This year has been one of the greatest years of my life both in fandom and outside of it, so I wanted to take a minute to share some gratitude with you all as 2024 ends!

9 Months in!

I'm still amazed there's more than one person interested in my stories. I've always liked writing and simblr is such a good outlet for this. Thank you for bearing with me as I get used to how things work on here. Thank you for following me, liking my posts, chatting in comments and reblogging with hilarious/touching comments.

I'll save all my big soppy stuff to celebrate a year when we reach it. But I did write a little story for Reece and Samir that takes place at the same time as this chapter so you'll be getting that instead of a chapter part today. I hope you like it, please forgive me if I reblog it a few times because I do love it.

Blossom - Swedish 🇸🇪

I just feel like she's definitely Scandinavian and Swedish suits her the most.

Bubbles - British 🇬🇧

Definitely Western European. At first I was thinking French and then Australian or Austrian, but British seems to be right.

Buttercup - Brazilian 🇧🇷

I was wondering what exactly would suit her and then rememberred her look in the EP where the girls had a flashback of themselves as teens and I went like "oh! Latina!"

Brick - Netherlandian 🇳🇱

So there's this guy on TikTok and Ig, Valentijn Dijkman, who is a model and he looks just like Brick, bro came straight out of the PPG. He's Netherlandian himself, so thought about it for a minute and it made sense. (He looks like Axl Rose too IMO)

Boomer - French 🇫🇷

Pretty, blonde, alluring, boyfriend material (meh, lowkey), has good fashion style; can't see him as anything but Western European; him being from a Germanic country doesn't sit right with me; he's French.

Butch - Syrian 🇸🇾

watching every show of a tour leg every night is wild because it's like you're watching the same really long episode over and over but sometimes you get a different camera angle of it or SURPRISE it's a crossover episode now! and there's one part of the episode that's different every time like a choose your own adventure except the characters are choosing it for you and all you can do is scream at your laptop alone in your room. and then you watch through the mostly stable ending cause one time they had a post credits scene and you can never be sure (but let's be real, you'd watch it no matter what)

The multiverse definitely messed me up but atleast I have 4991. And that’s what I’ll say every cycle until the Decepticons finally win this war and take over the planet and destroy all the humans. When that happens I’ll loose contact with the multiverse except for space bridges straight to different universes. And when that happens things should return to normal. Will they ever?

i recently came to the realization that it'll be best for me to break things off with a real life friend that i've had for a very long time. and it's been hard, it's been frustrating and confusing and all sorts of different things. but it's also been a reminder of just how grateful i am for every friend i've made through this blog. i am moving on from a friendship with someone i'm just not compatible with, a friendship in where i've felt like i couldn't really be my whole self, and i don't feel like that here. i don't feel like that with you guys. when i'm here, i'm me. thank you for that.

🥳 Why did you start writing fanfic?

For me it was always about feeling passionate about a story and its characters and wanting to explore more in that world. I also started reading fic almost ten years ago (omg) which also played a part in my decision to start writing.

💭 What inspires you and your writing?

Genuinely you all! I love talking with all of you and the community here on Tumblr is so much fun. I will freely admit that I have trouble thinking of ideas for what to write, so constantly talking with such smart and passionate people has been both fun and super helpful :)

🤩 What led to your interest in the fandom?

So I didn’t read THG until around six or seven years ago, and I was just really interested in the story and all its different layers. Then when Ballad came out in 2020 I decided to finally stop lurking and make a Tumblr account so I could engage with posts and write my own fic. I never expected to meet so many wonderful people and have such fun discussions but I am very glad to be here four years later!
