rewatching the twilight saga and i realized how badly of a missed opportunity it was to make bella and alice girlfriends and jacob and edward an enemies to lovers story… like we need gay activity in this franchise

like edward's watching a half naked man snuggle with his girl. and that man's looking at YOU edward.

like you guys both agree you both would be great with bella. why dont you just both date her. maybe kiss each other a little if you start feeling jealous.

I watched the Twilight movies again over Christmas and it's god's will to write a Jacob/Edward fanfic about Edward's appetite skyrocketing when Bella is constantly trying to seduce him, cue Jacob appearing when Edward is slightly out his mind starving and they ultimately solve this by Edward drinking Jacob's blood.

Jacob has human and animal blood, best of both worlds, right? His werewolf abilities make his blood regenerate faster, so Edward can really feed off him without killing him, which he's never experienced before.

Fun fact: If Edward wants a big rush of blood, best way to go about that is to get all the blood to one artery and then bite that artery. Doubly fun fact, there's an artery on the thigh, near the only other organ in the human body that pumps something out, if you catch my drift. Plus arousal brings blood closer to the surface of the skin and Edward would be all over that.

They are doing it to protect Bella! Edward can't be so crazy when Victoria is plotting to attack soon. This is the ONLY logical solution.

Currently watching Dr J Breeding's video on Twilight and he randomly says something that Jacob telling Bella he is a werewolf and that he was "born this way" is a clunky gay allegory, so i looked it up and found an article from 2009 speculating just that.

On an unrelated note, the way Edward's family were so confused about Bella, like, "You are into women?" Feels like they were waiting on a boyfriend and were entirely confused by Bella

Now marrying these two ideas and the fact Jacob is not a werewolf and just a shifter, when the cullens meet Jacob they all collectively blink because if they had to guess he is exactly who they thought Edward would be into, with his warm skin, long hair, and towering height. Edward has no idea of their opinion because they all keep "edward might be in the closet" thoughts for when hes not around.

My thoughts:

I wonder if more people would've shipped Edward and Jacob together if one of them was female and immediately forgot Bella because they were focused on the enemies to lovers, sunshine meets midnight rain, tough mechanic girl meet tortured introverted artist. Etc

Give me your thoughts on what you prefer or how you think this would play out.
