Art I did during my break but don't wanna post on main but you know what. I like Levi and Richard (and Arienne the redhead).

Basically, Levi and Richard go to school together, Richard decides to go by the name Richard and the only person to without question go along with "I'm a boy now" is Levi who calls him Dick. And then gets into fist fights with boys that don't call him Richard. So Richard falls pretty much in love in school then his parents divorce and he moves away.

Many years later (10+) Richard meets Levi again and it's very much nothing grand. Levi overhears Richard introducing himself to someone and is like "lmao Dick? You work here now? Sucks to be you" and Richard is immediately 'I love him so much I hate myself for how easily I give up all dignity for him' but yeah. They work in different departments so Levi does more behind the scenes stuff while Richard talks to clients and is very social.

And their coworkers in both departments love Richard because he's such a nice guy and Levi's department hates Levi a lot cause he's an asshole. (then stuff happens that would require a tw blah blah blah) So after a month of Levi not being at work he returns and Richard immediately goes over to the department to check on him and he's just. Incredibly mellow. No cussing and no cockiness and worst of all, he's being called Richard which is very much not correct from Levi. So he points it out that no one else calls him Dick and if he had a problem with it he would have said something by now so hey, maybe don't suddenly change the entire friendship on your own. (So Levi texts him later to say "sorry for being a dick, Dick" and Richard is v happy and content with that turn out)

Richard is honestly tragically created out of spite for the fact I saw a name IRL and I know that the state that I live in would in fact NOT have someone that intentionally funny and trans so I have to make my own funny trans guy to fill the void.

To start off, I just wanna say that Fae (acuar-io) has some absolutely STUNNING sims, it's hard to exactly word it, but their sims are SUPER recognizable, and their saves (Snow flower, Cozy save, etc) are SO nicely edited, so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes 🫶😩

@oshinsimblr is the reason why I started storytelling (even before my simblr time) and why I try and find a story-related reason on why my sims/characters do certain things, her videos are also SO comforting and i love her lovesick series!!! and of course, @minimooberry the whole inspo for this simblr and why I render in blender!

Ohhhh OHH I looove Fanganronpas. The only ones I've seen are Super Danganronpa Another 2 (i couldnt figure out how to play the first one :( i also just havent had much time), Danganronpa Despair Time, and Danganronpa Lapse. lunar ramble incoming

DRDT was the first one I saw, probably since I imagine it's one of the most popular, and ohh. I LOOOVE Teruko!! teruko they will never make me hate you. She and Whit are definitely some of my favs,, because. well. Who doesn't love Whit xD I also really like Nico :p I think they're sooo funny just. in general. btw chapter two had me in pieces thanks for asking

SDRA2 took me a good week to watch, and ill admit. i didnt finish chapter 6 (ノ_＜。) I was really sick when I watched chapters 3 and 4, and it didnt help that i was pulling all nighters because i was so hyperfocused i couldnt sleep. chapter 3's trial is unironically one of the most entertaining things Ive ever seen in any dr game AND fangan EVER. Like guys!! what is happening here!! that being said, I sort of knew who the culprit would be cus i was spoiled just a tiny bit, but I was STILL SURPRISED AT THE END cus ohhh my god. the twist. Sora is one of my fav protags ever btw I love yuri and NO not the character Yuri althohgh. he was really funny ill admit. He wasnt creepy in the Hifumi/Teruteru way and i really appreciate him for that. i also laugehd when they found him and he was like "Oh hi guys!" totally normally. dont get me started on... teruya and mikado ...... duuuudee they were actually tweaking literally what were they even doing. This fangan captured DR essence very well and took it a step further in an even more unhinged way, probably due to tbe lack of limitations on monetization n stuff, and honestly I APPLAUD that. i want what they have lowkey

Danganronpa Lapse is the one I played most recently and HOOOLY SHIT do not get me STARTED. ECHO!! ECHOOOO!!!!!!!!!! i was SO HAPPY finding a nonbinary dr protagonist you have no idea. and they were SOOO CUTE </3 DR Lapse is definitely a LOT shorter than any usual DR format and it deviated a lot, but despite that it still felt like a Danganronpa game and everyone there was SO. i was so in love with them. rip lyle you wouldve loved your turn to die. I do have to admit I was a little confused on the ending, but overall I really really enjoyed it. Also Zero was there and that makes it an immediate 11/10 thank you zero for accidrntally making me give you the funniest possible voice for your character

ok so it just hit me..now. BUT!! I have seen a little bit of Cartoons in Danganronpa!! I really really need to watch the prologue and..yknow...actual chapter instead of just watching the class trial and being absolutely blown away by every tiny thing. Theres a lot of characters in there I LOVE and especially seeing DIPPER GOD DAMNED PINES?? IN DANGANRONPA???? AND ERIC CARTMAN?? absolutely peak. funniest thing ever. but also i am so scared for the conclusion of that trial because the suspects are worrying. Also shoutout to Gaz for being the funniest one there . The artwork is so similar to their respective styles but you can still so clearly see a touch of the creator's own style and that really gives the entire fangan its own charm. The voice work!! Incredible. Thats another thing that hit me hard with DRDT TOO!! THE VOICE ACTING!! fuuuck it's sooo good ugh

another one is Ive seen the prologue to DR Mortalis Perpetua. I think it's a REALLY fascinating approach on the danganronpa style and I need to make the time to watch the new eps .. attention span please if you can hear me come back i need you

poppy war thoughts, aka this book was so bad it made me want to get a goodreads account just so i can shit on it in an official capacity

so what initially sold me on this book, is that despite my friend ellis absolutely hating rf kuang's babel, ive only ever seen raving reviews for it anywhere else, and a brief description of its magic system reminded me of gergő és az álomfogók. i love that mainstream fantasy is finally starting to rely on drawing from cultures other than the sort of western mainstream and i was actually super excited to get into it. well it sucked (this contains spoilers obviously)

its 11 am this is not gonna be very structured but let me start off by listing some things i did enjoy. first of all its low hanging fruit and im better than this so im only gonna shit on tpw for being so directly about the sino chinese war that the only actual interesting bits of exposition in the book was what was just a description of actual events a Little bit. listen lotr is about ww2. its fine its all fine. anyway, i had fun with the bits of worldbuilding that were yk, actually worldbuilding. the magic system was really interesting and just super not explored enough, the book handled drug addiction about as sensitively as the dare program, but nevertheless it was a cool concept. shamans who have to get high as hell do do anything and then putting those guys in a combat setting is crazy. really fun concept. speaking of shamans i loved jiang. his archetype is impossible to fuck up and he was loveable and fun till the very end. uhh what else. the fight descriptions were good its something kuangs is decent at, as someone whos watched just truly an inordinate amount of wuxia as a child i rly can appreciate a stupid convoluted fight scene. oh i found it hysterical that the west was just one country that was really fun.

NOW ONTO THE SHIT I HATED

rin is incredibly unlikeable i know its not the point of every book ok but tpw isnt good enough to have a protagonist who is just impossible to relate to this isnt 1984 okay this is contemporary ya. i GET that she sucks and thats the point but im supposed to emphatize with her and throughout the book she just seemed stupid and easy to manipulate and not very interesting. shes an incredibly shallow character which is i guess what happens when you base your ya teenage girl protagonist on CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY MAO ZEDONG. HELLO. anyway. all her personal relationships are very much carried by the strenght of the characters close to her, and because most characters in this book are not very interesting that makes for a shitty fucking protagonist.

most of the conflict in this book is extremely artificially generated until maybe the second half of part 3. everyone in rins life is unnessecarily mean to her because shes just so smart and good at things. the part where they accused her of cheating on the exams and she owned them like crazy came to define much of the book. some kind of mean cunt whose purpose in life is to cause misery is an asshole to rin bc shes so smart and strong and talented, and she owns them with a witty remark. she punches nezha on the first day of school for fucks sake.

speaking of the school, the majority of the book is spent at sinegard academy and it is an extremely predictable and dull affair. i long for the wizard of earthsea. kuang is not a very good writer on a technical level and everything that she tries to imply she ends up spelling out (usually by having a character say it out loud) only a couple pages later. you can get through 2/3rds of this book by just reading every other page and correctly guessing what has happened and what will happen. in possibly the funniest paragraph of part 2, rin thinks about how everybody thinks altan is the coolest guy and yet he has no friends and at this point shes been experiencing quite severe racism from all of her peers and then instead of leaving you to figure out the quite obvious conclusion kuang literally has her say "oh his skin is dark and mine is too. i wonder if he knows what racism is like" just, truly hysterical.

her feud with nezha is unbearable, i knew immediately that he would become a romantic interest because a ya protagonist cannot hate a boy for perfectly good reasons. it always has to be bc shes horny. anyways thankfully when she starts studying with jiang, jiang is there and the terrible dullness of it all is lifted somewhat

as i mentioned before, the actual historical elements in the book elevate it greatly and the third part is almost enjoyable in some sections. however, unfortunately, this is also the part of the book where rin and altans darkling situation begins. i have a sinking feeling altan may not have died, which sucks because i hated this bit. they have virtually no relationship to eachother except altan yelling at rin occasionally. now again there were bits and pieces of their relationship that i didnt quite hate, but honestly i still dont entirely buy the rin is a seerly thing emotionally because she is so detached from it. the revelation only seemed to shock her a little bit and then she was busy with being at war and her boss hating her, when she actually gains the power of the phoenix at the very end its her own hatred and egoism fueling her rather than any connection to her people. overall this again comes back to her being quite weak as a character, and the worldbuilding suffers as a result of that

in any case, ill mull over continuing the series. the ending was actually quite strong i love a genocide as a result of being a stupid fucking 19 year old (dont quote me on this please), so maybe the next one is better maybe ms kuang learned to write inbetween these 2.

lil hal is probably the funniest character. i think some real vriskourse level debate could happen with him if he was more popular. is he human or is he robot? i saw someone on twitter saying its bad to treat lil hal as an object or a robot because thats dehumanizing and hes a human just limited to some shades. but also ive seen that hes literally just glasses he is for real just a robot trying to be human as like a manipulation thing. or like for fun or whatever. is that second one biased because bro(the guy who said that);s name is dirk? maybe. is that first one biased because they're falling right into lil hal's manipulation trap? maybe. what the hell is anything. did you guys know i love homestuck

i apologize in advance for the influx of asks you are about to receive, but i have thoughts, anyways you mentioned that clone elementary/middle exist in your au, do you have any facts about how the schools were run or how the clones/wesley were at those ages ?

NOOO DO NOT AP OLOGIZE it means so much youre invested in my silly ch au. the au means the world to me and is the only thing i think abt and ive been developing it for almost 3 years!!!

i personally think clone elementary and middle school were just. run the exact same. the same teachers, same building, everything. theres only one age group of clones so there really isnt like....more than one class. i think they just modify the signage and stuff but that's about it. otherwise its the Same.

i think in elementary school they played the worlds most insane pretend games. i also think that like, the main g2 clone group specifically (harriet, frida, confucius, topher, wesley. sometimes other clones joined.) had like a lot of really specific games, and also had the worlds funniest soap opera plotlines with their dolls. like setting up elaborate death scenes and funeralds when a barbie was killed off elaborate.

wesley absolutely had an issue with Biting at elementary school age (it stopped around 3rd grade) and liked to chew on things. or people.

in general in elementary i think they were all just friends and liked to play funny games. i think this was also the objectivly easiest age to deal w them all as well.

the g1 elementary was mostly the same, though at the time people were Sadly more strict w gender shit so like. boys couldnt join in on the barbie soap operas sadly.

i also think elementary school age was literally the only age that any of the clones thought scudworth was Cool and Fun. but they always liked mr b and wulfington and still do.

since all the clones were Technically born the same day, they celebrate their birthdays on their cloneparents birthday! i think the faculty at clone elementary tried to always make the bdays special for the clones. i also think this was sheepman's favorite age to deal w the clones bcuz it was just. objectively easier and also they were very cute

middle school in contrast was uh. the worst. its always the worst for every ever. everyone in middle school is mean as hell and arguments start and school starts getting harder. i think a lot of the clones started acting out more, both g1 and g2(thought w the g2 clones, cyberbullying is a huge issue). i think in general this time period was so hard for the clones bcuz its when they were pushed more into being like their cloneparents and most of them just...weren't.

this is also when specific clones started being shitheads more. aka topher discovered reddit around this time and everything went downhill from there for him(his own fault). and is when he made everyone start hating him bcuz he was just. so convinced he was smart as hell for these opinions he read on reddit.

i think specific bonds were solidified and like, enemy relationships as well. like, the main clone group (frida, confucius, harriet, wesley) became besties for Life at this time. but this is also around the time wesley became a menace emotionally- like to be fair she is autistic and didnt really Get what she was doing wasnt funny, and thankfully when she went Too far, Harriet would be like "Take a breath bestie, that's a bit too far." Harriet and Wesley specifically are besties! This is also around the time Wesley started getting crushes on literally all her friends. you know, middle school things

i think clone middle school was the worst time, ever, for the faculty. like...have you ever tried to control or discipline a middle schooler? it doesnt work. they crave chaos. i think another huge issue is that this was when the clones Discovered homophobia and transphobia from the internet + Learned Slurs(middle schoolers love those. sadly.) and this is like. the only time they've EVER seen wulfington super mad. he + mr b + scuds had to sit them down and be like "yeah so, we're not doing this. it shouldnt have been acceptable with the first set of clones, and it DEFINATLY isnt now. Fucking stop it." and they went out of their way to make any of the students discovering they are lgbt+ feel safe and welcome- and like. even if middle schoolers are hell to deal w, they still liked and respected mr b and wulfington and having them feel dissapointed in them sucked, + the bullying policy regarding bigotry was extremely strict. so i think most of the kids stopped that shit quick, thankfully, and shut each other down when they heard it. this is why topher has no friends you see.

please note that a lot of the middle school stuff is. directly based on how middle school was for me. so if i seem like im being mean....no i promise thats just how middle school is. everyone is scared + conmfused + everything is getting harder + theyre noticing media pressure.

I appreciate my people regardless, the one who were in position for a reason or the new ones. The ones who didn't wanna eat and the ones who did. hold on let me chronicle the crazy ass way i met my boyfriend rq:

- starts out with me being in highschool theatre. i was a bit of a slut (positive) and there were two boys who had crushes on me (this is important)

- one of them adds me to a discord (???) in order to win my affections (both of them are in this discord so im not sure what the plan was)

- the discord is basically split into two houses: one part is mostly theater kids from my highschool. the other, by some miracle, consists of boys from the local private school in our area*

*note: these two groups DESPISE one another. im not sure how the discord even worked to this day.

- the first guy introduces me to the private school boys, who are generally pretty cool and we get on pretty well

- one of the private school boys and i were chatting it up in dms, getting to know one another over our shared love or phantom of the paradise. he then asks me to a dance thats being hosted by their bougie ass school and offers to pay for dinner.

- i recognize “ah! this is a date type ordeal” and suddenly make the decision that while this dude is pretty cool, im way not into him like that, so i decline. he totally gets it and drops the subject

- a few days after this rejection i begin to regret turning him down, seeing as hes not a bad dude but more importantly after finding out the dinner would be at red lobster, and i can really fuck up some cheddar bay biscuits

- and suddenly, like an angel sent on high, one of my friends from the theatre company im in posts on her story what is, with lack of a better term, an advertisement for another boy our age on her instagram. now, this guy i recognize is in the aforementioned discord and also from the same private school as the first guy. however! the advertisement includes three things:

- his name and details

- the fact that he’s not a creep

- and the fact that he will pay for dinner

- so naturally, i slide up and ask for the deets. she gives them to me and a hit him up on discord. hes pretty awkward, seeing as we’ve literally never talked before, but we come to a mutual agreement that he needs a date and i need cheddar bay biscuits

- chaos ensues. my friends learn that im going on what is essentially a blind date with a rich private school boy and they are in shambles. my dating life is insane. the men are fuming. meanwhile, im picking out what dress will best cover the food baby i plan to have after eating about 17 cheddar bay biscuits.

- fast forward to the night in question. im looking great, i have a chin length bob, a tan velvet dress, and the ugliest fucking chunky velvet heels youve ever seen. the ensemble was truly a product of its time.

- as was tradition, all of the girls got ready at my house. one by one, their dates arrive (also private school boys.) one of the dates was the guy that first asked me to the dance. everyone arrives but one- my date.

- im checking the clock frantically, thinking “oh shit. ive been stood up” when suddenly a black honda civic rolls in. suddenly i am filled with dread as another teenage boy in a suit steps out. this is the most attractive man at the party, and holy shit, thats my date.

- now im panicking. the photos didnt do him justice. this guy was hot! i remember thinking “he didnt text like a hot guy? how is this possible” as hes walking in the door. his friends all greet him, and hes chatting with them until he walks over to me. we kind of mumble some greetings to eachother, both pretty awkward. the tension is palpable and everyone else is making fun of us until my mom walks in and demands pictures.

- we proceed to take what is, to this day, the funniest photo i have ever seen. there are two other couples on the group/ both of them are hugged up and clearly romantic in the photo. meanwhile me and the mystery man? a solid 5 feet apart. i wish i was kidding. it was like something out of a movie.

- after taking some horribly awkward photos we all move to get into our cars and head off to dinner. im sweating at this point. as i get into the mystery man’s car im panicking. my anxiety has set in- this outing is going to suck. it’s silent in the car for a good 30 seconds, only to be interrupted by

- “do you like music?” the question catches me off guard. what the fuck. ‘do you like music?’ what kind of question is that? i try to keep it together but suddenly im laughing. this would be extremely inappropriate- except now hes laughing too. i ask him what kind of question is that? and he replies i dont know, maybe you hate music. we’re laughing again

- several conversations happen in succession. we talk about the music. then we start talking about red lobster. this of course leads us to the song rock lobster, which he plays. we begin to talk about lobster economics and society under the sea. this is the strangest man ive met in my fucking life.

- we get to the red lobster and its an absolute blast. the food was terrible but the biscuits and the company are good. these are some of the funniest people ive ever met. i misjudged them, this table full of private school kids wasnt as bad as their reputation led me to believe.

- the dance goes equally well. me and the boy dont slow dance or anything but we knew it wasnt a ‘date’. i began to wish that it was. he wasnt a bad guy. one of the guys is wearing a pillows shirt under his suit. my guy was wearing a weezer shirt. pillows guy is breakdancing. the orderbs were fucking terrible. theres a photo booth. the whole thing is hosted in our local art museum and it is beautiful.

- were driving home, chronicling the wvents of the night. it was superb. as were driving back to my house he gets silent. were about to turn into my driveway when he blurts out “do you want to do this again?” i say yes. our first date is, keeping in theme, olive garden. we have been dating since.
