this is my own update for myself on ongoing issues atm

left leg nerve pain, from low back to the leg, sometimes just the leg (travels! can be the back of the leg and can be front!)

left knee giving out

right knee nearing that state

left achilles (reoccurring pain like the sprain is back)

neck feeling weak/head too heavy

pressure of head causing upper spine compression (feeling)

BOTH wrists on fire

brain fog

cranky

hip pain! left prominently

if not achilles, left sole of foot radiating pain

radiating pain of a different suite in lower back

there are increasing days that I need to load my energy to move 20ft (like a game)

there are also days I am moving around like none of the above is happening

leg pain is not lessened by otc meds unless full dose of 2 different types and 1 include muscle relaxers (it LESSENS it, it does not rid me of it)

leg pain at full-blown episode is also barely touched by: stretching, bathing, and laying down (hours have to pass for it to dissipate.

weird neck situation not solved my supportive pillows as if gravity in the day has fucked up that just overall

the leg pain worsens all joints as one can only focus on that limb when it's that bad

leg pain actually stops me in my wake

neither knee is strong even though I am actively moving my limbs nearly daily (aka walking and stairs are actually not doing what is needed to stabilize it, which isn't surprising, but idk what to do)

braces on knees are of benefit if I can sensory and perceivablity can pass it over

ankle brace is OK, compression actuallt worses other pain in the leg

the metal in my left wrist makes some hand braces horrendously yuck to use

kt tape seems to be a feasible aid but not in flares.

my fucking back is just there?

shoulder blade area can be just 100% tight or like tingling (old probably, suggested pinched nerve)

oh yeah, ALL of my bone crack without much cause or reason

burnout symptoms: recognizing that I am annoyed with a reoccurring member of the public as if this isn't their safe space, run down (3 hours of good achievement), there is an annoyance popping up in my head.

sounds are triggering consistent dissociation or anger

fatigued to the point of not being able to sleep without medication aids (long-lasting effects)

new sharp pain in left leg where I am unsure if it is 100% the same as the original (suspected) nerve pain

sharp pains in both knees

staying seated hurts, being hinged at my hips hurts, standing hurts

still losing weight?

all my limbs feel either on fire or a flase sense of numbness

heightened panic in situations I do not usually panic in anymore and do have the skills to do myself confidently

No, no, it's fine. I've always wanted my almost nearly full-time job to be putting me into social isolation outside of 2 people, bedridden, and consistent new pain. That was actually my goal when I applied.
