I think the youngest is Jon, because that's hilarious, but also, Tim and Sasha seemed to have more experience and years working than him, Sasha apparently had like 10 years working in academia, and Tim passed 5 years in a different field until Danny... And then he went to the Magnus institute.

Martin seems pretty close to Jon but idk, because he has been working since early age is hard to place it in the timeline :(C but I'd say they're rather close in age?

Also can't stop imagining slightly older martin teasing Jon about being more mature than him or something like that because, elders know best, and what are they teaching kids this days.... Tch....
