The reason why Ghostbur and Revivedbur were so different from the other ghost characters was because they were the only ones who could be changed. Glatt didn't want to be dead. Ghostboo wanted to be dead. Tommy didn't want to die so bad he would hide and scream at anything that could harm him.

Ghostbur didn't want much, then suddenly he wanted too much. Rev wanted everything and then realized there was nobody telling him not to settle. They went through their own cycles. They were loved and they were changed.
