coming out of tumblr hibernation to say that i think it is SO weird to still paint neo and roman to have a familial relationship when it has been stated over and over again in so many ways that they are canonically romantic. i get not liking the ship, thats fine!! everyones entitled to their own opinion. BUT its a bit odd to take a canon ship and make them related in any way.

Man, does anyone else really enjoy the trope of Character A and Character B are in love, but Character A won't admit it/doesn't realize/thinks B is out of their league and as a consequence REALLY hurts Character B with their rejection/weirdly possessive friendship/trying to move on with tons of people who aren't B only to realize their feelings....

And then get simultaneously SO frustrated when Character A just says "oh shit, my bad" and B just forgives them instantaneously? Like...NO! You get back here and you goddamn EARN your happy ending Character A! I want PINING! I want GROVELING! I want "you have bewitched me body and soul" and "one word from you will silence me forever" and BEGGING for another chance and Character A realizing that IF they are so goddamn lucky enough for B to let them back in they better recognize the goddamn PRIVILEGE that chance is. (I feel like this is particularly common in the Steddie fandom, but Buddie ain't innocent either.)

Tony Stark literally spouting HYDRA rhetoric in Endgame is the most bizarre choice not only character-wise but also just... writing wise. It makes no sense for him as a character (well, the character that he might have gotten to be had they not butchered his character growth for Civil War), but even on the writers’ what exactly is the reason for this??? Remove those lines and literally nothing changes in the main plot, so isn’t excess nonsense like this supposed to get trimmed out?

I feel like an old fogey, but I hope Tumblr @staff realize how annoying it is that they keep changing the app icon.

I actually refuse to update it right now because I'll lose the purple background with the plain "t" - except now I can barely use it because the "please update me!" message keeps popping up.

Just give me back the basic logo like it used to be! It's simple and much easier to identify it on my phone screen.

if Zoro asked Luffy 'would you still love me if I was a worm?' Luffy would be vibrating out of his skin with excitement detailing how he would take care of Zoro and build him a special little enclosure and make him little swords out of sticks so he can still achieve his dream of being the world's greatest swordsworm and feed him worm sized portions of meat and booze everyday and carry him around everywhere so they can still do everything together.

he also delightfully rambles about how he could be a worm also and they'd go on worm adventures together and make friends with all sorts of other bugs and how much fun they'd have.

I think a lot about Leo’s tendency to push his way into the spotlight despite clearly being a natural in the shadows. Hell, you could argue that his worst moments are when he’s forcing himself onstage, and his best are when he does things no one notices until it’s already been done.
