Нашла пару рецептиков приготовления творожка для малышки в домашних условиях. Будем пробовать варианты.
Способ 1. Из кефира.
Один из самых простых способов приготовить творог для ребенка – нагреть детский кефир на водяной бане. После того, как кефир створожится, нужно дать ему постоять, чтобы отделилась сыворотка, и откинуть на дуршлаг, сито или ма��лю.
Способ 2. Из молока и кефира.
Примерно пол литра молока нагрейте на медленном огне или водяной бане почти до кипения и добавьте 200 мл детского кефира. Творог откиньте на дуршлаг или сито, дайте стечь. Такой творог имеет нейтральный вкус, в нем практически нет кислинки.
Способ 3. Из молока и хлористого кальция.
Приобретите в аптеке 10% раствор кальция хлорида. Нагрейте пол литра молока до температуры около 80-90 С, влейте 1 столовую ложку раствора и слегка перемещайте. Подождите пару минут и откиньте на сито или дуршлаг. Учтите, что таким способом получают кальцинированный творог, который не рекомендовано давать ребенку постоянно.
Способ 4. Из молока и лимонного сока (уксуса). Створожить молоко можно также лимонным соком или уксусом. Последнее, впрочем, для ребенка будет не лучшим вариантом. В пол литра нагретого почти кипения молока влейте чайную ложку лимонного сока, размешайте молоко и подождите, пока отойдет сыворотка. Полученный творог отцедите.
Способ 5. Из пакетированного кефира или ряженки. Возьмите свежий пакетированный кефир или ряженку и положите пакет в морозильную камеру на ночь или до полного замораживания. За 3-4 часа до того, как вам будет нужен творожок, достаньте его, снимите полиэтиленовый пакет, а ледышку бросьте в сито или дуршлаг с мелкими дырочками. Если такого нет, то застелите дуршлаг чистой марлей, сложенной в 4 слоя. Ледышка растает, сыворотка стечет и останется мягкий, нежный, вкуснейший творожок. Из кефира получается творожок с нейтральным вкусом, из ряженки – сладкий.
