Darakarka(spouse indicator planet) in Vedic Astrology:
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5c7d0f538d1a17728e05a7aedd502aca/2d2ce4156ef78299-c5/s540x810/c896333bc0ed1403b7e979ed3e4e5340be44d441.jpg)
> Darakarka is basically the planet with the lowest degrees in your Vedic Astrological Chart (D1/birth chart).
> Darakarka = your life partner
> To find your Darakarka, all you need to do is check the planet which was at the lowest degrees at the time of your birth.
> Rahu and Ketu being shadow planets are not considered as Darakarka or any kind of other Jaimini karka.
Different planets as Darakarka:
1) Sun as Darakarka:
- Sun as your Darakarka planet means that your spouse is likely going to very reputed, authoritative, regal, leadership oriented, may have a big ego *in some cases*, confident and headstrong individual.
- Sun as Darakarka can also give you a spouse that is older than you. Mostly individuals which are hard to please or convince are seen as the partner of the person whose Sun is at the lowest degrees.
- Sun also gives a bit of extra/additional ego battles within the relationship so this thing is to be noticed and taken care of as it is the only big minus point for someone who has Sun as the Darakarka but apart from all this the spouse is going to be a creative, loyal and a great leader (in their field).
2) Moon as Darakarka:
- Moon as your Darakarka planet gives you a spouse who's going to be very emotional, intuitive, nurturing, caring, sensitive and childish spouse(not literally but will likely be the younger one in the relationship).
- Moon as Darakarka will give you a spouse who is younger than you. Someone with Moon as Darakarka gives you a spouse who is quite sensitive and emotional (might start crying when having an argument).
- Moon as DK will give you a spouse who is intuitively connected to you and you will be able to feel that emotional connection with your spouse mostly. Your spouse will make you content from all spheres emotionally.
3) Venus as Darakarka:
- Venus as your Darakarka planet will give you a spouse who is very fashionable, diplomatic, charismatic , foodie & a balanced spouse. The spouse would also have a lot of friends due to his/her outgoing nature.
- Venus as DK have higher chances of giving you a spouse which is younger than you(in most of the cases). Your spouse might at times hate arguments or fights with you since they like to maintain the peace & harmony within their relationship.
- Venus as DK will give you a spouse who will have a great sense of humor, will know and accept when it's their fault & will also treat you like their King/Queen. More focus here is on the materialistic and spiritual side as your spouse would love to be of service to you.
4) Mercury as Darakarka:
- Mercury as Darakarka planet will give you a spouse who is very talkative, intellectual, lover of gossips, analytical and sharp minded. You will also get a spouse who will love to have late night conversations with you.
- Mercury as DK will give you a younger spouse who will likely be very quick thinker and would talk quite fast *at times*. Your spouse would love to have debate with you at times which will mostly be intellectually stimulating conversations.
- Mercury as DK will also give you a spouse who is a very good communicator and knows how to switch between being an extrovert and an introvert according to the given situation. Also your spouse is likely to be quite hardworking as well and at times might take on too much work.
5) Mars as Darakarka:
- Mars as your Darakarka planet will give you a very physically active, fit, attractive, sensual, short tempered & devoted spouse. The only bad thing about this is that you're spouse can get argumentative or upset very easily due to their short temper.
- Mars as DK most of the times give a spouse that is very active physically. They don't like sitting still and do nothing, and are likely to indulge in different kinds of sports and activities due to their high energy/stamina. *Best Darakarka for someone who wants a spouse that is more sexually active than them*.
- Mars as DK will also give you a spouse who will be very honest, assertive, loyal, proactive & would also be quite touchy with you since their love language is mostly physical. They tend to speak less about love and show it through their actions most of the times.
6) Jupiter as Darakarka:
- Jupiter as your Darakarka planet will give you a spiritual, noble, wise, optimistic, funny, charitable and broad minded spouse. Your spouse would bring good fortune into your life as soon as you meet them or get married.
- Jupiter as DK also blesses you with a spouse who might be older or more mature than you but is likely going to be the "Life of the party" kind of person, who will bring many new changes into your life.
- Jupiter as DK will also give you a spouse who likes travelling, adventures, philosophy and religion etc. They will be quite spiritual and would also be interested in pursuing higher studies (post grad etc).
7) Saturn as Darakarka:
- Saturn as Darakarka planet will give you a serious, humble, soft hearted but rough exterior, hard-working, disciplined, ambitious and a humane spouse. They will have a unique yet one of the best "Resting B**ch Face".
- Saturn as DK will give you a spouse who's quite older than you or on top of that he/she could even be way too mature than you due to having experienced difficulties in childhood.
- Saturn as DK will also give you a spouse who is very intense, passionate, stoic and hard on themselves kind of a person. They will also be quite successful & have a big heart which means they will have Humanitarian qualities to them.
*Vedic Astrology should be used as a tool to understand more about your hidden self. It's not meant to know just about your future for fun without acknowledging the Present moment*

Exploring the Hunku - By Jake Norton (part 1)
I guess part of me has always been an explorer.
No, not that kind of capital "E" Explorer - I haven’t discovered new lands, walked off the map, completed bold first ascents or any of that headline-grabbing stuff. But, I’ve been fortunate enough in my travels and adventures to wander off the beaten path somewhat, to explore terrain that, if not new to the world, is new to me, unfamiliar in all ways, be it on Everest’s North Face, the slopes of Gurla Mandhata, my own back yard, or elsewhere.
Our venture up the Hunku Khola from Chheskam to Kongme Dingma was just such an exploration. Sam and I and our team were not in uncharted waters; if we’re being honest, there is little in Nepal outside the extreme alpine realm that has not seen the feet of a herder or the staff of wandering ascetic over the ages. No, the Hunku is well known to the Kulung Rai and other locals, but not so to the outside world. I know of only a handful of people who have been up there before, one being Tim Macartney-snape, and if you know him and his history he’s not one for following the known path. So on December 6, we headed off into the somewhat unknown.
Sunset at camp 1 on the Mahakulung Muddhi-Kongmedingma Trail at the Mangan Khola.
Sam hikes up through lush forests of the Hunku Valley.
Our amazing team taking a breather.
New ways to traverse cliffside trails.
Steep and slick but full of beauty.
The new trail - dubbed by the excited community of Mahakulung as the Mahakulung Muddhi-Kongmedingma Trail - follows the Hunku Khola as it roars through a narrow canyon of its own creation. Unlike many treks in the Nepal Himalaya - and quite different than its nearby neighbor, Khumbu - this trail ambles through dense jungle, towering forests of East Himalayan Fir (Abies spectabilis), Musure Katus (Himalayan beech, Castanopsis tribuloides), Bull oak (Quercus lamellosa), Himalayan birch (Betula utilis), and rhododendron (both falconeri and arboreum). It’s a misty place as well, with afternoon cloud wafting up the valley, enshrouding the landscape in mystical ether turning to ethereal ice during the night.
While the Hunku finds its source up high in the melting ice of the Hunku Glacier on Baruntse and the alpine lakes of Seto Pokhari and Paanch Pokhari, its power is fed downstream by countless tributaries large and small, azure cascades coming down from numerous unnamed 5,000 meter peaks and larger, named ones like Naulekh and Mera. Thankfully, the municipalities of Mahakulung (Gudel, Bung, and Chheskam) built bridges across most, ranging from simple trusses to deluxe covered bridges and simple sticks-on-rocks for yet others still.
Sam shows his excitement at finding scat of a large leopard on the trail.
Bamboo tickets and high peaks.
A new bridge on day 3 crossing a tributary to the Hunku Khola. Bridges were built by locals from Mahakulung.
A new suspension bridge crosses the Hunku Khola on day 4.
Chilly mornings.
The boys on a break. Left to right: Sam Heughan, Tshering Dorje Sherpa, Gopal Magar, Karka Kulung Rai, and Jhanak Karki.
Sam crosses a less-modern - and fully iced - bridge on the upper Hunku Khola.
Porters crossing an old wooden bridge on the Hunku Khola.
Our trail - choked at times with bamboo or slick with mud, glazed with ice - meandered along the Hunku’s path. Folded as they are, the Himalaya do not lend themselves to easy trails, however, and the Muddhi-Kongmedingma is no exception: a straight line from Point A to Point B is rarely possible, with Ridge C and Valley D more often standing in the way. While most days the trail had a net gain of about 1500 vertical feet, we’d easily double that with ups and downs along the way.
But, that’s not to say days were hard; they were, taken all together, about perfect. Much of that is thanks to our team, and wonderfully motley crew of folks helping schlep our gear and prepare meals and keep us company along the way. And, this being the first real commercial trip up the valley, we never knew with certainty where the next flat ground would be found and if it would have water nearby. So, some days were cut short, some were stretched longer. Vagaries of the valley forced the abandonment of one acclimatization day at Watelma Chaur, but to little consquence: we were nimble, Sam was strong, our team able.
Six days of fairly magical, mystical trekking took us through climatic zones from forest to alpine, through sun and snow and ice, mornings of frost to afternoons of heat and frigid nights tempered by a blazing fire. We found scat from jungle cats (Asiatic wildcat? Maybe, but quite doubtful.) and leopards (common or snow, we do not know), enjoyed unspoiled nature at its best, and barely a trace of humanity - not a lodge, not a house, not a helicopter or plane. The only person outside our team we encountered until Khumbu was a resourceful Sherpa named Gelu from near Bung who heard of our affinity for both jhway kathe (raksi heated and adorned with sauteed fenugreek) and tongba (fermented millet prepared as a delicious hot drink) and decided we were a good business proposition, hauling several liters of both in his doko up valley. (Note, his instincts proved remarkably correct.)
Jhanak Karki, skull shaman.
Keeping warm by the fire at camp on day 4.
Misty morning majesty.
Fresh snow helped make day 5 on the Mahakulung Muddhi-Kongmedingma Trail even more stunning.
Steep and slippery demands creativity.
Sam enjoys a cold head shower along the trail.
Sun, shadow, and cloud play on the shoulders of Naulekh.
Sunset at our tiny cliff camp on the Hunku Khola.
Eventually, we emerged from the forest some 2500 feet below Kongme Dingma and entered the subalpine zone. Here, along with incresingly majestic views of Naulekh and Peak 41 and Chamlang and more, we bushwhacked for an hour through sprawling hillsides of sunpati (dwarf rhododendron, or Rhododendron anthopogon), which is used in most incense from South Asia. So strong and fresh, every step released a burst of aroma making the whole valley akin to walking around Bodhanath during times of prayer. Amazing.
And then, the pain began.
Not bad pain, but certainly some, the hurt of altitude and the cold that comes along with it, the toll extracted physiologically, penance for the privilege of the high country. And, like a first marathon or a first drunk, it hits the uninitiated hardest. We made it to Kongme Dingma, a small, vacant settlement at 15,750 feet, windswept and austere beneath the towering giants of Peak 41, Naulekh, and Chamlang. For Sam and Jhanak, each step of the last 3000+ feet was an altitude record, and inevitably the night brought with it headache and lassitude, the hallmarks up here. But, they fired back with their own hallmarks - grit and positivity.
We spent the night sheltering from demonic, 60 mph wind gusts under Gelu’s tarp-roofed hut. Dung-seasoned dust whipped about as we ate dal bhat, played cards with the team, laughed and talked and smiled and knew that this too would pass, tomorrow would dawn another day.
Altitude is a fickle thing, each person’s specific physiology responding differently to it. Until you’ve been up high, it’s generally a mystery as to how you’ll do, how your body will adapt - or not - to the dearth of oxygen. Some do well, some less so, but most will get it sorted out if given time and tools. Time is the keystone, as the body is working overtime to produce red blood cells and increase hypoxic efficiency; thus, a day off, an active rest day, at Kongme Dingma was essential to let the body do its thing.
Sam taking it all in as we leave the forest and enter the alpine.
Chamlang - the sentinel of the Hunku - was hidden for days but finally shows itself in the upper valley.
Gelu, our friend and beverage purveyor, stops for a tea and dal bhat break on the trail.
Sam Heughan taking it all in high on the Mahakulung Muddhi-Kongmedingma Trail.
Enjoying the views high on the Muddhi-Kongmedingma Trail.

[GRIPPING MY HEAD AND GROANING, OVERCOME WITH VISIONS OF TORMENT] thinkign about. glyndwr, champion of vlast,
my first thought was "vlast lives au" but it doesn't even have to be that. it can be that he WAS always meant to be vlast's champion but ... well. sucks. and actually he probably wouldn't even know bc he doesn't remember his dream/wyld hunt at all (and if he DID know it would drive him into a delirious hateful breakdown bc over the years he has developed a phobia of one day remembering his wyld hunt, or finding out that everything in his life HAS been in service of a forgotten hunt whether he meant it to be or not. he does not want to know.)
i have already been kicking around the idea of glyn having this. very very bad habit, after PoF, of prowling the mists kind of voyeuristically looking in on other timelines (alan heavily disapproves of this and worries about him a lot, merrit hates it and worries about him a lot, rytlock thinks it is a really bad idea but still got tricked into giving over some tips, canach hates it but won't bring it up bc they are both so fiercely independent that sometimes it means they mutually fail to do things like, uh, "Talking About My Needs, Opinions, and Feelings in Regards to Our Relationship, Lest I Infringe Upon Your Will"). he thinks about vlast a lot. he thinks about rytlock's fuckup a lot. he knows, obviously, that sulking around peering into smudgy windows between realities hoping you get a glimpse of a timeline where things went better is an astonishingly bad idea.
(i mean, like, what would you even do if you found one. kill that glyndwr and steal his life? ha ha ha! that's, that's wacky. you wouldn't do that.)
and maybe one day he looks through a rift and sees himself with vlast. shining as brightly as alan does with aurene. infinitely stronger, OBVIOUSLY stronger. not just accepted by the world but beloved, TRULY thought of as a hero (because he's never been that to tyria, no matter what he does — alan is the hero of tyria. glyndwr is a necessary evil, a weapon that makes everyone uncomfortable but is too valuable to set aside. he jokes about it all the time. because he thinks about it all the time.)
maybe he keeps coming back to that window. maybe he sees that he's still WITH alan in that timeline. maybe he sees so much less death, there. so many more victories. how can there not be, with another dragon on your side?
but maybe he doesn't see merrit. or canach, for that matter. maybe the lorelei he sees at alan's side isn't the same, in ways he feels discomfited by.
maybe one day he gets spotted. he knows better, but he can't help speaking. maybe he asks about canach.
and glyndwr, champion of vlast, barely remembers. it takes him a second; when he finally makes the connection, he seems a little amused. "oh, canach. that wayward secondborn — the one i put down in southsun."
(in glyn's timeline, after all, it was alan who handled all that — and he'd always rather put someone in handcuffs before he puts them in a box. not like glyn.)
(in glyn's timeline, after all, he was insulted that the thing even came across his desk — a karka infestation? for fuck's sake. as if he didn't have better things to do.)
(in glyn's timeline, after all, they've even joked about it, laying in bed — "it's a good thing it WASN'T you, dear. we would have just killed each other!" ha, ha —)
this is when he should have left. especially when he already wants to leap on his doppelganger and strangle him to death, because at every moment he's seeming like less a mockery of everything that's gone wrong in his world and more a mockery of every way he's managed to better himself.
but, as always, glyn can't help himself. he has to ask about merrit. he has to. her absense has been so conspicuous, every time he's stopped to spy on this world (and how many times has it been now? a dozen? more?).
now glyndwr, champion of vlast, does not look amused. now he's the one asking questions. he's asking what glyn means by that. he's asking about maguuma. he's asking, again and again, with increasing violence, what year it is, in glyn's tyria, how long is it after the mordrem campaign, how did you manage to get them all out—
maybe this is when glyndwr starts running. (we've said it already. glyndwr, champion of vlast, is infinitely stronger, obviously stronger.) maybe he's lucky he's spent this long slipping in and out of the mists — he can navigate just a little better. he still knows better than to lose time by looking back.
(i mean, what do you think he would do. kill you and steal your life? give up the one he has, the one that's so much better than yours?)
(the thing is, you would. the throne of a dragon champion, acceptance at last, unfathomable power — you would throw all of that in the mud and tread on it without looking down, for your son.)
(and he's you.)
maybe glyndwr, champion of vlast, is still catching up. maybe glyn can hear him gaining, can tell what he's planning, can calculate already that he'll be caught in moments at this rate, and there's probably no choice but to stop and face him—
(i mean, what are you going to do? kill him and doom his timeline, just to protect what's yours?)
(the thing is, he would.)
(and you're him.)
#PoF spoilers#THEIR COLOR SCHEMES EVEN MATCH.... JUST LIKE ALAN MATCHES AURENE.... Although he works for the government and enjoys sports and other enjoyable activities, he does not find much fulfilment in being a father, despite the fact that one hundred of his children go on to lead successful lives. kind, inquisitive, and creatively inclined With the loss, challenging kid interactions could arise.
A strong sense of dharma, intelligence, education, successful investments, wealth, happiness, luck, respect, high status or fame, faith and devotion to God, knowledge of mantras, interest in religious practises, high moral standards, noble qualities, dignity, and modesty are all signs of the auspicious Lord of Dharma in another house of Dharma. gains from politics or the government. Predestination to follow the same route as in the previous existence; great credit from a prior incarnation. Life expectancy is increased in this position. The born will have ordinary happiness from sons (children), lose his first child, be noble, angry, and the king's favourite if the ruler of the lagna is in the fifth bhava. (From Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, verse 26.5)
Comments: The outcomes above pertain to progeny. These are typically accurate in the cases of the Vrishabha (Taurus) and Karka (Cancer) Lagnas, as these Lagnas force the ruler of the Lagna, who is housed in the fifth bhava (house), to enter his rashi (sign) of weakness. These outcomes are seen in those born in whose birth charts the 5th bhava is negatively impacted, such as Mesha [Aries], Simha [Leo], Kanya [Virgo], Tula [Libra], Vrishchika [Scorpio], Dhanu [Sagittarius], Makara [Capricorn], Kumbha [Aquarius], and Meena [Pisces]. With regard to the offspring, even a small unfavourable effect in the case of Lagna Dhanu (Sagittarius) and Meena (Pisces) delivers the aforementioned effects with certainty.
The reason is that in these lagnas, Guru [Jupiter] is put in the fifth bhava, and it is widely known that The Guru destroys the outcomes of the bhava he has occupied: "Sthan-Hani-Karo-Jiva" - The Guru is the destroyer (of the outcomes) of the bhava he has held. The two progeny factors—the fifth bhava and the karaka of the fifth bhava—join together if the Guru is situated in the fifth bhava. As a result, any negative impact on the fifth bhava has an impact on both of these elements simultaneously.
1st lord in 6th house
The fight of the owner of the first in the sixth is a significant subject for the native. Perhaps related to politics, medicine, courts, or law enforcement. loves sports and rivalries. Courage, royal rank, financial wealth, a weakened immune system, a propensity for illness, and the possibility of debt. Such a position, with ascending Taurus and Scorpio, heals illnesses, bestows wealth and high rank, yet awakens naysayers. A person enjoys yoga, wrestling, and athletics. Health issues, challenges, a shorter life expectancy, tragedy, misery, an unpleasant upbringing, an unfavourable start to life; propensity to be sued if other indicators support; relationship with a maternal uncle; and hard labour. interest in self-improvement, alternative healing methods, and specific diets.
Labor is essential for being able to earn good money; wealth comes slowly and only after a lot of effort, but it happens. If the Lagna ruler is in the sixth bhava, the native will not experience bodily happiness (health). The native will be troubled by the adversaries if the lagna's ruler is under the grip of a malevolent graha and there is no favourable drishti. Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, verse 26.6
Comments:If the Lagna ruler falls in the sixth bhava, or house, that individual will become ill because the body is then linked to illnesses. The sixth bhava is referred to as the bhava of health by some astrologers. This assertion has a tiny bit of truth. It has been discovered that if the Lagna ruler is in the sixth bhava and is free from any negative influences, the native will enjoy to exercise, train in sports like wrestling, and practise yoga, which will help his body become strong and stay in good health. Shukra (Venus) or Mangala (Mars) will be placed in Bhava 6 if the lagna is Vrishabha (Taurus) or Vrishchika (Scorpio). The native will be in good health because they will be in their own rashi (sign). Tula [Libra], and in Bhava 6 the Lagna ruler Shukra will be exalted. Such a person will therefore relish the thrill of health.
1st lord in 7th house
The 1st in the 7th belongs to the native, who discovers himself via marriage, partnerships, and connections. may frequently travel abroad for business. A significant person in his life is a spouse and business partner. An growth in interest in the other sex, a good name and popularity, an early marriage, a lack of familial ties, and numerous opponents in the public eye. Such a person constantly yearns for things that are out of reach. The planet's destruction has a negative impact on the desires of the relationship and the financial situation. Love-match. lovely, wealthy, or kind spouse. benefits from the family of the spouse. As the ascendant's lord in the seventh house aspects his own house, he is blessed with power, fortune, and respect. Intense cravings and a strong sexual inclination.
Extended long trips , house or residence in another country. The native's wife won't live if the malefic graha ruling Lata occupies the seventh bhava (long). The native will become an aimless traveller, will experience need, will become ascetic (and sad), or he can become king depending on the benevolent graha that rules the lagna (if the graha is strong). Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, verse 26.7
1st lord in 8th house
The 1st in the 8th's owner, a native, experiences several crises, sicknesses, losses, humiliations, and insults during his or her life. Secretive, intrigued by mysteries, esoteric knowledge, and possibly connected to the concept of death (funeral services, insurance, wills). Also, it is connected to special services and prisons. He enjoys researching the unknowable, obscure, terrifying aspects of life and occult issues, is skilled at offering helpful counsel, and reaches the highest levels of speculation. Gambling expert, frugal, dishonest, long-lived but frequently unwell, debased, has personal affairs, inherits from wedding and has financial benefit, has filthy and destructive habits, and is suicidal. A bad start to life is characterised by poor health, brittle vitality, a brief lifespan, an unpleasant appearance, a lack of regard for oneself, challenges, misery, and an unhappy childhood
Accusation propensity; legal action if additional evidence supports. There could be catastrophes, protracted illnesses, significant debts, a lack of homage, or fame. Financial support from a spouse, insurance company revenues, fame in esoteric sciences or yoga, etc. a propensity for a spiritual life, for self-denial, or for moksha. The native will be "Siddha-Vidya-Visharada" - "possessing comprehension of secret (occult) powers," sickly, dishonestly or stealing, severely insane, a speculator or a swindler, and will be inclined to go to other people's wives if the lagna's ruler occupies the 8th bhava. Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, verse 26.8
Comments:The eighth house, or bhava, is known as the house of utmost (supernatural) wisdom. When the ruler of the lagna is in the eighth bhava, it is a given that the native will be aware of the hidden powers. This is also the bhava of bad moral behaviour. Thus it makes sense that someone like that would also be prone to thievery, gambling, and sleeping with other people's spouses. All astrologers agree that the Lagna ruler's placement in the eighth bhava is extremely harmful to one's health. There is a worry of the infant dying in infancy if Karka [Cancer] is the Lagna and the ruler of the Lagna is in the 8th bhava.
Another prevalent trait of various lagnas is soreness. The Lagna's ruler will be in his own Rashi (sign) in the eighth bhava whether Mesha (Aries) or Tula (Libra) are the Lagna. Hence, such a person won't suffer any injury. But, if malevolent grahas (planets) are present, the evil will be twofold since in this scenario, the Lagna, the 8th bhava, and the ruler of the 8th bhava will all be harmed. This will unquestionably portend illness and painful (unnatural) death. The ruler of the Lagna in the eighth bhava of the Dhanu Lagna [Sagittarius] will be in rashi exaltation, minimising the negative effects.

do you mind if i ask for the receipts on kankri & porrim’s relationship? not bc i disagree lmao just genuinely don’t remember much abt the dancestors
No problem! Okay so I will state ahead of time that their relationship exists for only a few scenes, if you want to see their interactions in video form there’s this https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dFIvrML3x0w&list=PLs7M3iWCG1W4cvAUPxSzzTLkDQZzGopyo&index=2&pp=iAQB and what I’ll be copy-pasting from for this post this transcript http://readmspa.org/transcripts/readmspa-transcript-6_007163_Meenahquest__Part_1_transcript_and_walkthrough.html . If you’d like to draw your own conclusions. I also have individual posts about the thing if you’d like those, but I’m a sucker for making intensely long posts at any given opportunity so let’s go through it!
So… How does Porrim feel about Kankri? Well a lot of their fandom interpretation is built around her giving him his sweater because he used to constantly shiver which is worded like this. PORRIM: Also+, he was always shivering. It gets kind o+f chilly o+ut here, and he just wo+uldn't sto+p. No+t that I minded to+o+ much, but he just has this way o+f making such vo+cal and o+stentatio+us displays o+f suffering, like it's so+me kind o+f righteo+us state o+f being. It gets difficult fo+r everyo+ne to+ endure, especially after eo+ns. Hence his nickname, I guess.
(The Nickname being ‘the Insufferable’, a play on his alternative self’s title The Sufferer and everyone finding him annoying.)
So alright, she thinks he’s a whiny bitch who takes pleasure in his own suffering because it lets him be a martyr. But shrug, this is pretty tame in terms of how trolls talk about each other. I only focus on it because it’s not a one off in how she sees him.
But okay, let’s get to the meat and bones of the matter. Their actual conversation. Now first I need to point out that Porrim’s aware even before talking with them that this is important to Kankri.
PORRIM: I think he might be entertaining so+me delusio+n o+f taking him under his wing. PORRIM: Or if no+t his wing, the red fuzzy arm o+f his sweater.
Anyway, she starts by using a nickname that he hates because it’s infantilizing.
PORRIM: Kanny, leave this po+o+r kid alo+ne.
KANKRI: I'd appreciate it if y9u w9uldn't call me that. We've talked a69ut this. That's what y9u call a wiggler. D9 I l99k like a wiggler t9 y9u, P9rrim? N9, I d9n't. It's 6een three sweeps, plus eternity, f9r, excuse me, "fuck's" sake. I think we can safely retire that particular term 9f "endearment". Call me anything 6ut that, even my 9ther nickname. I'm actually 9k with that 9ne.
This isn’t something she didn’t know about. They’ve talked about how he finds it infantilizing and doesn’t view it as a form of endearment. She continues to use it. He than says, ‘at least don’t use the nickname that I find insulting in front of the kid I’m trying to mentor.’
KANKRI: It w9uld 6e nice if y9u'd at least use my pr9per name in fr9nt 9f my studi9us y9ung Alternian descendant. It really kind 9f er9des my credi6ility, and I d9n't need that in the pr9ximity 9f a fresh faced y9ungster wh9 clearly thirsts f9r kn9wledge. Why w9uld y9u want t9 sa69tage a fine y9ung man's educati9n like that? #Fresh #Faced #Y9ungster #Kn9wledge thirst PORRIM: Ro+lling my eyes here. PORRIM: Can yo+u see? Do+ yo+u want me to+ light them up fo+r yo+u?
This is like… A really basic boundary that she’s weirdly hostile to. I honestly judge you a little bit if you see this as ‘someone behaving like a brat’ instead of ‘someone not liking being told no, don’t call me that’ but that applies to a lot of behavior deemed ‘bratty‘. But I’m not going to go on a rant about that right now
. Continuing, Kankri responds to her bullshit by politely telling her to fuck off. She responds by asking Karkat if he even wants to listen to him (he’s silent but his expression says ‘no’) and than says something that could be viewed as hitting on him, which makes Kankri DEEPLY uncomfortable because Karkat’s vaguely related to him (uh, for lay people out there Dancestor is a portmanteau of Descendant and Ancestor, due to timeline shenanigans in universe A Karkat is descended from an alternate universe Kankri and in universe B Kankri’s descended from alternate universe Karkat.) and also he has hang ups. His overtalking than just takes a wild dive into slut shamming for a hot minute. No his digs at her weren’t okay. She’d actually be correct in spitting venom at him for that, I wouldn’t hold it against her. He apologizes, but it’s undercut by him sort of still doing it. I want to make it clear that Kankri is being a douche here and I won’t defend him on that the way I will his other behaviors the only reason I’m not copy pasting that thing is because it’s 3 paragraphs (but I am willing to if you really want to see it.)
Anyway, Kankri than tries to go back to talking at Karkat. Which prompts this.
PORRIM: Yes, critical lecture. I'm sure.
PORRIM: And am I right in being just as sure yo+u are assiduo+usly deco+nstructing every co+nceivable, hypo+thetical fo+rm o+f injustice no+ matter ho+w o+bscure, except tho+se that I happen to+ think are kind o+f impo+rtant? #Yes
… I started making this post thinking I could do it from her perspective, how she feels about him and clearly barely likes the guy but the only thing I can say is, “You’re not being honest here. What you’re doing is obvious. Stop.” She doesn’t like Kankri’s speeches.
LATULA: grl, pl34s3. dont t3ll m3 your3 go1ng full v4nt4s on m3 h3r3. PORRIM: No+, if I were getting my Vantas o+n, we'd o+nly be getting warmed up. But that's really all I have to+ say o+n the matter.
PORRIM: I do+n't think he cares. PORRIM: Hey, there. Karkat? If yo+u do+n't mind my asking… are yo+u even remo+tely interested in the lo+af supplement this guy's serving?
PORRIM: I no+ticed ho+w yo+u cunningly sidestepped an enco+unter with Kankri do+wn there.#Nicely do+ne.
I said it in another post and I’ll say it again: If Kankri suddenly figured out Feminism and added it to his topics tomorrow it wouldn’t matter. Every bit of dialogue she says suggests that this is about making him shut up because she thinks he’s a whiny brat. It’s the first thing she says about him.
The dialogue continuing makes it obvious that Kankri doesn’t get how misogyny manifests in Beforian society. This could be the perfect time to bring up the sexist double standards that come with the slut shaming he did earlier. This could be a good time for world building. Like
KANKRI: I'm s9rry, I just d9n't think there's much there. We aren't like humans, wh9se species 6izarrely en9ugh includes highly specialized r9les f9r 69th sexes in the pr9cess 9f repr9ducti9n, and s9 this naturally had s9cial ramificati9ns f9r the way their civilizati9n ev9lved. 6ut that's n9t h9w it w9rks f9r us, s9 I fail t9 see h9w gender fact9rs int9 the discussi9n in a way that can 6e effectively and rati9nally pr96lematized. Where is the r99m f9r unexamined privilege in the dich9t9my? I d9n't see it.
It drives me a little mad that she insists on this conversation and when Kankri makes it clear that he doesn’t get this and a these basic questions ‘who benefits from the system of misogyny in a culture without sex and where did said system come from?” She gets pissed. My gal. You literally insisted on having him talk about sexism. You were mad and snarky at him for not having this conversation. Now you’re mad at him FOR having this conversation but not getting it. Anyway, because he doesn’t get it and no one wants to explain it to him, he basically says ‘this is a nonissue that you want me to make an issue on par with the other issues I discuss and I think that’s inappropriate.’
KANKRI: …And appr9priating the talking p9ints and awareness-raising tactics f9r du6i9us issues like this is, frankly, fr9wned up9n, t9 put it p9litely. Such appr9priative gestures 9nly serve t9 marginalize and invalidate th9se su6ject t9 seri9us, real life struggles and 9ppressi9n
Porrim says this triggers her, Kankri apologizes asks to find her moirail in a way that’s a bit quadrant shamy, she calls him a brat and leaves.
So. She walks in, calling Kankri by a nickname he finds demeaning in front of someone she knows he wants to respect him, passive aggressively asks Karkat whether even wants to be there to put Kankri down, asks why Kankri isn’t talking about what SHE wants to talk about, gets mad when it’s clear that the reason is he doesn’t know what he’s talking about and leaves.
That’s interaction 1. In interaction 2, Kankri asks Porrim to stop trying to police his talking points and deliberately embarrass him. Something something he’s studying human culture which leads to her calling him childish and than pointing out the grub sauce on his face. PORRIM: Yes it is. Yo+u have a big smudge o+f sauce, right there. Yo+u're a mess, Kanny. Co+me here. KANKRI: N9! N9, st9p. D9n't t9uch me, I g9t it! #SEE??? #It's fine
PORRIM: Do+n't wipe it o+ff with yo+ur sleeve! Oh my Go+d. I JUST washed that fo+r yo+u. #Gho+st laundry KANKRI: I d9n't care. I didn't ask y9u t9 wash my sweater. I keep telling y9u, I have n9 interest in 6ef9ran p9ssessi9ns. #9r Alternian #9r Earthly
PORRIM: We aren't o+n Befo+rus anymo+re. I wo+rked hard o+n that sweater, and I'm no+t go+ing to+ stand by while yo+u encrust it in grub sauce
… This is one of those scenes where ymmv hard. You could say Porrim’s doing all this shit out of the goodness of her heart. You could say this makes Kankri spoiled for not respecting everything she’s done for him. (that he didn’t ask for.) Personally though. It makes my skin crawl. I was on a server at one time, I have a bit of a habit of fretting over people I like when they say they’re not eating or sleeping or whatever because I prefer my friends safe and alive you know? Than one of them said, ‘hey, don’t fret over me. It makes me uncomfortable. I can take care of myself.’ So I stopped. Because it doesn’t matter how good my intentions are, if someone doesn’t want you to do something to them, you don’t continue doing it. Porrim didn’t catch that memo. Instead.
PORRIM: Why are yo+u always so+ co+ntrary with me? To+ be ho+nest, I think yo+ur need to+ "rebel" against whatever I suggest is what drives yo+ur dismissal o+f my views mo+re than anything abo+ut the views themselves.
He’s not ‘rebelling’. He’s telling you no. He’s telling you he doesn’t want you to do this. You’re ignoring and dismissing that because you don’t actually care. There’s also the obvious hypocrisy of ‘you’re only dismissing my views because you’re being rebellious’ while she dismisses his viewpoints all the Goddamn time. Including literally one sentence later.
PORRIM: Hurdles? Kanny, yo+u sho+uld serio+usly sto+p o+verthinking this stuff. Even I do+n't kno+w what yo+u're talking abo+ut mo+st o+f the time. KANKRI: L99k, I'm just saying, it's a huge risk 9pening that can 9f dirt n99dles, trying t9 educate pe9ple 9n that su6ject 9n t9p 9f everything else. I just d9n't want t9 distract fr9m all the m9re glaring issues that desperately need the full attenti9n 9f 9ur pe9ple if we are g9ing t9 make any pr9gress as a civilizati9n. PORRIM: Pro+gress as a civilizatio+n? PORRIM: Kankri. Our peo+ple are extinct, and yo+u're wo+rried abo+ut "distracting fro+m the mo+re glaring issues"??
Her social issues still matter for the good of civilization and shouldn’t be dismissed despite them being dead. His don’t. Kay. Anyway mothering someone is cool and all but both parties need to be okay with it and you can’t be a weird authoritarian parent who sees your friend as a bratty child about it or else it’s just a normal toxic relationship.

I did actually finish this for Wednesday, but posting lag failed me.
Also posted to AO3.
Dyle steals kisses as easy as breathing. He daydreamed about it on-and-off for two years, thought about it seriously for another year, and now that he's finally made that move he'll be damned if he isn't going to make up for lost time.
"At the randomest times," Tekla mutters once.
He grins and asks a question he already knows the answer to. "Who's complaining?"
The answer: no one. Certainly not Tekla.
He steals a kiss anytime he sees Tekla playing with one of her many pets–especially anytime she lets him spoil her drakehound.
He steals a kiss under some Wintersday mistletoe at the Trader's Forum after they've tracked down cups of spiced apple cider.
He steals a kiss (or three) as they're waking up from an all-too-brief nap in a tent in the Wayfarer Foothills as they travel along the road helping refugees.
He steals a kiss on the beach of Southsun Cove, ignoring the karka goop that covers them both.
He steals a kiss under the Dragon Bash fireworks in Lion's Arch, his entire being melting at her utter enchantment with the light show.
But the time for kisses gets shorter and shorter as they help with the investigation into Captain Theo Ashford's death, the search for Mai Trin and her Aetherblades, and Dyle's prep for his stall at the upcoming Bazaar of the Four Winds. Dyle's gut tells him there's a lot of change on the winds–and his gut is rarely wrong. The time he gets to spend with Tekla is either going to dwindle as she continues getting involved with every new Tyrian disaster, bleeding heart that she is; or he'll have to steal every opportunity he can get.
He hasn't always been above-board in his line of work and if he has to become some kind of kiss-cat-burglar he will.
"Hey."
Dyle looks up from his latest project (an attempt at modifying an Aureate shortbow with some Aetherblade parts he scavenged) and freezes as Tekla leans over his shoulder to kiss him.
Then he flinches at the loud clank of his multitool slipping from his fingers.
"Oh crap, sorry." Tekla definitely looks sorry, but there's also a glimmer of smug satisfaction. She once confided (after a few spiced apple ciders and a glass of buttered spirits) that she often scared her family by entering rooms so quietly they wouldn't know she was there–and that fear kind of fueled her ego.
His ego is currently pumping up a point at her first stolen kiss. "So, what do I owe this welcome surprise to?"
"I just missed you."
Well, Dyle thinks and pulls off one oil-stained glove so he can pull her in for another kiss. She may not be the fastest learner, but who's complaining?

"Breeding Season." From Esther 1: 10-12.
The Book of Esther, the goddess of lightning begins with a kind of competition between the Persian King Xerxes, "prohibition against heresy" and his Queen a kind of empress called a Vashti, who turns out to be the I AM. According to the secret language of the Torah we get a meager two weeks to close the gap in the sacred argument between the two, consisting of "what is free will and what is God's Will?"
The King perceives himself to be pious, and very successful. But he is missing one thing, the supreme attainment of all royalty called Malchut, sovereignty, and this can only be conferred through submission to God. One cannot attain to the Keter, the Crown without Malchut and it is tied to the other spiritual emotions named by the Kabbalah. Even still that is not the point of the discussion here. Rather it is how to be jolly and also good.
The Book of Esther is unfolding into a discussion of Shabbos on a grand scale. We simply must learn to provide the means to happiness to all persons and to the self, even the sloppy dirty ones on an highly ethical and responsible basis. This is "national foundation" is the essence of a type of Godliness called Vashti. How it is brought into the room is trickier than one might imagine. High spirits, 470, are "striped fish" which are too religious to be any good at Shabbos. Religion teaches us how to stay out of trouble so we can exert ourselves in ways that make us happy.
No one ever said religion was supposed to make us glad. Religion is work, it is tedious, it is mind numbing and often ridiculous. So long as it reminds us not to be hasty, impulsive, do things which are illegal or are going to regret, it serves a purpose. Otherwise religion is a dirge and has no place at a king's table, especially one surrounded by happy handsome faces. Shabbos is the antidote to situations when one is overdosing on religion and surfacing is beneficial.
We see this in the opening paragraph; the king is surrounded by more booty than a pirate, and has seven eunuchs, servants without penises waiting on him. There are better ways to avoid temptation:
10 On the seventh day, when King Xerxes was in high spirits from wine, he commanded the seven eunuchs who served him—Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, Abagtha, Zethar and Karkas—
11 to bring before him Queen Vashti, wearing her royal crown, in order to display her beauty to the people and nobles, for she was lovely to look at.
12 But when the attendants delivered the king’s command, Queen Vashti refused to come. Then the king became furious and burned with anger.
The reason the Queen refused to make an appearance and permit herself to be revered is found in the Torah. Looking at someone connotes a special kind of wickedness called Breeding Season:
From Vayetzei:
10 “In breeding season I once had a dream in which I looked up and saw that the male goats mating with the flock were streaked (dense), speckled (heretical, outspoken) or spotted (blasphemy, openly sinful). 11 The angel of God said to me in the dream, ‘Jacob.’ I answered, ‘Here I am.’ 12 And he said, ‘Look up and see that all the male goats mating with the flock are streaked, speckled or spotted, for I have seen all that Laban has been doing to you. 13 I am the God of Bethel, where you anointed a pillar and where you made a vow to me. Now leave this land at once and go back to your native land.’”
Our nationality must be one we look up to. Xerxes who is trying to outmode heresy in his kingdom has a bunch of wild childs seated at his table and is nonetheless lecturing them about religion in his state. This almost always turns into a discussion of how to oppress women, minorities, and gay people a breeding season for various types of segregation.
This is not statecraft, it is not a kind of diplomacy nor is it the makings for a fabulous reception. So the Queen, the Eretz of Israel is not going to come to be admired during an event such as this.
The Seven Eunuchs, the solution to our problem of too much religion and not enough Shabbos are:
Mehuman= the intelligence corps
Biztha= the plundered
Harbona= damn heat
Bigtha= in the wine vat
Abagtha=given by fortune
Zethar=sorry
and Karkas= the circus
Desires, too many or too few turn intelligent people into circus idiots. Persons who know how and when to plunder the "damn heat" are the happiest. I have said the right way(s) to plunder are found in the fruits of the actions. Every human being is equipped with the ability to say yes or no during personal sexual encounters, too much of either one is not considered a product of Shabbos.
The Values in Gematria are:
v. 10: On the Seventh Day, he commanded the Seven Eunuchs. The Number is 11847, יאחז, "Hold on!"
To grasp is called ahaz, The verb אחז (ahaz) means to seize, grasp, take hold of or be (mechanically) attached to. Noun אחזה (ahuzza) means possession.
v. 11: To bring before him the Queen. The Number is 9794, ץזטד, "as a zeitgeist."
The divine zeitgeist is a concept that refers to the idea that God's plan extends to all aspects of life, including modernity. In this context, modern people may take a skeptical approach to past traditions and instead venerate scientific discoveries and independent innovation. This shift can make it difficult for some people to reconcile their religious faith with their modern identity.
The Rebbe, a founder of the Chasidic worldview, also used the concept of zeitgeist to describe the spirit of the times. For example, he once described the zeitgeist of the hippie generation as one in which young people realized they didn't need to conform to societal norms. He also said that young people's rebellion is a natural part of their souls, and that they are dissatisfied with the status quo and want to change the world.
v. 12: The Queen refused to come. This means the rules were not going to change. A refusal prevents a husband or wife from legally divorcing or remarrying; in this case, the I am which is clearly a relic of our distant past that is still with us is not going away, neither is His mandate that we articulate ways to achieve reasonable autonomy from Him.
In the case above where so much confusion about sex and celibacy and who should be allowed to do what on their own time in their own way, God says "you are on your own."
Shabbos cannot be achieved while God and the rule book are determining what happens in every aspect of life, especially in the bedroom.
The Number is 7503, זהאֶפֶסג, "this is the peak."
"The spiritual experience of life is made up of peaks and plateaus. Peaks are intended to promote growth, while valleys are meant to inspire it. Both are orchestrated by a loving G‑d, and are part of the process of life."
A loving God would not deign to visit a boardroom or war room to discuss sex in the butt or in front or in the mouth or on top of a house with a mouse, it's just not His thing. The Torah stipulates so long as there are no violations of wedding vows, the age of consent, rapes, exploitations or diseases, it is always breeding season.

DECISION MAKING ASTROLOGY
Question Asked : What if someone doesn't take decision easily and not on time? He doesn't have the ability to do so. What astrological remedies can be taken?
My views : The answer is not a straight forward one and one need to understand the horoscope part wise and then weave all the parameters to come out with the final prediction.
According to Vedic astrology every house signifies some events of our life and so is also the decision-making ability.
Decision making abilities depends on few parameters and based on those one becomes a good decision maker.
In Vedic astrology mercury is the chief significator for a quick decision making and so it should signify positive houses. ( as per KP Vedic astrology )
The 5th house of the horoscope signifies the intelligence and so the 5th cuspal sublord should signify positive.
The decision making depend on the education also and so a good decision maker need to be educated and so one need to study the 4th and 9th cuspal sublord as it signifies the basic and higher education respectively.
The karka / significator for knowledge and wisdom is given by Jupiter and so one need to study the signification and understand its significances.
The mahadasha period should also support positive and decision making during its ruling period.
There can be many reasons why a person is unable to make decision in time and sometime doesn’t have the ability also to make decision.
1. The lack of decision making in time may be due to subject knowledge so here 4th and 5th cuspal sublord and Jupiter is in question.
2. Due to afflicted mercury
3. Afflicted 5th house and its cuspal sublord.
4. Sometime it seen that due to lack of courage, the native couldn’t make decision and so the 3rd cuspal sublord has to be studied.
5. The moon is the karak / significator of mind and so an afflicted moon can be a poor decision maker.
6. Some time the involvement of Saturn with the decision-making parameters make the activation slow and thus the native becomes very slow in decision making.
The impact of the planets in the horoscope needed to be studied which will give clue to understand that planet well as per the significance.
So, it is understood that the planets are the chief reasons for poor decision making and so there is no fix kind of remedy that is applicable to everyone. The nature of remedy will differ from person to person as per the placements of the planets in their horoscope.

more yapping under cut but:
tl;dr: i think karkat would deeply respect steven as someone who brought peace, freedom and equality to his own people while also being a social outcast, even though he'd be SUPER mean and rude to steven on the face of it. steven would empathize deeply with karkat's existence outside of societal systems and the shared intense legacy of their ancestors they both have to uphold: but this would also set off his insecurity and frustration really badly. he'd convince himself he needs to fix karkat by making him outwardly 'nice' and would fail, because karkat copes by lashing out at himself and others.
frustrated and insecure about not fixing everything, i think steven would believe that karkat is someone who refuses to become a better person. karkat hates himself so he wouldn't deny that, even though its not true. furthermore, steven might extrapolate this to be the reason karkat may fail to 'save' trolls and resent that. having grown up with insane pressures and responsibility, steven fails to see that karkat deserved to get to be a normal kid too. steven survived and improved HIS world, why shouldn't karkat?
full essay. karkat is known in fanon to be the 'friendship troll,' and hes particularly good at socializing for trolls. hes a descendant of a stigmatized icon that was murdered brutally, and hes heavily dismissive towards the reverence people have for the sacrifice his ancestor made. that sacrifice left him with a heated hatred and rage for the injustice and cruelty of society, and complete exclusion from said system to the point his own existence breaks it fundamentally. his generational trauma gives him a hair-trigger anger response and extremely hostile and demeaning language to put anyone at arms length. despite this, trolls can tell that karkat's aggression is meaningless because he never follows through on threats and works himself past exhaustion and keeps the full group in mind, even people he doesn't like. dude refers to FIVE PEOPLE as his best friends.
to be friends with karkat is to ignore half the things he says because he's so jumped up on defensive hostility all. the. time. people fire back jokingly, dont take him seriously, think hes funny as hell, or just ignore him. at 13, karkats language is for keeping him safe in a very dangerous place, its supposed to make him appear as a dangerous and cruel person he is not. now, i think karkat views what really are coping mechanisms: his rage and mean vocab: as a permanent and intrinsic failure. this only depresses him further as he doesn't have the tools to understand why he's so angry and defensive.
steven on the other hand really cares about what people say and listens to them carefully. he's kind and deeply empathetic, and i think he'd recognize that karkats from a bad situation. they'd both be unsettled by how their places in the world overlap: steven and karkat are both heirs of complicated legacies and symbols of connection between their respective alien species and the human race. even more, they both resent the weight of their responsibility, as they struggle to bear it as best they can.
i think karkat would see steven's success as a peacebroker and like that. he wants that for his own people, he wants to BE that, but the icon he represents doesn't have such an easy claim to authority. karkat would see stevens response to his duty and think its admirable, and appreciate how steven helps his family. of course he wouldnt tell any of this to steven, and would probably be super mean to him.
steven deeply believes in his ability to heal and fix people and NEEDS the validation of doing so. he's vulnerable to insecurity and frustration when people don't need him or he fails to help them. he'd see karkat as someone in a situation uncomfortably close to his own. additionally, steven listens to people very carefully and takes them seriously. i think karkat's barbs and verbal attacks would really hurt him, especially when he respects karkat.
steven would see progress as karkat being acting more outwardly 'nice' when thats neither what karkat or alternia needs. karkat's truth and anger at cruelty and its results are motivating to make change as every troll suffers from the caste system. furthermore, i dont think karkat can change how gruff he is: its kept him alive for sweeps.
frustrated and insecure about not fixing everything, i think steven would believe that karkat is someone who refuses to become a better person. karkat hates himself so he wouldn't deny that, even though its not true. steven might cut off karkat as someone he feels empathy for and instead just feel... cold. furthermore, steven might extrapolate this to be the reason karkat may fail to 'save' trolls and resent that. having grown up with insane pressures and responsibility, steven would fail to see karkat also deserved to get to be a normal kid too. steven survived and fixed HIS world, why shouldn't karkat?
i think stevens idea of what makes someone a better person doesn't cooperate with who karkat is. tbf, karkat's behavior would be terrible for cable television as he's not really an example of good behavior kids should emulate, but the a result of a bad system. karkat is fundementally not tv-pg. hes incongruous with the messaging of steven universe as a show.
what you guys dont realize is karkat and steven universe would get along really well actually. sucks im sorry. its a fact. karkat would really like that guy. however, steven would fucking hate him

GW2 30 day challenge
2. Show us your favourite fashion look you've created
This one was a bit tricky to choose bc I have 3 faves, but I think my top fave is gonna be of my Scourge (my remake of my 1st character and the one who also holds my OC's name, Mourynn) since I just really like how the colours turned out to make her look poisonous/toxic (and the karka backpiece was sort of meant to look like she's infested with gross worm things since I wanted her to look either rotting/awakened/parasitic Nightmare Courtier Duchess, and it was meant to become the boney-necrotic glider since they all kind of align in placement of each worm thing. At least that is the intention, anyways. I plan to get her full Mordy and Zhaitan weapons in the far future to match her aesthetic).

My runner ups will be my Renegade, Ferahla I had fun making her look gnarly and the new Kryptis wings were a perfect addition. I still wanna change her shoulders over to something else, but the warbeast ones will do for now. I also just super wanted a character that uses the cool looking big-branchy cultural heavy-armour headpiece bc it looks like branchy hair, but WAY cooler. It's also funny bc two of my fave looks incorporate the cultural armour (I just love how they blend in with the actual Sylvari body, so I am extremely biased. Also Renegade is one of my favourite specs as well, and was my favourite spec before I went Mirage. I still love it a ton tho, Kalla my beloved <3). Also this outfit makes her look lowkey nakey and I kinda love it tbh alksjflsdjfs.

My 3rd runner up is my Soulbeast, Faihan. She also happens to have one of my top favourite character names and I'm likely to reuse this for other OCs in the future bc I just love it for some reason (both how it sounds, and shortening it to "Fai"). Anyways, since I'll never get to play Bloodborne (unless it's released to PC, which will likely never happen, sobs), I wanted to make a character that kind of had that vibe, and although it was unintentional, she somehow became a bit fiery and toasty over time, so I just kinda rolled with it. Now she has a firebird theme going along with it as well. I also just really like the swaggering appearance looks~ she just feels so fancy (and I couldn't decide between capes, so she has one cape for her power set and one for her condi set)

#30daygw2challenge#I kinda cheated and just re-used the pics I did for my Character roster that I posted recently lol#I made sure to choose characters that didn't have full outfits; despite the fact that I actually love those too#Mourynn is def my top fave I think; I still gotta play around with her with the new weapon mastery since I've seen how broken it can be lma#Actually the more I keep staring at Ferahla the more Kryptis she continues to look#like I even set her colours to ''infernal'' since the Infernal looks align very well with the Kryptis too (ie Infernal Springer)#Even the layers and the colours are really close... I could always recolour her to make her look even MORE Kryptis... should I?????

edelweiss/ forget-me-not / iris / violet from the botanical headcanon prompt! c:
botanical headcanons | @anthcs
what was the bravest moment in your muse’s life ? are they known to be courageous from then on ?
udyati always regretted the moment where she just obeyed directives without question, such as the time during the battle of karka where grishma - someone she used to have a crush on but now firmly considers a sister in arms only - told her to run, told her to go. and she did.
she's always had runaway tendencies. it's easy to slip in and out of places when you've got door powers like she does.
at some point, though, udyati vows to herself she's not going to run anymore and so she doesn't; she accepts the consequences of her own actions and, ultimately, accepts what is to come.
has your muse ever forgotten something that is or was important to them ? are they afraid of forgetting things like that ?
she has and she's had to fight like hell to get it back.
how does your muse respond to betrayal ?
that depends on the person and the kind of betrayal but i think the baseline would be tears and anger.
