Dust loses an eye for whatever reason, Nightmare sends Killer out to find a compatible donor (it's fun to imagine Killer gouging out different guys' eyes out there and it appeals to his scientific streak) and the two of them have a bit of a tough time trying to get Dust to stay still for the operation. Nightmare can heal but his magic isn't made for that so he's somewhat limited.I don't know about you but to me this is a fun premise to write or dig into.

NOTHING is funnier to me that people hate that Quentin from the Magicians died so much that finding anything post season four that is canon compliant is so fucking difficult. the writers were like "oh it's an honourable sendoff his sacrifice is not in vain but oooOO what's that shiny new storyline be distracted by that for a while" and fans just went "no❤️"
