Headcanon: Laffite is the Blackbeard pirates member who isn't really seen a lot in Hachinosu because he's executing a part of Blackbeard's plan (whatever it is) and that's why he doesn't appear a lot in the manga/anime.

Tbh Blackbeard's big back probably didn't even make it.
