sitting at the table during breakfast, he’s reading the morning paper when he brings your hand to his lips and brushes a kiss to your knuckles

He doesn’t even think about it, Like it was second nature to him

He’ll smile softly at you then return his focus to the paper before him, all the while his thumb traces where he kissed you

Dick:

Playful

Whether you’re out at a gala or alone in your apartment, he’ll kiss the back of your hand as if you were royalty.

His gaze would flick up to your own, his lips still pressed to you and you feel him smile almost mischievously against you

The next few minutes are exaggerated gestures and dramatic kisses up your arm until you’re giggling and trying to push him away

You're sitting in his lap as he kisses the palms of your hands softly

Then he brushes his lips over your wrist before he places them on his cheeks so you can cradle his face

he takes a long, deep breath. Your foreheads touch and he closes his eyes.

You can see and feel all the weight and pressure he's put on himself slowly lift from his shoulders.

I, like everyone else watching this show, have spent every episode wondering if someone will even mention The Batman. But it didn’t click for me until this episode why The Batman and Bruce Wayne are so absent from this narrative.

We’ve been told this whole season that no one cares about Crown Point, no one cares about the poor people of Gotham - Bruce Wayne is the Prince of Gotham. The Batman has corruption to root out of high places, “real” villains to deal with. Why would either of them pay much attention to a gang war on the other side of the proverbial tracks that only takes place over the span of a month or so?

Only when Oz obtains the wealth and status that allows him to be a part of the elite of Gotham do we see the Batsignal, the literal sign that he has now risen to the notice of Gotham’s protector. That he is now considered a villain who needs Batman’s attention. It’s SUCH interesting commentary on how monsters are made and becoming something worth slaying.

I used to be aphobic. I didn’t understand how someone could feel little to no romantic attraction especially, and it was because I am very alloromantic. But that is exactly how homophobes look at the rest of the queer community. Since they don’t experience the attraction we do, the choose to believe it’s not real.

Just because you don’t fully understand what it’s like to be aspec doesn’t mean you should be hating aspec people. They are queer too. Fucking treat them as such.
