She Don’t Even Talk to Us Like That

MASTERLIST | MORE
ꜱᴜᴍᴍᴀʀʏ: The team’s doing a lighthearted post-practice video segment—favorite moments caught on camera. Everyone shares clips of game-day hype or funny TikToks… until Paige pulls out a private video of reader singing to her while she’s half-asleep in bed.

Tumblr media
It was just another media day.
Camera crew in the gym. Lights in our face. Somebody passed me a mic and I gave it back. Y’all know I don’t talk like that.
I stayed in the back, sitting sideways in a folding chair, hoodie sleeves rolled, nails painted last night out of boredom. I wasn’t trying to be involved. Paige was doing enough smiling for the both of us.
Then came the question.
“What’s your favorite video of one of your teammates?”
Everyone jumped on it like it was a group chat roast session.
KK had a video of Ayanna tripping over a foam roller.
Jana pulled out a Snapchat of Nika trying to rap and choking on her gum.
Aubrey went straight for chaos and showed Ashlynn sleep-drooling during film.
Everybody laughing. Me? Still quiet. Still sipping water. Still bored.
Then Paige said, “I got mine.”
Real calm. Real smug. Pulled her phone out like she was setting me up. I didn’t flinch. I already knew what video she was about to play. I just leaned back, crossed my legs, and fixed my sleeve.
“So this is reader. She doesn’t know I recorded this. Or maybe she did. She didn’t care.”
“Anyway… just watch.”
The video came on.
Dim lighting. My hoodie on. Knee pulled up to my chest. Paige halfway under the blanket, laying against my thigh. Camera angled from her chest, hidden, shaky. And I’m there. Sitting on her bed, head tilted, voice low and full.
“I miss my cocoa butter kisses, hope you smile when you listen…”
“Ain’t no competition, just competing for attention…”
“And you like, ‘I’m not on no games’…”
“Well, baby, I been peepin’, and you ain’t been the same…”
My tone’s soft. Too soft. You could hear the feeling in it. Almost like I meant every damn word.
“Like, who been on your mind? Who got your time?”
“Who you been vibin’ with? And why I can’t make you mine?”
The room went still. Nobody moved. No jokes. No side comments. They were watching me like I was a stranger. Like they’d never seen me feel before.
“And now you treat me like my worth less than a dime…”
“And if we paint a perfect picture, we can make it last forever…”
“And you’re the only one I want to wear my orange sweater…”
The camera caught Paige looking up at me with stars in her eyes, her fingers gently brushing my leg. No makeup. Just her and a half smile.
“I told you I am down for the worse or the better…”
“But I keep sticking to you ’cause them four stupid letters…”
The video ended. Silence.
Aubrey turned around slowly.
“…She sings??”
Jana’s mouth was open like she couldn’t process it.
Ayanna blinked. “She sang love songs like it was nothing.”
KK whispered, “That was… period.”
Ashlynn just whispered, “She told me to move this morning. No ‘good morning,’ no nothing.”
They all turned to me. Still sitting there. Still relaxed. Still drinking water like nothing happened. I blinked. Nodded.
“Yeah,” I said. “I sing.”
Paige was grinning so hard it was stupid.
“She does that when I can’t sleep,” she said.
“Sometimes I pretend I’m asleep just to hear it.”
Nika whispered, “Y’all are sick.”
I finally smiled. A little.
“Next question?”

oscar piastri being obsessed with his girlfriend: a compilation
Tumblr media
MASTERLIST | MY PATREON | oscar smau
Oscar Piastri was known as the introvert and reserved driver on the grid.
While other drivers basked in the spotlight and didn't shy away from sharing details about their personal life, Oscar often preferred to keep his privacy.
However, when it came to his girlfriend, it was a different story altogether.
Oscar was what people called "a total simp" when it came to his girlfriend, always bringing her up in interviews, promo videos and casual conversations, and fans couldn't miss the opportunity to make several compilation videos and tiktoks about it.
The most popular one was called "Oscar Piastri being obsessed with his girlfriend: a compilation" and the 15-minute long video was filled with moments that made fans both awe and laugh.
It started with the clip of the first time he publicly talked about her during a podcast interview, rumors about him not being single were spreading around but nothing was confirmed.
"I do have a girlfriend, yeah," Oscar said, a small smile playing on his face.
"You're not very public, aren't you?" the interviewer asked.
“We keep it to ourselves and try to be out of the spotlight and just live normal lives,” he replied, “We have been dating for over four years now, she has been there for me since the start of my career and I couldn't imagine my life without her. She's my biggest supporter and keeps me grounded.”
The next video showed Oscar and Lando sitting next to each other wearing their McLaren shirts, filming a game called "Green flag or Red flag."
"Picky eaters," the interviewer asked and Lando immediately waved the green flag.
"He's a very picky eater that's why," Oscar said, making Lando laugh, "But, what if they eat fish, cause you hate fish."
Lando dramatically raised the red flag, making everybody laugh again.
"You wouldn't date a pescatarian then," the interviewer said.
"No," Lando shook his head, "They shouldn't be here."
"My girlfriend's a pescatarian, actually," Oscar said, looking at his teammate with a raised eyebrow, "I'll pass that on to her.”
"Noooo mate!" Lando immediately shook his head, waving his hands in mock horror, "Don't tell her I said that, I don't want to be in trouble with your missus! She's a lovely girl."
"She is indeed, but I don't think she'll like you very much after this."
The next segment was from his "Day in the Life" video with Quad Lock, where Oscar gave fans a glimpse into his daily routine. In one particular clip, he was in the kitchen making breakfast.
"So, this is where the magic happens," Oscar said with a cheeky grin as he poured pancake batter onto a hot griddle, "My girlfriend loves pancakes, so I make them every Sunday. It's become sort of a tradition for us."
The camera then panned to a candid shot of his girlfriend, who was sitting at the kitchen island, sipping coffee and smiling fondly at Oscar. She blew him a kiss, which Oscar caught with a playful wink.
"There she is, sitting pretty while I play housewife."
The next clip in the compilation was from a press conference, where a journalist asked him how he manages to stay focused with such a demanding schedule.
"Having a supportive partner really helps," Oscar said earnestly, "She understands the pressures and the demands of the job. She’s my rock and makes everything a lot easier."
"Does it get hard for her when your schedule is too busy for your relationship?"
"My schedule is never too busy for my girlfriend, I always make sure to make time for her. That's why we've been going strong for four years now."
Another McLaren game with Lando was included, this time they were playing Finish the Lyric with Taylor Swift songs.
"Do you feel confident about this game, Oscar?" Lando asked his teammate.
"I do, actually," Oscar nodded confidently, "My girlfriend is a huge Taylor Swift fan so I know a lot of her songs."
"We should get your girl to come and play then," Lando teased.
"She'd probably beat us both, hands down. But I'm not giving up just yet." Oscar chuckled, shaking his head.
The compilation video then transitioned to a moment in the McLaren garage before the first quali of the Hungary Grand Prix. Oscar was off to the side, chatting with his girlfriend, who had joined him for the event.
They seemed to be in their own little bubble, Oscar's attention completely focused on her and his smile wide as he listened to her talk. The camera captured a sweet moment where he gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and kissed her forehead. It was a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about their relationship and fans absolutely melted at the interaction.
The next clip showed Oscar at a fan event in Australia, hundreds of fans gathered to meet the drivers and see them up close, Oscar was answering questions from the interviewers when he suddenly addressed one of the fans in the front row.
"I've got a girlfriend, thank you," he said into the microphone, making everyone laugh but look confused at the same time, "For everyone wondering, she just asked what my number was," the crowd laughed again even louder, "But I'm a happily taken man. You're nice but I'm not interested."
In that same event, he got asked what did he miss the most from the UK when he was back in Australia.
"My girlfriend," he immediately said, "Other than that the food is better here, the weather is better here. So my girlfriend, that's it."
The following video was also a fan interaction, this time it was a fan recorded video while he was signing stuff for those waiting for him as he arrived to the paddock for the Austin Grand Prix.
Oscar was signing autographs and taking pictures, when a fan handed him a photo of him and his girlfriend from a race weekend.
"Oh, this is a great picture," Oscar said, grinning as he looked at the photo. "This was taken at Silverstone, right? It was her first time at a race with me. She loved it."
"What's her favorite part about the races?" The fan smiled and asked.
"Probably the adrenaline and seeing me in action," Oscar chuckled, "But she also loves hanging out in the paddock. She gets along really well with everyone here."
The next clip showcased Oscar during a Twitch stream, where he was playing a racing simulator. His girlfriend walked into the room, and the chat exploded with excitement.
"Hey, love," Oscar greeted her, pausing the game.
"Am I interrupting you?" she softly asked.
"Nope, come here," he encouraged to come closer, "Everyone, this is my girlfriend," she waved at the camera, and Oscar wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her into the frame. "She's the reason I'm still sane," he joked, earning a kiss on the cheek from her.
The video included one of everyone's favorite interactions between the couple, captured by McLaren's instagram team.
Oscar had just finished a quiali, earning a P2 position, the camera caught as he reunited with his girlfriend who threw her arms around his neck as soon as she saw him.
"Hiii," he shyly said, a hint of a blush on his cheeks.
"You did such a great job, baby," she said, still wrapped around his arms, planting a kiss on his cheek.
"I couldn’t have done it without you cheering me on," he replied, his voice soft and genuine.
The final clip was from the FIA Prize Giving ceremony, Oscar stood on the stage, dressed in a sharp suit, the Rookie of the Year trophy shining in his hands.
"First of all, I want to thank my team, McLaren, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity," Oscar began, his voice steady but emotional, "But most importantly, I want to thank my girlfriend. She's been my rock through it all, supporting me every step of the way. This award is as much hers as it is mine."
The camera panned to his girlfriend, sitting in the audience with tears in her eyes, smiling proudly. The fans watching the livestream couldn't help but gush over the touching moment.
As the compilation ended, the screen faded to black with the text, "Oscar Piastri: The Ultimate Simp, and Proud of It."

✧.* what happens if you see your ex-boyfriend, theodore nott, at a halloween party?

Tumblr media
You stirred awake as you heard your dorm room's door click shut and saw a glimpse of your roommate's hair disappearing from view. She was undoubtedly headed to the infamous yearly Halloween party in the Room of Requirement.
You had previously declined her offer to go with her, deciding to spend most of your time moping over your ex-boyfriend, Theodore Nott.
Two weeks prior you had your heart broken when you called things off with him. Your peers had convinced you it was the right thing to do at the time as he never paid you any attention, seemingly avoiding you constantly for no good reason, sometimes days at a time. Although you initiated the separation, you wasted no time in mourning the early stages of your relationship; the moments where you would be alone with him, talking to him, kissing him, and the times you guys almost said you loved each other.
You fluffed up your pillows, preparing yourself to lay down and think of Theodore until you slept like you had been doing for the past week when you heard more shuffling outside your dorm room. It seemed like everybody would be attending the Halloween party.
Dreading the idea that he'd probably be wooing someone new, you sat back up and groaned, forcing yourself up onto your feet and into your bathroom. You stared back at yourself in the mirror; puffy-eyed and your nose tinged pink. You felt the sudden urge to go, feeling your time would be better spent seeing a few familiar faces and dancing out your blues.
You had a small problem though.
You vaguely recalled seeing the bustling students leave wearing costumes, but given the spontaneous nature of your new feelings, you had nothing to wear. You tentatively looked around your bathroom and then at your full dorm, hoping for a costume to spawn from thin air. Biting your lip, your eyes landed on a headband of fuzzy deer ears and short plush antlers.
Theodore had bought you the headband in Hogsmeade during your first date as a way to poke fun at your meek demeanor. You contemplated wearing the headband, allowing yourself a quick Halloween if you simply did the makeup. Against your better judgment, you put it on before propping yourself in front of your vanity to do the deer makeup you so saw often on your Pinterest feed. Luckily, your closet consisted of many warm browns with white accents, granting you the ability to not have to freak over finding matching clothing.
You took a final breath before walking out the door, headed towards an evening of branching out.
--------------------------------------------------------
Theodore's gaze lingered around the room, his face stoic, as he seemingly tried to look for someone.
"Someone missing his girl?" Draco teased, pinching his cheek.
Shoving him lightly with his shoulder, Theodore turned his face towards his pestering friend. "Don't smudge m'fucking makeup." He groaned inwardly as he saw no sign of you after his eyes finished their fourth round around the room. "I'm not looking for anyone either. Don't got a girl."
"Ohh yeah, we forgot," Lorenzo snorted beside him. Theodore seemed unamused, brushing past him and bumping his shoulder on the way.
"Seems angry," Blaise said, stifling a laugh.
"Would be too if I lost what he did," Draco shrugged.
Theodore Nott stalked around the perimeter of the large crowd, avoiding the large wings and costumes present. He took a swig out of his red solo cup, about to give up before seeing you walk in.
Seeing your face illuminated in the party's dim lighting, his lips parted slightly, soaking in the way you looked so graceful when entering, yet so lost.
Your headband piqued his interest. His brows furrowing, he tilted his head slightly to get a better view. Definitely his.
You walked around the room, the heel of your shoes clicking. You caught a glimpse of someone with their face completely obscured by their skeleton makeup, but there was no mistaking those eyes.
No way were you going to purposefully talk to him, the sting of your breakup still apparent. You headed towards the drinks, acting as if you were in your element when truth be told, you didn't care for drinking. You stood awkwardly at the table, looking for your friends to no avail.
You saw him striding towards you in the corner of your eyes and quickly scattered to an area with a larger crowd. Planning to circle back to the drinks table to throw him off, you weaved through the people, getting small peeks at different costumes; an American cowboy, a devil, and a very strange furry octopus.
You grabbed a red cup from the table, bringing the emptiness to your lips to fake a sip, your eyes scanning the room intensely, relieved that you lost him.
Your heart was beating faster than usual, a small bead of sweat forming on your forehead. You adjusted the headband to not fall off and straightened your top.
Coming was a mistake. The dark lighting made it difficult for you to locate your friends, Theodore was looking as handsome normal as ever, and the room seemed to shrink with each step you took.
A bit jumpy from nervousness, you started to fill a cup of oddly green punch before feeling a large hand clamp down on your wrist. Flinching, you immediately looked at the one responsible and met their piercing blue eyes.
"Avoiding me?" he said.
The way he said it like he didn't really care, only bothering to use two words like you both hadn't been pretending not to stare at each other for two weeks made you uneasy.
Pulling your hand away, you swallowed before answering. "No."
Your voice made him smile, his face clearly finding humor in your denial.
God, he looked so handsome with the skull makeup.
He placed his hands on both of your shoulders, pulling slightly away from you to get a better view of your face. "I missed you. Did you miss me?"
Unconvinced by him, you looked at him suspiciously, your body taut. "No," you said again. Frowning slightly, he dropped his hands to his side and said,
"I'm serious. I really did."
Your face started to heat up and you bit the inside of your cheeks to contain yourself. You knew that if you didn't restrain yourself, you would immediately jump up into his arms and embrace him like old times.
"Okay," you said quietly. "That's cool." You tried to sound casual, pretending like you didn't notice his gaze flickering to your deer ears and antlers.
"I like the uh, the makeup," he complimented you, gesturing towards his own face.
"Same to you. Skull-- very nice." You nodded slowly, unsure of the conversation's direction.
"Thanks. That mine?" he asked you, pointing at your headband.
Turning pink, you gave a small chuckle. "Uh yeah, just you know--" you said dismissively. "No costume..."
"Ah, I see I see. So, you here with someone?"
"No, no I'm not." You felt a bit surprised by his question, it seemed somewhat bold in a way. You both stood around some more, staring at each other and then looking away only to subtly shift your arms together.
"Alright well, I'm gonna ask you again," he suddenly spoke up. "Did you miss me?"
You didn't want to answer him truthfully, yet you didn't want to just lie to him.
"I did."
It seemed as though those two words were all he needed to hear to do what he did next. Immediately moving his hands to your face, he leaned into a kiss, wasting no time in slipping his tongue into your mouth. It was far more different than the kisses you guys shared before, this time it felt like your mouths were on fire and the other person's was water; the only way to extinguish it. Your hands were still at your side, allowing him to do most of the work.
Pulling away, you swallowed thickly, trying to process what had just happened. He gave a small, amused huff before dropping his head down to face the ground as you stood there dazed.
"I don't think we should..." you started, trying to find the words. "Like just not here right...?"
Theodore looked at the lively party and nodded as he looked back at you. "You're right. Let's find someplace else."
He grabbed your hand lightly, walking you out the door, and leaving the party. You weren't sure why, but you let him, trailing behind him, trying to keep your steps light in the corridors.
"Come on, there's this classroom-- always unlocked," he smiled at you. "Bit far though," he added. You didn't mind. The anticipation and excitement of getting back with Theodore fogged your mind, shooting out every other piece of information that ever resided in your brain.
He brought you to the stairs and you started to descend, but your heels echoed loudly. "Careful, it's past curfew," he said, bringing a finger to his mouth.
"Sorry, sorry!" you whispered. "I can't it's my shoes."
Theodore stopped mid-step and so did you. His head darted around in all directions looking to see if someone was approaching. "Up you go," he said. Before you could possibly protest, he picked you up off the ground, allowing you to wrap your legs around his torso. He placed one of his hands around your back to support you, the other on your ass.
Despite the extra weight, he seemed to have no problem walking at his normal speed, quickly going down the many flights of stairs until you both reached the ground floor. He opened the door to a classroom, shutting it behind you guys before placing you to sit on the teacher's desk in the front of the room. You observed the classroom, your mouth slowly growing wider.
"Theo-- this is McGonagall's room! She's going to fucking kill us!"
He shook his head to reassure you. "She's not going to find out, don't worry."
You looked uncertain and he said nothing, trying to give you some time to believe him.
"Theo?" you piped up.
"Mm?" he answered, leaning on his hand placed on the table you sat on.
"Why did we break up?" you asked him.
He had a smirk on his face, but you could tell he felt as bad as you did. "What do you mean? You broke up with me."
"No I mean, why did we break up? Why did you start acting like that?" You drew invisible circles on the desk, adverting eye contact.
"I was an idiot," he scoffed. "I just- I just got scared. Always felt bad you were too good for me," he said, starting to get agitated with himself. "You're so sweet you know. I'm," he shrugged. He cupped your face with his hands, making you look at him.
"Didn't wanna drag you down with me."
You opened your mouth again to argue, but he brought his finger to your lips before leaning back in for another kiss. You felt his hands all over your body and you brought yours to his jawline. The kisses started soft, clean. But they became sloppy as he went down to kiss your neck.
"I'll be different now," he breathed out. "I promise."
His kisses grew more intense and you couldn't help but let out low whimpers as he reached the top of your chest. He took your shirt off, taking a step back to admire the view of you in your lacy white bra. He unclasped your bra, hanging it on the handle of McGonagall's closet next to her desk.
Never having gotten this far in your previous relationship, he gave a low gasp, cupping one of your tits in his large hands. Fondling you lightly, he then pinched a nipple between his fingers, suppressing his laughter as he watched you squirm on the desk. He bent over slightly taking the other nipple in his mouth.
Having his hand on your tit, combined with him gently sucking the other, you gave out quiet moans, clawing at the edge of McGonagall's desk. Pulling his head away, a string of saliva still connecting his lips to your nipple, he stood back up, bringing his hands to your waist.
He pulled your skirt down your thighs, letting it fall to your ankles. He kneeled down on the ground, shuffling closer to you.
The sight of his face between your legs, his face with the skeleton makeup on, practically had you shaking in excitement. He kept his eyes on you the whole time; as he moved the underwear sticking to your wet cunt aside, lightly trailed a finger over your wet folds, and as he moved his head closer, slipping his hot tongue into you.
"Mmm, T-theo..." you whined as he brought his tongue deeper inside of you. He flicked his tongue around, exploring freely, the sounds coming out sounding far more erotic than what you were used to.
His tongue slipped out of your cunt, and he used it to circle around your clit, eliciting shaky moans from your mouth as you bought your hands to his hair. Your eyes began to water and you felt your orgasm nearing. About to crush his skull with the way you wanted to squeeze your thighs together, your legs shook against the sides of his head.
Theodore placed his hands on your knees, spreading your legs further apart, continuing to travel around your folds with his tongue with increased speed. Before you could orgasm, he pulled away suddenly, making you whine loudly in surprise.
"Theodore..." you said, tugging on his hair. He stood up and began to unbuckle his belt, slipping his pants off.
"Be patient sweetheart," he smiled. His boxers fell down his legs next, his glistening cock springing out. You placed your hands behind your back on the desk to support yourself as you stayed seated and he guided the tip of his cock with your entrance.
You felt a bit afraid, this being your first time having sex with Theodore, and it seemed like he could tell because he tilted your chin up softly and said, "I'll go slow okay?"
You nodded sheepishly, letting him push into you slowly. A tear rolled down your face, some of your deer makeup coming off. He let out a guttural moan as he inserted his large cock fully into your cunt, beginning to move slowly in and out of you.
"F-fuck," you whispered. He found your reaction cute when you looked wide-eyed at him, face contorting with pleasure.
"Got it?" he asked you. You nodded quickly, giving him the message that you were okay. "Yeah, yeah... you can take it," he whispered in your ear.
He went at a moderate pace, not wanting to overexert you for your first time.
"Theo-- Theo!" you huffed out. He stopped, backing away so that only the head of his cock was still in your sopping cunt.
"Yeah, what's up? Are you okay?" he said in concern.
"Faster..." you requested meekly. "Please?"
Surprised but not complaining, he gave a lowly chuckle, practically grinning from ear to ear.
"If that's what my good girl wants."
He increased his pace, thrusting into you quickly. Your soaking folds allowed him back in every time he pulled out. He took your tits into his hands again, twisting and pinching as he simultaneously pumped in and out of you.
Both of your moans filled the room; his low and paced, yours messy and uncontrolled.
You neared an orgasm again and you could tell he was about to come as his hair became mussed and a light layer of sweat glistened on him.
"Shit... Do you want me to come inside? Is that what you want?"
"Y-yes!" you answered desperately. Your legs shook and you threw your head back as your orgasm washed over you, his following suit right after.
His ropes of release filled your insides, beginning to seep out. He pulled out, looking at the mess he made you. He readjusted the headband on you.
"I love you."
You looked at him, mouth somewhat agape before uttering, "I love you too."
He grabbed your head, planting a kiss on your forehead before helping you off the desk and onto your feet. You looked at him hesitantly.
"Does this mean I'm your girl again?"
"Well..." he feigned uncertainty, giving you a gallic shrug.
"Don't tease..." you complained, leaning into him.
"Sorry, y'know I can't help it," he grinned. "And you never stopped being my girl."

No Dick Sucking In The Communal Areas
Tumblr media
18+, smut, oral (male!receiving), I just wanna suck his dick, okey?
Navi
"Bob," she said sweetly as she approached him.
He glanced up from his book, slipped his finger between the pages to hold his place.
The rest of the New Avenger(z) had spent the last few weeks watching as she and Bob grow closer and closer. The both of them left behind with the others went on missions, left to do nothing but enjoy each others company.
She caught him up with the limited (and rather shitty) media he had missed out on during Project Sentry. It was the two of them, late in the evenings on the sofa. Starting at one end but slowly migrating closer until her thigh was pressed against his and his arm was around her shoulder.
The first time he kissed her head was monumental. It had her giggling and kicking her feet in the privacy of her bedroom (something she could never admit to the rest of the Thunderbolts (the new avengers name was taking some getting used to)).
But it didn't stop at head kisses. They became a regular thing. But the both of them pushed boundaries until she had Bob pinned to the kitchen counter, pastries cooking in the oven as she kissed him.
This, though? This was a first. A new boundary pushed.
Bobs hand found her hip. "Whats up?" He asked. Despite his words, he didn't sound concerned, didn't look at her like he was worried. Just looked at her with his pretty blue eyes.
Just three nights before, she had him in the bathroom, head tipped back as she watched it in the sink. She had cut it already, insisted on watching it (just so she could watch it curl as it dried). There was something about him that just gave of soften.
She was about to ruin that.
Everybody else was on a mission, a big one that took everybody, all of their skills. She'd taken her time to disable a few of the cameras, giving them total privacy.
She dropped to her knees and Bobs eyes went wide. "What're you doing?" He asked, putting his book to one side.
She swallowed around the lump in her throat. "Tell me to stop and I will," she said. "Tell me to stop, push me away and I'll go. You just need to say the word."
Moving slowly, she settled her hands on his thighs. Unassuming beneath the material of his trousers, but strong once she got her hands on him.
Power of a thousand exploding sun, but this was just Bob. Her Bob.
Blue eyes wide, he watched her. But he didn't stop her, didn't push her away.
"Wanna make you feet good, Bob," she mumbled, prying his legs apart. He moved them willingly, his breath catching in his throat when she crawled between them.
He watched with baited breath as she rested her hand over his bulge. "What're you doing?" He asked.
She popped the button on his trousers. Bob brought husband to the back of head. He didn't push her away, just held it there.
"Wanna suck your cock, Bob."
He sucked in a breath. Meeting his gaze, she blinked. "Is this okay?" She asked gentle, her thumb rubbing over the button. All she needed to do was pull down the zipper.
"T-This is okay," he answered.
She tugged down the zipper and let her hand travel inside. Her fingers curled around him, feeling the girth of him in her hands.
Finally, she freed him from the confines of his underwear.
Bob released a hiss as she squeezed him. When she moved her thumb over her tip, he bucked his hips up. But she didn't do much more than that, than exploring him.
She ran her fingers over the underside of him, over the vein running up the side. She traced her fingers over his tip and back down towards the thatch of hair at his base.
"Jesus," he hissed as she repeated the motion.
Head tipped back, eyes squeezed shut, Bob let out a moan. It echoed around the room, enough to make Bob open his eyes with pink cheeks.
But then she took him into her mouth. Wrapping her lips around him, she took him in inch by inch until her nose was against his pubic hair and he was nestled comfortably in throat.
(Now, he wasn't actually in her throat. But he was so far in that, had she been anyone else, had she not been psyching herself up and readying herself for this moment, she would have gagged.)
"Holy Jesus fuck!" Bob cried when she swallowed around him. His hands clawed at the arm if his chair, as if he was gonna tear it in two.
But then she began moving. The sound he released she could have listened to on a loop all day. A deep groan from the base of his throat that seemed to wrap around her and spur her on.
She worked him, head bobbing up and down, tongue swirling around him. Each noise Bob released she could have records to keep forever.
He bucked his hips up. It wasn't aggressive, wasn't the kind of move that had her gagging around him. But she moaned and the sound went straight to his head.
"I'm gonna-"
Bob did all he could to hold back, to prolong the feeling. But the mental image of her painted in him, swallowing down all he had to offer.
It was salty as it hit her tongue. She moved like she flinched but it was simply surprise. Head thrown back, eyes still shut, Bob came in her mouth.
And she swallowed every last drop.
The elevator doors used to be silent, when it was the Avengers tower. Something about Tony Stark and hangovers. But now, they dinged. And thank god they did.
As soon as they dinged, she was shoving him back into his underwear. Both of them were wide eyed as they rushed to make everything look normal.
In a last ditch effort to conceal what they had been doing, Bob pulled her onto his lap and began reading.
It was almost like they forgot who they lived with.
"What've you been doing?" Yelena asked slowly, brows furrowed as if she suspected something.
The moment she saw her ruined makeup, she knew.
"Alright, new rule!" She shouted, nose crinkling in disgust. "No dick sucking in the communal areas!"

Hangman's Sister (Bob Floyd x Reader)
Y/N is Hangman's little sister - everyone on the Dagger Squad knows she's dating Bob, except for her big brother.
Warnings: mentions of PDA? Little bit of sass from Bob.
Tumblr media
The Hard Deck is teaming with Naval personnel when you arrive in the early evening. The drive in gave you enough time to prepare for the onslaught of friendly greetings from the rest of the squad - your friends. Well, first and foremost they are your brother, Jake Seresin's, team and friends. Yet as Maverick's assistant, they welcomed you onto the team as if you were just another Lieutenant.
As it was technically your day off and the weather was overbearingly humid, you'd opted for a small blue summer dress, the colour coincidentally the same shade as your favourite Lieutenant's eyes. As you enter the bar, you make a beeline for Penny, grabbing a bottle of water from her as you ask her how the crowd has been so far. "Nothing too rowdy yet, but then again, Maverick hasn't shown up yet." You both chuckle at her remark before she points out the Dagger Squad over by the pool table. With a brief hug and a smile, you make your way over to the team.
"Hey, if it isn't little Seresin!" Fanboy makes your presence known as the rest of the squad cheer at your arrival. Bob's attention is immediately on you as he takes in how beautiful you look in your dress, smiling as you make your way around the team, greeting everyone with a brief hug - yet your eyes stay on him until you're standing in front of him.
Bob pulls you into a tight hug, breathing in the scent of your shampoo as he does so - he's missed you.
"How's my favourite Weapons System Operator doing?" You make sure to hold onto him longer than everybody else, appreciating the feel of him holding you tightly.
"Better now you're here, beautiful." He never fails to make you giddy with his terms of affection. As you pull away, he presses a chaste kiss to your temple - eyes meeting as you move apart.
"Alright, Baby on Board, I think that's enough physical contact for you." The sound of your brother's voice automatically has you rolling your eyes as he pulls you into a headlock.
"Jake, don't be an asshole."
"Sorry Robert, I didn't mean to offend."
"And yet somehow, you always manage." You can't say you're not impressed at the snide remark comes from your boyfriend. The rest of the team, equally surprised at this comeback too. "You know maybe she likes the physical contact with me?"
The group fall silent at this next remark. Your heart thunders in your chest as you stare, shocked at Bob's face. There's a confidence there that you rarely see, but my God, you'd be lying if you said it didn't turn you on.
"What the hell did you just say?" All playfulness leaves Jake's voice as he lets you go, straightening his body to tower over Bob.
"You heard me, Bagman."
The tension in the Hard Deck is ridiculously thick, an uncomfortable silence slowly spreading throughout the bar. Without hesitation, you throw yourself between the two men, pressing yourself against Bob as he refuses to break eye contact with your brother. His arm immediately wraps itself around your waist, hand resting firmly on your waist, fingers deftly clinging to the material of your skirt. You lean into his touch, "Bobby, please. That's enough." Bob's gaze immediately turns to you, his forehead pressing against your own as he nods.
"M'sorry, darlin'." A small smile graces your lips as you savour the feel of his lips on your skin. All the while, Jake looks like he's going to combust.
"I'm sorry. Am I missing something here?" Both you and Bob chuckle, leaning into each other's touch as you turn to look at your older brother. The smile never leaving your face. With a sneaky glance to your boyfriend. " Do you want to tell him? Or should I?" A mischievous look passes over Bob's face as he moves his hand lower, gently resting it on the curve of your ass. "Nah, let him figure it out."
With arms wrapped around each other you, you giggle moving to pass your brother as he stares dumfounded, his brain trying to comprehend his little sister and Bob being together.
"C'mon Bagman, we thought you were smarter than this."
"Bobby!"
"Sorry, darlin."
**Author's Note: This isn't my best but I wanted to start writing for Bob because I can't get him out of my head...

secret’s out
pairing: carmy berzatto x reader
summary: you and carmy have been able to successfully hide your relationship from your friends for four months. but when they all get invited to carmy’s apartment for a party, they find something that spoils your secret relationship.
word count: 1.8k
warnings: swearing, smut implications
Tumblr media
“We really have to get back out there, Carmy,” you mumbled against his lips. You tried to pull away from him, but he grabbed your hips and held you still.
“Don’t wanna. Just wanna stay right here with you,” he protested, moving your hands back to where they had been in his hair. Carmy loved the feeling of your fingers running through his curls. “They’re gonna realize we’re gone,” you tried to protest, but Carmy was making it difficult.
You hummed contently as Carmy’s hands ran down your sides. “You really wanna leave?” He teased you. Carmy could read you like the back of his hand.
“You know I don’t, but we don’t want all our friends to realize we’re dating, do we?” You asked him.
Carmy finally pulled out of the kiss. “I just miss you. That’s all. I see you everyday but we have act like we’re just coworkers. And we have to be so careful. I have to watch every move I make around you. I know we can’t, but I just wish I could flaunt you to everyone.” He told you, honestly.
You took his hands and interlaced your fingers with his. “I know, baby. I’ll make it up to you later, though.” You flirted, kissing the inside of his wrist.
Carmy huffed. “We have that party later at my place with everybody, where I once again won’t even be allowed to hold your hand or…do this,” Carmy said, trying to distract you. He attached his lips behind your ear, sucking softly on your skin. He knew how much you loved it.
“We always have after the party.” You said, pressing a kiss to Carmy’s neck.
“God, I love you,” Carmy said, with awe in his eyes. He pressed a quick kiss to your lips before sneaking back into the kitchen. You waited a few minutes before joining him, so no one would get suspicious.
Later at the party, you and Carmy were making sure to keep your distance. If you both were inseparable, your friends would figure it out pretty quickly.
Carmy was in the kitchen chatting with Fak and Marcus. You were sitting in the living room with Richie, Sydney, Nat, and Tina. Every once in a while, Carmy would meet your gaze and smirk at you as he took a sip of his beer. You tried your best to maintain a straight face.
Richie was in the middle of a rant about god knows what. You had been zoned out for the past few minutes, and now you had no idea what he was talking about.
“The fuck keeps poking me?” Richie grumbled, bringing your attention back to the conversation. Richie stood up and started pushing the couch cushions on the couch that him, Syd, and Nat were sitting on.
You all watched him in confusion. “What the fuck are you talking about? There’s nothing there, Richie.” Sydney told him. Richie kept searching the couch. “No, see. Right here,” he said, finally realizing where the mystery object was.
Richie stuck his hand behind the cushion, grabbed it, and then held it up.
The four of you froze when you realized what it was.
Richie was holding up a dark red lacy bra.
Your bra.
But no one knew that.
“Yo, cousin,” Richie yelled, successfully grabbing Carmy’s attention. “Yo, what’s up?” Carmy asked, walking around the corner. He froze when he saw what was in Richie’s hand.
There was complete silence for a second as everyone realized what was happening.
Then, chaos erupted.
Natalie and Sydney jumped off the couch. “I am never sitting on this couch again.” Natalie said with visible disgust on her face. Carmy’s face turned the darkest shade of red you’d ever seen.
Marcus let out a whistle, embarrassing Carmy further. “Who does this belong to, cousin?” Richie asked, intrigued by Carmy’s mystery woman.
You stayed seated in the armchair, trying to make sure there wasn’t embarrassment written on your face too.
“Fuckin’ give that to me,” Carmy said, snatching the bra out of Richie’s hand and storming into his room. You heard him slam his dresser drawer after stuffing your bra in there.
You remembered back to the night that your bra ended up in the couch. You had just bought a new bra to surprise Carmy. He was a big fan of the purchase. In summary, it didn’t stay on very long and you both never even made it to Carmy’s bed.
Carmy came back into the room and avoided eye contact with the whole group. “So, who’s the girl, Berzatto?” You asked, teasingly. You knew if you were the only one who didn’t tease him, they’d get suspicious. You watched a smirk start to form on his face, but he stopped himself.
“Wouldn’t you all like to know?” Carmy answered without answering. He retreated back to the kitchen, searching for his keys. Richie and Marcus followed right behind him, practically whispering in his ear.
“Who’s the special lady, chef?” Marcus asked him. “None of your fuckin’ business, you assholes,” Carmy said with a chuckle. Richie threw his arm around Carmy’s shoulders, holding him close. “No wonder you’ve been so much more tolerable lately. You’ve been getting laid.” Richie said, smirking at Carmy.
“I’m taking a smoke break. Please don’t follow me.” Carmy said, ducking out the door.
“Who do you guys think the girl is? Is it Claire?” Sydney asked, looking over at you and Sugar. Sugar was quick to shake her head no. “I don’t think it’s Claire. I don’t think it’s anyone we know. I mean, he’s clearly crazy about her, and that’s why he hasn’t told anybody. He doesn’t want anybody to scare her off.” She added.
“What do you mean? You think this is a group of people that would scare a girl away. I don’t know what you’re talking about.” You said, sarcastically.
“Guys, he left his phone.” Richie cheered, running over to the living room. You felt your stomach drop. The only proof that Richie could find about yours and Carmy’s relationship was in your phones. Carmy always made sure to hide the pictures of you both in his apartment when he had friends over.
You mentally prayed to any deity that would listen. You needed Richie to not get into Carmy’s phone. Just like that, you watched Richie perfectly guess Carmy’s password.
“Alright, c’mon cousin. You gotta have a picture of this mystery girl.” Richie said, clicking on the photos app. You wracked your brain for any reason to get that phone out of Richie’s hand.
The first photo Richie pulled up was a picture of yours and Carmy’s shadows. You’d both gone for a walk along the river, and Carmy had taken a picture of your shadows as you held hands.
Marcus and Sydney started booing that they couldn’t see the girls face, so Richie kept scrolling. He came onto another gem that was just a picture of your hand holding Carmy’s. You felt yourself start to hide your hands in your lap.
Richie started scrolling faster, getting more desperate for answers. You felt your heart skip a beat as he stopped on a picture.
It was a spicier picture.
One night with Carmy, as things got a little heated, he stopped to take your picture. He said you looked like the most beautiful woman on the planet, so he took a picture to commemorate it.
It was taken from his perspective as he was straddling you. It showed you lying on Carmy’s bed in a matching bra and panties set. Your hair was messy, and your lipstick was smeared. And to top it off, Carmy’s very recognizable tattooed hand was resting on your stomach.
You practically leapt across the room and snatched the phone out of Richie’s hand. Every person in the room was staring at you with shock and disbelief on their faces.
“It’s you? You’re fucking Carm?” Richie almost yelled. You had worried that your friends were getting suspicious, but it was clear from their reactions that they didn’t expect it at all.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about.” You lied, slipping Carmy’s phone into your back pocket. They all clearly knew you were lying, but you were completely on the spot. You didn’t know what to say, and Carmy wasn’t even there to take some of the heat.
“You’re fucking my brother? You’ve told me stories about your sex life. Those were about my little brother?” Natalie asked, once again disgusted. She retreated to the kitchen to refill her wine glass. “You know what? Good for you. You saw what you wanted and you got it, but at the same time, I think I know too much about you both know.” Sydney tried to be supportive. You giggled at her response and accepted the high five she gave you.
Then, the door flung open, and Carmy walked back inside. “Well well well,” Richie said, turning to face Carmy with an almost wicked grin. You could see the light drain out of Carmy’s eyes.
“They know, Carmy,” you filled him in. He took a second to process your words. He hoped you weren’t talking about what he knew you were. “You told them?” He asked you.
Before you could respond, Richie butted in. “No, she didn’t. Something else told us,” Richie said, still smirking. He loved watched Carmy squirm as he tried to figure out what was going on.
“What’s he talking about?” Carmy asked, looking to you for help.
“You need to change your phone password. Richie was able to guess it.” You explained. Carmy froze before patting his pockets to check for his phone. You slid it out of your pocket and held it up to show him.
“All I have to say is well done.” Richie continued to tease him. Carmy walked over towards you and nudged you out of your seat. He sat down and pulled you down onto his lap. If everybody knew, he wasn’t going to sit on the other side of the room from you anymore.
“What did they see?” He whispered in your ear. You gave him a look that made him question whether he wanted to know or not. You unlocked his phone, turned down the brightness, and then showed him the photo. “Oh, shit. They saw that,” Carmy said, his eyes growing wide.
“Yeah, we saw it. And now we can’t unsee our friend doing things with our brother.” Sugar called out from the kitchen.
“I’m sorry, Sugar. I really am. I wish I told you sooner.” You apologized to her. She quickly shook her head. “Fuck telling me sooner. I don’t want to know sooner. I want to un-know. Please wipe my memory,” she said, earning a laugh from the room.
“That’s my favorite picture of you, y’know?” Carmy whispered in your ear so no one would hear him.

HI BABY!! i read your jasper hale kiss marry kill thing , and i loved , however , i was wondering if you could make one like that but with jacob? :) no pressure!!
Tumblr media
Spin The Bottle
pairing: jacob black x gender neutral reader tags: reader and Jacob like each other, but neither make a move, resolved feelings, slight jealousy from Jacob, no timeline but everybody is of age and have turned into wolves, ambiguous if reader is a wolf or not
The flickering glow of the bonfire danced across everyone’s faces, laughter mixing with the gentle roar of the ocean behind you. The smell of salt and burning driftwood filled the air as conversation hummed around the circle of friends on the shore. It was yet another perfect La Push night, and you couldn’t help but feel utterly content—especially with Jacob Black sitting nearby, his smile a constant beam of sunshine in the firelight.
Quil nudged Embry with a grin. “Alright, enough gossip. How about a game?”
Leah raised an eyebrow. “Game? What did you have in mind?”
“Spin the bottle,” Seth suggested enthusiastically, which earned an amused groan from Leah and a chorus of chuckles from the others.
Jacob’s eyes flickered over to you before he could hide it, but you noticed—how could you not when his gaze was so warm? Heat crawled up your cheeks, and you swallowed hard. Something in the air felt charged. You had a hunch Jacob was hoping the spin of a simple glass bottle might just change the dynamic between you two. And maybe part of you hoped for the same.
You shrugged, feigning a casualness you didn’t really feel. “Sure, I’m in.”
Everyone shuffled into a tighter circle, the bottle placed in the center of the makeshift ring on the sand. Paul let out a low whistle and flicked his hand at you with a teasing grin. “You’re first.”
Chuckling nervously, you took the bottle and gave it a tentative spin. Jacob’s knee brushed yours as he stretched out his legs, closer than ever, and you found yourself silently chanting, Please let it stop on him…
But Fate had a funny way of ignoring the best-laid hopes. The bottle slowed and landed on someone else—Embry. A quick hush fell over the group, and then they all burst into laughter or groans, depending on their sense of humor.
Embry lifted his eyebrows in playful surprise. “Guess that’s me,” he said, trying to hide the slight awkwardness in his voice.
You felt a knot form in your stomach. You didn’t dislike Embry—he was a great friend—but this was definitely not the outcome you’d been hoping for. Still, a game was a game, so you offered him a small, friendly smile. Leaning forward, you pressed a quick, chaste kiss to his lips. It was over in a heartbeat—no sparks, no real connection, just the brush of lips and the warm flush of embarrassment flooding your face.
Jacob’s gaze flicked away so quickly you barely caught the disappointment etched across his features. The rest of the pack cheered, teased, and kept the game rolling, but Jacob was suspiciously quiet. Only a few moments later, he stood up, brushing sand from his jeans.
“Hey, guys,” he said, trying—and failing—to sound casual, “I think I’m gonna call it a night. I’m feeling a little tired.” You blinked, watching as he turned away from the group. You knew perfectly well that Jacob never left a bonfire this early, especially when everyone was in high spirits. Without missing a beat, you scrambled to your feet.
A few people in the group noticed. “You okay?” Leah asked quietly, her eyes flicking between you and Jacob.
“I’m fine,” you answered with a tight smile. “I just need some air or something.” You hurried after Jacob, your feet digging into the cool sand as you tried to catch up to his retreating figure. The bonfire’s light grew dimmer behind you, replaced by the shimmering moonlight on the water.
“Jake!” you called, voice subdued but urgent.
He slowed, but didn’t turn around right away. When you finally reached him, you saw his jaw was tense, shoulders rigid. “Hey,” you said gently, stepping into his line of sight. “What’s going on?”
Jacob exhaled heavily, his gaze drifting to the ocean for a moment. “It’s nothing,” he began, then laughed softly, the sound tinged with self-derision. “No, actually, it’s not nothing. I just—I really wanted that spin to land on me.”
Your heart did a little flip. “Jacob…”
He rubbed the back of his neck, eyes still averted. “I know it’s a stupid game,” he continued in a rush, “but I can’t shake how much I wanted you to kiss me instead. God, I feel like a jealous idiot.”
You reached out, fingertips just grazing his arm. “Jake, you’re not an idiot,” you assured him. The words tumbled out before you could stop yourself. “I…I wanted it to land on you, too.”
His eyes snapped up to yours, hope etched across his features. “You did?”
You nodded, feeling your pulse quicken. “Yes. I—I like you, Jacob. A lot. And I’m sorry if that kiss made you feel…well, you saw how it was—just a silly game. But you… you’re different. You matter.”
A slow smile spread across his face, warmth flooding his gaze. “I really matter?”
You let your hand slip fully into his, fingers interlocking. “Yeah, you really do.”
Jacob let out a breath he must have been holding for weeks. “If that’s how you feel, would it be okay if I—?”
You didn’t let him finish the thought. Instead, you stood on your tiptoes (or simply leaned in closer, if height wasn’t an issue) and pressed your lips gently to his. He made a small sound of surprise, but it quickly melted into contentment as his free arm came around your back, pulling you in closer. The soft, rhythmic hush of the waves against the shore mixed with the steady thrumming of your heart, and for a moment, everything else fell away.
When you finally broke apart, Jacob’s cheeks glowed with more warmth than the bonfire could ever provide. You gave him a shy, but genuine grin. “Does that make you feel a little better?”
He laughed, a bright, relieved sound. “Much better,” he admitted, gently squeezing your hand. For a moment, you stood there together, moonlight illuminating the two of you. In the distance, you could hear the pack’s chatter and laughter, and the comforting crackle of the bonfire still burned behind you. But here, in this quiet bubble on the shore, you and Jacob existed in your own world.
A soft smile tugged at your lips. “Want to head back? Or do you still feel like you need some time alone?”
Jacob shook his head quickly, still looking a bit starstruck. “No, let’s go back—together.” His hand stayed firmly in yours as you both turned to walk side by side toward the bonfire.

The first thing you do when you see Rupert Campbell Black is smack him square across the face as hard as you can.
“What the fuck was that for?”
His hand flies up to his cheek, jaw flexing as he tries to breathe through the sting of the impact.
“You said we’d be fine!”
“Darling… what?”
His confusion is so genuine that it only makes you angrier, ready to hit him again right here on his front step.
“You said we’d be fine, remember? You said it was a friend’s pub, that you’d never ever been photographed there, that we were safe from prying eyes. You said we’d be fine, Rupert. Does this look like fine to you?”
You slap the newspaper onto his chest with slightly more force than necessary, almost knocking him backwards. He stares at the cover for a moment that seems to stretch on forever, reading the headline again and again and again.
Nation’s Sweetheart Caught With Serial Love Rat!
There’s a huge picture on the front page of the two of you, blown up and magnified. Rupert has his arms wrapped around your back, kissing you like his life depends on it. You’re kissing him back with just as much passion, hands tangled in his hair as you pull him closer, bodies plastered together.
There’s no denying it’s you. There’s no denying it’s him.
“Look at us, Rupert. Clear as day.”
“Well, fuck.”
You look at him incredulously, shaking your head in disbelief.
“That’s what you have to say? You’ve potentially ruined my career, and that’s what you have to say?”
“Darling, no one has ruined your career. You’ll be alright. You know what the newspapers are like - they’ll forget about this in a week, or when a juicier story comes along.”
“No, Rupert. You don’t understand. God, I knew you wouldn’t.”
There’s a lump in your throat that you’re trying to swallow down, tears welling in your eyes. You’re determined not to stand here and cry on Rupert’s driveway at six in the morning, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult.
“I’m still confused, sweetheart. You’ve been on the front page of the newspaper dozens of times, haven’t you? It’s no big deal. It’s bound to happen with a job like yours.”
“You’re not listening to me! You don’t get it, and you know what… maybe you never will.”
Your cheeks are wet suddenly, emotions bubbling to the surface unwittingly. Turning on your heel, you storm off, tired of trying to get him to see your point of view when he clearly can’t. You’re halfway across the huge expanse of driveway when fingers wrap around your wrist, tugging you backwards.
“Where do you think you’re going?” he pants, perplexed. “You can’t leave until we’ve talked about this. I’m not letting you go home upset.”
“I’m an idiot,” you sob, trying to wrench your arm away from his grip. “Everyone warned me. What did I think would happen?”
“Darling, you need to stop speaking in riddles and just talk to me straight. Explain to me what I’m missing here, because clearly I don’t understand. But I want to. God, I so badly want to.”
You stand and stare at him for a moment, trying to decipher if he’s telling the truth. He’s looking at you with nothing but distress in his eyes, desperation written all over his face.
“Please,” he whispers, the final nail in the coffin.
You’re throwing yourself forward into Rupert’s arms before you can think twice about it, tucking into his chest and breathing him in. He holds you as tightly as he can, murmuring sweet nothings into your hair as he soothes you.
Pulling away and wiping your eyes, you inhale deeply, trying to calm yourself down so you can talk to each other properly. You wander across the driveway and towards the house, sitting down on his stone front step. There’s something in you that doesn’t want to go inside, knowing that the familiar comfort of his home will only make you cry harder.
Rupert sits down next to you, his hand settling on your knee. The heavy weight of it helps to settle your nerves, the warmth of his palm seeping into your skin.
“We’re very different, you and I. I always knew that, it’s strikingly obvious,” you begin, staring out into the rolling gardens of his property. “We’ve each got our own reputations, that are arguably on completely polar opposite ends of the spectrum.”
“Are you calling me a bad boy?”
“Yes,” you chuckle, matching his smirk. “You are. But you know that. That’s your entire public image - notorious ladies man, badly behaved but charming enough to get away with it.”
“It’s carefully crafted,” he grins, bumping his shoulder into yours. “Not everyone can do what I do, though God knows they try.”
“Anyway. My reputation is entirely based on being the UK’s golden girl. That is literally what they call me. Golden Girl.”
“I’m aware.”
“Good. They love me, Rupert. Everything I do, they romanticise it. I went to that premiere on Saturday night - for a film that I wasn’t even in, mind you - and on Monday morning I was on the front pages of the newspapers. Golden Girl Dazzles in Sparkling Silver was the headline of The Telegraph. Golden Girl Shines Like A Diamond from The Guardian. The Sun, The Mirror, The Daily Star… all of them had a huge picture of me in my ballgown on the front page.”
“Because you are a star.”
“Exactly. The entire British public idolises me. I am this perfect woman to them - innocent, untroubled, well mannered. I don’t party hard, I don’t sleep with the entire film industry, I don’t ever turn up looking less than put together. I’m perfect.”
“And so humble.”
“No, Rupert. Jesus Christ,” you sigh, pinching the bridge of your nose. “I don’t think I’m perfect. They do. And I have worked hard to keep that image intact, because that image gets me roles in the biggest films of the year, every year.”
“And I don’t fit with that image.”
“You’re a rebel. You’re tongue in cheek, you’re not afraid to speak your mind, you’re brutally honest. You drink, you sleep with beautiful women, you turn up to Parliament hungover and in last nights clothes. And people love you for it. Well… most people.”
He laughs, shaking his head at the psychoanalysis.
“We have our public images that work for us, Rupert. And it just so happens that they don’t fit with each others at all. Well, I fit yours, but you don’t fit mine.”
“Do you think everyone is up in arms because you’re dating me, or because you’re dating in general? You’ve never had a public boyfriend before. Maybe the people feel like you’ve betrayed them.”
“I do think that’s a part of it. It also just doesn’t help that it’s you.”
“Ouch. No offence taken.”
You roll your eyes at him, placing your hand over his where it rests on your knee still.
“Just being honest, Rupert. Taking a leaf out of your book, you know.”
He chuckles all warm and soft before leaning in to press a kiss to your temple, shuffling over so his side is pressed into yours. You both gaze out over the vast expanse of his gardens, looking over to the fields where the horses graze when they whinny.
“Is this a choice for you?”
When you look at him with confusion written across your face, he continues.
“Do you have to choose? Between me and your public image? Or can they coexist?”
“…I don’t know. I mean, they can’t coexist, clearly,” you gesture towards the discarded newspaper on the ground at your feet. “It’d be a sacrifice for me. I’d have to become a completely new person, adjust this persona that they’ve created in the media. I’m not a Golden Girl - I have flaws just like anyone else. But obviously, flawed doesn’t sell films. Gold does.”
“They wouldn’t have to know. We could make sure that we’re never seen together, never photographed again. It could be our secret.”
Your heart constricts at his tone of voice. He sounds like he’s bargaining, borderline pleading that you don’t walk away.
“We both know deep down that wouldn’t work. That’s what we tried - and what put us in this situation. Nothing stays a secret for long, not with the British media.”
“Well then we embrace it. Say yes, we’re together, and we’re happy.”
“And the minute we break up, they all say I told you so on the front pages, and my image is ruined forever.”
The man next to you flinches as if you’ve hit him again, body tensing up where it presses into yours.
“The minute we break up?”
“Rupert.”
“No, darling. Is that what this is? You had one foot out the door already, and this is just good reason to make it two?”
He stands up abruptly, pacing back and forth anxiously. The gravel crunches under his feet, the only sound that can be heard besides the birds chirping as they wake.
“I know what you’re like,” you say quietly. “Every time you’re on the front page of a newspaper it’s because you’ve been spotted with a new woman. I’m under no illusions - I’m not special, and I’m not different. I like you a lot, I have since the minute I met you. But I’m not stupid.”
“Is this in regards to the interview my ex wife did a few weeks ago?”
“She said she thought that she’d be it for you, Rupert. That she’d be the one to change you, that you’d finally settle down and put your party boy days behind you. And she did have that, for six whole years. Until… she didn’t.”
“So what, I can never change? Every woman I ever date is just waiting for me to fuck it up with her?”
You stand up now so you’re on the same level, not enjoying being sat beneath him while his voice raises.
“You have a reputation! You’re not oblivious to it and neither am I. Every single woman thinks that she’ll be the one, that she’ll change you and tame you and settle you down. And every single woman so far has been wrong. What makes me different? What makes me special? What makes me the exception?”
“You really don’t know?”
“What?”
Rupert takes a deep breath, striding across the driveway so he’s stood in front of you, towering and strong.
“I love you.”
You sway backwards as you struggle to stay steady on your feet, the weight of the words knocking you over.
“You… what?”
“I’m in love with you, darling.”
“Are you?” you whisper, conflicted. “Do you say this to all of them?”
He sweeps your face into his big hands, cradling your cheeks as he forces you to look up at him.
“No. This… this never happens. That’s why I’m fighting so hard for you. I have never wanted something to work as badly as this.”
“I’m not trying to paint you as a villain,” you say lowly. “But how am I supposed to know that this isn’t the speech that you’ve given a dozen women before me? You can understand where I’m coming from, can’t you?”
“Of course I can. And I’m kicking myself, because it’s my own fault that you don’t believe me when I tell you these things. My reputation has done irreparable damage to relationships in my life.”
He leans in to rest his forehead on yours, breathing each other in for a moment.
“Rupert.”
“Darling… we’ve been speaking on my driveway for an hour. You knocked on my door at six o’clock in the morning and smacked me in the face. And I am still here. I’m trying to show you that I am going to fight for this. For you. For us.”
“I don’t know what to do,” you confess gently. “I just want to curl up into a ball and cry.”
“The only thing you can do is trust me, I suppose. Trust that I won’t let you down, trust that I’ll look after you, trust that I mean it when I say that you’re it for me.”
“I want to. I want to trust you.”
“I know. I can see you do.”
You wrap your arms around his middle, soaking in the warmth that’s radiating from him. He’s in his pyjama trousers and a t shirt, all soft and worn and threadbare, and you want to burrow yourself into it and stay there for as long as he’ll let you.
“Do you want to go inside?” he asks, all muffled into your hair.
“Not yet,” you mumble into his chest. “I like the fresh morning air. And listening to the birds.”
Rupert tightens his arms around you, one hand cradling the back of your head to keep you close to him. He keeps kissing the top of your head, wishing that he could accurately convey the way he feels in the words that you’ll believe.
“Darling… do you know how many women I’ve said I love you to in my life?”
You pull away to look at him, smiling when he intertwines his hand with yours so you don’t go far. You shake your head, waiting for him to carry on.
“Two.”
“… two?”
“Two.”
You think about this for a moment, studying the gravel beneath you. A finger hooks under your chin, forcing you to look into tender eyes.
“And do you know who they were?”
You shake your head once more.
“My mother and my grandmother.”
You don’t know what to say, taken aback by Rupert’s sudden vulnerability. You’ve opened up to each other many times in the past, but never quite like this. It feels like you’re baring your souls to each other in the morning light, raw and exposing and so, so beautiful.
“What about your ex wife? All your girlfriends?”
“Nope. Never said it to them.”
“You never told your ex wife you loved her? You were married for six years, Rupert. You had two kids.”
“I know that. She’d tell me she loved me, and then she’d ask ‘do you love me too?’ and I’d say ‘of course I do, you know I do.’ I never once said the words I love you to her. I couldn’t.”
“Why?”
“I thought it’d come with time. She said it to me quite quickly, quite early on in the relationship, so I thought I just wasn’t ready. I supposed that it’d come to me eventually. And it never did.”
“But you’re saying it to me.”
“I am,” he smiles, his gaze begging you to believe him. “You’re the only woman I have ever fallen in love with.”
“I remember the episode of Declan. When you said you’d never been in love.”
“Then I met you. And it all changed.”
A tear slips down your cheek as you look at him, his eyes full of hope and sadness in equal measure.
“I believe you,” you whisper. “And I trust you. I promise you, I trust you.”
Rupert leans in to kiss you, all soft and sweet and full of adoration. It’s the most tender kiss you’ve ever received, on screen or off. You’ll remember it forever.
“So what if they don’t have their Golden Girl anymore?” you grin when you pull away, sweeping your thumbs over his cheekbones. “We’ll just have to show them who we are. They’ll adjust.”
“They’ll take one look at us together all gorgeous on a red carpet and all will be forgotten. We’ll be the Couple of the Hour in no time, darling.”
“We do scrub up well.”
“Very well.”
You peck his lips once more before grabbing his hand tightly, interlinking your fingers.
“Can we go inside now?”
“Your palace awaits,” he chuckles, gesturing towards the house and pulling you along.
“Oh, Rupert?”
“Darling?”
You stop in your tracks, feeling the first rays of the days sun sparkle down onto your skin.
“I love you too.”
He looks at you for a long moment before barrelling into you, picking you up and spinning you around while you both laugh in utter joy.
“She loves me! Your Golden Girl loves me, ladies and gents!”
You’re shrieking, laughing so hard that you can’t breathe. He puts you down eventually, both of you stumbling towards the house with stars in your eyes.
“Sorry for smacking you earlier, by the way.”
“It’s alright,” he grins, slipping his hand into your back pocket. “It might just be the sexiest thing you’ve ever done.”
“You’re insufferable,” you chide, but you can’t wipe the beaming smile off your face.
You close the front door behind you, kneeling down to greet all of the dogs that come bounding out of the kitchen. Rupert watches you from across the hallway with the softest look on his face that you’ve ever seen.
“I’m insufferable, and you love me.”
“You’re insufferable. And I love you.”

you had been waiting for this day since you started high school. it was your senior prom and everything was just like you planned it. as you finished the last curl in your hair, you heard a car beep outside. you stuck your head out the window to see your best friend walking up to your door. you quickly tightened your dress, threw on your heels, and ran down the stairs.
sure enough, there he was conversing with your parents. “i’m so happy your taking her to prom,” your dad groaned. “all these nasty boys can’t keep their hands off her. i trust ya though, after all your her best friend…” he began to trail off into a babble. you started to grab your bag and other things, but you felt lingering eyes on you. you turned your head to find clarks eyes trailing all over your body, eye contact immediately broken after he realized you noticed. you walked over to him and ran out with him. “wait, don’t we have to take pictures or something?” he yelled, but you didn’t care. this night was your dream and you didn’t need your parents unfiltered thoughts to ruin your night. you both got in the truck and clark immediately started driving.
once you both entered, it was like all eyes were on you. your dress did wonders on you. everybody always found you attractive, clark knew, but having that much attention on you was breaking him down. “bet all these guys wish they asked you before me, huh?” he said with a silent twang of jealousy. clark didn’t notice though that all you were looking at was him. you both wandered onto the dance floor for a couple hours, later deciding you needed a break and sat down at your assigned table.
you began to zone out and fumble with your hair. clark saw this and instantly put a reassuring hand on your thigh to snap you out of it. but when you did, his hand still stayed there. slowly inching up and up, making a weird feeling rise in your stomach that you knew all too well. you looked up only for your both your eyes to connect. you tried to get words out, but you couldn’t. to be fair, you never could when somebody made you feel this way. but clark? oh god you were fucked. he leaned in closer to your ear and whispered, “i wish you knew the things you did to me angel.” you stuttered a breath as his hand reached closer and closer to the heat forming, his hands giving you an opposite reaction. “clark.. we- we can’t do this here. not now,” you hissed. clark never tried to feel you up like this, always taking another direction to things, making you feel like you were the one imagining the feeling between you two. after processing what you said, clark raised an eyebrow to you. “there’s a bathroom ya know?”
listening to your pussy gut, you slowly creeped inside with him. he locked the door behind him and wasted no time running his hands all over your body. clark always kept his urges to himself, scared if he went too far he would hurt you. but he truly couldn’t control himself tonight, he didn’t know what got into him. he even made sure you never wore any red kryptonite so he wouldn’t take things too far. maybe it was the way the dress fit all your curves perfectly, or the way your lips puckered, or how your legs crossed everytime he made a sly comment. whatever it was, he didn’t care. you were his kryptonite.
he grabbed your hips and hoisted you onto the counter and connected his lips with yours. you opened your mouth and gave him access to all of you. he tastes like cinnamon, not what you were expecting but honestly better. clark kent was something you could get drunk on (and later cockdrunk on). he moved his hand under your dress and lightly ran his thumb over your clit. after earning soft moans from you he asked, “is this ok, angel. need to hear you say you want this.”
“yesyesyes just please stop teasing me.” you whined. he immediately shoved his two fingers in your pussy, moving at a perfect pace and hitting all the right spots. “fuck clark, s’ good,” you moaned into his ear, growing louder by the second. “shhh- baby someone might hear us. need you to be quiet if y’wanna come, ok?” he mutters, looking in your eyes. you nod in agreement and he quickens his pace. you can feel yourself getting close and as soon as your about to reach your climax, he pulls his fingers out. you whine at the loss of contact but the tension builds right back up when you watch him lick your fingers. “sorry hun, but you can’t come yet until it’s on my cock,” he said under his breath. when he undid his belt and unzipped his pants, your jaw dropped. by the sheer size of his cock, you knew he would split you apart. “are you sure it’s gonna fit?” you ask, practically drooling when you see the precum dripping from his tip. “i’ll make it fit angel, don’t worry.” he purred as he aligned his tip with your dripping entrance. he rubbed it against your clit first, teasing you even more and when you whined, he fully bottomed himself into you.
you moaned loudly and he quickly shushed you. all of a sudden, you both heard knocking on the door. in response, clark began to go even faster. your whimpers began spilling out of you making it harder to keep them in as you clutched on the sink for support. “baby you gotta be quiet,” he mutters. “or do you want everybody to know i’m filling you up with my cock?” you had no idea clark could be so mean, but with the way his cock was bullied into you you realized you didn’t know anything about him until now. “fuck- angel, you have no idea how long i’ve thought about fucking you. you’re so fucking beautiful,” he groans. your walls clench around him and he knows your getting close so he quickens his pace even faster, his tip slamming into your cervix with extreme force. he sticks his fingers into your mouth to muffle your moans and uses his other hand to rub your clit. “yea, come all on my cock. this how you imagined prom? getting stuffed in the bathroom with me?” he teases as you come undone around him. he pulls out and as much as he wants to finish inside you, he can’t bring himself to. not when he knows the night you both have ahead of you. “c’mon princess i’ll get you cleaned up and then we can head home. y’tired?” he asks while turning away to grab some towels to wipe your slick off your inner thighs. “clark,” you mutter. he turns his head to you, waiting for your answer. he slowly walks back over and cups your face in his hand. “what about the person outside?” you complained. you didn’t want the whole school knowing your best friend just fucked you in the bathroom. “he says anything, i’ll beat him up. not my fault your pussy’s sweet n i can’t get enough of it.” he murmured while pressing kisses all along your face. “now c’mon let’s go back to the loft.
i wanna hear you screaming my name by the end of tonight.”

No looking back | Steph Catley x Reader
5k celebration prompt: "Nightmares again?"
Woso masterlist | Words: 1.1k
-----
One miss-step in the first leg of the semi-finals. One goal conceded because of it. One defensive mistake that haunted Steph's dreams that night.
When you woke up you immediately noticed that something was off. Steph wasn't her usual cuddly and cheery self. She was awake already and staring at the ceiling with a serious look on her face.
You turn and cuddle into her side “What's going on, darling?” You ask after you kiss her cheek. “Just a nightmare.” Steph shrugged. “Wanna talk about it?” You tried, even though you knew the answer. “Not right now.” You press a kiss to her cheek again. “That's okay. I'm here to listen when you change your mind.” Steph nods, “I know, thank you. I'm gonna go for a walk with Calvin, to clear my mind.”
When she stood up to go out with Calvin right away, you knew she needed some space. You stayed in bed a little longer to wake up properly, and then made your way to the kitchen to make some breakfast for everyone.
Calvin's bowl was already set up, and you were just plating your and Steph’s breakfast when they got back. Steph took off Calvin's collar, and he quickly ran to you. “Oh good morning, buddy, I missed you too.” You say giving him a big cuddle. “Come on bud, I’ve got your breakfast.”
The moment you turned back around, Steph wrapped her arms around you tightly. You quickly hug her back, and hold her tight. Moments like this you knew she needed you to hold her until she let go, so you held close until she pulled back. “Thank you for breakfast.” She said after pecking your lips.
In the following days the same pattern repeated. Steph having nightmares, not wanting to talk about it, taking Calvin out to clear her mind, and you have breakfast ready for when she comes back. When Steph would be ready to talk about her nightmares she would come to you, all you could do in the meantime was be there for her.
The morning Steph would leave for Lyon, you woke up to Steph once again already being awake and staring at the ceiling. “Nightmares again?” Your voice is still groggy from just waking up, but you’re genuinely getting worried about her now with the amount of nightmares she has had the past week.
“Yeah, I keep replaying the mistake I made in the first leg.” You sat up a little to be able to look at Steph while she spoke. “Then I keep seeing all kinds of nightmare situations where I mess up again, and cost us the Champions League. Like a different way I let the team down each time. What if I will be the reason that we lose? I would never forgive myself if a mistake from me in both legs costs us a spot in the final.”
You reach out for her hand, “Darling, you are an amazing defender. An amazing footballer. Everybody makes mistakes, and what happened in the first leg wasn’t even really a mistake. You only misstepped because you were giving everything in you to try and defend that striker.”
Steph shakes her head, “My everything wasn’t good enough.” You squeeze her hand, “You might not have been able to stop her, but that doesn’t mean that your everything wasn’t good enough. Yes they scored, but you were not the only factor that led up to that goal. Plus you had plenty of blocks after that goal, you fought back until the very last second, and you should be nothing but proud of your performance.” You knew that just your words weren’t going to be enough to convince her, but you could try, right?
“You’ll get back on the pitch Sunday, and you can give it your all again. Take what you learned from the first leg with you, but you’ll keep your focus on the match at hand. No matter the results, I am so proud of you.” Steph stayed silent for a moment while she played with your hand.
“Do you think we can turn it around?” She asks after a while. “Yeah, I do. With the mentality you and the team have, I know you will fight for it until the very end.” That seemed to be enough for Steph as she turned to you and pulled you into a hug. “Thank you, for everything.” You hug her back and let your head rest on her chest, “Always.”
You flew out to Lyon a day later to watch the game live at Groupama Stadium. Arsenal fans had come out in big numbers. The atmosphere from the moment you got there had been amazing. You were sitting with some of the other family members from the girls, chatting while you watched them warm up.
Steph had noticed you in the crowd and sent you a little wave. She seemed well rested, and strong. She had texted you after her training session that she was feeling a lot better, and that having talked about her nightmares had helped a lot. You were hoping that she would be able to fully leave the “mistake” in the last game and focus on this one.
You watched Arsenal come back from a deficit, the whole team was playing strong. Steph played so well. She made some incredible blocks, and was able to play her way out of tricky situations. You were so incredibly proud watching her performance on this top level.
When the final whistle blew your section went wild. Tears sprung to your eyes as you watched the girls run onto the pitch, celebrating the win. Meanwhile you were hugging all the family members of the girls around you, they had done it, and you were all so immensely proud of them.
After the initial celebrations on the pitch the girls were all walking around. That’s when Steph looked for you again. Her face lit up when she saw you again, wearing her jersey proudly. She pointed and waved at you, and you both knew exactly what it meant.
Down on the pitch you saw Alessia walk up to Steph to pull her along to the stands. You had been sitting next to Alessia’s parents, so Alessia pulled Steph along to go up to you.
The moment she reached you she fell into your arms. “You did it, darling. I am so proud of you.” She smiled into your chest. “No looking back, only this moment.” You lean back to be able to see her face. “Only this moment.” You repeated.

Tumblr media
You hated everything that night, the happy people who were eager to get drunk and forget about the ending year, the music too loud that didn’t let you think, the beautiful dress you bought for that very occasion specifically because you wanted to impress a certain super soldier in the New Year's Eve party but that was before last mission, before you messed it all up.
If you closed your eyes, you could see everything playing perfectly in your mind, how unprofessional you were, how much space Bucky put between you two in the quinjet, the tension that followed you the last days and the words of the agents who probably knew about what happen from him. It was a disaster and you wouldn’t escape from it, Tony would never let you go without an explanation if you requested a transfer to another area.
Distracted, drinking your problems you didn’t noticed Bucky’s gaze tearing apart the pretty gold dress you were wearing as if he could feel your skin against his like that night.
It was a simple mission, find the target, watch it until Valkyrie and Wanda could secured the evidence –an arsenal of Asgardian weapons- and then arrested everyone but your cover was necessary and thanks to your powers, the ability to manipulate brain’s perception to make your audience see what you want- make you perfect to blend with him in that shady club pretending to be just a couple looking for a good time.
Easier to say than done, Bucky fought his boner all night with you dancing too close to him, whispering things in his ear, sitting in his lap… sure you could feel how much he wanted to fuck you there in front of everybody, he indulged in his little fantasy when he feel your own arousal, he told himself it was for the mission when he took you to a semi empty corridor to kiss you dumb.
You tasted better than he imagined, like honey and salvation, Bucky was sure that if he kept kissing you he would find heaven.
“Are you ok, terminator? You look like you’re about to have an aneurysm” Sam pulled him out of his mind just in time before he got in trouble righ there in the middle of the party.
“I’m fine” he wasn’t and Sam let out a chuckle.
“Just go and talk to her, you can’t keep avoiding each other forever.”
You were avoiding him, Bucky just gave you space after you walked away from him when the mission was over, like he didn’t almost cum from having you exactly where he wanted you, with your perfect legs around him with just a thin layer of clothes between you.
“I said I’m fine” he said again, not looking at Sam when you made your way to the elevators, going after you.
It was better for you to leave early, too many drinks and you could end up crying or doing something you’ll regret, like talking to Bucky, who jumped in the elevator you called before the doors closed.
“Going to bed already?” he asked and you stared at him like an idiot, how could he look that good all the damn time? A black suit and white shirt shouldn’t make someone that hot, it was cheating “are you alright, honey?”
How have you missed his voice! A simple taste of him and you wanted more, you wanted him to touch you like that night, like he couldn’t get enough of you, like if time was against you both and every second he wasn’t making you feel all of him was a sacrilege.
“Why are you here, Bucky?”
Cornered, you crossed your arms in front of your chest, drawing his attention to your breasts, the memory of his lips pulling softly at your nipple made you want to close your legs to get some sort of friction, trying to calm the need for him.
Like he could read your mind, he licked his lips, wanting to pull your dress and bury himself in your chest but Bucky needed to have a conversation with you first.
“Are you going to avoid me forever, hon?” the super soldier lifted your chin to make you see him when you set your eyes in your heels “I can take a rejection, sweetheart but not you shutting me out completely.”
Bucky had made lots of friends with time but you were his first one, he didn’t want to lose you; you, in the other hand, were more confused than ever.
“What rejection? If anything, you’re the one who is not interested!” boldness coming from the alcohol made you talk before thinking about stopping “and don’t give me that look James Buchanan Barnes, you know perfectly what I’m talking about.”
The elevators door opened and you stormed out, going to you room, the audacity of that man!
“Can you explain to me what are you talking about?” Bucky took your hand and made you face him when you reached your door, all his cocky attitude was replaced by confusion.
“Please don’t pretend you didn’t tell Carla and Ashley what happen that night, I heard them talking the morning after in the gym” Above all the embarrassment there was hurt, you thought he could be trusted but Bucky proved you were an idiot “they were talking how you hated being assigned with me and to pretend to make out with me.”
Bucky’s heart hammered in his chest, what the hell were you talking about? He didn’t say anything, at all but you looked so sure he couldn’t speak.
“You made it very clear putting distance between us in the ride home but you didn’t have to tell them” your voice trembled, still you refused to cry, if that was the kind of man Bucky was, he didn’t deserve your tears.
“I swear I didn’t say anything, honey, I swear” he promised, making himself small to look at your eyes “I don’t know how they know, please believe me.”
You shake your head; you wanted to believe him but…
“I told no one, I really thought you were mad at me for taking advantage of the situation, that I misread it” he mumbled, desperate to prove you he was telling the truth, taking your face in his hands “I should have been more professional, more of a gentleman, ask you properly on a date, not acting like that, no matter how much I wanted it. That’s why I put space between us; Wanda and Val were looking at me like they would spray me with cold water if I breathed near you.”
Bucky wished you could read his mind to see he was honest but you still could, sensing his desperation matching yours.
“Do you really mean that?”
His heart broke at how unsure you sounded, he would spend every day of his life proving to you how much he meant it.
“I do, honey, you’re not only a friend to me, why do you think I requested to be with you in that mission?” with his arms around your waist, you put your hands in his chest to feel his heartbeat “I can’t be apart from you, I needed you close while I was gathering courage to confess my feelings but then I couldn’t hide it and…”
You interrupted him to kiss him, not giving a damn about anything but Bucky’s lips in yours. He opened the door and you took him with you to your room, tossing his jacket to the floor and taking your heels off.
“You should keep them on” he said between kisses, guiding you to your bed.
“Maybe next time” you promised, opening his dress shirt, he gave you a smirk while he took it off, like he couldn’t wait.
“This dress has to go, even if I love it.”
“I only bought it for you to take it off” you confessed, mesmerized by his hands undressing you before he placed you softly in your bed, earning a grin from him.
“Really? Well, you deserve a reward for thinking about me, honey”
Before you could ask, he was with his knees on the floor, ripping your panties to eat you out like he needed it to keep breathing.
It barely gave you time to let out a lewd moan that only encourage him more, putting your legs in his broad shoulders, nipping at your sensitive bud and teasing your entrance with his fingers.
It was real? It was the alcohol? You could think so if it wasn’t very improbable, your imagination couldn’t make this up, not something this good at least.
“Please” you begged and he shove one finger in you, then almost immediately another while licking you and going back to your clit, moaning at the taste of you, humping the mattress to get some relief, especially when you pulled at his short locks, making him groan.
“Bucky! Pleaseplease…” were the only words you could form but then he decided to replace his fingers with his tongue and you were gone, the orgasm hit you like a thousand waves and you could swear you fainted for a second, only coming back to yourself when you tasted your own arousal in his kiss.
Surprised to being this responsive with him, you kissed him back and he looked at you, fire blazing in his eyes.
“Come back to me, honey, we are just getting started” he promised against your lips and dear God, he was a man of his word. Hors later, the fireworks were loud enough outside but you both couldn’t care less, you finally have what you wanted: each other.

So this is my first time writing smut and I wanted to do it for New year's Eve, it was fun! Tell me what you think and happy new year!

All Is Bright
logan howlett x reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
For the first time in years, you decided to celebrate Christmas with Logan and Laura by your side.
TW: yesterday I re-watched Logan (2017) by accident and now I need to fix it, so here we go. he's alive and well, everybody's okay and he just needs to celebrate christmas with his family.
Masterlist
Even back at the mansion with the other X-Men, he wasn’t one to stick around for the Christmas parties. The lights, the laughter, the warmth—it all reminded him of what he’d lost, or worse, what he never thought he deserved. After everything he’d done, Christmas wasn’t for someone like him.
But now, things were different.
Because of you.
You’d been through your own losses. You hadn’t celebrated Christmas in years either—not since the family you’d found in the X-Men had been torn apart. Without Charles, and after Logan’s long recovery, the three of you—Logan, you, and Laura—had found some semblance of peace in a small cabin tucked away from the world.
For the first time in a long time, life felt still. And watching you thrive in that stillness, seeing you create a home where he never thought one could exist, meant more to Logan than he could ever put into words.
So that morning, when he woke to the faint sound of Christmas music and laughter, his first instinct wasn’t annoyance. It was curiosity.
Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, he rolled out of bed, grabbed a flannel shirt, and followed the sound.
When he stepped into the living room, he froze.
The cabin, once simple and practical, had been transformed. Garland lined the mantle above the fireplace, and three stockings hung in a neat row. On the coffee table, a mismatched collection of Christmas candles flickered softly. And in the corner stood a scrawny Christmas tree that you and Laura were decorating.
Laura, still in her pajamas, was balancing on her toes as she reached up to hang a shiny red ornament. You stood beside her, laughing as she stretched too far and nearly toppled over.
For a moment, Logan just stood there, watching. He wasn’t sure what hit him harder—the warmth of the scene itself or the realization that he was part of it. That you’d made him part of it.
“He’s awake!” Laura said, grinning as she caught sight of him.
You turned, your smile faltering slightly. “Oh no, we ruined the surprise!”
Logan huffed a laugh. “With all this music and noise? Yeah, that wasn’t staying a surprise for long.”
“Shoot, I’m sorry,” you said, hurrying over to him. “You probably wanted to sleep some more.”
He caught your hands in his, silencing your apology. “It’s okay,” he said softly, his voice rough with emotion. “That’s not a bad sound to wake up to.”
Your smile returned, and he couldn’t help himself. Leaning down, he pressed a slow, lingering kiss to your lips. When he pulled back, he let his eyes wander back to the tree.
“So,” he asked, a hint of amusement in his voice, “what exactly are you two up to?”
“We’re decorating the tree,” you said, your excitement bubbling over. “And before you say anything about it being too early, let me remind you we missed several Christmases in a row.”
Laura chimed in, a candy cane dangling from her mouth. “We’re catching up.”
He let out a low chuckle. “Fair enough.”
Before you could say anything else, Laura grabbed an ornament shaped like a tiny, crooked star and held it out. “Here. You do this one.”
Logan blinked. “Me?”
“Yeah. It’s tradition. The grumpy one has to put up the ugliest ornament,” You teased, making Laura laugh.
He sighed, rolling his eyes, but there was no hiding the faint smile tugging at his lips as he took the ornament. Stepping up to the tree, he found an empty branch and carefully hung the star, giving it a satisfied nod.
“There,” he said. “Ugliest ornament, front and center.”
“Perfect,” you said, grinning.
The three of you spent the rest of the morning decorating, laughing, and sipping on hot cocoa you insisted on making. Logan couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt this... light.
Later, Laura sat at the kitchen table, a notebook and pencil in front of her, her brow furrowed in concentration as she worked on some grammar exercises, occasionally glancing at the pages of a book nearby. You and Logan stayed by the fire. He sat on the couch, watching as you added the finishing touches to the stockings.
“You’re really into this, aren’t you?” he asked, his voice softer now.
You glanced over your shoulder at him, smiling. “I guess I am. I just... I think we need this, you know? All of us.”
He nodded, his gaze steady on you. “Yeah. We do.”
You walked over and sat beside him, pulling a blanket over both of you. “I know it’s not much, but I thought it’d be nice to give Laura something to remember. Something good.”
Logan’s jaw tightened as he looked at you. “She’s not the only one who needs that.”
You blinked, taken aback by his words. For a moment, you just looked at him, and he looked back, his usual walls cracked wide open.
“Logan...”
He shook his head, a faint smirk on his lips. “Don’t go getting all mushy on me now.”
You laughed softly, leaning your head against his shoulder. “Too late.”
You stayed like that for a moment before nudging him gently with your elbow. “Okay, so… are you going to ask?”
He looked at you, eyebrows drawn together. “Ask what?”
You rolled your eyes, a grin tugging at your lips. “I know you’re dying to know where all this Christmas stuff came from.”
Logan huffed a laugh. “Alright, alright. Where’d you get it all?”
You smiled, leaning back against the couch. “There was a garage sale in that little village we visited a few weeks ago. I went last weekend while you were chopping wood.”
He raised an eyebrow. “And you came back with all this? What’d it cost you?”
You shrugged, a playful glint in your eyes. “Practically nothing. The woman I bought it from gave me half of it for free when I told her it was for my daughter.”
Logan raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging at his lips. “Your daughter, huh?”
“Our daughter,” you repeated, grinning. “The woman said she didn’t need it anymore, and honestly, I couldn’t resist. I mean, look at that star,” you added, nodding toward the ugly ornament Laura and you had insisted Logan hang.
Logan chuckled softly, his eyes lingering on the tree. “Definitely a good choice.”
The two of you sat in silence for a moment, watching as Laura carefully copied a word from the book into her notebook.
Then Logan spoke, his voice quieter now. “I don’t know how you do it.”
You turned to him, frowning slightly. “Do what?”
“All this,” he said, gesturing vaguely at the tree, the stockings, the warmth filling the room. “You’ve been through hell, same as me. But you… you can still find something good in it. Something worth holding onto.”
You reached for his hand, your fingers brushing against the rough calluses on his palm. “I don’t know if it’s about holding onto the good. It’s more about making it.”
He looked at you, his eyes dark and unreadable. “It’s not that easy for me.”
“I know,” you said gently. “But you’re here, Logan. That’s something. And you don’t have to do it all at once. Just… be here. With us.”
He let out a slow breath, his gaze dropping to where your hand rested in his. “Sometimes it feels like I’m just waiting for it all to fall apart again.”
You squeezed his hand. “It won’t. Not this time.”
His jaw tightened, and for a moment, you thought he might argue. But then his shoulders slumped, and he leaned back against the couch, letting his head rest against the cushions.
“I don’t deserve this,” he said finally, his voice barely more than a whisper.
“Yes, you do.”
He shook his head, a bitter laugh escaping him. “I’ve done things, Y/N. You know that. Things I can’t take back.”
“I do know,” you said, your voice steady. “And I also know you’ve done everything you can to make up for it. You’ve saved lives, Logan. You’ve saved us. That counts for something.”
He was quiet for a long moment, staring at the fire. “I don’t know if I’ll ever believe that.”
You shifted closer, resting your head on his shoulder. “Then let us believe it for you.”
His arm came around you, pulling you in closer. For a moment, neither of you spoke, letting the quiet warmth of the fire fill the space. Then you shifted slightly, looking up at him, and he met your gaze.
There was something in his eyes—a vulnerability he rarely let anyone see. You didn’t say anything; you didn’t need to. Slowly, Logan leaned in, and your lips met in a kiss that was both tender and unhurried. When you pulled back, your faces lingered close, your foreheads almost touching.
His gaze searched yours, and you noticed how glassy his eyes had become, his defenses crumbling even further. Before either of you could say anything, Laura’s voice broke the moment from the kitchen table.
“How do you spell ‘hope’ again?”
Logan blinked quickly, his hand brushing against his cheek as he straightened up. You glanced at him, catching the faintest hint of a smirk before turning to answer Laura.
“H-O-P-E,” you said, your voice warm.
“Hope,” Logan repeated under his breath, as if testing the word for himself.
And for the first time in a long time, it felt like he might actually believe it.

The Law of Obsession (Ch. 1) | Roman Reigns
Plot: Roman Reigns seems to be everything Laila never knew she needed. He's handsome, charming, confident, and very protective. As a criminal defense attorney, Roman is used to bending the laws to his will, to his control. When he meets Laila, a 21 year old student who just transferred from her hometown college, he sees a young woman who needs his protection. He sees someone who only needs him.
Laila believes she's found the perfect man. But perfection always comes at a price.
Pairings: Roman Reigns x black! OC
Warnings: OC is a virgin! (for now…), slow burn romance, they’re just talking to each other in this chapter
Summary: For the past week, a mysterious man has been watching Laila at the cozy little café she goes to after class, where he finally decides to “introduce” himself.
Word Count: 1.7k
A/N: CHAPTER 1 AHHHH! This was more of an intro chapter so it's a little shorter. I’m gonna do a slow burn to build up the suspense, romance, and everything in between. It will have everybody from the original bloodline, so Roman, Paul, Jimmy, Jey, Solo, and even Sami!! Yall please comment if you like it so far! And if you want to be tagged let me know
Laila usually kept to herself. It’s not that it was on purpose, though. After moving halfway across the country to Florida to finish college, she was still adjusting to the new environment.
After graduating high school, her parents encouraged her to enroll at the community college, just for maybe 2 years or so. She did everything to make her mom and dad happy, but she couldn't help but think she was missing out on the full college experience.
She talked to her parents about possibly transferring, although she never said where. They reluctantly agreed, and 2 weeks later, she found out that she got accepted into the University of Miami just in time for the fall semester.
It took a lot of convincing her parents, especially her mom, to let her go. But once Laila mentioned that she received a scholarship, that convincing became a whole lot easier.
All her mom and dad wanted her to do was to continue to make good grades and get her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Also, with her being the only child, she had to do well.
She was a tad bit sheltered in the romance department, too.
She had her first kiss at 17 on the night of homecoming with this boy, Trey, who she had a big crush on since freshman year.
That was like the highlight of her life, to be honest.
But ever since then, it’s just been school, school, and more school.
She just wishes she knew at least one person here in her new home for the next 2 years.
“Order for Laila!” She was snapped out of her thoughts, forgetting that she was supposed to be listening for her coffee that she ordered a couple minutes ago.
Quickly standing up from the little corner table she found, she walks up to the counter where the barista is holding the drink out for her.
“Thank you so much!” She takes the drink—an iced cappuccino with hazelnut shots and sweet cream cold foam on top—and walks back to her table.
Setting the coffee next to her laptop, she opens it, going to her calendar to see if there were any assignments due tonight.
“Oh, thank goodness.” She quietly breathed out as the front door bell rang, signaling a new customer had just entered.
Naturally, she glanced up at the person and unintentionally did a double take.
Oh, this man was handsome.
Not wanting him to catch her looking at him, she quickly averted her eyes back to her laptop. His back was now to her, waiting in line at the counter to put in his order.
She trailed her eyes from her laptop screen to his back, taking in his very tall stature. He also had on a black suit that he definitely got tailored, because it fit every inch of him perfectly.
The guys back home surely don’t look like that.
Trailing her eyes up his back, to his head, she sees that he has a nice man bun.
And then she hears his voice.
“Yea. I want a large black coffee with cream and sugar on the side. Thank you.”
Laila notices how he says, “I want…”. Her mom always told her that the way a person orders food or a drink tells a lot about their personality.
She was always the type of person to say, “Could I please get…”
Clearly, this guy knew what he wanted.
She didn’t realize she was still staring at the back of him, until he turned around and softly smirked at her. Her eyes widened in embarrassment, and she looked down at her phone in shame.
Needing a distraction, she just decided to mindlessly read over her class’s syllabus. Her brain only registered something about a research paper due at the end of the semester, when she suddenly felt a large presence standing in front of her table.
She damn near looked like a deer in headlights.
“So, UMiami huh?” The deep, velvet-smooth voice spoke out.
Laila slowly turned her head upwards to meet the face of this sexy, mysterious man, and she had to catch her jaw from going slack at his beauty.
“…How do you know that?” She asks, confused.
The man just chuckles and points to the back of her laptop. “The sticker that says ‘UMiami.’”
Laila reaches to close her laptop just enough to see the sticker that he’s talking about. “Oh, right! I forgot I put that sticker there.” She laughs, showcasing a beautiful smile and two deep dimples that lit up her whole face.
Her smile made Roman smile, his dimples catching her eye, a sharp but adorable contrast to his manly features.
With his large coffee in one hand, he uses his other to point to the chair in front of her. “You mind if I sit?” It was a bit more of a statement than a question.
Laila, not knowing how to say no to people, nods before she can catch herself.
Every move this man makes is with purpose, never rushing or hesitating. Every move is with intention. He sets his coffee down, his fingers briefly brushing against the rim of the cup before he smoothly pulls out the chair.
A quiet confidence that’s controlled and deliberate.
She watches as he sits across from her, his broad shoulders relaxed but his presence heavy. There’s something about the way he looks at her—like he already knows something she doesn’t.
Laila clears her throat, in an attempt to calm her nerves. It’s not that he was creepy or anything. His stare was just so intense that it made her suddenly so hyper-aware of herself.
He finally speaks up. “I’m Roman.” He says, slowly outstretching his hand over her now-closed laptop.
Laila hesitates for just a second, but ultimately moves her hand toward his. He gives her a flirty gentleman’s handshake, her delicate fingers between his thumb and fingers. He smirks at her, giving her soft hand the slightest, respectful squeeze.
Roman holds her gaze, steady and calm, his eyes holding an underlying intensity that Laila is oblivious to.
“My name is Laila.” She shakes her head and speaks up, forgetting that he just introduced himself to her.
“It’s very nice to meet you. Laila.” He tests out her name on his tongue and it seemed to just roll right off of his tongue.
She was the first to gently pull away from his hand, smiling nervously and fiddling with her hair.
Roman brings his coffee to his lips, taking a sip of it now that it had a chance to cool off a bit.
“You come here often?” That voice was so attractive to Laila.
“Huh? Oh, yeah! I like to do my homework here instead of the library a lot of the time.” Now it was her turn to take a sip of her iced coffee.
"What are you studying?"
"Accounting, I'm in my junior year." She says nodding, proud of how far she's come.
"Good with numbers huh?" He teases and smirks at her, knowing she's probably heard it a hundred times.
She playfully rolls her eyes and tucks her hair behind her ear. "Ugh, if I had a dime for every time somebody said that. But, I just like this coffee place because it's so cute."
Roman nods in understanding. “I get it. I like to come here after work every day before I drive home.”
This piqued her interest. “Oh, what do you do?” Curiosity filled her voice.
His fingers grazed the top of his cup before meeting her big brown eyes again. “I’m a criminal defense lawyer.” He says with confidence. He took his job very seriously, as it entailed some things that had to be kept under wraps.
Laila’s eyes lit up at this new information. “Oh wow! Wait, so you get the bad guys off?” She giggles.
A ghost of a smile appeared on his face at her question. “Yea somethin’ like that.”
Laila smiled at looked down at her lap, still so nervous and in shock that a man that looks like this is even sitting down, talking to her.
“Well, if I ever get in any trouble, I’ll know who to call!” She adds to the fire.
“Nah. You’re not the type to get into trouble. Just stay with the right crowd, you’ll be okay.” Laila couldn’t tell if he was joking or not.
“I don’t even have a crowd to stay with…I don’t know anyone here.” She shyly admits, shrugging her shoulders.
“You know me.” His tongue peeks out of his mouth to lick his lips while he brings a large hand to his tie, tugging it down a little.
Laila’s heart had to be going a million miles a minute, at this point.
It was like everything he did was sexy. He just oozed sex.
‘Girl you’re a virgin, you don’t know what sex even feels like.’ That voice inside her head yells at her.
She was trying to think of what to say next, but he spoke up before she could.
Roman reached two of his thick fingers into the pocket inside his black suit jacket, pulling out a stiff little white card with writing on it.
“If you ever ‘get into some trouble’ ,” he said, his voice low, “give me a call.”
Laila gently took it from his fingers and read the words on it.
Reigns, Heyman, & Associates
“Justice served. By any means necessary.”
Seeing the law firm’s motto made her blink back her surprise. “Oh, wow…you uh, really get down to business,” she glances up at him, to find him already looking at her.
“We do. Let me know if I can do anything for you. Get you out of a parking ticket, beat up somebody for you, talk to a professor…”
This made Laila laugh, but little did she know, Roman really was NOT joking.
He chuckled and admired how beautiful she was when she laughed. Those beautiful dimples would make him so weak.
A text message from his phone broke him out of his admiration as he looked down at it. It was Heyman.
Paul Heyman: Chief, we have a new client. This one got busted for drugs, but he was one of the contributors in our plan to take over Rollins’ firm.
Roman: Say no more. I’ll be there in 15 minutes.
After texting Heyman back, he put his phone in his pants pocket. “Laila, I actually gotta get goin’, sweetheart.” He says, standing up and grabbing his half-drunken coffee that was now cold.
He reached his hand out for what Laila thought would be a good-bye handshake, but he brought her hand up to his lips and placed a soft kiss on her knuckles.
“Be safe okay?” His hypnotizing voice coaxed an immediate response out of her.
“Okay.”
They parted ways, with Roman leaving to handle business, and Laila being left with her thoughts and her heart that didn’t seem to stop racing ever since she met this man.

part xii (opening presents)
“What?” Spinner asks anxiously. “Do you think it’s too much or something?”
“Um – no.” You’re definitely lying. You can barely see Spinner around the enormous box he’s carrying. You’re not sure if he can see anything, either. “I mean, it’s the last Secret Santa gift of the year. Go big or go home, right?”
“Yeah,” Spinner agrees. He sounds relieved. “And after what happened – she deserves something extra nice, don’t you think?”
“Definitely.”
You weren’t sure how Spinner would react to the news that Aiba and her boyfriend have broken up – or rather, that Aiba dumped him when she found out about the kiss. You know people who’d have been happy to find out that the person they’d liked from afar was finally single. But Spinner wasn’t happy. He looked so unhappy when he found out that Twice elbowed him and said he’d never seen anybody be that upset over good news.
Spinner stared at him like he was crazy. It’s not good news, he said. She’s really sad. Why would I be happy about her being sad?
Spinner’s a good guy, and you’re pretty sure the giant gift he’s carrying is something he bought before the mistletoe-day disaster. When you look around the ballroom where the party’s being held, you see a lot of giant gifts, enough that going all-out with the last gift must be a tradition or something. It’s a tradition, and you missed the memo. Your last gift for Tomura is small enough to fit in your purse.
It was hard to find, and you’re pretty sure you outed yourself as Tomura’s Secret Santa to Spinner in the process of figuring out what “video games” meant on Tomura’s list. Tomura apparently has a thing for retro consoles, and retro consoles only play old games. Spinner mentioned a game Tomura’s been half-assedly searching for since last year, and you decided to find it. It took a lot of time spent scrolling on Ebay and picking through thrift store discount bins, but you finally found it, and you even found an old console to test it on to make sure it worked. You were really excited to give it to him until you got here and saw what everybody else did.
But it’s too late to change anything now. You’re here with your tiny gift, and Tomura’s going to think you didn’t try at all. If he’s even here. “Do you know if Tomura’s going to be here?”
“Last I heard, yeah,” Spinner says. “He changes his mind last-minute about stuff, though. I can text him if you want?”
“I have his number,” you say. “I can do it.”
You can, but you won’t. You know Tomura hates parties, and you don’t want to put his maybe liking you to the test against how much he hates getting dressed up and going out. It’s what kept you from asking him yourself, even though the two of you have been texting more than two people who see each other every day at work really should. The only person who brought up the party was him, when he asked if you were going. You said yes, and then he asked why. There’s going to be free food, you said. And I want to meet my Secret Santa.
As far as you can tell, most people have at least some idea of who their Secret Santa is, but you don’t have a clue. Your Secret Santa’s never written a note to go with any of their gifts, and nothing about the gift-wrapping style – or lack thereof, with the first few gifts – has given them away. The only thing you know is that they haven’t been following your hyper-specific list to the letter. While everything they’ve gotten you has been on the list, it’s all been an upgrade from the versions you asked for.
So they’re generous and bad at wrapping gifts. That could describe half the office. You’d like to know who it is, and there’s free food, so you’re here. And if you might have dressed up a little more than you usually would for an office holiday party on the off chance that Tomura makes an appearance, you’re going to keep that to yourself. Nobody has to know. And you can have fun at the party whether or not he’s here.
It is a really nice party – probably the nicest one you’ve ever been to. The decorating committee went berserk, to the point where there are multiple live Christmas trees on each wall and food tables on either end of the ballroom, each stocked with its own chocolate fountain and champagne tower. There’s music, which Yamada apparently arranged for but isn’t actually performing. Yamada’s in a good mood. When you run into him while trying to grab a glass of champagne, he grins at you. “Next year. Acapella. Are you in?”
“Ask me next year,” you say. “Once the holiday spirit’s worn off.”
Yamada cracks up at that, snags two glasses of champagne, and speeds off through the crowd. You finally manage to separate one for yourself and get clear of the table. Half a glass of champagne later, you’re ready to mingle. Time to see if participating in the office’s holiday traditions as a way to make friends actually worked.
It feels like it did. People say hi to you, and when you stop to talk to them, it doesn’t feel awkward at all. You’re willing to admit that some of it might be because you’ve all been drinking a little bit, but at the same time, you’ve gone to office parties where people were drunker than this and still silent as the grave. Some of your coworkers have already found out who their Secret Santas are, and some of them are carrying gifts that look even more over-the-top unwrapped than they did when they were covered in festive wrapping paper. Maybe it’s better if Tomura doesn’t show up. You can find a bigger gift and leave it on his desk next week, and no one will have to know that you messed up.
You cross paths with Tomura’s friends here. They’re all dressed up, probably more than anyone else at the party, although it looks more like they’re here for a costume party than a Christmas party. “Like it? It’s an Enji’s credit card special,” Twice says, tugging at the lapel of his purple suit. “He really wanted Dabi to come home for Christmas this year.”
“Did you?” you ask Dabi.
“Yeah, but I brought everybody with me,” Dabi says. Everybody. Even – “Shigaraki, too. He hates this shit, but he never misses a chance to stick it to somebody else’s shitty dad.”
“It was fun this year,” Magne says. “Fuyumi made us our own stockings and everything. That thing was nicer than any of my actual socks.”
“It sounds fun,” you say.
“Could have been worse,” Dabi says. He glances at you. “What did you do?”
You didn’t, really, which is the other reason you’re here – Christmas alone in your apartment was fun or at least peaceful the first few years, but lately it’s been feeling lonely. “Not too much. I just slept in and then came here.”
Tomura’s friends exchange glances. “Next year you’ll hang with us,” Twice announces. “You can still sleep in. We always show up late anyway.”
“You don’t have to invite me,” you say at once. You must have sounded a lot more pathetic than you meant to. “And Twice, you probably shouldn’t invite me to Dabi’s house –”
“First, it’s not my house,” Dabi says. “Second, I invite whoever I want. The more of my friends I bring, the more uncomfortable I make my jackass of a father. As long as you don’t hit on my sister –”
“Come on, that was one time,” Twice protests.
“Yeah, one time too many –”
You sidle sideways out of the conversation while they’re still debating exactly how many times one of Dabi’s friends have made a pass at his siblings. Dabi probably didn’t mean the invitation. You won’t count on it. But it’s nice that they’re thinking about it tonight. Hearing it makes you feel a little better, even if it’ll evaporate well before next Christmas.
The party ebbs and flows around you. Sometimes there are people dancing, but other times, the music quiets enough to let people talk. There are fewer and fewer unopened gifts floating around. You see Spinner still toting his gift for Aiba, which means that Aiba’s either not here or he just can’t see her around the box. The latter seems more likely to you. She’s really tiny. No matter where you look, there’s no sign of Tomura.
You do find Aiba, though, when you stop by the chocolate fountain. You can’t tell if she’s trying to hide. “Hi,” you say, and she looks up. “He’s not here, if that’s what you’re worried about. I haven’t seen him.”
“He said he wouldn’t come to it,” Aiba says. She looks like she didn’t sleep well last night, but her outfit’s on point. “I’m not worried about him. I’m just not very – fun right now. I only came to it because I wanted to meet my Secret Santa.”
“Really?”
“I thought the Secret Santa was going to be ruined because of – him. But then I found out it wasn’t him,” Aiba says. You nod. “And that makes it – nicer, I think. All the gifts I got were perfect, and none of it had anything to do with him. So there’s still one part of my Christmas that’s nice. I want to say thank you.”
Spinner had better have a game plan. “They haven’t come to talk to me yet, though,” Aiba says. She frowns. “Do you think they’re even here?”
“I know they’re here,” you say. “If you stay here, I can go find them and tell them to come over.”
Aiba nods. “Thank you,” she says. “And thank you. For the other day. That was nice, too.”
“No problem,” you say. “Just stay there.”
Courtesy of the giant present, Spinner’s really easy to find. You give him specific directions to where Aiba’s standing, tell him to take it easy, and wish him luck. As you watch him go, you find yourself wondering what’s in the box. Maybe you should have asked. It would have given you a better idea about the kind of thing you should have gotten for Tomura.
“Hey.”
That’s Tomura’s voice. You turn and find him standing behind you, a haphazardly wrapped present in one hand. You feel a temporary surge of relief at the sight. He got something small, too. At least you aren’t alone in totally missing the boat. But then you take a look at the rest of him, and the relief evaporates into something you can only describe as a kind of awestruck surprise. Tomura cleans up nice. Really nice.
Like the rest of his friends, he’s dressed up. Unlike the rest of them, he went pretty standard with it – black suit and tie, although he’s got a red cape around his shoulders. It should be incongruous, but he makes it work. He’s done something to his hair. Brushed it, maybe. Either way, it looks good. You can’t help but stare.
But even though he looks great – he has to know he looks great, right? – he doesn’t look quite comfortable. Maybe because you’re staring at him, and you haven’t said a word. “You look really nice,” you say, and a faint flush comes up in his cheeks. “I didn’t know if you were coming. I know this isn’t really your thing.”
“It’s what you’re doing,” Tomura says, and your face turns red, too. “I want to meet my Secret Santa.”
That’s you. You and your stupid gift that’s too small. “Right,” you say. You fumble in your purse and pull it out, then offer it to him. At least you did a decent job wrapping it. “It was me. I’m your Secret Santa. Here.”
Tomura takes the gift, then holds out the one he’s carrying to you. You did a decent job wrapping it; he probably needs both hands to get it open. “The wrapping on this looks nice,” you say nonsensically while he picks at the tape on yours. “You don’t have to open mine right now. You probably want to give this to the person you were Secret Santa for.”
“I just did.”
It takes way too long for you to figure that one out. “Wait, it was you?”
“You didn’t guess?” Tomura looks almost affronted. “I figured out you were mine days ago.”
“How? Was it my handwriting on the notes?”
“No,” Tomura says. He gives you a weird look. “I wrote on my list that I hate the cold, but I don’t tell anybody that. The only way you would have known is if you got my list.”
“Oh.” You would have thought the thing that gave you away would be bigger than that – like getting too familiar in your notes, slipping up and using his given name and not going back to his surname when you realized your mistake. “Okay.”
“You really didn’t know it was me?” Tomura’s stopped trying to open your gift for the sole purpose of staring at you. “I thought Dabi gave me away. When he was talking about how shitty I am at wrapping gifts.”
You vaguely remember a joke Dabi made. You really shouldn’t have had so much champagne. “Sorry. I should have thought about it a little more.”
“It’s supposed to be a surprise,” Tomura says. It’s quiet for a second. “A bad surprise?”
“No,” you say at once. “A good surprise. But – you could have just told me it was you. Then you wouldn’t have had to come to the party.”
“This is what you’re doing.”
“I know, but we could have done something else. Something you wouldn’t hate as much.”
“I don’t hate it as much as last year,” Tomura says. He nods at the gift. “Are you going to open that or what?”
“Yes,” you say. “Thank you.”
“Don’t say thank-you when you don’t know what it is,” Tomura says. “Just – open it.”
You don’t have any idea of what it could be. You know Tomura’s gone through everything on your list already. His wrapping job is easier to get through than yours. You peel back the paper and untie the ribbons and find yourself holding a hat.
It looks sort of like your hat. The one you gave him. But you found that hat on sale somewhere, ages ago, and this one is a lot nicer. Yours is just knitted, but this one has a soft lining, and the fabric on the outside feels like it might be water-resistant. It also has a goofy little pompom on it, which yours definitely doesn’t have. This isn’t anything you’d have bought for yourself. But you like it a lot.
You look up, ready to thank Tomura, and find him staring down at your gift, unwrapped in his hand. “You didn’t leave a note,” he says. “I like the notes.”
You’d facepalm if you weren’t holding the hat. “I thought I would just say what I would have said in the note to you. Face to face.”
He looks up. You’ve never seen that look on his face before. In fact, you’re not sure you’ve seen that look on anybody’s face – wary, expectant, maybe surprised, maybe hopeful. You should have planned what you were going to say a little better. Before you can say anything, though, Tomura speaks up. “How did you know about this game? I’ve been looking for it. Where did you even find it?”
“I found it on Ebay,” you say. “It wouldn’t have shipped in time, so I picked it up in person. I made sure to test it. It works. And as far as finding out about it – I asked Spinner about the kind of games you liked. I wanted to get it right.”
“I half-assed my list. Why would you try that hard?”
“I just – I don’t know,” you say. “I know Toga kind of bullied you into doing this. I wanted you to get something nice out of it. Sad Christmas might make more sense to you – and me, sometimes – but I thought it would be nice for you to have a happy one.”
That was a dumb thing to say. Tomura hasn’t told you a lot about his background – you’ve really only gotten close recently – but what you know isn’t good. It’s dumb of you to think that one video game and a handful of other gifts could rewrite any of that. You avert your eyes in a hurry. “Thank you for the hat. I didn’t mean to make you go off-list.”
“You didn’t make me do anything,” Tomura says. “I just thought you needed a new one. Since I’m keeping yours.”
Your heart skips a beat. “You are?”
“If you weren’t lying when you said it looked okay,” Tomura says. His hand brushes against your jaw, then applies pressure, turning you back to face him. He looks almost frustrated, but his face is flushed in a way you recognize. “And if you like me.”
“Do you like me?” you ask without thinking, and Tomura kisses you.
You’ve been regretting not giving him a real kiss under the mistletoe at work, but now you think it’s for the best that you didn’t. You haven’t had very many good first kisses, and you want a chance to savor this one. You wrap one arm around Tomura’s waist and pull him a little closer, and even though he startles, he keeps kissing you. He’s not hesitant, so you aren’t, either. There’s no way you’re going to be the first one to pull away.
When you do separate, it’s at the same time, and for what you’re pretty sure is the same reason. The music’s kicked back up. “Is that the stupid Grinch song?” Tomura asks, and you nod. He’s ever so slightly out of breath. He looks kind of flustered, but not nearly as much as you want him to. “Do you want to get out of here?”
“I mean, I could always sing All I Want For Christmas Is You again –” You see the face Tomura’s making. “I’m kidding. Where do you want to go?”
“I don’t care,” Tomura says. He unwraps your hand from around his waist, then keeps holding it as he leads you towards the doors. “It doesn’t matter, if you’re coming with me.”
The wind hits you in a sharp blast as soon as you’re outside, and you pull your new hat on one-handed. “Maybe somewhere warm?”
Tomura pulls on your hand, and when you turn towards him, he kisses you again. Now that you’ve got both your hands free and you’re not in the middle of a crowd, you can kiss him how you want to – one arm around his waist, your other hand gathering up a few strands of his hair. Tomura’s breath catches, and a moment later, so does yours, and although it takes a while for you to separate again, you’re both out of breath when you do.
Tomura doesn’t go far. His arms are tight around you, and when he answers a question you’ve almost forgotten, you can feel his breath against your skin. “I’m warm enough.”

Clarisse x Reader - This is a Life
Tumblr media
Clarisse x gn! reader
Reader is from the Aphrodite cabin, but only for the plot!
An- Around 3.3k words, sorry it took so long to get out! Hope you guys enjoy this! Let me know if I should write something that kind of does more of a deep dive into this, because I feel like something is missing or something
Warnings- Weapons, fake dating, blood at one point, affection, petnames, guy named Andrew (apologies to any one named Andrew), Aphrodite is a pretty okay mom in this. Pls tell me if I missed anything!
Tumblr media
Everybody in camp recognized you as the favored child of Aphrodite. People looked twice when you walked by, flowers bloomed in your direction, and mirrors wished they could reflect you.
Clarisse is the favored daughter of her dad, Ares. People feared her, flowers looked away as she passed, and only a select few could stand to be close to her.
But even those who were close kept a great distance.
That was what was similar between the favorite Aphrodite kid and the favorite Ares daughter.
But even that was comparable, for she was a daughter, and a daughter could never compare to a son in her fathers eyes, whilst your mother seems to love you unconditionally.
You and Clarisse weren't close by any means, but you had always caught each other's attention on some level.
For you, it was how she sparred. Muscles flexing, covered in sweat, and a wild and free grin spread across across. You could find beauty in her that was no wheres else in the camp.
For her, it was the way you held yourself and how you were with young campers. Your slight confidence, the care you have for each camper, and the way you treat others. It was admirable, considering the way that Clarisse was probably the opposite of you.
“-risse, Clarisse, Clarisse!” Clarisse brook out of the slight stupor she was in and looked across the table where her sibling was calling her name and waving his hand around. “Oh, thank the gods. I about almost called over an Apollo kid to check on you.” She rolled her eyes as he laughed a bit.
They were in the dining hall, for it was lunch. Her plate was still quit full as she looked down at it. She was hungry, but she felt as if there was something preventing her from eating.
“Hey, would you look at that.” Her brother was looking past, his eyes holding questions. She turned her head to look over her shoulder and scoffed. There you were, holding your tray and standing talking to Percy Jackson, who was sitting alone at his Poseidon camp table.
That Capture the flag game happened a while ago now, but it was still upsetting how many people still like that kid, even after what he did, although it makes sense with all of the things he has done.
Her grip on her fork tightened, and she glared hard in your direction. Her brother snorted. “You really like them, huh?” She whipped her head back to look at him.
“What? Who?” She softened just slightly after he said your name. “Where did you get that idea?”
“The way you two look at each other. There's a rumor going around that you two are secretly dating each other, but we all know that you would never.”
“Never what?”
“Date anyone. Especially them.” She scoffed again.
“What do you mean?”
“You're not… an emotional person. Everyone knows you couldn't even make a relationship actually work.” She narrowed her eyes at him.
“Fine then.” She slammed her hands against the table and got up, making her way over to you. Percy noticed her first and scrambled to sit up straighter and to not smile. You raised your eyebrow at him, but he nodded his head in Clarisse’s direction and you laughed a little.
“Hey Claris-” you lifted one of your hands up to wave, but once she was close enough she took that hand in hers and then wrapped her other arm around your waist, pulling you towards her in a kiss.
The whole camp seemed to go quiet, and while it wasn't the most emotional kiss, Clarisse was very passionate in how she was kissing you, it was overwhelming to say the least. Your tray dropped, spilling food all over the ground and making a loud crash. Your hand found its way to the back of her neck and you gently tugged on her curls and twirled some of the baby hairs at her nape around your fingers. She broke off the kiss, looking you right in your eyes as you were flustered and tried to reclaim your breath.
“Um, what the-'' Percy began, but before anything else was said Clarisse tugged on your hand and ran towards the forest with you.
Tumblr media
“Clarisse, what was that a-”
“Date me.” She blurted out the words before her mind could tell her to not to.
“What- this is super out of the blue, even for you Clarisse!” Clarisse rolled her eyes.
“We can fake dates then. Just for a few months or so.”
“How is that even relevant?!?!”
“If we fake date, then none of it will be real. And then, I get to prove something, and you…well,  I can make sure people dont bother you.” You narrowed your eyes at her.
“But why?” Clarrise sighed deeply and your eyebrows furrowed more.
“Look, people already think we are dating, my sibling thinks I could never be in a relationship, and I don't hate you. Much.” She then looked you up and down in a way that almost made you wish that you were invisible.
“Now, how well can you act?”
Tumblr media
The shock of the century happened at camp Half Blood the next morning at breakfast when Clarrise showed up with you attached to her arm. Jaws were on the floor and every table was turned towards your direction.
Clarisse had a proud smirk on her face as she survived the dining hall. Some part of you also felt weirdly proud as well, as if having your arm intertwined with hers was the reason you were at this camp anyway.
She moved you in the direction of the Ares table, an arrangement the two of you had settled on while setting up rules and guidelines. You would sit with her at her table, at least come to most of her training sessions and sit next to her at the bonfires. She would visit the strawberry fields and lake with you, join the craft classes you have with young campers, and on occasions, she would allow you to place a kiss on her while wearing lipstick or lip gloss, making sure to leave a mark.
You both also agreed on minimal kissing, which was a shame since she was a good kisser. Any other types of touches were pretty much guaranteed if the two of you were near each other.
“Goodmorning.” Clarisse greeted the rest of the table, untangling her arm from yours before setting her tray on the table and then sitting down. You did the same, and in an instant, Clarrise wrapped her arm around your waist, situating her hand on your stomach comfortably. You scratched a bit closer to her so your thighs were touching.
A chorus of morning greetings left various peoples mouths and Clarisse hummed a bit. She reached for a bag of apple slices and ripped open the small bag with the help of her teeth. You giggled a bit and nudged her side.
“Honey, that was kind of weird. You know you could've just let go of me, right?” She stared into your eyes mischtifully.
“You lost me at let go.”
It took everything in you to not burst out laughing as a few people around you literally gagged. She winked at you and you grinned at her before the two of you each turned back to your breakfast.
Tumblr media
Your chin sat on both of your palms as you sat in the stands right outside of the training grounds, watching as Clarisse took on another camper in a dual. Capture the flag was coming up in about a week, but despite that, many people have come up to you asking if the news that had spread around camp was true.
“Hey, babe, did you see that?” Clarisse was jogging over to you, a smile on her lips. You smiled back at her and once she was close enough moved to stand between your legs, her hands trailed up your thighs lightly before they landed on your waist. You tried your best to ignore the shiver that went through your body.
“I missed it. I’m sorry hun.” You put one of your hands on her shoulder while you fiddled with one of her strands of curls with the other. She let out a breathe, and you could almost swear she was pouting.
She leaned in closer, her lips almost touching your ear. “You're doing good, yeah?” she whispered.
“Yeah.” you whispered back. She moved a little bit back and smirked.
“Good. You keep doin’ that, 'kay sweetheart?” she patted your thigh twice before turning and running back to her training. Your heart skipped one to many times during that interaction.
Please Mother, let me survive this.
Tumblr media
The next week and a half went pretty much like that, with you and Clarisse glued to each other's sides for the entirety of the day. She was even somehow able to convince Chiron to put the Aphrodite cabin on the red team.
You were with Clarisse now, getting ready for the capture the flag game. Your armor sat heavily on your shoulders as you did your best to fix all of the straps while following your “girlfriend” and listening to her bark out orders and plans.
Some of your siblings were grouped together all complaining about how much stuff they had to do compared to when they were on the blue team, but you knew that some of them were grateful that Clarisse knew that they were capable to do things that the other cabins could do.
Clarisse looked behind her where you were still struggling with your armor. She sighed and moved closer to you. She carefully took your hand in hers and then tighten your straps so that way it was secure. You watch her face the whole time, finding the way she furrowed her eyebrows in concentration to be quite cute.
“There. You ready to do this?” She looked up, pausing when her eyes met your. The two of you stared at each other for a moment before your eyes flickered to the ground, or at least any wear that wasn't her face.
“Yeah, I am. What did you want me to do again?” She huffed out a laugh and then moved past you.
“All you need to do sweetheart is to follow me.”
Tumblr media
Even though you were out of breath, you continued to follow your fake girlfriends footsteps.
Well, it wasn't like you had much of a choice with how tightly she was holding your hand and tugging you along paths.
Out of nowhere, a group of people from the blue team jumped out of the trees and began to attack. Clarisse let go of your hand and brought out her spear, running forward and taking on two people at once.
You took out your provided sword and prayed that your trainings with Clarisse would pay off. Your sword clashed with the sword of a boy from the Hermes cabin, and you recognized him as a guy named Andrew, someone who used to follow you around and flirt with you before you and Clarisse became a temporary item.
“I’ve been wondering if I could even get you alone.” Andrew backed you away from the rest of the group and more into the trees.
“I have a girlfriend, Andrew.” You made sure your voice was stable and hard. You hoped you could get your point across to him, but this is the guy who couldn't take a hint from you before, so it was evident that he wasn't going to start now.
“Come on, everyone knows that you like me. We can tell that Clarisse pressured you into the relationship. The two of you weren't meant to be.” You tripped over a root, sending you falling, hitting the ground hard and hurting your back in the process.
“Me and you were meant to be together. Couldn't you see that I was flirting with you? ‘Cause I could see that you returned the feelings with how you flirted with me.” Your eyes flickered for any type of escape from his anger and jealousy, but there was no safe way out with how he was practically sitting on your stomach. It made you sick with how close his face was to yours.
“Well,” you carefully moved your hand to twirl a longer strand of his hair between your fingers. It was straight, especially compared to Clarisse’s. You tried to ignore how wrong this felt, and you tried to push away the urge to gag. If using the charm you had gotten from your mother would get you out of this, then so be it. “I had no idea you felt like that, sweety. What can I do to make it up to you?”
Charmspeak wasn't against the rules. After all, this was the gift that was given to you from your godly parents.
You watched as his eyes followed your hand as you began to softly caress his face.
This has to be one of the most disgusting things you have ever done.
“So you do like me! I knew th-” Andrew stopped his sentence as his eyes rolled to the back of his head and he flopped off of you to the side. You jumped up, finding yourself in front of your savior.
“Clarisse! You knocked him out! Is that even aloud?!” Clarisse laughed and poked Andrew with the none sharp end of her spear.
“He deserved it. Easiest decision of my li…” you stopped trying to wipe off all of the dirt that had resided on your clothes to raise your eyebrow at her Clarisse.
She was staring at you, her mouth slightly open and an almost entranced look in her eyes.
Was there dirt on your face? Did you somehow use your charmspeak on her?
“Um, Clarisse, maybe we should-'' Before you could finish your sentence, Clarisse had brought her left hand up and gently slid her thumb over your cheek bone.
You guessed that you had gotten a small cut there, and from the small flash of red that appeared and her thumb, you guessed that you were right. She moved it away a bit, and then she pushed back a strand of hair that had begun to obstruct your vision. She kept her hand there then, and you brought up your hand to touch her wrist, a grounding move for you were starting to feel light headed. You stared into eachothers eyes, and what broke you apart was the flinching sound of the games ending conch shell horn.
The blue team had won, another year in a row.
Clarisse sighed and ended the contact, moving away and bending down to pick up your discarded sword. She put it in your hands.
“You weren’t too bad out there. And, you, huh, you looked, um pretty good too.” She nodded, cleared her throat and turned away from you, heading back down the trail, but not before using her foot to push Andrew out of the way more.
For some reason, that was the moment you finally realized how in love you were with your fake girlfriend.
Tumblr media
That night, your mother appeared in your dreams for the first time. Sitting on the wood pierre that was feet above the water, with moon light reflected off the liquid, Aphrodite appeared in front of you. With curly brown hair and brown eyes, and that tanned skin that you could swear you had begun to memorize, your mom looked different from what you expected.
“I appear as what you are attracted to,” Aphrodite nudged your shoulder from where she sat beside you. She seemed to respond to what you were thinking. “For you, that's that girlfriend of yours.”
“Fake girlfriend. We aren't really dating.” Aphrodite laughed in a way that made your heart beat a bit faster. That laugh belonged to someone who now had your heart.
“Could… could you switch to look like someone else? This is kind of unnerving to me.” She laughed again and shook her head.
“I can't be here for long, my child.” She change the subject.
“Then why are you here?”
“You're in love somehow. I know that you probably wouldn't tell her without some sort of push.”
You stared at her. She was practically glowing, the sear fabric that was draped on her body floating.
“Hearts aren't meant to hurt, hunny. If you distance yourself, or try to break away from her and move on, then two hearts will get hurt.”
Silence fell over the two of you, just for a moment.
“Mom?”
“Yes?”
“Am I… am I really your favorite? I mean, other people say that, but you've never given me a gift, and I haven't been on a quest, and this is the first time I've even met you. I just-”
“There are many of you, and I have love for each of you and your siblings. But yes, it could be said that I am very proud of you, and what you have accomplished.” Tears started to fill your eyes, though you weren't sure exactly why you were crying.
“Goodbye, my dear.” She softly pressed a kiss to your cheek.
And with that, your mother was gone once again.
Tumblr media
Tears were running down your face once you woke up.
You moved off your blankets and got up moving towards the cabin's front doors. It was almost pitch black, and it was easy to tell that it was still night. Maybe just sitting out on the porch and thinking would do you some good.
But right when you were a few steps away, the door started to crack open.
Your mind jumped to many conclusions, like there was a ghost or one of your siblings had stayed out late with their partner. Then you caught sight of the hand that was pushing on the wood.
It was the same hand that has intertwined with yours, the same hand that had held onto your body all week. The same hand that you had seen wielding a sword for years.
“Clarisse?” The door stopped opening, and then Clarisse poked her head through the opening.
She whispered your name back, and you took note about how this was the most sheepish you had ever witnessed her to be. She backed up, and you went out of your cabin to join her.
“Hey.” she whispered.
“Hi.” you whispered back. “What's wrong?” You could swear that her hand twitched in the slightest, like she was about to reach out and hold yours but thought better.
“I, um, had a nightmare. You were the only place I could think to go to. It’s fine now though, so you should go back inside and get your beauty sleep.” She turned away from you, starting to go down the steps back to her cabin.
“Do you like me?” She stood still on the second step down. You walked towards her slowly, and you started to wish you had brought a blanket out with you. The night chill was starting to get to you, and you were starting to wish that you had that type of safe feeling.
“My, um, my mother visited my dreams tonight. And we talked, and I know that we havent really been dating, but i kike you Clarisse, and I kind of hoped, only if you want, if we could kind of be offic-”
A pair of lips crashed into yours before anything else happened. The passion from the first kiss that the two of you had shared was there still, but this time something felt so much more real.
You felt so many emotions, and so did Clarisse, and you knew that she was trying to convey them all to you like this.
Both of her hands were on your face, each one gently holding your cheeks so you could stay in place. Your hands were on her wrists, but you moved them to the back of her neck where you gently tugged on her curls. You smiled into the kiss.
Her hair would always be your favorite.
Clarisse pulled away from the kiss, and laughed when she saw your eyes were still closed. You glared at her a little, but your smile was still present on your face.
“I do.” Clarisse said. You hummed and tilted your head in confusion. Clarisse laughed again a bit.
“I do like you.” Somehow your smile got even bigger.
“So we can kiss anytime now?”
“Anytime, sweetheart.”
