Well, then:

Funeral of the Dead Butterflies

The butterflies in its casket represent people who were forgotten by the world after they died. Particularly, ones that were never buried or given a proper funeral.

The Funeral itself is there to fix that: within its casket, those forgotten souls can finally have a place to rest, or at least try to, as there is so many in there that none of them can rest very well at all.

Its Containment Unit typically has flowers in it that are switched out every few Insight Works, there so that the butterflies can pollinate them.

It’s unknown exactly how this differs from typical pollination, but it leaves behind Enkephalin instead of pollen, and anything involving Enkephalin is good by L. Corp’s standards, so they go along with it anyways.

As for the main Abnormality- known as the ‘Director’ in the company’s files- it’s suspected that its body may also be made out of thousands of small butterflies, but this theory has never been confirmed.

Anyone who tries to touch it quickly recoils after feeling the sudden, cold chill its body is covered in from head to toe, which also deals some White damage.

No one is particularly interested in going through that, knowing the Director doesn’t like it… which is probably why employees with too much Fortitude aren’t allowed to work on it.

Little Red Riding Hooded Mercenary

Given that she’s from like, a dark fantasy world or whatever, I like to think that occasionally she’ll ask for, like, a little book or something detailing how the City works because this sci-fi shit probably wouldn’t make any sense to her

Which is also unfortunate, because why the hell would there be books detailing things that are basically just common knowledge in this world?

Relating to that, though, entering the company probably gave her some bit of closure regarding what, exactly, happened to her the night the Wolf attacked her and killed her grandmother.

That was probably at least a few decades ago now, and she’s been immortal- amongst a few other concerning changes- ever since. She never understood why until she came to L. Corp.

Occasionally, she asks Agents to tell her about some of the other Abnormalities in the facility, just to try and subtly find out if there are any like her

(then she found out that Blue Smocked Shepherd exists and… now she wishes she never asked)

Actually unironically one of the most pleasant Abnormalities to work on… so long as you know your boundaries.

She’s actually surprisingly chill and supportive among the Agents that work on her, though not without the occasional cold remark to remind them (and also maybe herself) that this doesn’t mean they’re “friends” or anything

Often I have the silly thought "Well, my favorite character went through so much worse and still turned out fine at the end. Happy. I can too" and I know it's a stupid thought because duh.
