syd supernova!! so happy with how it turned out >o<

a few details about this cosplay:

- ONE WHOLE PERSON RECOGNISED WHO I WAS! i was hoping for more but one is good. he fully came up and said “i’m sorry, are you kristine kochanski from red dwarf?”. he recognised my london jets tote bag too teehee

- she wears a watch! i didn’t even notice! mines not as chunky as hers though

- the bazookoid buttons don’t work :(

- i was going to wear a wig but couldn’t style one in time

- the bazookoid was so awkward to carry around, but i’m sure i looked cool as fuck

but ya that’s all! super fun to cosplay her and probably will again, but my main priority now is decking out a full ghostbusters cosplay. wish me luck 🤞

I have the script book of Series VIII and was having a flick through and found some nice pics to share that I'm not sure anyone without the book will have seen so.....behold I guess?

I know this isn't anyone's favourite series by a long shot but I wanted to share a couple of bits from this book that I felt others might enjoy despite all that everyone dislikes about the episodes I hope we can all agree the cast clearly had fun being back together again and I feel it shows in the behind the scenes/Smeg ups from this series a lot.
