This is likely the hardest I've laughed in rain world yet. Basically, you can glitch a spear into a quantum state using a dead bat body, allowing stabbed enemies to follow you through tunnels. So I tried bringing a leviathan to Moon. And the game really, really didn't like that

Uh okay so some spoilers for a full theory post I have coming up (because I have RECEIPTS :sob:), but unfortunately I can't support byler endgame anymore. Morally, it's just not right.

After seeing The First Shadow, I'm completely convinced that that Brenner is Will (BTTF style). With Henry acting so much like Mike (comes from a stereotypically "normal" family that's actually quite detached, sweet, gawkish, nerdy, trying so hard to be normal, destroying everything to date some "stupid girl"...Brenner's words, not mine)...Well. You all know I'm not one to shy away from acknowledging The Cycles.

Unfortunately...I have to retract my byler posts. I was totally wrong back in 2022/2023. There's absolutely no way byler is going to be endgame, and everything we saw between Mike and Will was just subtext pointing to Will's future "predator but for good" behavior irt Henry.

I hope bylers aren't going to be too devastated when this all comes to fruition. I'd advise y'all to start preparing yourself for the worst: Byler physically can't be endgame because Will time-travels back to try and pull a kill-baby-Hitler on Henry, and then falls for him because he reminds him so much of Mike. That's what El was referring to when she said Brenner "could not let go" of Henry. He couldn't let go, couldn't kill him, created this whole mess...because Henry reminds him of Mike.

The Duffers love subverting tropes, and this is how they're going to subvert Will's "good boy who's never done a single thing wrong" hero trope: By giving him the moral greyness that every other character but him seems to have at this point.

So...yeah. This is me cutting ties with byler. World's most massive ick.

Chapter 1, AKA: "In a murder committed out of fear and panic, after dusk, in a location where the protagonist appeared shortly before, a strongly motivated individual, after taking initiative on their own, is murdered as a result of a betrayal by the protagonist's best ally, after which the corpse of the victim is found slumped on the floor and during the trial for which the blame is for a prolonged time placed on the protagonist or their ally (who was indeed involved, but ultimately is not the blackened)."

Chapter 2, AKA: "In an attempt to maintain allegiance to an important individual and to uphold a sense of honor for their Ultimate title, a capable classmate bludgeons to death the mentally strong yet physically weak (or mentally weak and physically strong) fan favorite (who therefore ends up dying too early) in a hands-on-hands physical confrontation, after which the placement of the corpse as well as the "perceived" crime scene is messed with to pin the blame on another person."

P.S. This whole thing was primarily inspired to by my desire to prove Nagito's assumptions from chapter 4 wrong:

Most of these are fortunatelly not true when we also take V3 into account: while Rantaro was important, he wasn't stabbed; a serial killer was revealed in the third chapter, not the in the second; and I wouldn't exactly classify chapter 4 murder as a suicide in either sdr2 or v3 (though we DID have two people playing Russian roulette in the Funhouse, yikes). All in all, the murders wouldn't have been nearly as shocking if they correlated with what had been already pointed out in the second game before, so I'm not really surprised that there ended up being other similarities among the murders.

an ask can be literally anything under the sun, whether it's interacting with me or yk,, asking abt my ocs🤧 which could range from anything to specific questions or wanting to know abt their reactions to certain scenarios ect. answers would also generally be more conversational in nature (??)

what differentiates an ask from a request imo is that it lacks that pressure to churn out a written piece in response if that makes sense. if you're starting out with 'can you write...' then it's a writing request, if you're saying smth like 'can i have a part two of xyz' it's a writing request.

really, it's just the way things are worded that makes the difference, sometimes i have nonnies who like to come in with little scenarios and it's like an 'imagine if this happened' type of thing, sometimes i get ideas from them, sometimes i do respond with writing. anything's game as long as it doesn't feel like a demand, or burden to my creative process.

that being said, my nonnies are always super kind and respectful anyway and i appreciate them all sm, so i hope no one feels like they have to walk on eggshells around me😭 i'm not gonna get mad at or hound anyone even if they do slip-up, it's just that i'm likely not going to be able to respond to it in a timely manner, hence trying to avoid them all together, yk? i have a backlog of old ones i do intend on getting to (anyone who's waiting on smth they've sent in, i apologise😔💔)
