The Meaning of the Flower Moon
The Flower Moon is a gentle, placid astrological event that occurs at the height of spring. It reflects the season’s bright blossoms and unique opportunities for growth.

How To Use the Flower Moon
As you work with and reflect on the Flower Moon’s energy, certain instincts and ideas may come to you. That’s a great place to start! Be creative, and explore any thoughts that come your way, especially during ritual, meditation, or conversation.
That said, there are some ways to honor the Full Flower Moon that many people find helpful.
For instance, you can make a list of your favorite flowers. Then, go through it and really reflect on what their different energies mean to you. You can enhance this process by decorating your home or workspace with flowers as well.
You can also consciously set your intentions in the lead-up to the Flower Moon. Think about abundance. What does it mean to you? It doesn’t necessarily have to be about money. Perhaps an increase in laughter or personal time is what you’re looking for, or maybe you want to enjoy your loved ones’ company more often. Whatever you want, reflect on how you can invite it into your life. Do you need to release anything first?
Finally, consider taking a tip from nature and working with color. Look at the flowers around you and observe their variations in hue. Tap into how each shade evokes a different emotion. Select several that you’d like to emphasize in your personal surroundings. Work on bringing in artwork, linens, knick-knacks, and paints to create color themes you enjoy.

This year, the Full Flower Moon will occur on May 21 in the fire sign of Sagittarius. While anyone can use the Flower Moon’s powerful energy, those with prominent Sagittarius placements may find this time especially fruitful.

Inductions Set the Scene
I've been digging into different kinds of inductions lately for the guide and something stood out. The guide goes through different kinds of inductions in order to help you become a better hypnotist, and there's a long history of inductions.
But as far as science can tell, there's not really a distinguishable difference between inductions in terms of increased suggestibility, and some question if inductions increase suggestibility at all. In fact, you can increase suggestibility without induction, via CSTP or the active imagination model.
So what are inductions... for? Why use them?
Most inductions have the following things in common: an extended period of focused attention, resulting in absorption and an altered state of consciousness. Any kind of sustained focused attention can qualify as an "altered state" -- from meditation to "highway hypnosis" to subspace, although hypnosis is the original source of the term.
The term "altered state of consciousness" is also used to refer to coma and LSD based hallucinations, and so it may be more useful to think of hypnosis in this context as a mindset or a frame of reference.
Most hypnotic inductions are generally focused on activation of the parasympathetic nervous system through interoception. It's all about relaxation and slowing down, producing a "trance." More research has been focused on this state of mind than any other, including some fun explorations of neurophenomenology of hypnotic depth.
But hypnosis isn't trance. Trance is the result of suggestions given by a specific type of hypnotic induction. There are inductions that produce altered states of consciousness that don't look like a classic hypnotic trance.
If you want to break down hypnotic inductions by effect, you can distinguish five general categories:
Relaxation inductions: ask you to "sink deeper", ranging from PMR to Esdaile state, Ultra-depth, Sichort state etc.
Alertness inductions: ask for focus, such as active-alert, valencia style waking hypnosis. My monotropism induction would fall into this category.
Mind Expansion inductions: inductions that focus on "trippy" visualizations such as Terrance Watts / ultra height / hyperempiria.
Dissociation inductions: attempt to stun the subject's sense of reality, such as fractionation, confusion, contradiction, and instant inductions.
Depersonalization inductions: focus on obedience through repetition and monotony, i.e. mantras, affirmations, or autogenic training.
There are more inductions that aren't covered, i.e. inductions with a sensory component (gooning, bambi) or involving stress (subspace, mindfucks, gaslighting, fear play) add physical components above and beyond your standard butterfly induction.
Don Gibbons has a great summary.
If the perception of one's own awareness is a subjective phenomenon or an epiphenomenon, as behaviorists have long maintained, then the total number of possible role patterns involving "altered states" (or altered experiences) of consciousness which may be induced by means of suggestion should be roughly equivalent to the number of definitions of such states which it is possible to conceive or to imagine; for each of these imagined definitions may be communicated to a responsive S in the form of suggestions which define for him the nature of the changes which he is about to undergo in the perception of his own awareness.
There's a common trope that some hypnotic inductions are more powerful than others, or that there's some magic incantation that you can use that make suggestions irresistible. The truth is the other way around: effective suggestions work because the scene has already been set by the pre-talk and induction for the suggestion to work in that context.
If you want to help your partner destress after a hard day, use a relaxation induction. if you want to train your partner in a new skill, use an alertness induction. For dollification, use a depersonalization induction. And so on.

I can safely absorb and disperse massive amounts of kinetic energy. I land softly from falls of any height.

Here are 3 lessons to show you why your ego causes problems, that letting it go won’t make you lose your touch and how meditation helps with this process:
1. The problem with your ego is that it’s never satisfied.
2. Be simple, not a simpleton – why letting go of your ego won’t make you a pushover.
3. Meditation increases your mindfulness and compassion by giving you a fourth habitual response.
Lesson 1 : Your ego gets in the way of your happiness by constantly wanting more.
The friction between acting in the present, but constantly thinking about the future and past is what causes your ego to be impossible to satisfy.
Ego constantly assesses your worth by looking at your own wealth, looks and social status, and then finding the next best person with more of it to compare it against. Therefore, your ego’s default setting is more. The minute you feed your ego a new achievement, toy or compliment, the baseline for desire is reset and it starts looking for the next thing.
It thrives on drama and worry, and will instantly look for the next bigger achievement to compare yourself to, and if none is there, dig up some ancient problem or crisis and pester you with it. That’s why the ego is never happy, and it’s up to you to take charge of that, because no matter which new heights you reach, it’ll never be enough.
Lesson 2 : Be simple, not a simpleton – why letting go of your ego won’t make you a pushover.
Mindfulness just makes you more creative and productive, not a pushover. It removes the need for competition and fuels your drive by removing wrong assumptions and bad thoughts, so instead of the usual stress you’ll approach things more clearly, because you’re not giving in to aggressive temptations.
Lesson 3: Meditation makes you more mindful and compassionate by giving you a fourth habitual response.
It makes us more mindful and helps us live in the moment, as well as act more compassionately towards others. Meditation achieves this by giving you a fourth habitual response. According to ancient Buddhist wisdom, we usually exhibit three characteristic habitual responses to all of our experiences:
We want it.
We reject it.
We zone out.
But once you start meditating properly, you’ll be able to choose a fourth alternative: Observing, without judging.
It usually starts with physical pain, and you notice when your legs are sore or your nose itches, but you can resist the urge to scratch it and just let it be. But after a while, this transfers to your emotions and thoughts as well. You’ll catch yourself while gossiping, acting out on a bad habit, or when you’re thinking negative thoughts – and can just observe your feelings until they pass by, without reacting to them.
It’s this little pause between thinking and acting that makes you realize often no action is necessary and thus helps you make better choices altogether.

Gym Leaders
There are Twelve different Gym's in Luxure, however you only need to win Eight badges to qualify to face the Elite 4. The Gyms have no order and can be faced at any point in nay order, the Leader's shifting their teams depending on how many badges you currently possess
The Gym circit is just for fun so the Gym's all have a secondary, recreational, purpose. And defeating the Champion gives you a speical badge, a badge that lets you hang out with the Elite 4 whenever you desire. Basically a key to their secret club house
In Gym Battles, the Luxure Gym Leaders must be faced in Pleasure Battles (for more info, read here). This also applies to the Elite 4 and Champion, although the Elite 4 increase the strength and the Champion pushes it even further.
Sabrina (Psychic)
Sabrina's Gym also acts as a meditation dojo and yoga spar. To help clear the mind and body.
The dominant and powerful Gym Leader tends not to play 100% fair, using her psycic powers to project sensual images in her opponents mind to weaken them in the battle.
Whitney (Normal)
Whitney runs a farm as her gyms extra action. The farm helping to support all of Luxure, reducing the amount of food that is needed to be imported.
Whitney is the most fair when it comes to Pleasure Battles, however she does act bratty in hopes of distracting her foes and make them want to 'punish' her
Clair (Dragon)
The dominant Clair runs a museum, her gym dedicated to Dragon Pokemon and the history of many tribes focused around the mystical type of Pokemon
An added twist to the Pleasure Battles with Clair is the fact the buzzing never stops.
Flannery (Fire)
Flannery runs a hot spring with her gym. And the twist she runs, well the passioante and hot headed girl has herself and her challenger naked
Candice (Ice)
Candice runs a skii lodge at her Gym. And like Whitney, does not have a twist to her Pleasure Battles
Elesa (Electric)
Elesa being a model and a star, she has her gym at PokeStar's Studio. A more... adult branch. And the twist she uses is... you and her are being filmed while it happens. You get to keep the tape afterwards, lol
Skyla (Flying)
Handgliding is an event held at Skyla's gym, gliding across the vast oceans of the region. And for her Pleasure Battle twist, she has some Gym Attendents groping both herself and you during the battle.
Mallow (Grass)
Mallow runs an outsdie kitchen slash exotic garden, the kind girl being a bit kinky with her twist to the Pleasure Battles. Mallow and her challenger edge each other three times before the Battle starts
Olivia (Rock)
Olivia does rock climbing with the cliff face near her Gym, both artifical and real. Seeing no reason, she has no twists on her Pleasure Battles. Although herself and her challenger do fuck before the battle.
Bae (Fighting)
Bea, The Galar karate prodigy, is the Fighting type Gym Leader of Galar. Living in Stow-on-Side, she is a serious fighter. Trying not to show weakness she hides her emotions, emotions that some times leak out during the height of battle. She also loves sweets.
Her Gym in Luxure is an actual gym. Weights, treadmills, all that stuff. And you have to have a work out before you challenge her to a Pleasure Battle.
Nessa (Water)
Nessa is the raging wave, the Water Gym Leader of Galar. From Hulbury, she is a fashion model on the side. She is very calm, but still highly competitive.
Her Gym is a small Water Resort. And the twist she puts on Pleasure Battles? There is none.
Klara (Poison)
Klara's Gym works as a sex club. The bully bitch of a Poison Master enjoying the fun
And her trial during a Pleasure Battle has both contestents be under the effects of an Aphrodisiac during the battle.
Elite 4
When facing the Elite 4, there is no gimicks to the Pleasure Battles. The intensity is just increased between each level. And after you defeat them, well it is sexy time. It is a test on your stamina, endurance and will as well as your battle skills

Champion

MADHAVA SWAMI
Many devotees also believed that the white peacock who lived with Bhagavan in the 1940s was a reincarnation of Madhava Swami, the attendant who served Bhagavan for many years. In this case, Bhagavan seemed a little more willing to admit that one of his devotees had reincarnated in an animal body.
I was present in the hall when someone once asked Bhagavan,
'How is it that Madhava Swami came back as a white peacock?' Bhagavan, without bothering to deny or evade the assumption in the question, replied, 'It happened in the same way that new bodies are created in a dream'.
Madhava Swami had been Bhagavan's attendant for many years. He had started serving Bhagavan in the late 1920s and continued until the early 1940s. In height, size and complexion he was very similar to me. He was also telepathic: if Bhagavan ever wanted anything, Madhava Swami would pick up the thought and produce the desired object.
Although he was constantly in Bhagavan's presence, his mind wandered a lot. He found it hard to meditate and he resented the fact that he had to spend all his time serving Bhagavan in the hall.
When he had first come to the ashram, he had had the idea that he would be able to spend all his time in meditation. Instead, like me, within a week of his arrival, he found himself working full-time as Bhagavan's attendant.
Madhava Swami never enjoyed his work and was always jealous of the devotees who had the freedom to meditate all day. After I myself, with Bhagavan's permission, had moved out of the ashram in order to devote myself full-time to meditation, Madhava Swami came to me to complain about his lot.
'I was with Bhagavan even before you were,' he said. 'Bhagavan has given you your freedom but I still have to work. Bhagavan has not yet given his grace to me so I still have to work.'
Most devotees would have been astonished to hear him talk like this. As an attendant, he had the privilege of being near Bhagavan throughout the day. Bhagavan frequently talked to him about spiritual matters and he was one of the few people who was permitted to touch and massage Bhagavan's body. Madhava derived no satisfaction from all this.
He once told.me' 'Those devotees who come to Bhagavan's hall think that it is a paradise. But for me, Bhagavan's hall is just like hell.'
Madhava Swami openly exhibited a deep disgust for women, especially beautiful ones. When such people came for darshan he would say in a loud voice, 'Why are such women coming to see Bhagavan?'
If he ever made comments like this, Bhagavan would reprimand him by saying, 'Why see them as women? Just see your Self.'
Towards the end of his time in the ashram, he began to despise all the visitors, both male and female.
He once told Bhagavan, 'If being a sadhu means that one should live in a cave and always do meditation, why are all these crowds coming to see Bhagavan?' He had the idea that they all ought to be sitting in their houses meditating.
Bhagavan told him, 'Why do you see these people as "others" and make distinctions? Attend to your serving duties and see your own Self. See the others as forms of God, or see all others as forms of the Self.'
In his early years with Bhagavan, he was very peaceful and contented. It was only in the late 1930s that his mind started to cause him trouble. He eventually became so disturbed that he started to go mad. I remember that on one occasion when he saw some of the garden workers digging a pit for compost, he became convinced that some people in the ashram were planning to kill him and bury him in this pit.
When he was told that it was only a compost pit he shouted,
"No! No! These people are digging the pit because they want to bury me!'
Madhava Swami eventually resigned his job as attendant and left the ashram. He came back for occasional visits but he spent most of his time on pilgrimages, hoping to find some peace of mind. He never found it. As the years passed his restlessness and his mental instability increased. In the mid-1940s the ashram received a message that Madhava Swami was staying in Kumbakonam and that he was in need of assistance. Bhagavan sent Kunju Swami to see what could be done for him. Kunju Swami was shocked to see how much he had deteriorated both mentally and physically.
He passed on a message which Bhagavan had given him: 'You did service to Bhagavan for many years. You were constantly in his presence. Why have you come here? Why don't you come back to the ashram?'
Madhava Swami was far too afraid to come back and see Bhagavan. He had the idea that his mental problems would increase in Bhagavan's presence.
He told Kunju Swami, 'The glory and the grace of Bhagavan are indescribable. But my karma is too much for me. What can I do? I am bearing my karma only by the grace of Bhagavan. It is very intense. I have to suffer like this.'
A few months later he committed suicide by eating some poisonous seeds. Kunju Swami, acting on Bhagavan's orders, went to Kumbakonam and made all the funeral arrangements. Fortunately for Madhava Swami, that was not the end of the story. His devotion to Bhagavan enabled him to take birth again as Bhagavan's white peacock.
There were one or two circumstantial indications that convinced many people that Madhava Swami had indeed been reborn as this peacock. Whenever it came to the hall, the peacock would make a point of inspecting all the books on the bookshelves. Looking after the library there was one of Madhava Swami's daily chores. He also repaired or rebound any books that were damaged. When the peacock came on its inspection tour, it would often peck at the books that Madhava Swami had rebound, but not touch any of the others.
Another piece of circumstantial evidence came from the fact that Madhava Swami was something of a misogynist, so much so that he would often make rude remarks when women came into the hall. The peacock retained this trait by refusing to have anything to do with any of the peahens which also lived in the ashram. I have one little story of my own to add to the evidence. When Madhava Swami used to visit my house, he would always sit on a concrete bench near the door. In later years the white peacock also visited me occasionally. Each time it came it would sit in Madhava Swami's place on the bench.
If there is a moral to be gained from this story, I think that it can be found in a brief incident which I witnessed in the ashram. Bhagavan had been trying, unsuccessfully, to make the white peacock sit in a nest which he had specially made for it in the ashram.
When the peacock refused to cooperate, Bhagavan remarked,
'You nearly always ignore my words.'

There would be a sudden increase in the feel of power where Azura and Kefla are, a god nearby and approaching at that. Ragnar having decided to pay a visit to one of his youngest crotch goblins, having no idea about the saiyans existence.
"Brace yourself Kefla, father dearest is here."
A scowel on her face as she says that. Before then she was being rather chill, with the occasional bouts of excited talking of course. But her kind demeanor changed on the fly why she heard her father nearby, she didn't like him. Her body posture had changed as well from relaxed to someone ready from a fight.
Soon though, a portal would open up an out stepped the calamity god himself. Glowing gold eyes much like Azuras right eye, she seems to have inherited his horns as well. Scaled over from his feet to just below his navel, his hands to mid forearm are scaled over with pitch black scales as well. Massive black wings are tucked neatly behind his back as his large tail twitched a bit as he looked at the saiyan who's the same height as him, sizing Kefla up. Bringing one of his clawed hands up he would run it through his black and red hair.
"And who might this be here with my youngest hatchling? A friend perhaps?"
Ragnar had a notable amount of blood around his mouth and down his front, as if he just finished a rather messy meal. He was covered with a good amount of scars littered around his body and some on his face. And if one could tell from comparison of other Evoline is that the race themselves are rather beefy for both genders considering how much muscle Ragnar is packing. He also looks to be twenty five much like most of the Evoline around. A hand attached to a muscular arm would reach out to shake the others hand if accepted.

He only really got out of the thoughts in his head when he heard Azura spoke. Something about her father being there. He had no idea what would make him come around, but he had already finished his meditation.
The real question is why her behavior has suddenly changed in the presence of her father. Was he an ally or an enemy? Then again, everything about Azura is ambiguous. She could just be despising him when in the end, he is a nice guy. She seemed to despise plenty who in turn despised her just as much.

Unbothered by the presence of blood on his mouth. To someone else, how he looked would make them feel discomfort. This encounter was inevitable, but he had no idea the same person who was the host of the event was the father of the woman that had decided to remain around. This was irrelevant now, though.
Since the other had done nothing to the saiyan. He would accept the hand-shaking. A god of calamity, the father of Azura, or the emperor of this universe. All of this meant nothing to the saiyan.

This episode is actually very good foreshadowing for Leonardo’s arc of struggling with his feelings of failure later in the show. In this episode we have Leo’s entire family telling him stories about him that they hold in high value. And the common thread between all these stories is Leo’s dedication. Leo completely forgot what he and Donnie had been doing when Donnie was in danger, the only thing to snap him out of deep meditation is a threat of physical violence (no matter how minor), he was fully willing to let Raph have his way until Raph was clearly under threat of immediate harm and he fought through his fear of heights to save Splinter.
Leonardo dedicates himself to his family with a single-minded focus. Protecting his family and fighting for his family is a fundamental building block of Leonardo’s life. When we add to that how the level of threat towards the family keeps increasing with every passing season, season four going the way it did doesn’t only make sense, it was inevitable.
Also, the tiny little Turtle Tots are super adorable. They are so obviously children and it makes you want to protect them.

"Consolatio Invenitur Cum Morte"
People often remark that life is a journey with highs and lows, an emotional rollercoaster that may bring us to our greatest heights and lowest points. As a student born on April 28, 2006, my name is Arghafar H. Abbas and some people call me as ghaf, far, and bas. I am currently going through one of those troughs where worry, mental fatigue, and difficulty all seem to come together. During difficult times in my relationships and studies, throttle therapy has proven to be an unusual source of comfort.
The pressure to perform academically well is a continuous companion for students. Expectations from instructors, family, and myself might feel oppressive at times. Every task and exam turns into a battleground where I battle for my identity and self-worth in addition to my grades. I'm mentally exhausted from trying to live up to these standards and from having so much information to process.
My personal life has presented me with its own set of difficulties at the same time. It's never simple to negotiate the nuances of relationships when you're young. The accompanying emotional rollercoaster might be unbearable. My everyday stress level has increased due to the instability in my relationship, and I feel emotionally depleted.
Throttle therapy proved to be an unexpected source of solace for me in the middle of the mayhem. If only for a little instant, I discovered a haven where the din of everyday life disappears in the thunderous embrace of a motorcycle engine. Riding became into a kind of meditation and a way for me to escape the mental storms that were raging, beyond merely a means of transportation.
It's more important to find a quiet moment in the middle of the bustle than it is to go fast or rush. The motorcycle turns into a companion in this healing dance, an extension of who I am. The more I ride, the more I realize that man and machine have a symbiotic relationship—a dance of control and liberty.
I regain my sense of agency and control over anything while I'm riding, even if it's just a two-wheeled engine. The road takes on a metaphorical quality, resembling life's many curves and ups and downs. Nevertheless, at every push of the accelerator, I am constantly reminded that I am in control of how I choose to go.
Throttle therapy is not a long-term fix, as I come to understand as I travel through life's obstacles and on the road. In the big picture, it's a break, a pause button. What it does provide, though, is a reminder that even in the middle of difficulties and anxiety, there are times of relief to be found, even if they include a roaring engine and wide-open roads.
Every strand in the enormous tapestry of life adds to the total, and my experiences—both the highs and the lows—are molding me into the person I want to be. Throttle therapy has helped me manage the chaos one throttle twist at a time, even if life may be a turbulent ride.
