Why does Ren have 4 ears? Are they all real or is one set fake?

Hehe I’ve gotten this question a lot actually! They’re all real— I like to think hybridization isn’t always a clean balance of traits, so Ren just unfortunately ended up with two sets of ears— his Dog ears being much more receptive to sound, naturally— and sometimes when the extra intake of sound is too overwhelming, I imagine he wears earplugs in his human ears to help adjust :> it’s a bit weird, but idk! i like to make designs funky and nonconventional! I liked the idea that Ren had hearing struggles due to wonky hybridization and just kept the concept :>

Banggai cardinalfish males take care of their young by keeping the eggs and fry in their mouth. Since mermaids don't have a very large mouth, the Banggai cardinalfish mermaid has instead opted to cary them in woven shawls. They are a social mermaid and group together near coral coves. They tend to be 3-4 ft long.

The Banggai cardinalfish is a small tropical cardinalfish located solely off the Banggai islands of Indonesia. This species is known for it's beautiful colors, unique brooding methods, and flashy fins. Sadly it is these traits that have pushed it to be endangered by risk of the aquatic pet trade. It is important to keep these fish from going extinct in the wild, so be mindful and only buy these fish from captive breeders!

Having a good art class for the first time in my life is such an insane feeling, all the other classes were just my teachers being incredibly mean, not actually teaching anything and making us do nonsensical assignments and now I have a teacher that actually takes note of the kind of art I’m into and gives me assignments based on things I enjoy and can improve? I made an oil painting of my current blorbo because this way I’d be drawing something I like and still trying a new medium and learning things? My first homework was making concept designs for my OC? well, if you have a pink haired idol oc, there are things you have to do (i actually wanted to draw more of carmilla as mizi but then got very tired ㅠㅠ also i’m a sucker for that kind of character design so i made carmilla’s/luka’s hand less human) no texture version and rambling utc

while carmilla looks a lot like mizi, and probably also was like her when she was younger, i think by now she also has a lot of similarities to luka. for one, there’s her proficiency with illusion magic but also the way she keeps up a perfect image, uses her work as an idol to capitalise on her unique magic and would do anything to win in a competition. however, i think at heart she wants to be more like mizi, and you could argue that her unique magic (share the love) reflects that.

So like, how does one draw TFA Sentinel’s chin if they’re trying to make him in human form? Because you know, he’s got that giant chin

And I don’t mean like in a super stylized cartoony way like the Fairly Odd Parents or anything. I want to say in a more realistic style? That’s not what I would draw, but honestly no I am curious how you draw him in a more realistic style actually, because he’s supposed to have that comically large chin
