We have (with little to no comedic exaggeration):#1) WWX whistling and somehow summoning not one but several horses to his side.#2) meeting the surviving Wen sect members who insist on not leaving Wen Ning behind.#Only for it to cut back to Wen Ning ripping a guy in half. (Not pictured here. I tried so hard but I could not make it look good).#Personally I feel like we moved on way too fast from the horse thing. Where did they come from? WWX couldn't have brought them.#He *just* found out there were more people left behind.#So...are the from the Jing sect? Are these disloyal horses? Or does WWX have incredible animal charisma skills?#It feels a bit like a DND player asked to call in some horses and the DM said 'Sure if you roll well enough' and it was a natural 20.#Maybe this is just my own envy cutting through. God damn I wish I could whistle and summon a horse to my side whenever I needed to.#I know I should not be so hung up on the horses. But my brain is cooked. I have been so sick.#The kind of sickness that makes it hard to breathe. Or think. Or have any energy at all.#I wish I had good commentary to write here. I just...really want a nap. And for October to restart to make up for all the lost time.#Thank you all for being so kind and patient once again. It truly means a lot.

So as gauche as it's gonna be, I'm gonna be back to posting & boosting preorders despite everything :[ Like especially because I have all these amazing guest artists who put their hard work into designing for this set & have entrusted me with their artwork.. I don't want to let them down by having the collection fall flat. I wish I'd chosen different timing for these preorders but unfortunately there wasn't realistically any other time that would work since we'll be moving early next year. I hope you'll all understand that I've gotta keep trying to push forward. Thanks as always for your support, everyone 🖤

meet dolores madrigal!

dolores is the leader of the group! though it may not seem like it from the outside looking in, she is responsible for the formation of las milagras! dolores is studying literature but in her free time prefers songwriting! she got the idea to form a group and asked the other girls if they were interested! and so las milagras were born! dolores is known for being especially cryptic in interviews, social media or general interactions with fans! she’s very secretive about her writing material and will opt for using riddles or codes to hint at announcements, often confusing just about everyone with it! though not the most open in person, dolores writes with such a passion and vulnerability that really connects with the fans! her absolute favorite songs to write are ballads as she pours her heart out on stage! dolores is leading in all the business and creative decisions regarding the group and the other girls will often go to her for advice on just about anything! dolores is insecure about her stage presence compared to the others as whilst she’s the lead vocalist she feels overshadowed by the likes of isabela who seems to captivate everyone. dolores loves bringing out her guitar for the slower songs and will often just sit on the stage taking in the moment! the hardest part is keeping all of this a secret from her (not so smart) boyfriend, mariano! having the popstar name dolores when her real name is delores doesn’t seem the smartest move but somehow mariano has not caught on. like at all.

FINALLY got the designs of the canon iterators nailed down. credit to @/poppy-purpura for the inspo with purple sig! it has nestled itself into my brain and will not leave. please. someone send help. it's tearing up the blankets.

i've also been playing with features of medibang and using ancient digital coloring tutorials so the colors i initially used got warped. below the cut are my colors and the sketchbook sketch that inspired this!

#doodlie!#rain world #looks to the moon #five pebbles #no significant harassment #seven red suns #from the lynx herself #october 8th #i drew moon and pebbs back in february with a more solidified design #but that ive drawn all of em (except suns) multiple times #i like these designs now!#fun fact for personal design lore #moon got the cute scarfbow thing after sig told her shed look cute with a scarf #and so she was gifted one by her citizens #and it became so iconic that when pebbles outfit was designed they made him a scarf similar to hers #but originally his shawl was red like hers #because hes merely “an extension of her”#“his big sisters life support” and all that nasty business #the cyan shawl came about later #one of his requests for artificer was to fetch him this shawl that one of his citizens had made but couldnt deliver before mass ascension #and she only did about half the job before mysteriously disappearing #rivulet found it later and gave it to him before taking the rarefaction cell to moon #read into that how you will :D

#one piece #sanji #black leg sanji #everysanji #punk hazard #ch658 #so today was my first day at my new job up in the mountains #its absolutely gorgeous up here btw its already snowing out here in mid october #but anyway we did the normal like. orientation go over the handbook stuff #and then we got sent with our supervisor for back of house and.#me and one of the other new guys struggled so hard to build a shelf #TBF the guy said 'leave a space on the bottom for the big pots'#so i didnt think we should get the bottom shelf on there. uhm.#we had to put two layers on sideways and its probably not the best shelf out there #BUT IT WORKS.#anyway after we finished that i got really dizzy so i had to go sit down #i've been at higher altitudes but u do really gotta take it easy for a bit #anyway i hope i'm more serving food to people than cooking it. which is still part of boh #i just dont want to be a line cook entirely...#but i can grill burgers and shit i just. prefer to do other things #i always preferred to do like assembly when i was boh at the a&w. and fry station was fine too #i just like interacting with people though

I’ll be honest, for as many years at I’ve seen October art/writing challenges (and art challenges the rest of the weeks/months of the year), I’ve only attempted a few and never finished any.

That being said, I think what I’m going to do for my umpteenth attempt this new October is to just.. do. Just do something every day. Any challenge, any prompt, any event, even if it’s mixed and mismatched. Doesn’t matter if it’s finished, though I will try for it. A few well-typed sentences, a sketched drawing, an unfinished study, I’ll still label them a success. I want my goal for this month to be to make improvements in my art and passions and to make an effort. Not bogged down by perfectionism or despair or lack of motivation or whatever else may stop me. I want to make the challenge of this month for me to live my life thoughtfully and love and respect what I bring into it again.

#ghost posts #i did officially join one challenge #and that’s going to be my main focus which is definitely out of my comfort zone #but I’m trying to make it a goal to work on my art/writing in general again #and just using the start of the month as a kick off I guess lol #I’ve already spent the first two days working on sculptures and thinking about writing ideas #it’s been a long time since I’ve loved my art so I’m hoping to work towards that this month #and not be so caught up in my own head and fatigue #obvs only so much I can do if I have a fatigue episode #but then I make that time into rest/audiobook time #and start back again when I wake up #anyway yeah this is my own challenge for challenge month lol #i keep trying to find little ways to improve my life and I’m hopeful #going to try to work on my fitness and diet too 💪#balanced diet I don’t do that trend stuff #also above all working on my faith. scriptures and sermons #move over New Years resolutions this is October makeover
