hey I know this blog hasn't updated in like a year but I saw Streetlight last night and Tomas is still wearing the same Fidel Castro hat, striped tee shirt, and stupid pants. Very comforting that despite the world rapidly changing around us, some things stay the same.

I can't believe I didn't know I had asks and submissions here. What the fuck why is this hellsite so broken.

Anyway yes....he is certainly embodying a sweet, sweet cuffed anchor in our lives (and sometimes now boy scout shorties instead!)

I came out of the dark tonight to this blog because I went to see them tonight and I'm glad people are still buzzing about here

(x) That'd be Day In Day Out by Catch 22, which seems wrong. At the very least I feel like the Streetlight Manifesto version would be the one to make the list.

Taking the song as a whole, it can't really fit onto their relationship. You might be able to argue that the cynicism and agression apply to pre-Mannequin'd Armsmaster, but even then it'd be a stretch. The lyrics don't really fit them. I mean, I guess it is true that neither of them need a music scene to tell them who they are but unlike Mister Kalnoky I don't think they needed to make that clear.

Just taking the song title as a runway, I'd see a story based on this focusing on what an average day in their life looks like post Gold Morning. We got that a bit with the Defiant Interlude, but I'd be interested in something less focused on "how do we hunt this one group of parahumans" and more on "how do we manage being one of the most important pieces of our society's infrastructure."
