i really hate to ask for help cuz like, it makes me feel vulnerable, but like, I need help with affording food to feed myself and sister, and stuff to make my life more livable like new clothes and toiletries.

not getting into it.in detail but I live in a pretty abusive household that gets harder to leave by the second and it does take a massive toll on my mental and physical health.

honestly i didn't do anywhere near as much experimentation as i wanted to at the start of the year? but i still find it insane that i managed to draw as much as i did.

i'm gonna be honest! drawing's become much more difficult for me as of late! it physically hurts now, even if all i've drawn is a couple of doodles. same goes for writing. my hands ache a lot more often and tbh i wouldn't be surprised if i got something like carpal tunnel or arthritis. no clue though!

i think my whole like. resolution for art next year will to just take it easy with things and do what i want. i don't really want to improve anymore, i wanna get myself in a comfortable spot where i'm happy about drawing and writing because, tbh, it does feel like a chore sometimes. my mental health has been through crazy ups and downs this year (then again when does it not?), and it's like. how do i put it. i want to be mentally healthy enough to draw as often as i used to. i need that joy back in my life

aaaand. well. my next uni semester's my last. and i doubt i'll have a job for a good while. so hey! maybe next late spring/summer will be a good time to recover! we'll see :3

first art post of the new year!!! granted, i don't share my art here that much anyway, but– shhh.

hehehehhhooo,, here's something i've been working on for 'bout a month,, albeit not consecutively– took a few,, very very long breaks in between working on this,, but i managed to finish it in the end! am i satisfied with it? .......ehhhh? not completely, but if this took any longer, it might not have seen the light of day, so like. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

anyway,, made a little poster for my favorite fic, tommyinnit's services for villains, vigilantes, and various other vagabonds, by @scorpionoesit!!! it's really really good,,, and i've always wanted to make more art for it,, so i decided– poster! at least,, that's what it's mean to resemble,,, dkdmkdmdkd.

i will freely admit,, i'm... not the biggest fan of the fan-made logo i tried to design for it,, feels a bit boring, and could definitely have used a bit more pizazz, something to make feel more like the fic itself(what does that mean? you figure that out),,,, but– again, steam was running low,, dkdnksjs. graphic design is my passion. i do also have other complaints, but i'm afraid i already punched my one-use self-critique card,, oh well,,, dkdnkxjdkd.

regardless,, even with the flaws only i can really see,, this still turned out pretty okay!! hope you enjoy it, mx. scorpio and mx. alibi!!! and i hope everyone else has a wonderful new year!!!!

Meet my Tav! His name's Lyric, a tiefling druid/rogue. Don't let his baby-face fool you, he's got quite the feral side, a trait which, along with his biting sarcasm, won Astarion over pretty quickly. Though not one for starting fights, he'll always gladly finish them, especially if there's a reward involved. Otherwise he's fairly easy going, always up for a good prank. Act like a prick, though, especially toward his friends, and you'll soon find his fist in your face. Like Aradin. Fuck Aradin.

i havent even read enough gl to justify the feelings and emotions i have about kyle i just have the lovers heart and also something wrong with me. and my projection. in my mind he's just like me. and he would have loved college vending machine frozen cheeseburger and heating it up in the microwave at 1 in the morning because he was bored and didn't want to work on a drawing assignment on 20" x 30" paper that was due tomorrow in his freshman year. he would have loved going to the club to push off finals work that's creating the worst stress known to man in his brain. and he would love to annoy the fuck out of his roommate when high and avoiding homework on a saturday.
