1. DANGER - HOLY SHIT BRO SO FUCKING GOODNSJDN THE BASS? THE RAP? yummy yummy yummy my fav song ITS SO GROOVY. WHEN YEONJUN SAID TOMORROW BY TOGETHER AT THE START ?OMG MOANING. I love the part when, idk what they were saying but the melody in the part ‘something korean, so obsessed’ like I like how it’s a little minor and descends idk how to explain. txt are so good at r&b we love you beomgyu for being the main lyricist on this, he ate it up (the lyrics ‘deeper into me?’ What was…that beomgyu? 🤔🤔🧐…) also I love the little short backing vocal interjections in the pre chorus that ascend and descend they bless my ears

2. Over the moon - over the moon is so good! I love the little sparkles you can hear in the background at the start of the verses it’s so pretty, and I love the ethereal like intro, BEOMGYU STARTING AGAINSJDHD !, bass is good in this and I love the backing vocals they’re so heavenly and the harmonies make me float. Also I just love the lyrics to this song, they’re so pretty and so good for a love song like they’re actually so romantic but not in a cringe way WORD PAINTING TOO ! The over the moooonn over the starrrsss part is so pretty I love soobins falsetto. And also I love the call and response like parts with sookai and taegyu 😩😩 BUT ☹️! Icl I was slightly underwhelmed listening to it the first time, I think I hyped it up too much and the teaser kind of gave away the whole song 😭 it’s way too short 👎 I really wanted some new material, instrumental section maybe, a bridge but it’s lowkey just verse chorus, verse chorus, end. 4. Heaven- cute and fun!! I really loved this song more than I expected I would, I love the verses and melodies in the verses 😭😭

5. Resist - resist being this low seems criminal but every single song was too good tbh idk whether to put this is as 4 or 5 or 3 😭. I knew I was going to love this song but omg I didn’t expect the genre! After the beat kicks in it really changes but it’s toooo good I love the guitar chords in the verses at the start of every bar ? and the guitar in the intro and I love the high notes in this song. I love how txt do different styles and genres AND PULL IT OFF they make kpop so fun for me 😭😭😩 plus I just like the rhythms in this song

6. Higher than heaven— I really liked this song more than I expected bc icl I was not much of an early 2010s pop boy band fan back then but I love that txt did that they really suit it. Family dynamics, I feel it was always Blueno “raising” them. He did most of the work to make sure they didn’t die or something in the show, so he’s almost like a parent figure. Jabra should’ve been the insane uncle or something, being one of the oldest, but he acts more like a mean older brother, so I’ll go with that. Kumadori and Fukurou spends their time having fun with the crew, so maybe like parent figures as well? Lucci, Kalifa, and Kaku are the youngest of them, so I feel they would be the stupid goofy children. Lucci too, made sure everyone didn’t die, so scary older brother? Kalifa fits well as a responsible older sister and Kaku was just there, like some little brother trying not to die 👍

hi there!! so I was recently looking for visual novels to occupy my time with, and I came across 21 questions, so I played it. and I loved it. so I played tulipe. and I liked that one a lot too. then I checked out your social media and I was really curious about the ✨️paranormal club lore✨️, so I just played all of them-

I didn't realize it when I was playing the game, but I've seen a lot of your our life art here on tumblr and I can't get over how pretty it is! even when it's just doodles that you do for fun, I still really like your style cause you make everyone look so nice. even if you're just drawing clem in a clown suit, we still love that

I don’t usually draw anymore because even though I used to like it, I feel like I lack all motivation to do it now, but seeing your art is really giving me inspiration to pick up a paper and a pencil and start drawing again :D

I personally share your love for visual novels, and I enjoy replaying yours because they're honestly so nice. I guess I just like seeing the way the story progresses and how relatable the characters feel, especially as a non-binary person who struggles to see themselves represented in games. plus I just like the voice acting in 21 questions

if I'm honest, even if it wasn't my usual genre of romance, night shift was a good play as well, especially for your first game! I can feel the inspiration from horror games and I love those types of things sm. I get why you'd wanna go back and redo it someday, but I think especially in terms of the plot and characters, it had a captivating plot and it was well written... françoise betrayed us tho rip

also this isn't about the games but from what I've seen, it honestly feels like you're a really nice person who happens to be really talented and so you deserve really nice things. even if you haven't been getting them until now, I hope you do start because you deserve it!! Now i am so sad to spread bad news BUT…. The canon ending of 21 questions is the platonic ending. 21q happens in 2019, Clem move to London in 2021 and ( spoiler alert ) will be spotted in Apple bag which takes place in 2022. Clem’s character and story haven’t entirely been revealed in his game for reasons that I’ll hopefully share in a futur but it’s for the same reasons that realistically… the relationship in 21q is destined to end with distance.

BUT that not the end if you imagine a future with Clem. If your intention is to romance them then there is an open window for the timeline where he’s a bit older. When exactly ? I won’t spoil but all I have to say is that this relationship can work on long term ! It’s just a good person, wrong moment situation and once you know everything about him, then his romance options become more real :}

AND PLOT TWIST THAT HE MIGHT BE A VERY VERY PROMINENT MAN IN THE COMMUNITY?! Very trusted and loved. Like a well-established family doctor? Or the mayor? Or something? Not like he owns one of the largest farms in the area, like the richest farmer in the area - not like an animal farm or whatever … something romantic - a vineyard

And I mean just so that Y/N can get over the death of their BF quicker - maybe Slasher!König targeted him because he was cheating or something that could hurt Y/N?

You’re definitely right, I see König as more of a psycho-stalker one, completely fucked in his head, and a fact that no one can tell just because he’s so good at keeping straight face, wearing a mask of a friendly neighbour? Absolutely delicious. A pretty girl will smile and joke with this gentle giant, batting her long eyelashes up at him with a subtle blush dusting her cheeks, noting soft quirk of man’s lips, hoping that König may like her back. The next night this dainty neck of hers will be snapped in few places from vicious grip of huge hand, her stomach sliced opened, bright blood painting everything red. Among all mushed up insides her womb is missing - König taking it, since this whore was offering it to him so openly a day before.

And idea with wine garden is so freaking good, I haven’t thought about it even (omg I know abt these sm, since I live in wine region of Germany😶‍🌫️) So I will definitely think abt incorporating this into the story, thank you dearly for suggesting it!

So! A question I have is, what's your process? How do you go about getting ideas and turning them into pieces? I would really love to know <3

As for my process? I always have ideas floating around my mind, but when I actually feel like turning it into a piece it usually starts with me making some thumbnails (one or two normally but it can be more sometimes). My process changes depending on the style I’m doing that piece in?? I try avoid doing actual line art if possible but that’s entirely on the grounds that I hate doing it LOL. Most of my process is spent messing around with colours because that’s the most fun part to me. Colours are a big part of me actually starting a piece, even during the sketch I try map out the values vaguely and colour language is always at the forefront of my mind when tackling a piece.

But from start to finish my process looks like this:

Inspiration for an idea is usually just what character I am feeling attached to on that given week. I doodle them quite a lot (traditional or digital) before making an actual piece with them so I can figure out stylisation and what kind of mood I’m in

Thumbnailing. This is not always present? If I have a clear image in my mind of what I want to draw or I’m just vaguely drawing a character, I won’t thumbnail. But I always thumbnail if it’s more than one character

Cleaning up the sketch or god forbid the line art usually happens now. I hate this part because my thumbnails are quite messy so this is the part where I actually have to think hard about how the final piece will look

Value planning and colour planning is my favourite part and what I am actually thinking about since the beginning. This is also where I plan the lighting. As a general rule of thumb I try keep my layers under/around 10 so it makes rendering a little easier

Rendering rendering rendering. I add details and paint the colour layers with all that they need. Merge all the layers (as a duplicate) and paint over again to further render, clean up, paint over the line art/sketch

Make some final colour adjustments with gradient map or curves before adding some noise and maybe cross hatching

(Kirby and Fletcher were my idols back when I was younger I loved seeing characters who were known as the “artist kid” I felt so seen lmao. I hated Kirby’s art style a little but he was still my idol lol)

I wish the LR writers gave Bree as much of personality as Jesse got :( I love Jesse sm. That’s the only reason I had to think before considering this ship. But Bree would think Jesse is a badass as well as being happy to talk to other girls. Jesse would probably push Bree to follow her dreams of exploring the world.

They would both complain about Bob and Luke too ngl. Also complaining about past relationships with boys. I feel like Jessie would like Chase way more then Bree would like her to ( They’re both straight A smarty pants and Chase is strict) and shed call Adam a hunk which would also kinda irk Bree.

That’s her brother EWWW, but we all know if she got a peek at Tony she’d be falling all over bro. Leo would probably joke around with her a lot and then start tweaking cause all the Ross kids won’t leave him alone about his bionics.

Mr Davenport probably already knows the Ross’ ( I heard all rich people know each other or something) that’s probably how Jesse and Bree would meet. Davenport invites The Ross’ to a dinner and they bring their kids and nanny and suggest that the bionic three get invited because their kids want to meet them. Leo comes because he’ll be damned if he gets left out only to regret it because he’s less popular and well known so by extension the other kids feel more comfy bothering the shit out of him.

(Personally it’s hard for me to imagine romantic relationships, it’s so rude of myself to not get them as much as I’d like but they’d probably have fun going to see boy bands and shopping together. I struggled to write the fic for Kai Brewer and Marcus Davenport (karcus) and even then they aren’t romantic, they are assholes)

LOL that means that Remix ( mighty med) and Bailey ( suite life on deck) and Jesse ( Jesse lol) all exist in the same universe… LMFAOOOOOO THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS.

Hello! I was wondering if you could a small tutorial on how you render your pieces?? They’re all super pretty btw!! I love your art :D!!

Ahh thank you sm!! <3 0: i’m not very good at explaining my process, and it changes depending on what I’m drawing as well, but I’ll try my best to explain it!

imma use the choso panel redraw since it’s a pretty simple portrait (done in Procreate, but most of this can be applied to CSP too)

once i’ve got a decently refined sketch, i fill in a basic starting skin colour for the character. i start some shading once i have a basic idea of where i want lighting. colour-wise, i usually go a bit darker & warmer for the first pass. (i use a brush that’s a basic airbrush settings but i replace the shape source with a reuleaux triangle) besides where shadows will fall, ill also focus on making the colour more dense on the ears, fingers, around the eyes, and sometimes the blush area. (also let it be known i use Liquify a lot, and constantly flip my canvas. as you render you’ll often start noticing lil adjustments that need to be done)

ill build up passes of colour, going darker & more saturated as i do. as the colours darken, they’ll be in the more receded/hidden areas of the face (like under brows, under chin, inner ear, unless the lighting calls for otherwise) in this case though, he’s also kinda beat up, so i added more colour under the eyes/on the cheekbones to add to the bruise vibes

for the nose/brow/shoulder highlights, i made a new layer & set it to Add. it’s a handy way to get a highlight colour and brighten your hot spots for lighting. this is usually when ill mess with the sketch/linework, sometimes i switch the layer mode to Multiply if i know i want to fully paint over it. in this case i think i just Alpha Locked the layer and painted in the hair/eyeliner since i wanted them darker. once the linework is thoroughly fukt with, i make a new layer and start painting over. usually involves a lot of colour picking & making some adjustments, playing around with levels of colour. I also swap between the reuleaux and a funky dense rectangle thing for rendering, sometimes little sketch pens for smaller details too.

(technically the blue-tinge reflective lighting wasn’t very accurate for the bg/scene colour i chose, but i got carried away and didn’t wanna change it lol)

hair rendering is fun sometimesssss. i make a new layer, choose a slightly brighter colour, and messily block in where i want the highlights. idk how else to explain it besides like, think about using H-adjacent shapes when you’re erasing/refining the highlights. for the last step, i make a new layer, set it to Add, and paint inside the highlights for the sharper look.

When it’s getting to a place i kinda like, (added some blood/cuts on this one before moving on) ill usually start messing with some overlay effects. this usually involves picking a random colour, filling in a new layer, and seeing how it lays over the piece. depending on the vibe im going for it can change a lot, but i find myself usually liking Exclusion & Subtract a lot. (sometimes ill throw a Noise + Overlay layer on top as well, but didn’t for this piece)

it’s not my most thoroughly rendered portrait but it’s one i got a decent amount of wip screenshots for.. my style in general is still a wip, and i change it up a bit every time. i encourage experimentation always!!! it’s helped me a lot. i’ll see about making a more thorough tutorial for a properly rendered piece soon too!
