i know the whole "do you think jon ever used his powers to Know what his parents looked like" thing is far more devastating than this but what if he tried using his powers to remember original sasha? jon and sasha always seemed closer than the rest, he picked her (and tim) to work with him and tolerated a lot more nonsense from her than anyone else (using his password to access his computer [161], debating his pronunciation of calliope [25], etc)

and ofc jon and martin became significantly closer as the podcast went on, but in the beginning he was cruel to martin when he gave a statement but accepting of sasha? idk i think their friendship was a lot deeper than we realized (ESPECIALLY since his first murder in season 5 was because NotThem provoked him about sasha) and i think jon wouldve used his powers to Know the original sasha, not sure if it wouldve worked though

Ok so yes, Elias is absolutely babygirl. But he’s also very bastard. The way he completely manipulated the archives without even seeming like he was interfering at all gets me every time I relisten. Man puts new people in it to make sure the og group is going to be divided even more, hires on others he KNOWS will threaten and scare (jon specifically) them all so they don’t talk really.

Man really took a page out of the Lonely for it. The archives were so used to being alone that when Peter Lukas took over, they barely felt it. There’s no way he wasn’t touched by the Lonely with how easily he did set them alone.

I’m sure the day Sasha died, he grinned cause he KNEW that sash was the glue between them, the one who kept Tim’s spirits up and joking and teasing, the one that Jon felt he could trust and rely on the most, could confide in as an academic and a friend who actually joked with and made him laugh. And we didn’t get to see it, but I’m sure she was the one who kept martins spirits up when Jon was an ass to him. She kept the archives smiling and laughing and they say she died, Elias knew he’d win.

It’s so obvious to see everything he did just to put those cracks in between when you relisten and it makes me go ahh cause it’s so masterfully done.

the thing about jonmartin right is that i decided to listen to tma from a tiktoker saying "this ship is important but not the heart of the show, that's the statements" and i was like "cool this ship is like destiel where it's intrinsically tied to the ✨essence✨ of the show but it's not really About That (and also there's 200 episodes which makes for great commute fuel)"

imagine my utter and complete shock when the relationship between jon and martin is the literal crux of s4-s5, if not the entire through line of the show???
