Lizdek and Lindie presents: Not Enough
Very powerful song
Tumblr media
Lizdek it's an electronic artist from Kelowna, bc
Glass EP have 2 songs. Not Enough with Lindie, and Glass with Hex Cougar and SADRN.
About Not Enough, the artist said:
"I've always had a thing for airy, ambient vocals and instrumentation. I met Lindie through a mutual way back, and she happened to eventually capture that same tone in her own sound without me even realizing it months later. I have a vivid memory of myself in session with some friends when she sent the first draft of the vocals and chords of this song to me. I took the time to throw headphones on to listen right then and there. It was one of the few times I can recall a demo sending chills down my spine involuntarily. So yeah, so much love for her and what she's doing musically"
Music via Alter/Ego.
BIO:
Lizdek made his foray into electronic music with an intricate and lush sound evident in his earlier works. He subsequently garnered recognition as a regular artist associated with Sable Valley, showcasing a more fierce musical persona.
The dual nature of his musical style played a pivotal role in establishing his presence, as reflected in his singles released with Barong Family and Space Yacht, and in collaborations with contemporaries like NAZAAR and Godlands.
In recent times, Lizdek has received support from prominent figures in the trap and dubstep scenes, including RL Grime, Ekali, Zeds Dead, Alison Wonderland, Eliminate, Moore Kismet, NGHTMRE, and others. This recognition, along with his more recent success through EDM reworks of Central Cee and Black Eyed Peas records, underscores his growing impact and influence within the electronic music sphere.

The Helicopter Elopement in West Kelowna, BC

September 8, 2023 As the warm sun began its descent behind the majestic mountains of British Columbia, casting a golden glow over the rugged landscape, I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. This was no ordinary photography assignment - it was a helicopter elopement to a mountain called Little White, nestled within the heart of the stunning Big White region.
Elopements have always held a special place in my heart. There's something incredibly intimate and raw about these quiet celebrations of love, where couples embrace the freedom to exchange vows in unconventional settings. It is a privilege for me as a photographer to document these profoundly personal moments, encapsulating the emotions and memories that will last a lifetime.
The notion of eloping has evolved over time, shedding its earlier connotations of secrecy and rebellion. Today, it symbolizes a deliberate choice to break away from tradition and immerse oneself in the beauty of nature, proclaiming love without societal expectations. And what better backdrop than the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia to amplify this sense of freedom?
As we soared above the picturesque landscape in the helicopter, it felt like the world had faded away, leaving only the couple, their love, and the wild beauty that surrounded us. The energy in the air was palpable, a blend of anticipation, joy, and a touch of nervousness. It was an honor to witness these emotions intertwine, creating a unique tapestry of love.
Little White Mountain, with its undulating peaks and valleys, served as the perfect canvas for this romantic journey. The soft hues of pink and orange, painted by the setting sun, brushed against the granite cliffs, breathing a sense of magic into the scene. It was as if nature itself had conspired to add an ethereal touch to this heartfelt exchange of vows.
As a photographer, I am not merely an observer; instead, I become a storyteller, capturing fleeting moments that unfold before me. Guided by my instinct, I frame each shot carefully, weaving together elements of composition, light, and emotion to create visual narratives that transcend time.
During my journey as a photographer, I have learned that my own growth is intertwined with every couple I have the privilege to photograph. Each unique love story leaves an indelible mark on my creative spirit, shaping and sculpting me as an artist. The trust and vulnerability shared during an elopement push me to explore deeper within myself, harnessing not just technical skills but also emotional sensitivity.
It is within these intimate celebrations that I have found solace and inspiration, reminding myself why I chose this path in the first place. The lure of adventure, the thrill of capturing moments suspended in time, and the shared human experience have all shaped my evolution as a photographer. The photographs are not just images; they represent a piece of my journey, a testament to my growth and passion.
As the helicopter descended back to solid ground, and the couple's laughter-filled the air, I couldn't help but marvel at the transformative power of love and nature. The elopement to Little White Mountain had spawned a kaleidoscope of emotions within me - a mixture of joy, gratitude, and awe. And in that moment, I knew that my own journey had taken another step forward, reaffirming my connection with this craft I adore.
So here's to elopements, to British Columbia, and to the incredible privilege of being a storyteller. Each experience, like this helicopter elopement to Little White Mountain, continues to redefine my sense of purpose and reminds me of the remarkable beauty that lies within every love story. Helicopter Service: Valhalla Helcipters I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an incredible adventure with a certain helicopter service that ensured an extraordinary journey. During the flight, I realized that the pilots were not only highly skilled but also remarkably knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Their expert guidance led us to breathtaking spots along the way, revealing the true beauty of the landscapes below. It was evident that the pilots knew all the best spots, and I would highly recommend future passengers to trust their recommendations wholeheartedly. Whether you are a nature enthusiast, adventure seeker, or simply looking for a memorable experience, this helicopter service, Valhalla Helicopters, guarantees an unparalleled journey.
