What is the Hype around the very trending keto diet? KETO is the most popular diet plan in the USA and currently Weight Watchers is losing market share and down trending due to the popularity of the keto diet. What is keto all about? Keto comes from the word ketosis. Ketosis is the state of running your body on fat. Traditional keto is high fat, moderate amount of protein and low carbs. There are different ways to do keto and we recommend the Healthy Keto Plan which includes and promotes great amount of organic vegetables to get your vitamins and minerals from natural sources, moderate amount of protein from high quality grass fed meat, wild caught fish and pasture raised eggs. You would think that high fat means drinking the heavy whipping cream from the box, eating butter with a spoon or eating a stack of bacon every day. You can’t be more wrong when comes to healthy keto. Healthy Keto promotes healthy fats from nuts and seeds, avocados, nut butters, olives, coconut oil and olive oils. Healthy keto recommends cutting out all the good stuff: bread, pasta, crackers, musli, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, sugar, sugary fruit and vegetable juices, morning cheerios and processed foods.
