Some headcanons of mine for Teen Wolf

Including some ages because fuck Jeff and his inability to create a proper timeline

1. Ages and Timeline

- Derek was born on December 25th in 1991 (Yes, for me, he is a Christmas baby. Imagine Stiles' reaction when he found out!)

- Chris was born on January 5th in 1972 (I changed the year from 1970 to this because of my Petopher headcanon. They first met in high school when Peter was a freshman and Chris was a senior, making him 4 years older)

- the Hale fire happened in winter between Christmas and New Year in 2004 (I know Derek and Laura initially were in school when it happened, but I wanted to make it even more bittersweet for Derek when it comes to the death anniversary close to his birthday.)

- accompanying the point above, Derek was 14 when the fire happened according to my timeline

2. Others

- Peter studied law with a specialty in international law (it came in handy for pack business)

- Jackson also studied law in London with a specialty in family, giving his background as an adopted child

- Derek has a sweet tooth, especially for chocolate

- Chris was a smoker until Allison was born, but he fell back into bad habits after her death (coping mechanisms)

- Peter is fluent in English, Spanish (school), French (Chris taught him) and broken Italian

- Peter has an old Polaroid of him and Chris buried in the bottom drawer of his nightstand

- Chris still has all the love letters Peter wrote him in their youth safely stored away in a box hidden in his basement (not even Peter knows they still exist)

It will always be funny to me that Tyler’s mom in TVD is Lydia’s mom in Teen Wolf, and Tyler’s dad is Jackson’s adopted dad.

i've got teen wolf on the brain rn, so here's every member of the hale/mccall pack listed by what their favourite video game is

scott: he has been playing world of warcraft since he was 11, and he has done basically everything it's possible to do in game, unlocked every trophy and epic mount, reached the level cap with multiple characters, and still he logs in almost every day, even after stiles got bored and moved onto other games

stiles: he gets bored of games fast, but he developed a brief but intense crush on the masterchief when he was a kid, so if asked he'll say halo

alison: she's not great at suspension of disbelief, and mostly can't be bothered with games, but she has a sims 2 build that takes nearly 30 minutes just to load because of all the mods

derek: hates playing any kind of video game, which is probably good because he would get so addicted to rts games if he ever tried one. does know a weird amount of game trivia and lore though, because he goes away and researches every one of stiles's new hyperfixations but then actually sticks with them, unlike stiles. do you want halo lore? because derek has it, and he is desperate for someone to share it with

erica: she tells people it's metro 2033. it's actually barbie horse adventures. it's her comfort game, okay?

boyd: he played the arkham games for erica, and he loved him, but he imprinted on kirby at a young age and nothing else will ever touch it in his heart

isaac: such a sucker for roguelikes. if he knew what kinning was, he'd probably kin zagreus from hades. the fact that failing over and over is built into the game and there's no punishment is reinforcement his brain desperately needs. erica has written at least one zag/meg fic specifically for him.

lydia: she went 18 years without ever touching a video game, and then stiles persuaded her to try the witcher 3, and she was instantly addicted. if she finds out someone romanced triss over yenefer, she will take this as a personal insult

malia: it took stiles years of trying to find a game that didn't make malia immediately want to put her fist through the tv screen, but then DMC 5 came out.

kira: she likes her games fast, plotless, and button-mashy, so she likes most fighting games, but she's an absolute demon at smash

peter: you might think i'm going to say peter doesn't play games, and it's true that he doesn't admit to playing games, but it's also true that he knows nearly as much about street fighter lore as derek knows about halo, and has a frankly insane number of combos memorised. he would literally rather die than tell any of the pack this.

liam: he plays COD, you know it, I know it

cora: jeff forgot to give cora a personality beyond 'plucky' so i have no fucking idea. lets say it's horror games, because i feel like one of these weirdos ought to have strong opinions about bloodbourne and no one else is picking up the slack

jackson: madden, obviously.

danny: he believes strongly that adding an actual ui to dwarf fortress ruined it, and he was very excited about the abilty to export eve online data into excel spreadsheets

P.S. anything that happened after S6 didn't happen. And half of the stuff that happened after S3 didn't happen like that.

Hales

Peter has an identical twin named Thomas. He hates Thomas and Thomas doesn't understand why, but Peter argues he knows what he did (he doesn't)

Peter and Thomas have a triplet sister. Her name is Shane. (This is what happens when I try to play out the Hale family tree in the Sims)

There is another sister between Peter and Talia. Her name is Shannon. She was 15 when her mother announced her surprise pregnancy. Talia was stunned and Shannon broke down in tears

Talia: You're not going to be the least favorite Shannon: Oh, is it going to be the baby? Is it going to be you? Talia: ... You're right, you're going to be the least favorite

Talia didn't like how Thomas and Shane had jobs and Peter didn't, so she made him get one after school. It didn't matter what it was as long as he was working. He tried (unsuccessfully) to get himself fired

It's also where he met Corinne. Malia and Jackson (obviously he's Peter's kid) were conceived in a Macy's changing room

If Peter had a say in naming his kids, he would have either chosen Celia and Collin (after his parents who died when he was young) or Petra and Peter Jr.

(According to my Sims game) Derek has 7 sisters. You've heard of Laura and Cora, now get ready for Zora, Nora, Aurora, Flora, and Dora

Brett says his family was killed in a fire. If this town had more than one family killing fire, people would know that (and hopefully mention it). Brett and Lori are cousins of the Hales

Sometimes the family visits their Great Aunt Barkley. That's just what they call her, no one knows her real relation, her real name, or which side of the family she's related to

Talia and Deucalion were besties. He definitely had unrequited feelings for her

When Cora was young, she was pissed she wasn't getting attention since she's the baby, so she cut her hair off into a choppy bob

The Hales have a famous recipe for mashed potatoes and cheesecake. It is a huge deal if a Hale introduces the recipe to someone they're dating. They may as well be engaged

No one born into the Hale family is straight. It's illegal

If Peter had been born a girl, his name would have been Charlotte

Stiles has identical twin girls that Noah cannot tell apart to save his life. Luckily, Melissa can

To prank Rafael, when Scott was in college he made up fake children named Chad Daniel and Emma. He uses photoshop to send his father their school photos. He did it really poorly too (on purpose) and even after years of this going on, Rafael refuses to believe he doesn't have grandchildren he's never met named Chad Daniel and Emma

Scott names his real daughter Emma, but his son is not named Chad Daniel

As a child, Allison's dream job was dancer

Chris is bisexual, but never really put it together. Allison had to come out for him

After Kira finished her training with the skinwalkers, she left California to earn her degree, but she came back to work in Beacon Hills

Ethan and Aiden's mother is a flight attendant and when she was away, baby Ethan developed a fever. His father didn't know what to do and put him in the fridge to cool down. If Ethan died, his father was going to tell his wife that she was so high on drugs she hallucinated having twins and there was only just Aiden

Theo got heat stroke on a first date because he refused to take off his leather jacket

so jackson is super mean, rude, and generally not nice to kira. he shuns her from the pack. he's constantly doubting her abilities. but not because he hates her.

it drives kira mad. she doesn't get it. she tries so. damn. hard. and yet, jackson doesn't seem to approve of her or like her very much. but kira is not scared of him, even if he tries to be a big scary wolf sometimes.

so she confronts him. she walks right up to him one day, fuming when he ignores her during a pack meeting, and pokes him in the chest with her tiny finger. jabs him enough that it actually stings a little.

"what is your problem with me, huh?"

"i don't have a problem with you," he claims, stepping back so she'll quit poking him.

kira snorts and then lists off all the horrible things jackson's done to her since she joined the pack. she finishes on item number twenty and says, "is that enough evidence?"

she stares him down. eyes unwavering.

he's in disbelief. how could someone so tiny scare the crap out of him so much? he blurts, "someone as special as you are should not be involved in this world."

"bullshit," she says. "bull-fucking-shit! i have every right to be here. i have done nothing but prove myself worthy of the pack over and over again."

and then it hits jackson like a dart to a bullseye. kira isn't someone he needs to protect. she's more than capable of that herself. she might be tiny, but she's mighty. and frankly, he's seen her prove herself over and over again. he knows how scary she can be.

so he tells her as much.

after that, the pack is left confused. they have no idea what changed between jackson and kira. it starts off as a mutual respect for one another and quickly turns into a deep friendship with a bond that cannot be broken. no one sees it coming, except save boyd who knows them both well enough to see that they have more in common than anyone thinks.

and when it comes down to pack missions, it's jackson and kira on a team. malia sometimes feels a little left out of their unbreakable bond, but even she sees that they make each other better. stronger.

maybe jackson doesn't always tell kira how much she means to him, but she knows.

Please send in Teen Wolf requests!!

I was just going through some of my older fics, and I realized that writing requests for Teen Wolf was some of the most fun I have ever had writing fics all year. So if you have any requests for these characters, please send them in. Lately I have been feeling so lost creatively and I really need something to reset my brain and get me really excited about working on fics again, so even if I only pick one or two requests to work on and it jumpstarts my creativity again, that would be amazing. (Especially because over the past month or so, writing fics for me has felt like banging my head into a wall and I hate it.)

The characters I write for: Stiles Stilinski, Erica Reyes, Allison Argent (I would love to write more for her omg please), Lydia Martin, Isaac Lahey (please send in requests for him, my baby, my love), Derek Hale, (maybe) Scott McCall, and (maybe) Jackson Whittemore. (I would also be open to writing about Peter Hale or Mommy Melissa if the idea is right.)

I would love to have some requests for MLTs, Headcanons, Reactions, and other shorter fics, but I would also love some ideas for longer fics to play off of. Please read my Rules page before requesting - but I am gonna copy/paste some stuff from my Rules page here, because I have a feeling that a lot of people don't actually read it before they send in a request. Ooop.

I do write for GN reader characters (where no gender is described), male reader characters, but I mostly write for fem reader characters - especially if the gender is not specified in the request. I write smut, angst, any dark topics, but I don't write fluff all that often. (I do like writing hurt/comfort - because I love writing angst.)

In case you don't know what MLT means, to clarify:

MLTS - ‘Most Likely To’s aka a short description explaining which character of the group (or two, or three characters) would be ‘most likely’ to do something or enjoy something. This could be exploring their potential enjoyment of a kink or how they would behave on a date, how they would be as a romantic partner. It can be anything you want, get creative. 

Reactions - 'how would they react to…’ aka a short description explaining how the characters (two or three, you can choose) would react to a certain situation. (If you want this format done with the whole group at once, it will likely be much shorter.) 

Headcanons - a collection of bullet points that creates a shorter, quicker, more efficient style of fic by taking the reader through a tour of ideas, the character’s reactions and thoughts in a shorter format. (These are like full fics, but can usually be done faster.)

Headcanons

Jackson was one of my awakenings back in the day, when Teen Wolf only had one season. Everyone say thank you Jackson, without him, this blog probably wouldn’t have existed.

I couldn’t narrow it down to just one kink, so this is just kind of an overall nsfw hc thing. Hope that’s still good tho.

Jackson is submissive, I don’t wanna hear it. That man turned into a lizard whose whole thing was being told what to do, he definitely likes being ordered around in the bedroom and treated like he’s lesser.

I think he is also extremely touch starved, the kind of guy to melt into your hand if you were to cradle his cheek into your palm. When you run your fingers through his hair when he’s going down on you, he purrs loudly, and his eyes almost roll back because of it.

He uses the tail, I’m sorry. He would use it to pull you close or wrap around you when he has his moments where he’s feeling bratty or dominant, or just wants your attention.

Jackson has some kind of daddy, sir, or alpha kink. Even if you aren’t a werewolf or a supernatural being, he still loves when you push him down and he can wail for his alpha into his pillows, that alpha being you of course.

Body worship, please massage him after lacrosse or just a long day. Like cover your hands in oil and give him a thorough rubdown. Pay special attention to his pecs and upper arms, really press into the muscle. It’ll leave him a whimpering whining mess.

He would try to hard to be good, to not move because you told him to stay still, but it feels so good he can’t help bucking his hips. The bed has deep claw marks afterwards from where he was gripping it.

Oral fixation, so much oral fixation. For a guy who loves to talk so much, he would most likely love to have his mouth stuffed. Because of him being part kanima, his tongue is longer and more flexible than the average person, take that as you will.

Marking kink. Wants you to bite him all over but also wants to bite you. That of course isn’t the best idea if you aren’t a supernatural being of your own, since his teeth can get pretty sharp, and he bites down pretty damn hard.

Has most likely had fantasies of getting your initials or even your entire name tattooed, like some kind of branding fantasy. Its that little part of his brain that wants to belong to you forever. He hasn’t gotten it done, but it doesn’t stop him from jerking off to the thought of it.

Ends up getting a necklace or maybe a bracelet or ring with your initials instead, just to curb the urge a little.

Stays at your house more than his own, and if you guys already live together that’s even better. Expect a lap full of lizard werewolf who will always want your attention.

Expect him also to walk around in very little clothes. Jackson knows he looks good and will use it to his advantage to get what he wants.

As much as Jackson loves to be roughed up and ordered around, he also has his moments where he just wants to be held and made love too instead.

He deals with a lot of insecurity, and just wants you to show him you truly do care for him and want him in your life. He will have moments where he will lay on your chest and silently cry, asking you in a small voice if you truly do love him.

This either ends up with you just comforting him and telling him that of course you love him. Or it ends up with Jackson on his back, his legs around your waist, as you make love to him, muttering all kinds of compliments and praise.

The praise gets him mushier faster than anything else, and always leaves him a gasping blabbering mess, begging for more and saying he loves you over and over.

Because of this, you are one of the few people his wolf and kanima self submits too, no questions asked. This also means that when he’s going through heat, you will be the person he comes too. Hed rather die than go to anyone else, only wanting you.

During his heats he wants you to top like always, and if you arent a werewolf yourself or something like it, you better have toys to distract him, because he will wring you so dry you will be crawling out of there.

After hes left your legs completely useless after riding you for hours though, he will cuddle against your chest and purr so loud it would vibrate the entire bed.

Hes just completely smitten and its honestly gross just how much he loves you, and how he would find a way to stop the world from turning if you asked him too.
