Damn yall are liking this Hazbins Fallen au- I'm glad!! Honestly I was hoping people would like it but like, still a shock you know-

Anywaysss, I am busy but figured I'd post some fact/headcanons of the au, aoke plot points, mostly surrounding Emily because she's the main change of the au

Emily has a pretty big sweet tooth, and when she does get sweets she always gets extra for Razzle and Dazzle

Again, I will say this, Vaggie, Charlie and Emily are wrangle and dazzles moms. Keekee is not counting as a child cause the seems more like. A ept while Razzle and Dazzle seem mroe sentient, at least to me

Charlie and Seviathans relationship, post break up ofc, is like Ron Swanson and Tammy 2s, no the uh- getting back together part but the '....she's here-' part, Charlie absolutely hates his guts and whenever he's near her more demon features come out as she looks around trying to spot him

Emily barely holds herself back from killing slaviathen, you'd think it'd be Vaggie, but no, it's Emily

Emily design resembles a succubus, it was by complete accident, she lieks the color of horns and didn't realize what it could resemble-

Emily absolutely hates Al but hides it ebhidn a cheerful smile, silent anger so to speak(she does end up snapping at Al and I am so excited to write that scene)

Husk is Emily's father figure I already have a whole chaoter planned surrounding how they bon, Emily calls him dad from that chaoter onwards

Angle constantly makes 'I fucked you dad' jokes, even if they aren't true, at Em cause he knows it pushes her buttons....she retaliated by buying water balloons and throwing them at him one day when he makes the same joke again

Husk just watches.

In the pilot, vaggie holds up her spear and Emily pushes it down like "...no, no..." the Katy says soemthing homophobic and she immediately moves her hand away and says "nevermind. Do what you want."

Emily hates waking up early, she's done it for YEARS in heaven she'll eb damned if she does it for more in hell (plus there's nobody on her about being on time to places)

You knwo that scene where Husk is calling everyone out? Well, he looks at Emily and goes "and SHES....well....I've got nothing on her, she's perfect" you can tell who his favorite is

Remember when angle brings them ti a bdsm club? Yeah, I've- I've got a FUN scene idea for that-

Screw shoes let charlie show her hooves- especially since I 70% sure that hoped animals have to walk on their hooves or else they risk a lot of different things so- yeah, I'm throwing away her shoes.

Also have her show sone more demon features, I love making designs so much- and of course their gonna be more animalistic, cause I love expanding on animal nosies and behaviors and stuff, it was always planned tho I didn't have a specfici bird in mind for vaggie until the hawk feather exorcists au, she also makes moth noises

I am going to have so much fun making their designs-

Also, Emily and Peter are best friends in this au, mlm and wlw solidarity when they go back up to heaven while Sera is tlaking Peter is jsut staring at her

'I know' she knows he knows....she silently promises to catch him up before the trial and he finally looks away satisfied

I feel liek while Emily would be very quick to accept husk is her father figure I think Husk would be a bit hesitant to accept that HE is a father figure

You know victor from lackadaisy? I dont knwo why but I kinda like to imagine husk as him- like I'm debating if I should make husk have had a daughter when he was alive who he didn't get to see cause of the divorce and turned to alcoholism slowly. And Em reminds him if her and that makes him SCARED

Fun little idea I had that I may or may not include, depends how I'm feeling honestly, I do wanna ta leats keep some things liek how 'gruff' he is and apply it to husk, idm I feel like their personalities are every similar, thoguh that might jsut be me-

Husk would teach Emily how to play Chess

Charlie knows Vaggie and Emily are angles and all that stuff, as I've said before. So I'm debating wether or not to keep Al's deal in, I think I will but tweak it a bit

I love Al, but he is an above avrage overlord at best, the only reason he was able to fight agaisnthe exrocists and Adam was due to them not being used to people attacking BACK and seeing it more as entertainment then actual hunting.

Anyways Em may or may not call him out casually on multiple occasions- 'he does realize if he fights Adam he'll die- oh, and there he goes called it!' She doesn't like him

Em was very much called 'lucifers replacement' by many angles, not Sera but even Sera soemtimes accidentally said lucis name instead of Ems at Keats a few times. Anyways she hates lucifer despite never meeting him and for soem reaosn never realized he was Charlie's father-

Al and Rosie are Charlie's uncle and aunt, foudn family my beloved

The reveal that Emily is Emily the seraphim....well, lets hsut say when revealing vaggie to be an exrocist doesn't work. lute notices how fimiliar Em looks..... it's gonna be a very interesting chaote rthats for certain

The veil, chapter 1.

Fluff, little angsty at the end but not too much.

AN: I'm aliveee this is finally chaoter one of the veil, ive been working on it for a while, i wrote it like 4 times before being satisfied with it ngl, but here it is..

The ‘poor vampire in need of a cuddle’ sat with arms wide open, and despite the bite being real, everything was too good to be true? How often do you hear of waking up next to the man of your dreams? And a fictional man at it? NEVER. Lynn was not going to believe it until he’s sure he’s not delusional, and even if it was real, there was still a major problem that needed to be addressed. He couldn’t just close an eye on it, it felt.. wrong.

“You don't know me” He sighed, Astarion was in a game, where his actions were controlled by someone else, him. A game where he was stripped of his free will- do characters in games even understand the concept of free will? But nevertheless, he didn’t know anything about him, the one Astarion fell for.. Was not real, Lynn was different from the game Lynn, so different. Starting from the fact that game-Lynn is tall, muscular, and Lynn was actually barely taller than Astarion, and lean, definitely not jacked like Lynn though.

As he sat there overthinking he realized how even in his brain this was confusing, so many Lynns, and such a small brain Lynn had.

“I know you enough” Astarion’s demeanor relaxed, his eyes softened as if in understanding of his point, yet still holding that fondness you’d expect from a lover. It made Lynn’s heart soft, so soft he could have almost ignored the problem, if it wasn’t for the guilt that would haunt him for lying to him.

“But what you felt, the person you met.. that Lynn is not me.” He lowered his eyes nervously, fidgeting with his hands.

Astarion leaned forward, his hand cupped Lynn’s cheek and gently guided his head to look up at him, his look expectant. “I know, but I heard you.. your laugh, your rambling, I heard you cry.. and I'm pretty sure I heard you please yourself-.” He grabbed Lynn's hand with his free one to kiss the back of it, nonchalantly ignoring the last bit of his admission.

‘You heard me what?!’ Lynn gasped shocked, yet stopped before he could ask for more details.

“The point is, now I have all the time in the universe to get to know you.” He smiled tenderly- a new habit he had developed just because of Lynn- in those hours when he’d ramble to someone else, or when he’d sit commenting as he went through the story- as he traced the swell of Lynn’s cheek. “I want to experience all that I missed..” He admitted taken over by the need to open his heart to him. “I want to live it all with you, again and I want to get to know you like you know me.” His claw trailed at last, following the ever so soft path traced by the pad of his finger as Astarion kissed his temple. “I want to see your smiles, I want to kiss you so bad I've never felt like this before.. I just want the chance to love you like you and I deserve.” He confessed at last while for a moment, he had almost swore he heard his dead heart pound in his chest.

It was a lot to take in for Lynn, all his life everything was so ordinary, boring even, so this chance to live something unique.. Was too good to be true. He couldn’t help his pessimism from ebbing through.

“What if I'm not as you expected? What if I'm underwhelming? Life here.. is much more boring.. I am much more boring” He lowered his eyes ashamed. He dreamt to be his for weeks, no months, he’d wake up sobbing and alone wishing to be enough for that kind of love that went above and beyond.

“Maybe I need some boring” Astarion gently brushed the stray tear that cascaded down Lynn’s cheek so quickly he swore it was almost a reflex. “We don’t need to rush this, just like you taught me” He smiled as he kissed the tip of his nose.

“I mean, I didn’t-” Lynn was cut off before he could say more. “No, no, I remember your voice..” He pointed at him with his head. “..you went on a pretty long monologue on ‘how you wished you could actually remind me that there’s no rush, and how you wished you’d be by my side all the way” He nodded proudly as he paraphrased the words he had heard through the veil. Lynn couldn’t help but chuckle at his memory, the monologue in question still imprinted in his mind- since he had bored one of his friends about it- as Astarion instead was staring at his lips. “Can I kiss you..?” He whispered as he resisted the urge to just do it, to kiss him. To do it desperately, sloppy, uncalculated.

Lynn didn't know how to put into words his insecurities, what words would properly say ‘people like me don’t often kiss so, i apologize if i barely know what i'm doing’, whatever he could come up with sounded pretty lame. “I haven't kissed in a while” He admitted ashamed, shaking his head. What he didn’t know was that Astarion didn’t care, he barely knew what he was doing himself- in a different universe and with the emotional stability of a log.

“It's okay.. we can fix that” Astarion hummed.

Lrynn's touch was gentle, shaky almost as he cupped Astarion's cheek, his eyes tracing the path from Astarion's nose to his lips as if he had never seen him before, and he finally understood what they meant when in books they mentioned the butterflies. He could feel that sensation rising deep in his stomach as he was so close to him, so close from kissing him.

His thumb swiped his cheek gently as the other arm wrapped around the vampire's middle, they were on their knees, in front of each other, one still completely dressed while the other sat only on his shirt, all over the place.

"You are even more breathtaking up close" Lynn murmured as he leaned forward, brushing his nose with Astarion's, hesitant to close the distance between them.

"I wish I could put into words what I'm feeling right now" Astarion whispered as he took the lead, his lips pressing softly against Lynn’s while his hand cupped his cheek.

It was maddening how they were deprived of the feeling for so long, how their lips chased each other for more.

One single, gentle kiss quickly turned into a lot of small, desperate ones which became gasps for air as they desperately held onto each other.

They barely understood how they ended up laying, Astarion’s clothes mostly discarded as their shirts and undergarments were only left. “You are mine, you understand?” Astarion kissed his neck, his cold tongue trailing to his collarbone as he had to resist the urge to bite down on the supple flesh of his shoulder.

“Y-yes” Lynn whimpered under the vampire’s skilled touch.

“Good, my sweet” Astarion purred as he reluctantly pulled back, pulling the other down with him under the duvet. “Much better” Astarion hummed as he relished the feeling of the head pressed against his chest, and the warm body enveloping him instead of the unnecessarily heavy pieces of armor.

God knows how long they laid there in silence. Lynn could feel it deep in his bones that he was going to wake up any time soon.

“Tell me of this world” Astarion broke the silence of the barely lit room.

“Well vampires don’t exist here, and neither does magic” He thinks out loud. “Wait” A sudden idea floated in his brain.. If vampires don’t exist.. Could it be..? The idea of being able to treasure this moment forever makes the butterflies in Lynn’s stomach erupt happily.

The human reaches to his nightstand, his phone reading ‘7 am’ as he unlocks the device. His cheeks flush deeply as he has to old back from staring at his lockscreen.

“What’s that?” Astarion asks, confused as he follows the other movements, curious of the device in his hands.

“This is a phone, you can talk to people with it, and go on the internet, and take pictures with it” He explains as he quickly looks for his camera app. “See, i want to remember this forever, but i don’t know if it’ll work” He drops the phone on his chest before taking a peak, wanting to find out if it worked right there with Astarion.

“I suppose but whatever it is, it can't hurt to try..”

“You are right “ He smiles as he picks up the phone again and looks at the screen.

“Ah it’s that man again” Astarion scoffs as he takes a better look at the screen where the same face as the lock screen shows up, this time dressed- or rather undressed differently. “Do you have a boyfriend or something?” He grasps at Lynn’s wrist, jealousy bubbling in his stomach at the thought as he goes back to ignore the screen.

“You are an idiot, you know?” Lynn laughs as he realizes what was happening. “Can we focus on what we were doing?” He asks, trying to keep his laughter down.

“Sure” He scoffs. “What are we doing?” He asks as Lynn lifts up his phone again, this time met with the image of that man and Lynn way too close for the vampire’s taste.

“It's called a picture, it's like a painting but taken instantly, and here..” Lynn raises his free hand to point at the screen, where the image mimics his movements perfectly. “You can see the outcome” He smiles, astonished at the image displayed, at the way Astarion’s locks and Lynn’s mixed on the pillow, how slowly Astarion’s eyes widened as he sat up, his nose impossibly close to the screen as the shutter sound echoed in the room before Astarion could understand completely.

“Is that..?” He asked as he tapped on the screen, amazed how the figure in the silly machine would follow him almost instantly. Magic if Lynn didn’t already tell him there was no such thing there.

“Yes love…” Lynn smiled as he gave the vampire all the time he needed.

He was astounded, speechless even as he noticed the way his ears twitched and reddened, his eyes fell on his fangs, so many times he tried to understand how sharp they were, yet nothing compared to how they looked, so polished despite never sharpening them. The fangs that sunk in so many animals, and so many times in the throats of evil creatures since he had met tav.

Then he locked eyes with himself, a shiver ran down his spine. Those were the piercing eyes with which he seduced men and women of all kind all over the gates, those were the eyes kids would be scared of at night, those were the eyes that no one in the gates would ever miss.

It was imperceptible the change in the vampire, yet Lynn couldn’t help but notice how his lips suddenly curled down.

“Star?” He called unsure, what if it was all too much for him? What if he saw something he disliked? What if? It was something his mind couldn’t stop.

“Sorry, I got mesmerized by the handsome fellow in there” He lied.

I'm writing a Chaoter 2 AU where Ace successfully beats MonoTV up and pauses the KG because of how badly broken it became. But it zaps Ace at the middle of the beating and the zap changes something inside Ace's brain: If he is not going to be executed, than he is going to be mentally tortured for the audience's pleasure until it manages to fix itself - which the class is trying to prevent.

All of Ace's siblings actually died in the methods that's shown in his execution. Murder, lightning, car crash, drowning (...) all of it happened to them, which is the reason why Ace has developed phobia of death. The zap he endured makes him relive the deaths of his siblings from their point of view in his "nightmares" whenever he falls asleep, along with him dying in creative ways during horse races. MonoTV also can talk to him in his dreams whenever it wants, thanks to the zap. If this Killing Game is not going to continue, then it needs to find another way to entertain the audience. So, MonoTV punishes Ace by showing him all the different ways his siblings have died, waiting for him to ask - even beg - for the KG to continue and have his execution.

And since the game isn't running right now, Ace is forced to bond with and open up to the other Ultimates about his struggles, fears and family - especially Rose, Eden, Whit and Nico. More he talks to them, more his middle sibling side starts showing to the class and he starts seeing parts of his siblings in them, which makes him more determined to stop this KG and escape, despite MonoTV's torture. When the KG ends, they all finally escape and Ace's like "I might've lost my family, but I've found another. Thanks, guys 😢🩷" And they all celebrate this escape together.

Also in a non - KG AU, Ace one day doesn't come to school and the entire class is like "the fuck?" They barge into his home, only to see that Ace is taking care of the younger/toddler Markey siblings today and has no energy nor time to attend classes - i hc him as the third oldest of the bunch than the middle one. So they are like "Alright, we are helping you" and everyone babysits the Markey siblings with Ace and they see a softer, different side of him.

ANYWAYS YEAH I'M SPINNING YOUR MARKEY FAMILY INSIDE MY BRAIN. IM GROWLING AND SCREAMING YOUR ADDITION TO MARKEY FAMILY IS SOOOO 🤌🤌 AND I WANT TO WRITE ABOUT THEM 🩷🩷🩷 SORRY FOR THE LONG ASK

There's so much difference to what happened in PMH to now. Junyeol has a brighter personality, Hyodon was rescued in his first year, Suhyuk did not have to mourn the Oh Family, Hwangryong was able to find out the truth, Yeorang survived... Jinseung, Junyeol, and Dongha have a much more better relationship... WE DIDN'T HAD TO DEAL WITH THE CORRUPT TEACHERS I—

The thing with the Hydrangea Scent is bothering me because we know that the team leader of that player group has a connection with the former Shaman Hong. From somewhere in the early 500 chapters, we got a scene where Yeom Bamgyeol told the other leaders of player groups that he'll protect his family when he told them he'd be busy. And then this chaoter, we have Hydrangea Scent saying they dont want to involve themselves in the Dragon Clan's ruin and will protect their flowers. Was that a callback? I dont know, but I think so. DID I GO CRAZY? YES, I DID.

When the player society was slowly crumbling, we got the news that Seong Gukeon disappeared. To hell with this. I hate replays ㅠㅠ

He ain't here for more than just a look and all. Till he finds the ASL brothers and... Well. Let's be honest.

Hi! I recently had a little cold thus a lot of time on my hands. During my many hours rolled around in my bed I decided to download the epub version of GA from AO3 to my phone to have it among all my ebooks. Upon doing so I have found out it is already TWICE as long as some of my fave books. That completely baffled me.

Here are some thoughts from my recent reread that I have decided to dump on you ❤️:

- the fact that both y/n and D have completely different struggles but are so empathetic and understanding towards eachother is beautiful

- y/n and D are so compatible and a real match made in heaven in the sense that they somehow compliment eachothers weak spots (don’t know if you get what I‘m saying hold on…) they are really good at validating the other’s feelings and insecurities while also genuinely loving/adoring what the other is insecure about organically (I hope you get what I mean haha)

- are y/n and D going to go full rabitt/complete horny idiots mode now that they finally figured out how to knot right? if so I am highly looking forward to it they deserve it

- y/n and D need a vreak from all these health issues they got my poor babies

- speaking of that I hope the implant and all of y/n‘s hormones don’t cause any trouble anymore, poor thing that chaoter was heartbreaking (also will we ever see y/n in heat? 🤔🫠)

- also wanted to highlight chapter 7 it’s an actual masterpiece and I will never get over it… the emotions get me every time

- actually the whole AD2 arc is so beautifully written… D‘s character is so deeply nuanced and the smallest details all make sense as you find out more about him and the reality of his life and personality and health it breaks my heart and heals it at the same time

- the deleted scenes are giving me LIFE 🫠 pls keep them coming I am always thirsty for that sweet sweet content 🥹

YES we will see rabid behavior and heat/rut. Chapter 7 took so much time and is so long because I rewrote it a lot so there are more deleted scenes where that came from! I just have to finish those scenes up because when I'd get towards the end and realize it wasn't good enough I'd move on before finishing if that makes sense. Those scenes are typically a few hundred words away from being finished and my brain can only do one thing at a time: write new shit or finish old shit, so if may take a while, but everything will be posted.

Also I actually didn't think Guardian Angel was that long. Most of us have seen those fics on AO3 that are 400k+ words and GA is like 125k words. So gives me some real appreciation for certain fan fic writers because like god damn.

Chaoter 11 was outstanding to every other story I’ve read. I was seriously in tears after this one and will need to just let it sink in for some hours what just happened.

I can’t describe how grateful I am that you’re writing such beautiful and heartfelt stories. It’s been a long while since I came across a fic where I didn’t have any clue where the storyline will be taking me but dear lord bedeviled has me wondering after every paragraph and every update where you’ll take us. Thank you, thank you, thank you for writing, thank you for writing this story and thank you that you‘ll hopefully continue it til the end. I can’t formulate enough how much I appreciate you as a writer and human being 💜

please talk about chaoter 3 of vicious vengeful sea

ouuughheeee so fun fact about that chapter it’s actually the closest in theme/tone to the first asoiaf fic I ever wrote and never published when I was 14, which was a very badly thought out 10ish chapter fic about Asha and Theon reconnecting after being separated by CPS. The scene w Kyra came directly from that fic and I just rewrote it hehehehe (the original was written on my ipod touch when I was at camp lmao) anyway it was a rly weird fic it was kind of like if his aCoK chapters didn’t end up Like That. it was weird

I had a part in a chapter that I’m not sure I’ll ever get published just bc of timing/rewrites where Theon watches the news coverage of those 3 days while in the late-aCoK chapter territory of the au timeline and actually sees the military physically surrounding his childhood home and that’s where he kind of snaps. It was an okay chapter by 20 year old me standards but idk what to do with it now

Also there are a lot of things in this fic that I would have done differently looking back on it/my writing has improved a lot and I started this when I was in a major reading slump so I’m honestly shocked it’s even readable. some parts make me cringe tho which makes it harder to update bc i want to take it in an entirely different direction 👀

...just finished the solo leveling manhwa.. i actually started a few years ago (maybe 2021? Ive forgotten but i dont think it couldve been any later than that as it must of been a substatial amount of time before i had a tumblr acc but it couldnt be before 2019) i dont remembering finishing it so i think it was a combo of losing my place & i had read all current translated chapters...

Anyway i just wanted to read a few chapters after watching season 2 ep 4 this morning (11am-12pm) so i started with those chapters then.... i couldnt stop.....

hey there! i just read the latest chaoter you posted and that cliffhanger was both frustrating and exciting - because of how great it was and also how badly i wish it didn't end there. i'm so glad she figured it out on her own and also wary as to the repercussions of it all now. also is it just me or will there be conflict between her and damian in the coming chapters. how many chapter will this fic have? also both the oc's you introduced were interesting especially their dynamic with damian!

I am sorry about the cliffhanger. Honestly, I rarely do it on purpose, it's just that I tend to write extremely long chapters then cut them in 2/3 when I post. So I usually end chapters where I feel there's a justifiable pause and that usually is the case with dramatic moments. The wait won't be long for next chapter, however! I am trying to post more often as I want to be done with this story to focus on Providence more.

I think this fic will have approx 47 chapters. I would like however to write one-shot sequels following the characters journey throughout the years. The main story, however, I think will end around 47 for now.

Oh there will be conflict! There will be drama and angst and the story will also take a dark turn, albeit temporarily.

I had fun with the OCs. I love writing eccentric characters, especially ones that clash so funnily against Damian's personality.

ik you're taking your distance from mcyt stuff (understandable), but does that include 4oak? not trying to pressure you or anything, i just wanna know if i can expect new chapters or not

this might be predictable but. i don't really know how to continue 4oak without hating it.

this answer will contain spoilers for the current plan for 4oak. they may change if i ever manage to finish it, but still. you've been warned.

the next and last four chapters of 4oak are titled as follows: Techno, Philza, Wilbur, and The End. I started really writing techno's chapter a matter of days before news broke about his passing, which sort of hit me like a truck. Beyond that, the chaoter itself includes a LOT of internal conflict 4oak!techno is feeling about how he died in a previous chaoter and respawned. It is literally him thinking about how he died and came back. I could barely look at the draft for the chapter for weeks, much less think how to continue it. It felt awful to read it, it felt awful to change it, everything about it made me want to cry whenever i worked on it. i think that's an understandable problem.

By the time i felt comfortable with working with it again, and actually went back to edit it and make it less.... bad, you'll never guess what happened! Everything about dream started imploding and i came to terms with the fact that i never wanted to make fanworks of him or including him ever again. For obvious reasons.

Guess who is an important character in techno's chapter!!! Who has multiple important plot points that are ALREADY WRITTEN IN and appearances and mentions in multiple previous chapters!!! It's not in the way that i can just replace the name or character or delete the scenes with him in them. His character was part of the framework of the chapter. And bro i just. like. I'm tired of all the problems the fic has and the problems that keep getting added on to it beyond my control. I just don't want to write it anymore.

I hope that people can respect that even though i promised to finish it so many times.

Maybe i'll finish it one day. Maybe i won't. But right now it just puts way too much of a bad tast in my mouth to touch it. So maybe just... don't expect anything, and you might be pleasantly surprised someday. Hopefully. If people want it, i can write out a synopsis of my general plan for the ending of the story/where i was going with it.

But yeah I'm sorry if that's not what people wanted to hear lmao. I just want to be able to write things I'm happy about without 4oak hanging over my head.

Now that I think about it, I don't think it matters about the gender of MC to be honest. I think the only reason why they didnt really specify is because nor all players are male or not all are female or non-binary . So I think they just treat MC as gender neutral tbh so that female players dont feel like they are constantly referred as a boys and male players don't feel like they are referred to as a girls. And the non binary players are mistaken for a he OR a she. To kind of make it all equal.

Of course in the manga, Yuu/Yuuken was introduced as a male but thats the manga, but i dont think Disney intended him to replace the people behind the screem of the game tbh. Why would the game talk to you in the 2nd person if there is already a character for that already or they could have never even ask for OUR names if there was a character like that already.To all the people who thinks that MC cant possibly be a girl/boy/gender-neutral, you literally got teleported to another world, which even the dark mirror/Crowley doesnt understand. I don't think whatever brought you to Twisted Wonderland even cared to see what gender you were or how magical you were even though it sent you to a boys' school.

Sorry if I came across as aggressive (if I even did) but this is to the people who have a problem when they think Yuu/MC/reader (whatever you call it) can't be anything other than a male character and have a problem with creators who write them as gender-neutral or female. Of course it isn't a problem if you prefer it to be a male character but please don't slander the ones who prefer it not to be. I mean Twst came out a year or two years ago, not a century so I don't think every female character in it will end up having such a traditional role. Maybe Eliza did but there were some female characters in Chaoter 6 that didn't have those kind if roles.

Feel free to challenge my opinion since I am an open minded person and is open to other people's opinions too and I promise this wasn't an attack to male MC preferences at all.Please understand that it is an OPINION.

Those were really good points. I haven't played twst myself, so I didn't know that they refer to Mc by name or in the second person. Or that they treat Mc genre neutral for behavior. Which is actually a really reasonable bet because this way some players can forget that Mc is a man.

And when it comes to Manga (and maybe also Visual Novel ) it's true. Their purpose is to tell the story and not to make the reader imagine that they are the main character.

I'm not familiar with the matter, but I believe that the majority of Male Mc supporters want Mc to be a man so that they can identify with the character themselves. As an earlier Anon commented they don't have that much material. Not even a fandom because several authors only write Fem Mc ( this is not an accusation. )

That's why it would be important to them. As far as I know, Obey me is ONLY an anime based on an Otome game where Mc is gender neutral. I hope that romantic anime with a gender-neutral protagonist will become more common.
