Propaganda
Maria Montez (Cobra Woman, Arabian Nights)—maria montez was a dominican actress who rose to fame starring in a series of technicolor adventure movies in the 1940s hollywood, becoming popularly known as "the queen of technicolor”. her dramatic persona and elaborate bejeweled attire in these films subsequently lead to her becoming an early camp icon to underground queer filmmakers like jack smith and andy warhol. maria was fiercely determined to become a Movie Star from early on and tirelessly promoted herself (she would be killing it as an influencer today probably) - she deliberately cultivated an outré star persona in the tradition of old school screen vamps like theda bara and alla nazimova and she was always serving no matter where she was or what she was doing.
Judy Garland (Meet Me In St. Louis, A Star is Born, Summer Stock)— Judy is the GOAT when it comes to classic movie musicals. The voice of an angel who deserved so much better than she got. She can sing she can dance she can act she's a triple threat. Though she had a turbulent personal life (her treatment as a child star by the studio system makes me mad as hell like Louis b Mayer fight me ((she was made to believe that she was physically unattractive by the constant criticism of film executives who made her feel ugly and who manipulated her onscreen appearance by capping her teeth and using discs in her nose to change its shape and Mayer called her "my little hunchback" like imagine hearing that as a child and not having damage)) she always goddamn delivered on screen and in any performance she gave. She began in vaudeville performing with her sisters and was signed to MGM at 13. Starting out in supporting parts especially paired with mickey Rooney in a bunch of films (she's the best part tbh) she eventually transferred to the lead role. She is best known for her starring role in movie musicals like the iconic Wizard of Oz (somewhere over the rainbow still hits hard and is ranked the top film song of all time), meet me in St. Louis (Judy singing have your self a merry little Christmas brings tears to the eyes she is that powerful), the Harvey girls (she looks like a technicolor dream and sings a catchy af song about trains), Easter parade ( dancing and singing with Fred Astaire), for me and my gal, the pirate, and summer stock ( with pal Gene Kelly who she helped when he was starting out and he helped her when she was struggling). But she also does non- singing just as well like the clock ( her first movie where she sings no songs and is an underrated ww2 era romance), her Oscar nominated a star is born ( like the man that got away she put her whole soul in that and I have beef with the fact she lost to grace kelly ((whom I love but like still not even her best work)), and judgement at Nuremberg (a courtroom drama about the nazi war criminal trials). Outside of film she made concert appearances to record-breaking audiences, released 8 studio albums, and had her own Emmy-nominated tv series. She was the youngest (39) and first female recipient of the Cecil B DeMille award for lifetime achievement in the film industry. Girl was a lifelong democrat and was a financial and moral supporter of many causes including the civil rights movement (she was at the March on Washington and held a press conference to protest the 16th street Baptist church bombings). She was a friend of the Kennedy family and would call jfk weekly often ending the calls by singing the first few lines of somewhere over the rainbow (she thought of them as Gemini twins). She was a member of the committee for the first amendment which was formed in response to the HUAC investigations. Though she died far too young and tragically she remains an icon for her work and her life. As a girl who didn't feel like i was as pretty as everyone else I have always felt a connection to Judy and I just really love her.
This is round 2 of the tournament. All other polls in this bracket can be found here. Please reblog with further support of your beloved hot sexy vintage woman.
[additional propaganda submitted under the cut.]
Maria:
Dominican actress dubbed the Queen of Technicolor. Starred in colourful action adventure movies and was Universal Studios “glamour girl” of the 1940s. She starred in 26 movies before her untimely death in 1951. Shot to stardom with Arabian Nights in 1942. Fought with universal over roles she was cast in and managed to negotiate better pay for herself before going freelance and starring in European movies.
Judy:
Judy's voice alone qualifies her for at least top ten hottest HOT VINTAGE MOVIE WOMEN. She was a truly incredible swing singer, with a stunning voice on top of her technique. Her short dark hair looked incredible in just about any style. Have I mentioned her swagger? I can’t do it justice with words. She had swagger. She was funny as hell, and clever too. Incredibly charming and cool. I adore her.
Her eyes, her voice have bewitched me
I mean how can you beat the one and only Judy? She's beautiful, her smile is contagious, the way she sings with her whole body. You can't help but love her.
youtube
Beautiful woman, love her singing voice. And she can do everything between happy or silly and angry or heartbroken

I’d love to hear your analysis behind MM schmoozing with the Kardashians. I know you’ve touched base on it before, but I’d love to know more. It seemed like, back in 2020 when Meghan first “returned” to California, she felt she was above that scene. Now, she’s doing what she can to attach herself to them…but I feel the timing is way, way off. She deigned to lower her standards enough to latch on to the K-train as it’s going off the rails. The eldest is basically cutting her ties from the fam. Kim lost a ton of credibility throughout her marriage to Kanye and she’s on the losing side of a feud against one of the biggest stars on the planet (and she was booed last night at the roast of Tom Brady!). The entire family doesn’t mind coming across as messy, or dumb, or promiscuous which seems to be the opposite of the look Meghan tries to achieve (they do, however, work very hard, and for the most part are very family oriented). Is this another backfire on Meghan’s behalf or do you think she has sound networking reasons behind this connection?
Old ask from May 6th
I think Meghan likes the Kardashians because who they are today is what she wants for herself; they're accepted by society, they have huge businesses and companies, they're cultural icons. But what Meghan doesn't understand is that the Kardashians have authenticity and American culture places a really high value on authenticity. You could be the worst person in the world, but as long as you're authentic in who you are, what you believe, and the things you do, we'd generally accept it and support you.
(Authenticity, by the way, is Kim's issue. Something happened and people don't see her as authentic anymore, and that's why she's getting booed and may not be as well-liked as her sisters are. Maybe it was the feud with Taylor. Maybe it was Kanye. Maybe it was something else altogether.)
After all, Meghan has been trying to network her way into being momagered by Kris. Love her or hate her, Kris is one of the more effective talent managers right now. Look at everything her family has now - brand deals, marketing deals, multimillion dollar companies, a general respectability, acceptance - and remember, all of this came from a sex tape. Somehow, Kris lassoed the wind from that storm and brought her family into Emerald City.
That's what Meghan wanted; she wanted to leverage the controversy of marrying into the BRF to roar into Hollywood with multimillion-dollar brands, sponsorships, celebrity friends, acceptance, and relevance.
Except her marrying into the BRF wasn't controversial. Yes, there were a couple of racist articles (which were handled immediately) but by and large, the press accepted her, the public accepted her, and the BRF accepted her. So Meghan had to create the controversy she wanted, and that's where everything fell apart. It fell apart for her the same way it's falling apart for Kim - the lack of authenticity and death by a thousand cuts exposing how she manipulated everything to be seen as the victim.
Anyway. I'm not sure it matters anymore. The Kardashians seem to have successfully pushed Meghan away because Meghan is back to hanging out with Oprah and Oprah's '90s crowd.
Also, I think trying to get in with the Kardashians and their crowd was Meghan's way of trying to upgrade her fame strategy. Hear me out:
1980s - 1997: Fame was best represented by Diana and the paparazzi stalking
1995 - 1999: JFK Jr brought the Kennedy name back into global fame
1998 - 2011: Mid-1990s, Oprah changed her talk show from tabloid trash to what it's now best known as; motivational, inspirational, celebrity interviews. From that time through her last show in 2011, Oprah and The Oprah Winfrey Show were considered the top "get" for celebrity PR. If you made it onto the Oprah Show, you were famous. Oprah's successor was Ellen DeGeneres and The Ellen Show (which began in 2003) and like Oprah, if you were on Ellen, you were famous, you were popular, and you were cool.
2003ish - 2007ish: Paris, Britney, Nicole, Lindsay/Perez Hilton/TMZ era. Fame was cute young twenty-something girls partying in LA.
2007 - 2016: Kardashians on the rise. The Kardashians peaked in 2016/2017 in terms of their press coverage, and they've been steadily (albeit gently) declining since.
2010 - 2016: William and Kate get engaged and the BRF enters a new "golden phase", becoming globally popular again.
2016 - 2022: (I have no idea. It was such a weird time. See the * note below.)
2022 - today: peak Taylor Swift
So if we look at Meghan and her fame "trajectory," she's emulated the lives and PR of the most famous pop culture icons of the last 40 years, trying to catch some of their stardust.
She married Diana's son, tried to get the paparazzi to chase after her the same way, and copied Diana's outfits.
She cozied up to the Kennedy family and connected their surname with hers.
She got the Oprah celebrity interview and inserted herself into Oprah's circle. Then she got the Ellen celebrity interview and inserted herself into Ellen's circle.
She cozied up to the Kardashians, copied their outfits, makeup, and hairstyles.
She cozied up to William and Kate, tried to be their besties, and tried to out-duchess Kate at game Kate herself created and owned the copyrights/trademarks to.
So was Meghan buddying up to the Kardashians so Kris could be her momager and get her the riches of the world as she desires? Or was Meghan buddying up to the Kardashians to collect them for her gauntlet of infinity stones so she could one day snap her fingers and be the most famous person in literally all of history and culture combined?
*I feel like politics dominated much of the conversation 2016 - 2020 with Trump, Brexit, and the rise of the far right and so much so that it consumed much of pop culture in a way we hadn't seen before and I'm not sure if there was anyone famous-famous or tabloid-famous that rose above it to dominate the way Diana, JFK Jr, Young Millennial Hollywood, the Kardashians, and Golden Era of Cambridges did. Then obviously 2020-2022 was COVID, with The Queen's death in 2022 being, in my opinion, the door that slammed the door shut on the 2016-2022 era of chaos, which - in a weird way - let pop culture as a whole kind of shift and regroup. I could probably write a much longer essay on this but I'll spare y'all since my stomach's rumbling and it's lunch time.

The Intelligence Drop: Exposing Hollywood’s Darkest Secrets – Hollywood Corruption Storm, Music Industry Trafficking, CIA Blackmail Operations and Trump’s Cleanup Operation
Intelligence Drop The time has come to unveil the sinister connections that run deep within Hollywood’s glamorous façade. The entertainment elite have been hiding behind closed doors for decades, but now the storm is crashing in, bringing their darkest secrets into the light. Trump’s mission? To take down the elites, dismantle the pedophilia rings, and expose the CIA’s dirty work in entertainment. This isn't a mere conspiracy—it's the war that will change everything.
You can feel it happening. A storm that’s been building for years, and now it’s bursting through the seams of Hollywood’s corruption. Human trafficking, secret power rings, and cover-ups—they all lead back to the same shadowy figures, pulling strings behind the scenes. The world might have been blind, but the truth is coming out. It’s bigger than just celebrities; it’s a web of power and control that has silently shaped the industry for too long.
50 Cent—a man many thought was just another rapper—has found himself in the crosshairs of this very war. Navy SEALs protecting him from assassination attempts? Yes, it’s real. This is no Hollywood script. After meeting with Trump in 2018 and 2019, 50 Cent became a vital piece in a larger puzzle. What’s happening behind the scenes involves far more than just music—it’s about the takedown of an empire. And 50 Cent, along with Trump, is firing the first shots.
The game has changed. 50 Cent’s beef with P. Diddy? It’s not just a rap feud. It’s the spark in a hidden war—a war to expose Diddy’s dark empire and the system he’s helped shield. With the CIA pulling the strings, using rival gangs to control and manipulate, the stage is set for a revelation like no other. If this feels like fiction, think again. This is warfare—calculated, ruthless, and aimed at shaking the core of Hollywood’s foundations.
Trump’s signal was clear. After surviving an assassination attempt, he walked out to 50 Cent’s "Many Men," a bold statement to his enemies. This wasn't just a song; it was a warning shot to Hollywood. Many Men wish death upon Trump and 50 Cent—but they’ve underestimated their enemies. The forces behind them are far stronger than anyone could have imagined.
The Epstein connection is the final piece. As Trump prepares his ultimate move, he’s linking the Epstein saga with JFK’s assassination, showing how the elites have used blackmail and trafficking to control power for decades. The stakes couldn’t be higher. Trump’s not just cleaning up Hollywood; he’s rewriting history, bringing down the CIA’s deep state and the pedophile networks that have manipulated the entertainment world.
The storm is here. It’s not just coming—it’s happening now. This moment has been building for years, and the elite’s empire of lies is about to collapse. Hollywood, music, and politics will never be the same. It had to happen this way, because the truth is unstoppable.

Oliver Stone's Dallas
Director Oliver Stone put Dallas on the map as a desirable Hollywood film shoot location in the late 1980s and 1990s with Talk Radio, Platoon, Born on the Fourth of July, JFK, and Any Given Sunday. He’s also the subject of my book The Oliver Stone Experience and has been a friend for 15 years.
Texas Theatre honchos Jason Reimer and Barak Epstein invited Stone to attend a mini-retrospective earlier this month titled “4 Days in Dallas with Oliver Stone,” which screened his Dallas movies Talk Radio, Born on the Fourth of July, and JFK. Natural Born Killers was also part of the lineup; it wasn’t shot in Dallas, but celebrated its 30th anniversary this year. While he was in town, Stone fit in visits to Dealey Plaza, the Sixth Floor Museum, and the municipal archives beneath City Hall where records related to the Kennedy assassination are kept.
The centerpiece of the weekend was the Oct. 4 screening of 1991’s JFK at the same theater where accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested, and where Stone re-created the arrest with Gary Oldman portraying Oswald. I sat with Stone in the back of the theater, a row behind one of the two seats Oswald occupied on November 22, 1963. When police onscreen spotted Oswald circa 1963 and demanded his surrender, they seemed to be addressing the assembled audience in 2024: a through-the-looking-glass moment.
After the screening, Stone spoke to me onstage about researching and making the movie as well as his personal experience of the assassination and its aftermath. He was 17, and spent the day “watching the coverage, like everybody else.” He didn’t begin seriously questioning the official version of historical events until after the 1974 kidnapping of Patty Hearst, when he read that some individuals involved in the crime had connections to the federal government. “Through the 1970s, I began to educate myself,” he said. Stone became fascinated by alternatives to the “lone gunman” and “magic bullet” theories in the late 1980s, when he was sent a nonfiction book as possible adaptation material: On the Trail of the Assassins by Jim Garrison, who, as the district attorney of New Orleans in 1960s, brought the only criminal trial related to the president’s murder.
Image Oliver Stone in front of the Texas Theatre marquee. Peter Salsbury “I really thought ‘this is a great thriller,’” Stone said of Garrison’s book. “I hadn’t done the research. I just believed what I was seeing [as I read] was…a potentially great movie.” While writing the script with Zachary Sklar, Stone melded Garrison’s book with Jim Marrs’ Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, and added information he’d gleaned while visiting the film’s primary locations of Dallas, New Orleans, and Washington, D.C. He read the Warren Commission Report and books that questioned it. He talked to historians and former and current officials.
Stone had previously explained in my book, as well as in many interviews, that he made Garrison the main character of JFK because he presented the criminal case against alleged conspirators to kill Kennedy. Stone believed him to be a perfect vehicle to present additional information and other theories about what happened. He admitted that Garrison lost because he “had a weak case” against New Orleans businessman Clay Shaw (Tommy Lee Jones), but added that Shaw “was lying” to investigators and the jury about his connections to the New Orleans criminals and hustlers, anti-Castro Cubans, and members of right-wing paramilitary groups, all of whom loathed Kennedy.
Stone told Dallas Morning News writer Sarah Hepola that reading Garrison’s book while filming Born on the Fourth of July in Dallas may have sparked his decision to make JFK. “I never really made that connection [before], but I’m sure someone took me to see Dealey Plaza for the first time,” he said. “When you see it, you realize what a jewel box it is. How small. You don’t realize that from pictures. It’s a perfect ambush site.”
Various Hollywood and independent directors chose to shoot in Dallas before Stone came to town, resulting in films such as Logan’s Run, Robocop, the 1962 adaptation of the musical Stage Fair, and the horror film Phantom of the Paradise (which will receive a 50th anniversary screening this month at its primary filming location, the Majestic Theater). But it wasn’t until Stone chose Dallas as the location of his claustrophobic 1988 drama Talk Radio—based on star Eric Bogosian’s play, and filmed around the city and on soundstages at Las Colinas—that Dallas hosted a production that felt like possible Academy Awards material, helmed by a director who’d already won multiple Oscars (for Platoon, his 1986 film based on his experience as an infantryman in Vietnam, and his follow-up Wall Street, which got Michael Douglas a statuette as Best Actor).
Released at Christmas despite Stone’s objections (“it was so depressing!”) Talk Radio was a box office disappointment that got no awards traction. But his next project, 1989’s Born on the Fourth of July, about paraplegic war activist Ron Kovic, was a hit that was nominated for eight Oscars and won two (for directing and editing). Born was the movie Stone had wanted to make first in Dallas, mainly because nonunion crews would stretch its budget, but he had to wait eight months until his star Tom Cruise finished making Rain Main. He ended up doing Talk Radio as a time killer and—he said during a post-screening discussion—a way to try different directorial techniques and learn about the city.
For Born, the Elmwood neighborhood of Oak Cliff doubled for Kovic’s hometown of Massapequa, Long Island. Dallas was also briefly home to Syracuse University (faked at Southern Methodist University) and the Miami Convention Center (actually Dallas’ convention center with different signage and some trucked-in palm trees). JFK was the second Stone production to let Dallas be Dallas, and it brought a new level of real-world specificity to its action and dialogue, immersing itself deeply in Dallas’ identity. Where Talk Radio was electrifying for local viewers because of the abundance of recognizable locations and references (a gargoyle-ish rock-and-roller played by Michael Wincott gives a shout-out to “the girls at Valley View Mall!”) Stone’s immense, densely packed JFK—a combination courtroom thriller, detective story, and muckraking work of agitprop–went much further, making the layout of downtown and other parts of Dallas integral to the tale. It weaved in references to actual Texas politicians, institutions, and corporations—including “General Dynamics of Fort Worth, Texas,” cited by Donald Sutherland’s Mr. X as one cog of the military-industrial complex that stopped the United States from pulling out of Vietnam before combat troops could be introduced.
Three of the four screenings were sellouts, which seemed to surprise Stone, and the audiences lined up for good seats well in advance. At the JFK screening, Sutherland’s mammoth exposition dump and star Kevin Costner’s tearful final summation earned rounds of applause.
Stone attended a book signing before JFK, during which he inscribed copies of his memoir Chasing the Light, the JFK screenplay, and The Oliver Stone Experience as well as artifacts related to his filmography and its subjects. He signed a poster for his first directorial effort, the early-’70s horror film Seizure, and November 23, 1963 editions of Dallas Morning News and Dallas Times Herald.
The last time Stone spent serious time in Dallas was 1999, when Jerry Jones let him use the old Texas Stadium to shoot parts of his football epic Any Given Sunday. To my surprise, he said yes to a last-minute offer by city of Dallas archivist John Slate to peruse Dallas Police Department documents and photos from the days following the assassination, including crime scene photos of the book depository and the spot where Oswald shot officer J.D. Tippit in Oak Cliff, arrest sheets, fingerprints, and mugshots of Oswald and his killer Jack Ruby.
The only time when Stone could fit in a visit was a Saturday morning when the archives were officially closed, so Slate met us on a street corner near City Hall. He drove us into the parking garage and escorted us into the guts of the building, a sequence of events that would’ve fit right into the shadow world of JFK. Slate and assistant city archivist Kristi Nedderman had laid out some of the archives’ holdings on a long table. The two alternated showing Stone certain items with their own commentary and letting him sit quietly and flip through materials, which are kept in protective sleeves, at his own pace. (Copies can be viewed online here.)
Slate said the archives began in the late 1980s as a part of the city secretary’s office. The “original stash” of the JFK records was rediscovered in the police department “around 1989. We already had the bulk of the records, and although I don’t know all the details, right after [Stone] finished filming there or during the time he was filming there in 1990 and early 1991, the City Council got rather excited about whether they had done due diligence to take care of whatever was in city departments related to JFK,” Slate said. “A City Council resolution was passed in early ‘92 that all departments were directed to send JFK-related materials to the municipal archives.”
The JFK collection now contains more than 11,400 items that took two years to catalog, annotate and preserve, under the direction of Slate’s predecessor, Cindy Smolovick.
Slate told me he’d heard about the Texas Theatre screening series only a few days before it was scheduled to begin. He did not expect a yes from Stone on such short notice, but felt obligated to make the offer because “it’s fair to say that Oliver Stone was a direct influence on the development of the archives [in the 1990s] and the premiere collection in our archives, which is the JFK materials.”

(—) ★ spotted!! JONATHAN ‘JOHNNY’ KENNEDY on the cover of this week’s most recent tabloid! many say that the 30 year old looks like BILL SKARSGARD, but i don’t really see it. while the ACTOR/REALITY TV STAR/LORD is known for being CHARISMATIC my inside sources say that they have a tendency to be CHAOTIC i swear, every time i think of them, i hear the song SUPER RICH KIDS by FRANK OCEAN { HE/HIM, CISMALE }
˗ˏˋ * ‣ 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬 :

𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓼
name: jonathan fucking kennedy
age: thirty
nicknames: johnny, jfk
date of birth: june 5th, 1994
astrological sign: gemini
place of birth: calabasas, california
occupation: reality star / model / actor / lord
label: the lothario
positive traits: charismatic, humorous, witty, debonair
negative traits: impulsive, manipulative, womanizer, unfaithful
characters/celebrities he’s like: schmitt from new girl, chuck bass from gossip girl, young rob kardashian, scott disick, joey tribianni from friends, michael kelso from that 70′s show
𝓫𝓲𝓸𝓰𝓻𝓪𝓹𝓱𝔂
johnny was born into reality tv royalty. the only son of the kennedy family (not to be confused with the political dynasty), johnny was practically birthed in the spotlight. (basically very much like the kardashians)
his mother kathy being a famous fashion model and his father jonathan being a famous football player (very much tom and gisele vibes) their whirlwind romance was a headline maker in the 70's/80′s and once they started having children, a reality tv series was practically handed to them.
their family’s show - kicking it with the kennedy’s, was the pioneer of reality tv and the very first reality show to reach such high levels of success.
the show focused on their day to day life as a famous family in california and all the drama that they got into.
while his sisters had much more going for them plot wise- from business ventures to marriages and babies, messy relationships, scandals and everything in between, johnny didn’t have as much going for him and had always been considered ‘the black sheep’ of the family, so he had to carve his own path.
he became the troublemaker of the family, the one the cameras turned to for some comedic relief. he played pranks on his sisters, had all of his womanizing ways exploited for the world to see, and was known for being an absolute menace, simply because it was the only way he could get any screentime.
and unlike his sisters, he didn’t have anything outside of the show going for him. he didn’t have drive or motivation or something he was passionate about, so he simply used his family’s money to do whatever he wanted.
it didn’t take long for him to become a notorious party boy in hollywood, using his last name to get any girl he wanted into bed, throwing insane parties in his calabasas mansion, buying more cars than he ever needed, and treating money like it grew on trees - especially since he invested in cryptocurrency at such a young age one night when he was a bored teenager browsing the web with nothing else to do.
when he turned 18, in a desperate attempt to make him grow up a little bit, his mother got him signed to a modeling agency, where he began a successful runway and editorial career, but the only thing he ever enjoyed about it was that he got to be around hot models and go to insane parties.
he spent the next ten years of his life being and living up to what everyone thought of him - a boy who would never grow up and while people loved it for entertainment's purposes, he was getting sick and tired of not being taken seriously.
𝓲𝓷 𝓬𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓶𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓮𝓭 𝓲𝓽…
last year, he found himself in a complete mental rut - his usual vices not doing the trick for him anymore and everything around him seeming completely bleak and meaningless.
he wanted to be something more than just the menace brother on kicking it with the kennedy's and after a mental breakdown...or two..he fled to paris for a few months and enrolled in the most prestigious acting academy in france.
and much to everyone's surprise, including his own, he was brilliant, an absolute natural who was able to engulf himself into a character and switch into a different personality with ease.
christopher nolan caught wind of this and decided to cast him in 'the dark knight' as the joker and while johnny's goal was to be more of a leading man kind of guy, he played the villain well, so well that his performance in the dark knight is being quoted as one of the greatest performances from an actor of all time.
he entered his first serious relationship around that time with ophelia evans, and she became his whole world. although it didn't last long until someone else sabotaged it.
however, he's trying his best to not let that get him down, focusing on wrapping american psycho, gearing up for his next project, pulp fiction and being the same old johnny everyone knows and loves. leopards can't change their spots that easily, after all.

The story is even better when you factor in the stories about Woody Harrelson's father -- the man spent most of Woody's life serving 2 life sentences in federal prison. Why? Well, because he killed a federal court judge. Why? Well, because he was a legitimate contract killer.
When arrested, he confessed to killing JFK, thinking that it'd delay his trial while they investigated that claim, so one can only conclude he was not a bright contract killer.
The idea of two half brothers accidentally meeting and becoming besties and then learning of their connection -- ok, that's absolutely a Hollywood story come to life. But that they were both fathered by THAT man?
This is bigger than watergate for me

1,4,8,16,21 girl lemme know about your answers!!! ❤️❤️❤️
AAHHH! Thank you so much for the ask, love 🥰 Hopefully my answers aren’t too messy, however, I probably did overthink each one lol.
1. If someone wanted to really understand you, what would they read, watch, and listen to?
If someone wanted to understand my pessimistic soul they would need to read Fyodor Dostoevsky, Stephen King, and lots of historical fiction/nonfiction works. On top of this, they would need to read DC comic books such as Batman and the Joker AND read magazines about celebrities/films.
As far as movies go I’ll list some of my all-time favorites: The Shining, Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Ghost Rider, Moulin Rouge, Mean Streets, The Godfather: Part 2, JFK, Last Night in SoHo, and The Great Dictator. Sometimes the sequels are better (based on this list) 😅 But when I was younger I used to watch a lot of horror movies (Chucky, Friday The 13th, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Halloween, Scream, Paranormal Activity, Saw, etc.) then I got out of that phase and started watching a lot of Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger action films like Rambo and Commando, until I started watching more contemporary cinema a few years ago. My film tastes have been all over the place…
My music taste is even worse lmao. People would definitely need to listen to Lana Del Rey, specifically her Dark Paradise song. Other artists/bands would include Tears for Fears, Queen, Mötley Crüe, Subvision, Oasis, Billie Eilish, and Ghost. Below I’ll list a few other songs that resonate with me deeply on a personal level:
• Daddy Issues - The Neighbourhood
• Congratulations - Post Malone
• Talking Body - Tove Lo
• In This Darkness - Clara La San
• Hey Now! - Oasis
• American Trash - Innerpartysystem
• Mad World - Gary Jules
• She’s Electric - Oasis
• Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
All in all I’m mostly a pop/punk-rock kid who grew up listening to a wide range of genres. I had artists like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Adele, Lady Gaga, and Nicki Minaj play on the car radio everyday before going to school. Then my older sister would share her music with me and my brother, and she listened to bands like The All-American Rejects, Green Day, Three Days Grace, Panic! at the Disco, and Evanscence. My father even played his ‘80s music around the house which included Journey, Van Halen, Simple Minds, and Guns N’ Roses. As long as the songs are catchy I like a variety of different music. And I only have my family to thank for broadening my musical palette 🖤
4. Do you like your name? Is there another name you think would fit you better?
My real name? Not really. It’s too simple. I do like how it’s spelled differently tho, granted people often mispronounce it. As for my Tumblr name (Cine)? I like it better than my actual name. Idk…if I had to change my real name I would switch it to Dimitri or something.
8. What musical artists have you most felt connected to over your lifetime?
Since I’m an old soul I connect a lot with Lana Del Rey. I LOVE how her aesthetic is vintage Hollywood glamour mixed in with 1950s-1970s Americana. I favor those time periods more than the one I’m currently living in. Her music speaks to me and I’m grateful to have found her in my life.
16. If you’d grown up in a different environment, do you think you’d have turned out the same?
I don’t think any of us would tbh. The environment we grew up in shapes us and if that changes then we change, either for the better or for the worse, depending on how good or bad the situation is. The environment I grew up in was not perfect, but was it downright horrible? No. However, I was sheltered and it did cause me to form attachment issues and daddy issues well into my adulthood.
21. Do you love easily?
Yes 😆 Sometimes I love people a little too much lol. What’s funny is, if I look at someone, my gut instincts immediately tell me if they are a good or bad person, based on the feelings they provoke at first glance. If I feel weary of someone then I won’t have a good impression of them, but if it’s the complete opposite, then I’ll trust that person with my whole heart. It’s weird.
Phew…thanks again for the ask! 🫶🏻

Dear Mr. President, do you come in peace?✌️
Today? Hmm. I was feeling a bit sorry for myself. I let it go in my poetic manner, that was clear this morning.
I took a hit of my cannabis pen and I called my mother. Luckily I was on speaker phone and I was able to talk to both her and my brother, in hopes to connect them by showing them the unrealized ideas that they share between them!
Unrealized idea. Such a solid word set. Everything in us is unrealized isn’t it? So are we experiencing ourselves through life or are we experiencing life through ourselves via unrealized ideas.
Ideas come to realization with life experiences and knowledge. And I’m convinced we know nothing and everything is simply a hypothesis.
You know a sheer top can make you hotter than a regular top. Hotter in body temperature. The fabric is almost unbreathable it’s so tight knit. 🧶 I paired it with these aura blue velvet overalls and I feel bitchin. 👀💕 random, but necessary.
Lots of unrealized ideas going in to fruition today. Did I say that right? - anyways, again I do not feel hung up on old emotions, proving that my mentality is becoming wiser. I was able to see all the unrealized ideas in those past experiences or emotions. I think that is the entire point of memory. It’s some clue to the game of life.
This is in fact a change you can feel. A pattern, balancing love and war all while trying to find peace. You are the peace. You can’t find it and never will because you are full of unrealized ideas that balance love and war—- which IS peace. This is what we should be showing children how to do. NOW. establish themselves as peaceful beings.
Which reminds me what a close friend had said to me about JFK’s infamous quote in our many deep chats-
“Ask not what your country can do for you- ask what you could do for your country”
And that really set some mechanical steam in my broiler type brain. Aren’t they suppose to serve the people? — ha anyways I think it should be modernized and more according the times. Like- like-
Do you see what we are/were doing for the country Mr. Kennedy? Are you guys so caught up in taking and eye for and eye that you’re all up there blind as fuck? How dare Mr. President. 🥺
Or - or-
“Ask not what your mind can do for you- ask what you could do for your mind” to make it a more interpersonal experience. Because what is the country doing for us? I will tell you- its fertility is beyond measures so it provides us sustenance. Its natural growing trees provides and automatic air filtration system but we seem to keep killing them to build big mansions in the white suburbs. Oh- and also it provides multiple seas, rivers, oceans, animal life, plant life. The government is not our country Mr. President.
So Mr. Kennedy- what the fuck are you gonna do for the country?
Still has the basics of establishing some mind fucking quality to it. But people were too arrogantly stuck in their victim mentality’s to smell the stupidity in this quote. No wonder people hated Kennedy. He was just doing cocaine and getting blow jobs from the hottest blonde in 1960s booming Hollywood. No big deal.
Wow. How realizing this journal entry has been. I love seeing where my mind takes me and I’m not boring my mother with talks about the war and government. She likes talking about womanly house pressure and psychosis. 😆 I get it, gossiping on the phone while filing my nails and telling my kids to scram- mommy is on the phone type vibe is how I always invisible a woman. It’s what we do best. Again, women are messengers. 😇
I tried applying this idiotic quote to nearly everything in my life. It has tremendous perspective. It forces you to ask yourself questions you wouldn’t even think to ask. Or or view things in a way you’ve been trying to force yourself to view things. No, applying this ideology to people who struggle with lower level decision making can really help them feel like they have a choice in all there matters, and start to feel more and more in control of things, in control of their thoughts, control of their lives.
You know my thoughts on control in general. The control would only be an illusion because the mind learns to start truly regulating it self which looks and feels very much like control. Allowing ourselves to forgive ourselves when we try to control anything and the outcome does not feel very victorious, we label that as a failure, when in fact it is simply us just trying to control something. It triggers our inner child into unfairness, and Hines sight becomes salt in the wound, we start to dig ourselves a deep valley that eventually we begin to thrive from, never realizing we are surviving in the pit, aka self pity, self sabotage, rage, negativity. This can certainly be avoiding with practice.
You will find what is right for you, I don’t know if the strength really comes from the struggle, I am a bit fascinated on the struggle. I want to learn from it so badly that I put myself in idiotic and impulsive situations. Sadistic struggle but like emotionally. Am I addicted to the power that the struggle seems to give me? And it only becomes a strength if I use it in pure way, like love, understanding, patience, kindness, empathy, nurture, compassion. You can not abuse this power. Our government uses it for evil, muahaha——😆 don’t be like them when you grow up, please god be a doctor and make your mom happy. 😂
I told myself I was going to really commit to myself. And I am so proud of the progress I had made almost immediately. I was not afraid to be completely alone with myself and recognize all my unrealized ideas. I have really held myself accountable. There are things that I have done again like smoking cigarettes, and I realize maybe it gives me that laying in my own valley knowing exactly where I am at, and knowing exactly what the consequences are, and for some god damn reason I’m okay with laying in the valley right now.
I’ll run when it catches fire. 🔥
