- The first month or two they were kinda awkward and nervous to be affectionate with each other, bc Matt hasn’t been with anyone since Ramona and Stephen hasn’t been with anyone since Julie

- They keep it private for a month then tell everyone and Ramona and Julie are like Wtf bc they never expected their exes to like each other lmao

- Matthew was the bold and flirty one at first, then after a couple weeks Stephen surprises him by being smooth and romantic and Matt is like ??!(&>£<

- They cannot keep their hands off each other, Stephen always holds his hand or has an arm around him, and Matt loves hugs and clings to him

- Matt uses like 20 pet names for him and gets creative with them, while Stephen only uses like 5 basic ones

- Matt’s hair is actually naturally wavy/slightly curly, especially towards the ends and Stephen is a big fan of it. Matt starts letting his hair be natural more bc he likes the attention and compliments

- Mexican Stephen (real)

- Contrary to popular belief, Stephen is actually the one with a 12 step night routine while Matthew just throws on his pajamas and collapses. He tries to get Matthew to do skin care bc Matt just splashes water on his face

- Stephen starts trying to do eyeliner bc of Matt (he sucks at it but it’s okay)

- They’re both touch starved, especially Matt. This man loves cuddles and everything, he will not let go. Especially bc Stephen is always warm

- They took like a month to kiss bc they kept panicking when their faces would get close, until one day Matt couldn’t take it anymore and went “CAN WE KISS??” and Stephen was like “UHHH?!?) OKAY???” But then they got nervous until Matt went fuck it and grabbed his face and kissed him. Stephen had his eyes open for a good 5 seconds before closing them and trying to figure out where to put his hands, going from his head, waist and settling on his back

- After they kissed, they did it again for a second and then Stephen got really happy and went in for a couple more which surprised Matthew (but he liked it)

- Goodbye kisses are a Must for both of them

- Stephen sometimes picks Matthew up to make him flustered bc he thinks it’s funny

Imagine the sirens discover that humans don’t chew things apart with their mouths, but rather use sharp tools to cut their dead prey into pieces and holding the pieces of meat over a dangerous fire. I just love the trope of non humans avoiding humans because of how humans can do dangerous things without fear.

MS2: I have seen the mineral claws which are held apart the human speaks of.

MS1: Me as well. Humans are very weak, and poorly equipped by nature, and so they must use clever objects to compensate for the inadequacies of their bodies.

MS2: They are like trolls who are weak, but more clever, then.

MS1: That is perplexing, yes. Perhaps they are so weak their mouths cannot bite through meat which has not first been burned?
