"Why did they make Michael into Michaela? They took away one of the hottest men in Bridgeton now!" Okay, now it's one of the hottest women in the show. What's the issue now? Still got Francesca and Michael, in a way.
"Francesca's infertility plotline is ruined now! It was so important in the books!" Why can't she still have this particular plot, while still being with Michaela? Why is that suddenly erased now that Michael is a woman? Do you not believe that sapphic woman can't also struggle with infertility? There are multiple ways that the show can still incorporate this.
"Why are they making everyone gay now? It was fine when it was just Benedict but now-" I'm going to stop you right there. What's wrong with having more than one queer character? There are multiple straight people in the show, and in most forms of media, but you draw the line at having more than one gay/queer person? Imagine what it's like for other queer people to not be represented or to only have that one person be a vessel for the entire community. Doesn't sound very fair right? Another thing, because I see a lot of people who say this call themselves "allies", it doesn't sound very supportive when you say things like this. It doesn't instill confidence in your support for the queer community when you can't even fathom the possibility of more than one queer person on your screen without complaint. It's okay to be a little bummed out about the change, but to use rhetoric like above feels very...it leaves a sour taste in the mouth personally.

was discussing children with my friends and one friend goes "we'd probably adopt cause with our genes we'd 100% pass down adhd or autism to the poor kid" and another friend goes "and? that's not so bad is it?" queen you have no fucking clue. i'd rather shoot myself in the head right now than doom an innocent child with my disordered genes

Understanding Infertility: Causes, Types, and Symptoms
Tumblr media
Infertility, affecting both men and women, presents challenges in achieving pregnancy. It disrupts a complex process involving hormone production, ovulation, fertilization, and implantation. Different types of infertility exist, with causes ranging from age and lifestyle choices to medical conditions and genetics. Common symptoms include difficulty conceiving and irregular periods.  Stress can worsen the emotional toll.
Diagnosis involves tests like ultrasounds and hormone evaluation. Homeopathy offers a personalized, holistic approach to address infertility's underlying causes, promoting emotional well-being and potentially improving egg quality, sperm health, and overall reproductive function.  Cosmic Homeo Healing Centre, led by Dr. Mahavrat S Patel, utilizes homeopathy to provide effective and gentle solutions for infertility concerns.

Just realized almost all the foremothers had fertility issues
Fertility issues are actually kind of common throughout the Tanakh, like the story of there being an infertile woman who somehow speaks to G-d or an angel and afterward gets a baby
I think this means that G-d is a fertility goddess which makes sense cause a lot of fertility goddesses from the Mesopotamia area have a major part in creation

in my alyssa lives au, baelon dies instead (somehow. idk. he gives birth to aegon.) so viserys and daemon are still only raised with one parent but instead of getting a loving if absent father they get the most overbearing boymom this side of the narrow sea.
alyssa wants to try and recreate her relationship with baelon with one of her sons but neither one is a really good pick. viserys is a weird not-boy while daemon is a weird not-girl. but viserys is the eldest while daemon is her sweet baby boy so the brunt of that grooming comes down on viserys. as she tries to force her son into a mold he does not fit. but alyssa doesnt get that. she was groomed into the perfect wife for her brother, she should be able to get the perfect husband out of her son.
alyssa does NOT “save aemma” and infact spends the entire two years that viserys waits for his child bride to at least START puberty before he starts sleeping with her complaining that he “needs to get on with it already” and “be a man” and “give her a grandson”. then when aemma does get her first period alyssas like “well yall dont have any excuse now :/“. and. supervises their delayed wedding night. afterwards shes critiquing viserys performance being like “your father wouldve done it like this.” “your father wouldntve started crying.”

Do you think EJ is able to get y/n pregnant? Or would it be physically impossible?
I think it's possible, just way less likely for it to happen
Humans and demons have been producing offspring since, well, basically forever, and while some demons have a harder time producing with humans, it's never 100% out of the question tbh

I messaged one of my friends asking if she could go to the pharmacy for me (I was a bit worried about driving) and she's bought me treats (ice cream, chippies and chocolate!) and done 2 laps to the pharmacy because I didn't give her all the paperwork the first time, and called me and been the go between for me and the pharmacist. I feel very fortunate to have such friends.

MIC Chats: Ass out of U and Me
After a particularly long battle where most wards were depleted, Glen meets back up with Arya.
Arya: *3rd time puking after the fight* …Ow.
Glen: You wouldn’t be trying to hide a concussion from me so I don’t have to bench you from clean up and healing, would you? *pointed look*
Arya: *quite obviously lying and breaking their rules* …Noooooo?
Glen: *starts rolling up his sleeves* Alright. Then if you need me, I’ll be beating Eragon’s ass.
Arya: What?? WHY??
Glen: If you’re not concussed then I have to assume you’re pregnant.
Arya: *chasing after him* Concussion, IT’S A CONCUSSION AND YOU FUCKING KNOW IT GLEN GET BACK HERE—
