Steve who struggles to read people. Who ended up in the popular crowd cuz he’d occasionally make blunt remarks or answer a little too honestly, and people mistook that for haughtiness.

Steve who was seen as ‘cool’ because if anyone tried to bully him he’d shoot back wise cracks, not realizing the other was trying to belittle him. And people ate it up. Thought he was funny. Steve who serves as good as he gets, who can take a joke. Steve who’s cool.

Steve who struggles to know when someone is truly mad or just playing around. Who doesn’t pick up on someone being passive aggressive.

And Eddie who never beats around the bush. Who wears his heart on his sleeve, who says exactly what’s on his mind. Who’s so expressive and real that Steve doesn’t have to wonder if he’s missing something, if Eddie is saying one thing but means the other.

Robin who is just the same. Who doesn’t belittle him when he asks what people mean, or takes something literal. He doesn’t feel like he’s an idiot when she corrects him either.

The biggest misconception in the bsd fandom ever to me is people constantly portraying Atsushi as someone who trauma dumps excessively when he canonically barely talks about it at all.

The entire point is that Atsushi does not talk about his trauma he’s just constantly reliving it. He can’t escape the memories of his past so he tries not to acknowledge them.

He only mentions it when asked, either directly or when someone asks him to explain himself.

Atsushi doesn’t even give a cohesive explanation for what he saw while under Dogra Magra, he just apologizes to Haruno and Naomi.

If Lucy hadn’t had her whole “you’ve never suffered the way I have” spiel then I doubt even the audience would’ve gotten to find out about his scars

If Akutagawa never asked him how it felt for the orphanage headmaster to die Atsushi would have never told him that he’s been hallucinating.

In the omake where Kyoka asks him why his hair is like that it’s clear he wouldn’t have told her that unless she had asked.

In 55 minutes Atsushi very briefly mentions sleeping on a dirty floor somewhere to Kunikida because he was trying to explain and justify his behavior.

And the thing is there are scenes that implies the other characters see Atsushi behaving strangely and are visibly confused because they do not understand what’s wrong with him.

Remember, we as an audience get to see things about characters that the main cast doesn’t. Just because we see into Atsushi’s mind doesn’t mean the other characters know what’s going on in there.

CBS Ghosts is my new guilty pleasure so take my new OCs. The Blanchet family were distant French cousins of the Woodstones who visited the house in the early 1900s, only for a violent house robbery to take the life of their youngest daughter, Mercedes, and her loyal self appointed guard dog, Horse. Only 8 years old, it takes some time for Mercedes to understand her fate, and for some time she’d be very distressed that her family seem to be ignoring her. On the bright side, the other ghosts are there to try and make things easier, though the misfit collective have a hard time caring for a child given their circumstances, and conflicting ideas on how best to raise a little girl.

Of all the ghosts, she is closest with Thorfinn. He has a soft spot for the little girl.

I do think garp and Zoro would get on splendidly. As they are after all the same flavor of person.

any attempt to put all three of them in the same room will give Mihawk ulcers.

Mihawk would comment on their stupidity

Garp would respond “ain’t got to be smart to be a marine” and zoro would raise his glass in salute “ here, here”

And Mihawk’s blood pressure would reach levels previously inaccessible by man.

Recently rewatched Risk and Strike Back and it’s missing Flairmidable hours. He’s there for half an episode but he stole the show for me. I genuinely think up until things go down with Strike Back, he’s having a good time. Not just because he’s pretending to be Adrien or because he has a good plan in mind to get what he wants but he looks so amazed when he first sees a kwami like Barkk. He’s fascinated by the fact that Ladybug can travel through time. Being a temporary superhero is fun, up until it comes to fighting Strike Back. You can see the moment his mood drops. “Teleport them where?” He knows the answer won’t be one he likes. He knows that he can’t do anything to help his fellow Sentis but he still quietly tells them he’s sorry. He might’ve promised himself it would never happen again. No one would ever suffer like Strike Back did. He would make sure of it. His last act as Flairmidable.

(But then there’s Red Moon and that promise is broken.)

Lore: Bass was created based on Rock’s plans. While he (obviously) doesn’t share his personality, Bass and Rock have enough things in common that Bass somehow came to the conclusion that there must be a “superior” robot between the two of them. Thus began their “rivalry”…which only Bass is aware of lol

Atsushi has a poor habit of accidentally getting pictures and videos of him uploaded online. It started as a coincidence the first couple times but now it’s a running joke, made more ironic by how Atsushi is actually incredibly camera shy.

Over the course of time Atsushi has gotten 3 videos of him fighting against an enemy solo, a recording of him singing his favorite song(said song had its own 5 minutes of fame because of that recording), he somehow managed to be the one to go on a “mission” that was actually a research project to see how people act when they are alone where a bunch of bodyguards are hired to stay alone on an empty stage for an allotted amount of time, too many random photographs of him to count, and more.

Some people are even starting to accuse Fukuzawa of having Atsushi do this intentionally to attract more clients by showing off one of his cute employees, which Atsushi would speak out against if the cute part didn’t trip him up so much. All in all Atsushi happens to get a lot of inconvenient attention and the agency has learned to live with their little trouble magnet.

Assorted Aggie/magma doodles of me and my friends’ critters (plus Allan and Charlie). I have a crittersona whom I have yet to name. Some sort of goblin shark, bird, rat thing. Yes that is a Charlie plush doused in milk. One day…

You can somewhat see the evolution of the critter-sona here, they’d originally had a small brow ridge and Allan-ish eyes. I gave them dot eyes because only Charlie had them to my memory. They’d also were meant to just be a background character, never interacting with the canon fellows, minus the crossing of paths on occasion… but then I had fun imagining them being coworkers, so. I don’t know if it’s an AU or not, just roll with it. Important details: teeth and long ass fingers

Mr Boss and Pim are surprisingly pains in the ass to draw, if you were wondering. Somehow I get the Boss more correct than Mr pink circle somehow.

turning over the confessions blog anon and it’s like. i understand where they’re coming from in terms of being frustrated with some popular characterizations and conversations that maybe are a little stagnate when you’ve been having those same conversations for a few months. seeing new people come in and discover all those same things that got big in january or whatever. but it’s also somewhat on the individual to advance those conversations! to curate their own space, even if that means leaving. and it’s fine to leave! it’s fine to block, it’s fine to carve out a two person discord and go nuts with someone you trust. and it’s fine to have those thoughts and criticisms of the content you consume, and even to push back against said content where appropriate. where i think it strays for me is taking those thoughts really public and essentially publishing an EVERYBODY is doing it wrong in ways i specifically don’t like kinda thing. not getting into specifics so feeling aren’t hurt, but then it’s too broad and everyone is hurt anyways…. like in many ways i think it’s too small of a fandom to alienate almost every creator like that bc everyone will see it personally lol. “i don’t like the content in this fandom” girl there’s like 20 of us! and that’s just kind of mean ! some things can be inside thoughts ! or discord thoughts etc… idk it’s a lil misguided to me. fandom content created on here is usually created because it’s fun for the creator and they want to share it with a community, and i think the key to shifting a narrative in fandom is to join said community and create for yourself, and sometimes advancing those communities takes criticism and conversation, but it’s usually specific and additive, not vague and somewhat entitled. just my two cents
