Dragon-hybrid Tango but w/o wings for potential ✨lore✨ [ in case one of the horns being broken wasn't enough of an indicator of that ]

Because of the lore I have regarding my 7-year solo world-building project, "Avalkarinne," Dragons and Dragon-Hybrid characters tend to wear bandages across their chest as a way to pay their respects to the dragons that were hunted and killed for money in one of the old wars within that world.

In other words, the bandages are a culture thing for dragons/dragon-hybrids there-

This version would 100% be a Northerner working for KTI [ Keeper Technology Industries™ - fictional tech company ] who was born in the Southern regions.

What does Ctimene’s (Κτιμένη) name mean? if you don’t mind me asking :)

Hello! So for the name Κτιμένη (Ktimene), most interpretations have been concentrating on the root κτι- (kti-), which originates from the verb κτίζω (ktizo), meaning “to build, establish, create, plant”. There’s a word which shares almost the same form, which is the feminine (nominative singular) form of the adjective ἐϋκτίμενος (euktimenos, using the Ionic form here), which is ἐϋκτιμένη (euktimene), meaning “well-built”, and as you can see the word only differs from Κτιμένη in its prefix ἐϋ-, which is a common prefix to say something is “good, well”. So it’s a pretty solid interpretation to say that Κτιμένη originates from κτίζω, so her name means “build, create, plant”.

Which also tracks, cuz we all know how good with gardening her father and brother were, and how masterful with crafting her brother was. *glances at the olive tree bed* Naming her “planting” is totally something Laërtes would do and her name being interpreted as “building” just shows how connected she was with her brother.

I hitted few targets in a very abruptly way,I didn't want her to see my struggle so I play it off like Ody would." ..I learnt this to be able to attack even from far-" I take a deep breath while I turn toward her making sure to stand tall and confident,just as Ktimene perched effortlessly from the branch where she was sitting , take few daggers and throw them without much effort like she has done it thousand of time.

I saw a post by someone asking what Ctimene’s name could mean (I lost it before I could reply to it).

I’m. By *no* means an expert. I do know Ctimene comes from Ktimene, and from what I can gather in words like ktisis and ktizein, the Greek element “kti-” can mean things ranging from “to dwell, to settle, to create, to build.” And “-mene” means “moon.”

Does that mean Ctimene could mean something close to “dweller of the moon”?
