Time to bring back the Sing: A Christmas Carol idea i had in my head last year that I never really made anything for other than 2 doodles

The Moon theatre is putting on a classic for the holidays! But on opening night the lead ends up being a no-show, and his understudy is home sick! So Moon himself is forced to take on the role of Ebenezer Scrooge, somehow the ghost of Christmas future ALSO was a no show! But it's ok, a mysterious tiny figure showed up to take his place... This joke was better before we saw Mike was still alive in the halloween short-

thinking about how Ponyboy says "johnny will carry that scar all his life" and "dally's arm would be scarred for the rest of his life". and both of them really did not end up carrying those scars for long at all

pony thought of them as something his friends would have forever and always remember, but in reality the rest of both of their lives was short. dally's injury didnt even get the chance to scar up.

idk. it just makes me think about how none of them saw any of this death coming. i mean obviously, they couldn't have. not really. but it makes me emotional how far ahead ponyboy was thinking about his friends' lives, and how they never got to see even a fraction of that future.
