Teaser for something I have planned, feel free to speculate!

TW: Gore mentions, graphic depictions of violence (kinda? better safe than sorry), horror scenarios, PTSD/Anxiety Attack/Flashbacks

I hope that covers everything lol

|| A figure stood in the doorway, outlined in the flickering light of the hall. His frame rattled, the traitorous kibble betraying the fear humming underneath his armor. The silhouette entered the room, just a step, though it felt like hundreds too many. It needed to leave. Go somewhere far, far away from him.

It spoke with indecipherable glyphs: broken, choppy, fragmented bits of speech that sounded nothing like words. It was hard to tell whether or not the noise he heard was from the silhouette in front of him or his own racing spark. They were blending together into a cacophonic mix of sound that pulsed harshly behind his optics, nearly causing a noise to rip from his throat.

His servo fumbled along the ground, reaching for something that he could grab- anything he could use to defend himself. Cold metal touched the tips of his digits and he grabbed it as fast as he could, never taking his sight from the figure stalking closer. Watching the shadowy outline move made his head spin.

Through his swimming vision, he saw the figure take another step…

[The room was dark, sinking in an abyssal muck that couldn’t be wiped away. Claws grappled him, pulling him in and trapping him there. He kicked and fought, but those hooked digits held tight and those glyphs fluttered by his audial while pins shot into his exposed cording]

and another…

[He screamed, screamed until his throat was raw. Why won’t anyone help? Why is he being ignored? Why did they leave him here with this monster...]

and another…

[He clawed at his throat, ripping at the loose cabling until he couldn’t feel his digits coated in his own gore. They left him there alone, they ignored his crying and now they’ll ignore it again, as they always would.]

Until his arm lashed out on instinct, straight upwards into those spotlights beaming down at him.

Then, in a flash of purple, silver and pink, his spark froze. ||

Unimportant but slightly funny thing i just found and had never seen mentioned before: The variable used for displaying what chapter you started your deltarune save in on the light world’s stats screen (oddly not the dark world’s...?) is called “krispreservationsociety” (society for the preservation of krises)

i actually somehow never noticed this was a thing that displayed at all this whole time i suppose i just never looked at this screen in chapter 2...

#also the thing i was looking to check that accidentally led me to find this #dr apparently actually keeps ut's easter egg for if you change the character name to be longer than it should #except here its just for if you managed to change kris's name at all which is unusual #because that's not a save data variable you have to actually change the language data to manage that #...and it still is only concerned if its longer than 7 characters. but the message it adds is different now #its just ''???'' instead of ''easy to change huh''#so i wonder if actually its left in there just because if they were worried it would break something if taken out...#mypost #dt #back to the topic of kris preservation society i suppose its not in the dark world menus because there wasnt room for it #its main purpose seems to just be for bragging rights or maybe just as reminder though so it was a little odd to me #that its somewhere where you cant see it for most of the actual runtime of the game

so I got tagged in a thing... In a new post, show the last line you wrote (or drew) and tag as many people as there are words (or as many as you feel like). ...by two of my beloved mutuals, @nymphoutofwater and @graythegreyt. naturally my response was to write 1300 words in an hour so that I could have something nice and shiny to show the people of tumblr, and here we are.

#instead of “everyone in the peloton can tell that tadejonas are pining for each other”#i propose the concept of: tadejonas who are *already together* like full-on established relationship living together part of the time etc #but somehow. no one else in the peloton has figured it out?#and like they didn't MEAN to hide it from people okay it wasn't on purpose #it just started out that way because when they realized they wanted to try it they ALSO realized that sooo much could go wrong #so they were like “we'll keep it pretty quiet until we're sure that whatever this is between us is real and will work out”#and obviously it does work out but when they try to tell people it somehow never seems to go according to plan #like somehow everyone leaves those conversations having completely missed the part where they say they're dating #and instead landed somewhere in the ballpark of “tadejonas are massively crushing on each other we have to help them”#so everyone is CONVINCED that they're pining away for each other and they keep trying to set them up in increasingly wild schemes #and tadejonas are just like. how do we explain to these people who we know and love that we are already in a committed relationship #random ass riders from like. every team tripping over themselves to help out the cause in the NAME OF LOVE and tadejonas are just like 🧍‍♂️#and like they feel kind of bad about it but also its kind of a game now to see how obvious they can be before someone catches on #random rider: jonas i promise tadej is totally into you okay he like. wouldn't shut up about you at XYZ race okay he definitely likes you #jonas (adjusting his scarf to hide the hickeys tadej left and jingling the keys of the house he shares with tadej): if you say so #what if i wrote something
