Everybody accepts the nutritional richness of fresh cows milk. But can you feed it to your baby? If yes when should you do it? Cows milk is world class in nutritional aspects, but it has high concentrations of proteins and minerals than your baby can handle. Your babys digestive system is still evolving. 1. Ideally cows milk as a main drink should be given after 12 months onwards. Still small diluted quantities may be given from 9th month onwards mixed with other food items if required with the advice of the doctor. 3. High protein and mineral content will be high load for your babys organs. 3. In case of weak digestion, goats milk is easier to digest than cows milk. 4. Early introduction of cows milk may make your baby intolerant to it. 5. For a 1 year old ideally 350 to 400 ml of cows milk can be given per day. Hope you liked our take home message. #mymommyveda #mybabyveda #cowsmilk #milk #breastmilk #babycaretips #babycare #infant #infantfeeding #milkforbaby #cerelac #similac #lactogen #parenthood #parentingtips #parenting #childcare #babyfood #babyfoodrecipes https://www.instagram.com/p/CD-lHDSjbas/?igshid=9safd8ymqftq

Before I had Instagram for business shizzle, I was the biggest lurky lurker you have ever known; I liked nothing, I scrolled and read and scrolled. And when I saw a conversation below someone's post I would feel totally shut out. I imagined there was back story and in-jokes and if I joined in I would look needy and daft. Now I am so sure that (for the particular people I was following) this was all inferred, and if I had wanted to be, I would have been warmly welcomed into the fold. What's the point of this? I wanted to be sure that you know that you are welcome; welcome to lurk, welcome to join in, welcome in anyway you wanna be here. Take what you need and leave the rest. Infant | infants 4 months old | Infant feeding | advice
Infant 4 months feeding. In the fourth month, children become curious about the outside world. And they begin to explore foods.
Tumblr media
But, many babies aren’t ready to eat until the age of six months. As a mother, you play a crucial role in preparing your child for this stage.
By introducing solid foods when they have the necessary skills. Some doctors recommend providing only breast milk to children.
Delaying the introduction of solid foods until the sixth month. These skills may develop at different ages and may vary from one child to another.
The most important of these skills
A child's development of essential skills includes control of the head and neck.
Sitting alone or with support
Paying attention to eating, and opening the mouth when presented with food. And developing swallowing skills.
Infant feeding tips
Mashed food
To ensure a healthy child, start with pureed food without sugar or salt. Such as fruits or vegetables like pumpkin, sweet potatoes, peas, avocado, and bananas.
Wait a few days before changing the type of food to avoid allergies. Give him a liquid-consistency food and gradually roughen the texture of the food.
After a child eats individual foods. Offer a pureed mixture of two foods.
As children prefer sugary tastes and prefer fruits over vegetables. When serving vegetables, mix them with fruit to prevent rejection.
Avoid this food
Avoid offering honey and cow's milk to children under one year old. To protect them from exposure to infant allergies.
By following these tips. A child can develop essential skills for eating and swallowing food.
Ensuring they are well-nourished and not exposed to harmful foods.
Ensure the softness of the food
To ensure a healthy infant, ensure the food is soft and finely mashed for easy swallowing.
Quantity of food
You should feed the child a specific amount of food.  Give him two spoons on the first day, followed by four and six. And finally, a full meal on the fourth day.
Serving food with a spoon
Don’t feed the infant through feeding bottles. Feed him with a spoon to discover the spoon and mouth.
Bring the food closer to the child so he can smell it first. Don’t put food directly into the mouth.
Canned food
If using canned infant food, It is best to put the food in a bowl and not feed it directly from the jars. Bacteria from the child's mouth can contaminate the remaining food.
Follow food safety rules
Food safety is crucial for a child's growth and development. To ensure the best nutrition, follow food safety rules. And cook food in ways that preserve vitamins and minerals.
Comfort and pleasure
Make food enjoyable and comfortable for your child.
Patience
Be patient with feeding time. This may take some time. Until the child learns to eat this food.
Don’t stop breastfeeding
Breastfeed your infant, whether naturally or artificially, even if they start eating. To provide essential nutrients for their growth.
Offer upon request
Offer food upon request without imposing a feeding schedule.
Pay attention to body language
Pay attention to your baby's body language and feeding signals. To know when to breastfeed and when to stop.
Don’t force-feed
Don’t force-feed if the child doesn’t want to eat.
Don’t  force your infant to finish eating
The child's appetite varies from day to day. So don’t force the child to finish eating completely.
Avoid foods that cause allergies
Avoid foods that cause allergies, such as eggs, fish, peanuts, and nuts. Possible signs of a food allergy include rash, bloating, and diarrhea. Vomiting, breathing problems, and stomach aches.
Helping the baby to burp
Help your baby burp after every feeding to prevent gas in the baby.
Breastfeeding tips
Tips for breastfeeding your baby
Ensure the baby’s position during breastfeeding
To ensure a enough amount of milk for your baby during breastfeeding.
It is crucial to ensure the baby's position is properly attached to the breast.
This helps in obtaining more milk and reduces the risk of nipple pain.
Breastfeeding from both breasts
Breastfeeding from both breasts is essential for a mixture of milk.
Don’t reduce breastfeeding time
It is also important not to limit breastfeeding time, as every baby has a different rate. So allow the baby to breastfeed for as long as they need.
Tips if you are artificially breastfeeding your baby
Mix the milk formula as directed
To ensure your child receives adequate milk formula. Follow the instructions provided in each package. This is for your child to get all the nutritional benefits.
Flow nipple
Use a suitable flow nipple to avoid fast or slow flow, preventing chokes and boredom.
Proper heating of milk
Properly heat the milk to room temperature to ensure complete comfort while drinking.
Finally, you can talk to your pediatrician. If you have any questions or concerns about your child's nutrition.

Step 3: Place the litter box on top of the toilet seat. If your cat successfully uses the litter box as your raise the height, place the litter box on top of the toilet. You might have to secure it with duct tape to ensure your cat doesn't knock it off. This is the most cumbersome step because you might not be able to use this toilet yourself. But if it goes well, you should only need to leave the box there for three or four days. Remember to do all slowly and easy! Health Professional Associations and the baby feeding industry
IBFAN is collecting information in order to understand the connections between health professional associations and baby feeding companies and determine  the extent to which these relationships are occurring.
We would be particularly interested in receiving information about the following – along with documentation, such as conference handbooks with lists of sponsors, photos of conference booths. Anecdotes can also be important and can throw light on whether conflicts of interest are perceived as an important issue.
Can you let us know of any:
1)      conferences co-sponsored by the baby feeding industry.
2)      financial connections between paediatric associations and the  baby feeding industry
3)     non-financial connections between paediatric associations and the baby feeding industry
4)      instances in which the baby feeding industry provided education or training at paediatric association conferences
5)     specific policies the paediatric associations have regarding funding sources and/or possible conflicts of interest?
6)      instances where the baby feeding industry broke the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes or subsequent relevant WHA Resolutions while engaging with the paediatric association in your country?
7)      any other relevant information regarding paediatric associations and the baby feeding industry?
If any part of your response is confidential, please clearly mark it as such.
  (1) What products are covered by the International Code and resolutions?
1981 International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes:  CLICK HERE for a PDF   or HERE for full text   Article 2. Scope of the Code  “The Code applies to the marketing, and practices related thereto, of the following products: breastmilk substitutes, including infant formula; other milk products, foods and beverages, including bottle-fed complementary foods, when marketed or otherwise represented to be suitable, with or without modification, for use as a partial or total replacement of breast-milk; feeding bottles and teats. It also applies to their quality and availability, and to information concerning their use.       http://www.who.int/ nutrition/publications/ infantfeeding/9241541601/en/   http://ibfan.org/the-full- code
2016 Recommendation 2 of WHO’s Guidance on ending inappropriate marketing of foods for infants and young children (WHA 69/7 Add1)  “Products that function as breast-milk substitutes should not be promoted. A breast-milk substitute should be understood to include any milks (or products that could be used to replace milk, such as fortified soy milk), in either liquid or powdered form, that are specifically marketed for feeding infants and young children up to the age of 3 years (including follow-up formula and growing-up milks). It should be clear that the implementation of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and subsequent relevant Health Assembly resolutions covers all these products.”   See also Recommendation 6 below.
  (2) WHA Resolutions that refer to conflicts of interest
1996 WHA Res  49.15: “Concerned that health institutions and ministries may be subject to subtle pressure to accept, inappropriately, financial or other support for professional training in infant and child health”…urged Member States:….(2) to ensure that the financial support for professionals working in infant and young child health does not create conflicts of interest, especially with regard to the WHO/UNICEF Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative; (3) to ensure that monitoring the application of the International Code and subsequent relevant resolutions is carried out in a transparent, independent manner, free from commercial influence; http://www.who.int/ nutrition/topics/WHA49.15_ iycn_en.pdf?ua=1

Protein sekian, karbo sekian, lemak sekian, vitamin mineral dll dsb ditambahkan, praktis juga tinggal seduh :) Namun, mau sampai kapan dikasih MP-ASI instan? Kapan anak belajar kenal rasa makanan alami? Intinya...saat anak susah makan, temukan dulu penyebabnya....sakit gigi, batuk pilek, diare, trauma dipaksa makan, ganti pengasuh, capek badan perjalanan mudik dll.
