Ok so, I heard viv added a bg character in the new ep that is based off of her critics, and it was this guy

And bc of that, I thought I’d make a redesign and a lil rewrite of him and stuff, I remember showing it to a few friends so, I thought I’d show it here!

Meet, Ernie! Or what everyone calls them (including me), Rem!

So, when I first saw this guy (that being in a screenshot of another hh/hb critic post of this guy), I actually kinda think the design was nice and simple, though I kinda thought it was too simple personally, so I thought I’d add a lil more to it!

I thought I’d base this guy’s design off of those geek characters from the 2000s since I think that’s what viv was going for based off of the glasses and facial hair she gave him, so that’s what I did! (And also bc I think those kind of designs are really silly)

And I also based this guy’s hair off of rodrick’s hair from diary of a wimpy kid!

I also thought I’d give him more facial hair bc the lack of characters having facial hair, wrinkles, etc etc is insane. I also made his skin purple to compliment the green in his color palette too! (And also bc I have lust imps have purple ish’ skin to in my au rewrite of this series to represent they’re from that ring!)

And I gave him those gloves ppl use to draw on those tablets to represent they’re an artist bc since viv is basing this guy off of the hh/hb critic community that prob includes artists too bc the majority of that community DOES have artists in it (like myself) after all!

Ok! Now for the rewrite of this guy, based on the design (bc I haven’t fully watched the episode yet) , I assumed that since is apparently supposed to be based off of viv’s critics and also noting the fact viv can’t handle criticism, I assume he’s gonna have some incel ish’ personality. So because of that, that is what motivated me enough to rewrite him!

In this rewrite rem is basically just a very normal guy. People usually bully him because he looked like a stereotypical nerd in appearance but in actuality he holds surprisingly strong morals and beliefs for an imp who is born in hell!

He became very critical on upper class (that being the the sins themselves) because of the way they treat imps and hell hounds (especially characters like fizz and blitzo)!

So bc of that, he is trying to unite a bunch of imps to protest against the upper class for imps to be treated better! :-]

So in other words, thank you vivziepop for making this character for the critic community so I can rewrite and redesign them! He’s such a silly guy

It was too noisy. Literally too cheerful. Everyone's chatting, reddened cheeks from either the alcohol or from the bitter cold outside. The door swung open many times letting breezes of said cold cool the area for mere seconds. The small place was flooded by people. Cheesy Christmas songs were blasting through the speakers and everyone in that God damn pub screamed their lyrics at the top of their lungs. Everyone except you.

You were seated in one of the separate loungings, an already empty glass sitting in front of you. You didn't want to be here, but your friend literally dragged you out of your apartment. How could you even deny her that wish? It was a pub near the local military base, a pub she frequented for the past months very often and you knew there was only one reason: A guy, who she had mentioned a few times before and was completely smitten by.

So how could you decline when she literally begged you to go with her on Christmas eve? You were too curious to catch a glimpse of the man that stole your friend’s heart. Unfortunately, this curiosity now led you to sitting on a couch in that overfilled pub, while your friend was shamelessly flirting with said man. Of course, you were a bit annoyed because she left you all on yourself, but seeing her beaming with happiness made your heart melt again. You couldn’t stay mad at her for too long.

“It's Christmas, you can't stay at home for yourself, bun! And who knows, maybe there’s a Christmas miracle going to happen.” You recall the voice from your friend Florence as she literally talked you into joining her, and for the sunshine nature she was, you gave in. It wasn't as annoying as you imagined it, at least a good amount of alcohol was already running through your veins while watching one of your closest friends having the time of her life. But you couldn't help it and wished you stayed at home. Well she tried to pull you onto the dance floor a few times, tried to invite you in their circle introducing you to Simon, tried everything to keep you entertained, but you had no interest in it. You rather stayed seated here, a glass of your favorite drink in one hand and your eyes pinned onto your friend trying to push the ongoing fling to the next level, and of course making sure this Simon guy treated her properly.

“Nae a holiday person. Eh?” A husky voice caught your attention and a man took the place across from you, a glass of whiskey in his hand which was now settled on the table. He wore one of the ugliest Christmas sweaters you’ve ever seen, but the smile on his lips made up to it.

“You could say so.” Usually you wouldn't be interested in a conversation with a random guy that dared to infiltrate your space like him, spreading his legs out beneath the table and almost bumping his feet into yours. But something about this stranger caught your interest.

“Aye, tell me lass, Scrooge or Grinch?” He raised his brows in a teasing manner while leaning his ellbow onto the table and placing his head into his huge calloused palm. You couldn't help it and star at the scar at his chin before your eyes trailed upwards to this mischievous grin, further upwards to his crystal blue eyes. They held a glimpse of coquetry but also genius interest.

You couldn't suppress a sweet smile at his question, while your hand tried to cover it in a polite manner. The man in front of you was faster. Catching your hand before you could even hide your smile. “Dinnea that, hen. Yer laugh is bonnie.” The teasing tone in his voice was replaced with a sincere and honest intention.

“Both hated humans rather than Christmas.” Your own voice held a smug tone while your eyes were pinned on his. You haven't even noticed that he scooted closer, while still keeping your hand in his. “But both are close, though.”

He pulled your hand up to place a slight kiss onto your knuckles. You could've missed it by the way you were still mesmerized by his baby blues. “Hope ‘m nae one of those then.” His thumb brushed over the spot his lips just left. “‘m John, but friends call me Johnny.”

“Olivia, but friends call me bunny.” You could've sworn that there were way too many people in here, the room temperature got way too high by now. But in reality it was just the alcohol in your system. Definitely not the hot Scotsman next to you, who's thigh was now leaned against yours. You could witness your friend leaving the pub with the behemoth of a man from the side view of your eyes, but you couldn't care less. She Was old enough to decide what's best for her, and right now you decided it was best for you to ignore it. Keeping all of your focus on the charming man.

“Mind if I call ye bonnie instead?” He leaned a bit further into the couch while he eyed you up from top to bottom, well as much as the table allowed him to. As a response you just nodded your head, not able to respond to him properly. Eventually, the heat on your cheeks wasn't from the alcohol nor from the crowded place. Maybe it was indeed because of Johnny. His hand stroked a strain of curly hair behind your ear. “Let me buy ye another drink, bonnie.” It wasn't a request as before, he was already on his way to the bar to get you the same drink as before again. So you decided to follow him through the crowd, not minding anyone that bumped into you. You just wanted to stay close to him, what he immediately noticed. One of the biggest grin you've seen him wore on his lips. “Missin’ me already lass, eh?”

“Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows.” You teased him while taking the glass out of his hands and bringing it to your lips. Maybe Florence was right, maybe it wasn't that bad to go out tonight.

“I see.” He smiled while taking some sips from his drink. He averted his eyes from your figure for a blink of an eye, catching something of his interest. If you thought his grin couldn't turn more smug, you were damn wrong. He placed the glass onto the wooden counter, and used his free hand to pull you closer to him by your waist.

You shrieked out of the sudden impact and your hands found his chest, leaning flush against the tight muscles. You could literally feel him flex beneath your touch, even through the wool of the sweater. “What the…” You couldn't even end your sentence as his other hand pointed just to the spot above your heads. Your eyes followed his index fingers to the little mistletoe above, and the realization hit you right now. His hand moved to cup your cheek while he bent himself over to close the slight gap that was left. Brushing his lips over yours just so gently and polite, it didn't feel like any of the kisses you had experienced so far.

After some time - way to short amount for your liking - you parted again, hands still staying at their previous places. “Christmas traditions…” He placed another quick peck onto the crown of your head. “Nae so bad after all, eh?” His smile grew into a big grin, something you wanted to see even more often.

You heard another familiar voice before you could even respond to Johnny. “Fuckin hell. We missed it, Si.” It was your friend who just walked back into the pub, a beefy arm slung over her shoulder while both approached you.

“Wait…What did you miss?” You blinked in confusion at your friend, who only laughed.

“Your Christmas miracle, silly bun.” She laughed while intervening her finger with his.

That was the second time you realized something tonight. It hit you like a ton of bricks and your brows furrowed. “You fuckin’ minx.” You tried to keep a scolding tone, but you couldn't suppress the happiness in your voice.

“Better say thank you.” She teased, while Simon placed his chin onto her head.

“We should leave them alone, love.” He placed a soft kiss onto her head, while closing his eyes and she nodded.

“Alright.” Johnny picked you up in one motion and threw you over his shoulder like you weighed nothing, which forced a scream out of your throat. Laughing was the only thing you were surrounded by as your cheeks completely turned red. “Yer comin’ hame with me, bonnie.”

“Treat ma girl right, Johnny!” She yelled after the Scot while he already carried you outside.

And it really shouldn't be a secret that he indeed treated you right. From this day on, it became a cheesy tradition to spend the Christmas eve in that specific pub. Johnny at your side, one of his hands always on you, while he kept bragging to Simon about something that happened on the last mission which made Florence laugh way too hard. From this day on, Christmas was not so bad anymore.

Ok it took me a few days to figure out how I wanted to answer this (goodness there's so much I could say about so many fellas) but I finally decided on doing a lil stream-of-consciousness about the fella you followed me for, Freakazoid! He's the one who currently is taking up the most space in my mind, after all.

I might do more posts about other blorbos later, but this one got so long that I decided to split it all up, even with the cut XD

Random Thoughts: He's my lil guy, just a lil fella! He has so much "annoying brother" energy to me, it's adorable. In my head, he and Dex become more like brothers in a month than Dex and Duncan have been in years. I'm not gonna get into it, but my biggest Blorbo Thoughts are nearly always angst and hurt/comfort, and that does apply here, though it's tough when we have so little canon info on how he works. I'm actually pretty neutral on Dexter; he's a good lad, but he doesn't give my brain the Happy Chemicals like Freak does. I have to actively remind myself to include him in stuff 😭

Not them, but our favorite blue menace has also given me the annoying habit of unconsciously sticking my tongue out, so now I have to actively stop myself from doing that.

Headcanons: I see him as like, a combo of Dexter, some garbage code from the chip, and The Internet Itself. Their existence is incredibly confusing, and I continue to curse the network for failing their show. I like fan ideas of them both having spaces in their mind and communicating through their thoughts, so I keep those in my interpretation. They have the Freakazone, the "Dexterzone" (Dex is on the fence about the name, it's essentially a recreation of his room), and a middle-ground that they can both access. Upon switching, they’ll “spawn” in their respective room and can do whatever from there, and they’ll both be in the mindscape when the body sleeps or is unconscious, no matter who was out.  They’re capable of “locking” their personal room, preventing the other from entering for a time.  No matter where they are, they’re capable of seeing/hearing what the body sees/hears, though they can choose not to.  The mindscape can only be affected by whoever is in it at a given time, and they can add spaces at will, but they’re temporary and usually go away when whoever made them goes out.

I headcanon them as both having ADHD, and having the whole of the internet stuffed in your brain makes it only that much harder to focus. I mean, imagine juggling quite literally millions of thoughts at any given time, 99.9% of which aren't yours and are just the product of what everyone on Earth is looking up. No wonder Freak is considered "crazy". The amount of global internet traffic actually affects his focus; more traffic, more thoughts, more difficulty concentrating. Dex learned binary and basic coding in a period of hyperfixation, and he is constantly starting and stopping things like coding projects, plans to upgrade his computer, transcribing things into binary, learning about various topics, etc. Rejection-sensitive dysphoria makes it hard for him to approach people, considering how he's treated by his peers, but he does his best and would really like to make friends!

They both love cats, I know they do. Mr. Chubbykins may be the family cat, sure, but he's Dexter's cat at heart. Younger Dex picked him out at the shelter, named him, and spoils him enough that his name still applies. Freak is influenced heavily by the internet, and even since the early days, the internet has always loved cats. He's more prone to trying to put poor Chubbykins in little outfits (which Dexter heavily discourages) than actually taking care of him. On that topic: Dexter is a cat person, Freak is a "it's in my vicinity and I can pet it" person.

AU Time: I've actually been poking at the idea of an AU where Freak was the human and Dex was the being created by the chip, a roleswap. Freddie Douglas (someone told his parents that they shouldn't name their second child alliteratively when the whole family is like that already) exists in Dexter's place, and he's pretty much just Freak but mellowed to a degree. He's a gymnast, wrestler, and tech enthusiast, but more generalized to all electronic devices, not just computers. He just likes working with his hands, really. It's nerdy enough for Duncan to still give him trouble, though.

The Pinnacle Chip creates Poindexter (working name), a genius mad scientist type. While Freakazoid is the fleeting, scattered, attention- and entertainment-seeking nature of the internet, Poindexter is the academically collaborative, logical, and organizational nature of it. Despite being very different, they both encompass parts of it. He's a very cerebral superhero, and he's always thinking 50 steps ahead to problem-solve and protect people. Heck, he can read 3 textbooks in an hour and absorb everything in them. He's full of fun facts that he loves to share and is more socially awkward than his counterpart. Don't get me wrong though, he still loves to have fun and is a bit of a trickster! He just has more self-control. And also telekinesis.

My thoughts on the Halloween 2023 event!

It was my first year doing a HDD time pop quiz and it did not disappoint! I’m not sure if they have the same Halloween costumes every year (that would not surprise me), but Beel and Bel’s really stood out to me! They are so cute yet Beel’s also feels really sexy! The other character outfits weren't bad, but just didn’t interest me as much. MC’s costume was not specified I don’t think? Which is always appreciated.

Even tho Beel was really pulling me in I felt like I had to follow Bel because he was the one that technically asked. 

Learning about Devildom (and surrounding domains) flora, fauna and food is one of my favorite parts of the game because they are so wild. Barbatos + Diavolo teaching you about the one-eyed chameleon filled that need. And it becomes our little shoulder friend TwT

Barbatos: “It changes its colouring to blend in with its surroundings, leaving only its eyeball visible. As a result, people do tend to mistake it for a wandering oculus.”

I really loved the Halloween Cafe theme! It's something I would attend if it was in my area and I love making specialty foods/drinks for myself so doing it with the OM family was awesome! You see a lot of themed cafes for school festivals in anime + manga. 

Later on when we are making recruitment posters:

MC: “Wow Barbatos. That…is a very realistic drawing.”

Barbatos: “While it may frighten some viewers…” 

I could hear the warning that plays after tv commercials in my head xD Also the poster drawings made me think of me and my sister prepping halloween treat bags, drawing little creatures on them. Very comfy vibes :3 A troublesome kitty gets involved leaving lil footprints of paint everywhere! So cute!

Its cute monsters showed up for the interviews, perfect Halloween interaction, but… no monster sprites :( So sad. Please Solmare make npc sprites! Or at least some new/special backgrounds. The sprites don’t need to be detailed, but it would have made the scenes with monsters so much better!

The monsters included were; mummy, skeleton, zombie and pumpkin spirit.

Does a pumpkin spirit just look like a see through pumpkin? Or like a genshin Seelie?

I did like there was a few interactions with the monsters; Mammon becoming friends with the mummy. The skeleton trying to help lift heavy things, but falls apart. The spirit drawing a face on the pie in secret while we were baking (Yay to Asmo joining us in the kitchen!).

And then there's Barbatos hilarious and painfully relatable situation of being pursued by the zombie. Poor guy is continuously asked out (then proposed to) by a co-worker he has no interest in but can’t fire them because they are a good worker. A horrible situation to be in, but great plot wise. Barbatos always ends up in strange situations like that.

Has selective hearing and only hears the trick part of trick or treat, luckily she is stopped before ruining cafes xD

When the monsters started to surround everyone and wanted to force us to be friends I was like “Noooo we can be friends normally! Friends don’t hold other friends hostage!” Then after they lost the games we had to do all the work at the cafes T_T. They even gave us trick candy later…

Very glad Beel offered to help Luke in the pumpkin rolling. Always nice to see Beel being assertive :3

Poor boy was having a hard time interacting with customers, but apparently he was feeling some kind of way! What was that?! Also this might have been our first nightbringer kiss :0 i’m sure it looked awkward as hell. (Lil sidebar - my MC has been hesitant to be intimate with Levi knowing he doesn't know their true feelings for him.)

Really appreciate that they acknowledged Diavolo’s birthday. More flashbacks to my fic reading this scene. 

We also got to see Little D No.2 in this story! I felt so bad for him tho! Was so worried Thirteen would make him miss the cafe, so glad he didn’t! That lil guy deserves so much love <3 he works so hard!

Overall very pleased. This story was pretty well put together! Hope to see this quality at least for pop quizzes going forward <3

2. what's your favorite thing about your style I absolutely love the way I render things and how colorful and vibrant my art is! And! How I try to make the background a real environment for the character featured in it, even if abstract. attempt number 300 to create a behemoth form for thorn that im satisfied with, i dont know why it's so fucking hard. I am not 100 percent happy with this one either. I just want him to feel unique, massive and heavy with some bull and big cat influence. I also want to include tusks since in mythology the behemoth is often elephant like

In my childhood, the dragonology books were a huge passion and creative influence for me. Especially the illustrations by douglas carrel. Another book illustrator that i was kinda obsessed with was chriss riddell, just love how detailed their illustrations are Ghibli studio's style I always love. Just watching their movies is such a treat, I always feel so full of inspiration. As for current inspirations? Honestly the artists I follow and the music i listen to. I always draw the best art when my spotify shuffle liked songs playlist has just the right flow and it fuels me! And when I see other artists share info on their characters or glimpses into their oc projects it makes me want to work on my characters!! And when my fav artists upload an art piece with such good shapes and colors and compositions?? Augh it makes me want to draw. Oh an animatics! I love watching animatics! Especially for musicals they are so fucking good and so many talented artists it fills me with joy. just gives me straight up shivers!! Another thing that fuels me is the reactions of you guys and my friends! I want to share my characters and art and use them to engage with people. Get them interested in my world, inspire them, just engage with the community, get talking! So yeah art is very important to me haha. Normally I get really mad when im in a dryspell like this but seeing how i drew 18 art pieces last month im cutting myself some slack haha, i deserve some rest after that, especially since my routine and energy levels are extremely wack right now, i need to recover. What is the Hell’s studio AU

Ohoho… ohohoho…. I WAS WONDERING WHEN YOU'D ASK!!

Okay, so firstly, Hell's Studio is a REALLY GOOD Bendy and the Ink Machine AU. Basically the best possible outcome where nobody dies, everyone is a good guy and happy (even if some people act otherwise) and the toons are even alive and chilling!!

It's mostly a comedy and crack treated seriously kinda AU, and for what exactly it's about, there's a masterpost by the creator right here!! It's filled with generic info and just lil' facts, although it's a bit outdated and doesn't have all of the info from this AU on there, you can just go through the hell's studio au tag on their blog.

There are also quite a few characters that aren't part of it, too, since the AU came out around Chapter 2 and 3, so obviously this AU is NOT compatible with canon- the characters all have their own designs and personalities which, while the latter of which are generally similar to canon (apart from a couple characters), are still pretty different. I like the hell's studio versions more

This AU also spawned a couple pages' worth of one-shot fanfiction and drabbles containing funny escapades of the main cast, some of which have been declared canon by the AU author, and others being fairly popular.

Of course, this also includes the most popular, non fandom crossover genfic in the fandom, which is Through a mirror, Darkly, part of the Cracked Glass fanfic series that there's no fucking way you HAVEN'T seen me talk about because holy shit. Holy F U C K

(Basically, it's a crossover fanfiction with Hell's Studio and Canon, it's SO good, with quite a bit of dark and angsty moments, but it's so charming and definitely has lax fluff too. ★彡 Like the Tendou chapter, you would most likely be closer to Tendou since Ushi and him are close anyways! You'll also have decent relationships with the team and maybe act like the motherly type to them to keep those boys in check. ★彡 Ushijima may not be the best at social cues, but ohhh man this dude can be poetic as hell unintentionally. He has his ways of setting up words and his surprisingly sets of word choices astonish you at some point, and of course you get confuse sometimes- Understanding poems can be hard as hell okay??

★彡 When seeing you stressed or overwhelmed with any situation, he'll bring you into a hug for who knows how long. Just him seeing you like that devastates him, same goes for a single tear coming from your face will make this man go in his overprotective mode. hey so, i’m now officially gonna make a slow return onto here - it’s been well over a month, and frankly i missed being on here. i guess i should give a lil update on my life for those who care, but i’ll get the rp parts outta the way first and put the rest under read more.

TL;DR, other than the starters people have written for me that i’ve yet to reply to, i’m dropping all my threads. i just really need a fresh start right now, and given that i’m going into a Master’s degree that’s in the English department, i’m not sure how well i’m going to be able to keep up with my more plot-heavy threads. i hope people see this as an opportunity to throw new ideas at me, and i hope to interact with some of the people who’ve recently followed me, so i feel like starting anew is the best way to go about it. 

for those who’ve left me asks, i’ll do my best to work through them. i may have to delete some, especially if they’re in reference to things that happened while i was gone, so please don’t take it personally. i’m just trying to take things at my own pace and time. i hope you all understand.

now, onto where the fuck i’ve been this past month and a bit.

so, back in late July, i was faced with a situation i was hoping i wouldn’t have to deal with, but nonetheless had anticipated - in searching for a place to live in for the school year with friends, they all bailed out on me. all their reasons were valid, but it put a crazy amount of stress on me, because i was already dealing with trying to get myself a car and the insurance for it. so i poured all of my energy into finding a place before i’d be forced to settle on a room i’d hate. 

for two weeks, i had to travel between my home city and the city the university was in to do viewings, which typically was a full day sort of ordeal. not that i didn’t do so beforehand with my friends, but it was taxing and frankly costed me a decent amount of money, especially when a lot of the places i initially looked at were incredibly shitty. i am so fortunate that i found the place i’m in now - sure, the room’s small, but the place is newly renovated, the rent’s cheaper than everywhere else i looked at, my roommates are very nice people, and it’s close to the university. 

when i had that out of the way though, i still had to deal with getting a car. my mom had been flip-flopping for WEEKS about whether or not she wanted to give me hers or not, but finally she did, which honestly ended up saving me a lot of money. dealing with the insurance had been a fucking nightmare though, and it’s actually still ongoing, but it should be resolved by the end of this week. during that time though, my mom had done absolutely nothing to help my stress, because there was potential that i had to stay with my parents for longer than i wanted to, since the car was still needed to get my brother to work, as well as needed for my mom to travel around to find herself a new car. the situation ended up being way more ideal than what my mom had projected, but still, you can imagine how much that sucked for me.

now, during this time, i had the brilliant idea of getting back into the dating pool. i ended up downloading a few apps, and met a guy that i really hit it off with - we’d talk pretty regularly on Discord, and we even went on a few dates. he had so many similar interests with me, was insanely intelligent, and he treated me with so much respect. by the second in-person date, i’m not gonna lie, i was head over heels for him. we even talked about him visiting me every weekend once school started up again, which was way more effort than any of my exes had ever put into me. 

but then, just a few days before i’d officially move into my new place, he messaged me saying he wasn’t ready for a relationship. even though we weren’t official or anything of the sort, it devastated me. i understood his reasons though, and we agreed to stay friends. sometimes it still hurts to think about, but i’m slowly but surely getting over it. we’ve sent each other the occasional message since then, but nothing more than that. 

i’ve also deleted all those apps since then -  i’m not sure how long it’s going to be before i’m okay with opening myself up like that to another person.

it wasn’t all bad though. i went to a wedding with my best friend, and her entire friend group from her hometown has basically accepted me as one of them - they’ve even invited me to join them in their yearly cottage trip that they’re hoping to have next year. i also got to meet up with an old friend from high school - even though it had been literally 3 years since we last saw each other, it felt like no time had passed at all. i got to see some family members that i also hadn’t seen in years, and just yesterday, i helped a friend move into a new place.

overall, the past month and a bit has been one hell of a rollercoaster for me. i hope things will be relatively more manageable, especially when my mental health is in such a fragile state - i need some healing, and part of that includes coming back here and doing what i love most. interacting with you all.

Maxwell ( and William )

     I love exploring his character! Like developing William and figuring out just how he developed into Maxwell is a lot of fun for me to think about, Klei put a lot of interesting lore into him and it’s nice expanding on it         especially in regards to the throne and ancients

     How he does genuinely care for others and how others do care for him, like the shift between ds and ds/t         it’s something i like to think about a lot, relearning to be human vibes

     And if i’m honest, his   ( though more as william )   passion for magic   fdsjkl just like   magic tricks and sleight of hand and so on always been something I’ve look very respectfully at but never found much reason/motivation to explore on it further, William's a perfect excuse to look into the history and try to learn somethings myself and    he believes a lot in it and it Is an important part to his character     and it helps make him feel more human, if that makes sense

And despite not having really used their blogs yet, going to do for @soulstarve and @trustytape as well, as a treat for myself

Wortox

     Comedic relief esc who uses humor as shield my absolute Beloved, there is honestly so many questions that Wortox raise that a lot of people overlook   ( myself included, I always mean to sit down and think about it more but end up not doing it )  and it’s a damn shame because there’s just so much that’s interesting about his character

     And in the same vein as that, he is a genuinely interesting character! He’s unlike the other survivors and it’s   ( similar to william -> maxwell in a way )   interesting to think about the time in between ds/the animation and dst   ( my headcanon being that after possession he went on a multiverse travel/took a while for him to come to terms with himself )            also v fun gameplay style, would have to consider my main and 10/10 would recommend weaving/buying wortox if ain’t got him

     Also he just, is fun to write! He’s overall a very light hearted character and makes me write in a way i wouldn’t normally do, I genuinely enjoy writing the lad    just a silly lil guy who’s Very powerful and doesn’t have to be around but sticks around to lend a hand regardless

     Haven't written her much   ( yet, planning to same as wortox once hiatus’s over )   but what attracted me to her character is      obviously fdskl    Sibling dynamic my Beloved, I bring it up a lot in regards to william and jack but    winona and charlie just Really hits me as well like        winona canonically spent 13 years putting pieces together and looking for Charlie and    it raises a lot of questions I’d like to try and answer

     The lore! Main reason i thought to write her was after playing her for a few seasons in dst            specifically the ones around being a former coal miner, it’s incredible how klei can put so much character development in such a nonintrusive/enriching way in the game i love it

     How she is kind of like everyone’s big sister      she cares for the others     she doesn’t really Get them but she cares for them regardless,   and in addition   she kind of reminds me a lot of some of the characters I’ve written/gravitated towards in the past that I’m rly fond of

💥 Dead silence dissipated all the nonsensical talk in the room before Bakugo stormed off, a shadow casted over his brow as his fingers creaked under its own force to remain fisted.

💥 As soon as he left, Tsuyu turned to you criticising your approach even though it was true. But the truth hurts and you believe everyone should deal with the pain 🤷🏽‍♀️ cmon bad bitch

💥 Arrived at your door after the whole brawl with Midoriya, jaw puffed and red coordinating with a nasty gash on his arm. You dragged him in, berating his choices on releasing his emotions like a neanderthal. Among the constant scolds, he silenced you with a simple sentence.

💥 The night consisted of him talking about his life, insecurities and fears while attempting to compose his emotions. With a little push, all the feelings he kept where released to the wild, for the better.

🥦 But he really admires your sharp tongue and frank mind. Unlike hisself, you plough through all nervous talks and thoughts, making your thoughts as clear as day.

🥦 After figuring out why he almost missed the talent show, you laid it on thick.

Aot ending went wrong in a few ways but Anr ending is the aot ending which went wrong in all the possible ways hence why u will subconsciously treat it as narrative separate from aot as a whole because it discards the narrative built up from the beginning to season 4. Not only dircard even change and completely twist it to something which wasnt even there. U cannot associate it with s1, s2,s3 at ALL bc its completely different and has no Correlation with it. Its like a tree formed without any roots bc here the roots is s1, s2,s3??? Ok now Lesee

( also: I only mentioned imp things which were excluded, now imagine if I talked bout the irrelevant details that were included 🤡 some other day when I have nothing to do like them perhaps)

1. Erens inner voice of "to protect Mikasa and Armin..." Since season 1 TILL the last arc: discarded. In season 1 thats literally the driving force of how eren manages to get hold of his titan powers. One of erens MAJOR motivation TILL the Last arc. This is A major part of erens CHARACTER itself. Honestly the fact Eren killed his all frnds himself is more than enough to butcher his character given who he was. His actions maybe unintentionally harm his friends BUT he WOULD NEVER kill his FRIENDS INTENTIONALLY??? Are you kidding me? Is this Eren you are talking bout? The guy who can give his life without a second thought for his friends??? Really?

2. Armin being picked over Erwin on Erens belief that he will be the savior of humanity: major foreshadowing and the point of RTS arc: completely discarded and thrown in trash can🤣what's the point of RTS then? (Tho I think it was handled not every well in canon, but EREN made SURE he remains true to his words)

3. Erens sayings and promises: like Armin being saviour, giving his friend a long life, wrapping the scarf around Mikasa (one of the major elements of season 2) completely discarded and no longer exists😂😂😂. Season 2s prominent scene is no longer relevant

4. Erens whole character. In fact u can't even associate it with season 4 Eren let aside pre teen eren because his core is completely changed. One of things of s4 eren is, he is not OPEN with his emotions at ALL which makes him seem very different because one of his defining traits is how openly emotional he is. Thats why eren stans (the ones who liked him since the beginning) including myself was confused. However getting deeper into it, we were shown moments where it was clear that eren was trying to hold his emotions in and maintain his built up composure e.g. when mikasa confronts him in marley attack, armin saying "the freedom to hurt him" during table scene, sashas death + much more. For instances we were shown him bout to breakdown. Along with that we were constantly shown his desires to grant his friends a long life. To erase the titans curse. To protect his people. These all are related to how exactly eren was in the previous season and by that we knew that in the core, eren is the same guy he was. He was always like this. That's how all humans are. No matter how much change they go through, in the core they will be the same. That is what makes them, THEM. HOWEVER in aotnr, erens core is no longer the same. his emotional volatility is not there. his friends are no longer important which literally discards the main elements from the previous season. He is a complete different person in the core. Thats why, that character isnt even eren. Thats why you cannot relate that character with the previous seasons’ eren at all unlike isayamas season 4 eren who is correlated with them.

5. EMA as the protagonists of aot: discarded. Armin and mikasa seems to play a lil bit tiny bit role but apart from that the whole cast no longer exists 😂but insignificant characters like Ymir and historia suddenly is😂😂

6. Ymir being the most powerful in their verse: discarded. Ymir being the goddess of aot world no longer relevant 😂. Canonically Ymir is the most powerful but at the same time incapable because of being struck in shackles of her own beliefs. Despite that she was still the most POWERFUL in their verse and everyone is aware of that. These two contradictory traits was handled well and didn't erase ymirs role as the founder and most powerful. in the fanon ending, Ymir is just a founder by name💀bc instead of her, erenold is given the founders abilities???ymir is just reduced to a child struck in paths.

In conclusion u can't see aotnorequiem with aot as a whole. It's the completely diff narrative and has no actual base from the story so far (and I wouldn't even bother to say it if people acted like it's fanon but the way people think it fits into narrative is funny because it doesn't)
