Every time I write Akita, I make it where her village was stormed about 4 years before the Ninja got there. Like, I know it canonically happened 60 years before, but I find it hard to believe that she waited that long to enact revenge. No one’s gonna wait that long to do something that’s caused by an all consuming rage. It’s also hard to believe the Ice Emperor would keep Kataru alive that long considering he’s the only prisoner they have. So, yeah, 4 years makes the most sense to me.
