Carb Conscious Tortillas aren't worth it. There's such a small difference between them and regular Tortillas (32g vs 37g or something like that, iirc).
Keto Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns are worth it, though, even if the Carb Conscious Tortillas aren't. They're 16g to 25g for Keto varieties, vs 20 for Great Value (which my Husband doesn't like because they taste like Cardboard), or 30g for Name Brand to 40g for Brioche. So definitely the better option, there.
We did find Lavash for 8g for 1/2 a flatbread (16g for a whole one)- so we may be swapping out our Tortillas with those instead. And we found out that Pita Bread was only 9g for a whole piece. So I'm sure that'll come in useful, too!
I also found a box of Crackers that was only 11g per 8 crackers. So I picked up some canned fish to go with it. Now I can have one of my favorite snacks (Sardines, Cheese, and Crackers) again.
My Husband made me grab a bag of Skinny Pop Popcorn, because it was only 15 grams per 3 1/2 cups of it. I dislike pre-popped popcorn, but he wants me to at least give it a try. So I will for him, ha.
Did some snooping and also figured out that White Rice, Tabbouleh, and Quinoa are all under 30g per serving. So we're keeping those three in as staple Grains. Because I can't not have some kind of starch with meals. But it's nice to know they're not insane compared to a lot of options I was looking at.
Also found out that, like, the vast majority of Breakfast options are just ... Completely out of the picture for me now; there was basically nothing in the breakfast isle that was under 35g- which is a problem when you only have 250g to allocate a day, your OliPops are 17 a pop, your protein bars are 17 a pop, and you still need lunch, and dinner's when your body really craves carbs ... So that's fun, finding out my breakfast options are whittled down to about 2 to 3 very boring options now. RIP.
I'm not going to be terribly strict about it, though. I've only been put on this diet for Blood Sugar management- not for Weightloss or anything. And there's more to Blood Sugar balancing than just eating Low Carb. I can learn that as I go to help ease up on so many of these restrictions I'm stuck with right now. Right now we're just in emergency mode.

i need to hear more about this root beer rating system. What's the best one you've had? is your favorite different? what are all the things you rank the root beer on?
OH BOY IM SO GLAD SOMEONE ASKED
So I've been working on this project since around the beginning of the year and it's been a ton of fun. I'll preface by saying I don't like overly sweet or vanilla root beer (which I saw you're fond of lol) - I tend to really like the ones with spicier notes! Here's a little screenshot of my rankings thus far, so far Sprecher and ZIA are tied for my favorites; the yucca root in the ZIA makes for a really nice earthy, spicy flavor that I really enjoy and it's regional which is always a treat. Sprecher just has a better full body flavor and it drinks really smoothly, and is made with honey which gives it less of a syrupy mouth feel!
OliPop was absolutely abysmal, I spit it out and poured it down the drain. It was SO offensive. If you like creamy/vanilla tones I'd highly recommend Stubborn! It drank almost like a root beer float in my opinion.
I may have strong opinions and some harsh critiques of some of these but like, again, they're just my opinion and food is so subjective~ I just hope maybe my notes and chart can help people find one they might like for their personal preferences!
Crossing my fingers maybe I can find some more to try this weekend, I'm rapidly running out of things that are available locally.

Any other ADHD/Autistic folks out there who are completely hooked on carbonated drinks (especially soda)? I seek out sweet carbonated drinks like crazy because of my sensory needs and I have a history of drinking *way* too much soda (like an inhuman amount). I've been looking for some good substitutions and I figured I'd share what's helped me in hopes it might help someone else in the same boat! First is Sparkling ICE drinks! They're those long skinny bottles that you usually see in supermarkets, they not anything new, I've seen them for years but just never tried them until recently. They're zero sugar and low calorie, and also have some vitamins and antioxidants in 'em. They've got tons of different fruit flavors, but recently they partnered with Starburst and have different Starburst flavored sparkling drinks! So far I've tried the pink/strawberry and red /cherry Starburst flavored ones and they taste *just* like the candy, it's wild! It's definitely a new favorite for me. Second is Olipop! They're a popular healthy prebiotic soda that promotes gut health. They're paleo, vegan, gluten free, low in sugar (2-5g of sugar per can) and have 9g of fiber. There's lots of different flavors (root beer, cream soda, ginger ale, grape soda, the list goes on and on), but my favorite is Strawberry Vanilla (I have one chilling in the fridge as we speak). I appreciate how they're made with botanicals and natural ingredients, it's a nice change from all the artificial flavors and chemicals. The only downside is that it can be risky to drink more than 1-2 a day because of the fiber content, some people say they end up running to the bathroom if they drink it too much throughout the day 😅 But it's a really great substitute and helps with my daily tummy troubles. Of course this is just what helps me with my sensory and health needs, this might not help everyone in the same position. But I hope if someone is looking for some alternatives that this might help! If you have any other suggestions, I'm always happy to hear them 😄 ALSO! I don't want this post to come off as me saying "regular soda is bad!" I just personally have a history of drinking it in excess to where it was *very* unhealthy and have needed to find ways to curb the amount that I take in while still being able to scratch that itch, ya know? I still drink regular soda, just not quite as often.

Drink a lot of water it benefits your body in every way bonus points if you add lemon. If you crave soda Olipop is a good alternative.
Eat little meals made with whole foods throughout the day it really does make a difference.
Go on hot girl walks get fresh air and sunshine every day.

Lip filler: research your provider make sure you vibe with them and feel comfortable. Start slow and gradually build to your desired shape and size. (not everyone needs filler/botox only if you want it)
Contacts over glasses is my personal preference.
Choose a signature scent for every season.
Keratin hair treatments they make styling so easy and your hair looks shiny and perfect for weeks.
Natural nail colors are the most flattering. OPI and Essie make the best nudes.
Invest in classic basics for your closet black and white t-shirts denim and shoes. Think about cost per wear quality vs quantity ect. Zara is my favorite store for inexpensive trendy pieces.
Wear signature jewelry mine are gold hoops diamond studs and dainty necklaces. Mejuri is my favorite jeweler.
Cleaning and organizing your home is therapy. Light a Fall candle and deep clean your space once a week and you will feel refreshed.
Exfoliate your face and body a few times a week
Ice roll and gua sha your face it instantly de puffs and lifts.
Plant medicine personally I love cannabis and it’s been a positive life changing medicine for me.
Therapy: I believe everyone can benefit from it.
Never stop learning read often about whatever topics you’re interested in.
For improved hair skin and nails put collagen powder in your coffee or smoothies every day.
Put fresh eucalyptus and lavender in your shower or a few drops of essential oils for the best most relaxing bath.
Brush and floss often and occasionally use Crest white strips for whitening your teeth.
Journaling is so important on paper or even in your notes app on your phone.
Learn manifesting techniques your mindset is everything.
Get a professional bra fitting and match your lingerie it will make you feel confident and hot.

Got myself a bunch of OliPops and Poppi Sodas at the store; I need to keep around some kind of quick sugar to get my Blood sugar levels up when they crash out of nowhere, while I'm preparing food for myself. But my GP still doesn't want me drinking too much Sodas, or relying too heavily on Carbs and Sugar to control my Hypoglycemia. So I figured these are perfect. They're low Sugar (under 10g) but enough to still give me a bit of a bump- and Oli's in particular are also decently high Fiber, which I struggle to get enough of to counteract the fact that my Iron supplements make me really constipated.
I had the Oli Orange on the way home and it's actually not too bad. They're less carbonated than a regular soda, and less flavored. The Stevia also didn't bother me; I'm so sensitive to all of the various artificial and alternative sugars that we were really concerned how the Stevia'd go over for me since I hadn't tried Stevia yet before. But it looks like I tolerated it ok. I couldn't taste anything off about the soda, at least. Not enough that it spoiled the whole thing for me, anyways, the way that something like Sucralose would.
Had a bit of a weird flavor overall, though, so it is going to take adjusting to them. But I think that's really only because we're so used to soda being this heavily flavored, really syrupy sweet nonsense. I think once I adjust, it's not going to taste so strange. Though I am kind of in love with the slightly Botanical aftertaste the Oli seemed to have. So I'm kind of excited to try the other flavors and see how they compare with one another- and how the Poppi's compare to them.
ETA: The Strawberry Lemon Poppi is definitely a lot more strongly flavored than the OliPop was, doesn't have the botanical aftertaste to it, and definitely tastes like it has a more traditional sweetener (they do; Poppi uses both Stevia and Cane Sugar). It's really good.
ETA2: Tried the Cherry Cola OliPop today (Sep 20), and I think it may be my favorite so far! Really love the taste of this one a lot. The Cream Soda's also really good :D

Fdoe + marshmallows
Made coleslaw for the first time, ended up only eating half- cucumbers and some grapes and a can of strawberry vanilla olipop
Like 1/3 of the favorite day target brand mint cookie ice cream (so disgusting and now I have dairy farts)
Had the rest of my bag of marshmallows that I really regret but I’m glad they’re gone now
The ice cream made my face go into hives and super hot and red
Platos closet literally took none of my clothes, I cleaned a lot and took lots of my summer clothes out of my drawers and closet and made me realize I don’t have many summer clothes lol but that’s what you get when you live in the north
