What if Eve was a human

So I was looking through my old artwork on my laptop and I found A lot of my older art that I forgot about like this time I drew Eve as a human So this is how I think she would look like I might redraw this because I have changed my art style a lot I drew this last year and I haven't drawn humans in a very long time because I just don't find enjoyment in it because I like to draw Muppets and non-humans because they're unrealistic and that's fun to come up with stuff but I know I will eventually have to draw humans So I'm trying to get better at that lol So yeah here's a little piece of mystics old art right here lmao 😂

Saw this post and couldn't resist because,

1.) @tesscourtes' human!Bill is a lil cutie-patootie menace that I very badly wanted to draw, and,

2.) I have a - M I G H T Y - N E E D - for any version of human!Bill to find any way he possibly can to annoy Ford a whole lot :D

Also, 3.) I like to headcanon that Bill's knowledge in The Sciences is mostly limited to 'Ways I Can Make A Really Cool Doomsday Portal', and everything else he knows is just a slapdash mix of the stuff he remembers from whatever schooling he went through on Euclydia, a whole awful lot of lucky guesses (which he WILL gaslight you about if you tell him he's wrong), and - naturally - conning all the rest of the answers he needs out of any more educated saps who are unfortunate enough to be around him at the time (answers which he will then proceed to take credit for), so as far as I'm concerned, this "outfit" is perfect for him.

Ignore the shitty backgrounds, I am sick to death of doing backgrounds, I just want to draw goofy shenanigans, okay???

The one, the only, the bastard himself. Skybound Human! Starscream. Complete with a shit eating grin~ gee I sure how he hasn't committed any war crimes-

But this was a challenge for me! I wanted aomthing between 70's and 80's vibe. For his hair I wanted it to be fluffy and a bit long. The kind that can get soaked in blood and dramatically slicks his hair back - (then you wonder GURL EW WHY???)

He has a leather bomber jacket, the insgina on his sleeves but I also wnates to give him medals of sorts in his jacket!

Bastard got one eye no legs and is STILL BEING A DEMANDING LIL WHINER (I hate him/aff) I had to put a hole in his head it was needed. He doenst want an eye patch and he will just wear these scars. I also wanted to scar him up to hell and back.

He has slashes on his neck , face, back, everywhere. He is just covered in battle scars.

His dog tags also have certain names on them. (If ya knowwww ya knowwww) They aren't his own and are usually tucked inside his jacket. Away from questioning eyes.

But now we get to Pre trauma bomb Starscream when he was a lil Ultchar

Dawwwwww who knew this face would be a maniac? Probably Megatron let's be real.

I wanted to give him shirt hair, a rounder face bigger eyes filled with wonder and not tainted by death and the horror of war. He's just a baby here.

Pondering a new rancher au (yes the giant fucking bird is Jimmy) - rambling/explanation under the cut

Ok rambling time!

So it’s set in a that was similar to the modern day, but after in a post-apocalyptic world (recent enough that they both would’ve known the world before). Not a zombie apocalypse or anything, though. There may be Foes but probably not.

I’m not exactly sure what the apocalypse that happened actually is yet, but it’s left the world an ash-covered wasteland with few ruins and even fewer survivors (survivors being organisms in general, not just humans). I want the landscape to be kind of surreal and bizarre, but I haven’t decided if that’s because of the apocalypse or not. Maybe it was just Like That lol.

Anyway, one thing you may want to know more about, is why the hell is Jimmy a giant bird? And the answer is: I like giant birds. In all seriousness though, he’s cursed! Don’t know why. He was a normal ass dude. Now he’s a bird.

Tango might also be cursed? Depends on how edgy I end up wanting this to be lol. He might be an undead wraith or something who knows.

You will have to bare with me, I don't save many of my studies, and my files aren't that organized so I don't have as many images as I would like.

The studies I've found most helpful for myself personally with painting are various master studies. (This is also, as always, alongside study of fundamentals.) And always follow a study with self-critique (and, if you can get it, outside critique!)

"Master" in this sense means anyone who you want to learn something from.

One way you can do this is by copying an artist's work directly. This is to try and understand some of their stylistic techniques. Leyendecker, Andrew Loomis, and John Singer Sargent are personal favorites of mine! I try to keep these quick, I'm not trying to get an exact copy.

I also get a lot out of copying photos. In this case, I'm not trying to glean some technique, rather, I'm trying to interpret the photo and explore my own stylizations.

I also really enjoy taking a painting or piece that already exists, and making it "mine" by putting my characters in it haha, which is sort of a combination of master studies and photo studies!

And then, in my work that's not a study at all, I'm informed by all of these!

What master studies do is help me refine my style and practice my technique, but also I'm communicating with artists of the past through my art! They're teaching me! And I have so much to learn.

And of course... most importantly... I paint.

I don't do as much study anymore, not because I feel I've learned all I need to, but because for work I draw 50+ drawings a week. 'Drawing for work' and 'study' occupy the same space in my brain and I need some fun drawing time!

So to sum up, draw a lot, reference constantly, and copy the people you want to draw more like!

(and, of course, when doing a study off of someone else's work, always give them credit. If it's your photos there's no need.)
