We know that Ted hates tea, he brings it up again this episode. And yet he ends up drinking it and as a result he has an epiphany (in that scene there are bi colours and him inside an upside down pink triangle). And he seemingly had a good experience because he drank that tea (consider also that Beard says the drugs didn’t work, so it was just the tea that made Ted feel great (if we're not thinking that Beard is so used to taking this kind of drug that he needs more of it and it did actually work for Ted)).

Let me now take you to a movie. The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes. This movie is known for being a queer Sherlock Holmes adaption, although perhaps not as explicit as you’d want it to be. But it’s still a queer Sherlock Holmes adaption. There is a scene in that movie where a man tries to convince Sherlock to sleep with a woman so that she can have a perfect child. Sherlock tries to get out of it and asks if there aren’t other clever men they could choose from. The man says that they have tried and one of them was Tchaikovsky. When talking about Tchaikovsky the man says that it didn’t work because women aren't Tchaikovsky's glass of tea. Sherlock then says that he is not a free man and implies that he and John are in a relationship. The man is surprised and ends up asking: “You mean, you and Doctor Watson… he is your glass of tea?” To which Sherlock answers “If you want to be picturesque about it”. Tea is queer.

Two random scenes about tea, surely that doesn't mean anything? Perhaps not, but let's not forget that we got a reference to Sherlock Holmes from Trent the very same episode. He says to Colin: “I used my Holmesian powers of journalistic deduction”. But he ends up admitting that he knew about Colin because he saw him kissing a guy. A very John Watson thing to do. Trying to be like Sherlock but he isn’t, but he has his own set of skills. Then we can't forget that both Trent and Watson are writers, and both of them are writing about a man they love admire.

So, Ted drinks a glass of tea and ends up having a positive experience, with bi colours and queer symbols. Tea is queer, Ted didn't want tea before but perhaps now he does?

I feel like 99% of the Silmarillion fans forget that Fëanor was actually a very likeable guy for most of his life.

That is literally a significant part of why people followed him. A lot of people loved and admired him. He wasn't mean to random people, and definitely not "a toxic husband/father." The whole point of his story is that he was universally beloved, which is what made his fall so impactful.

like. they‘re childhood friends and of course they’re more comfortable with each other than pretty much anyone else. momo was just letting a friend help her sleep since she was being hunted by reiko. shes been shown pining over okarun in so many other instances by this point that it could be reasonable to assume she doesn’t have any lingering feelings for jiji and that this interaction is completely platonic from her side.

but does okarun know that? for all he knows, jiji was her first romantic interest and jiji still has feelings for her. plus, they get along really well. on top of all of that, he only sees himself as „an awkward guy,“ after all, being socially inept and self-conscious, not athletic or charismatic the way jiji is. it would be perfectly reasonable for him to assume that momo prefers jiji over him, since what he sees in jiji is everything he isn’t.

I'm not used to making comics- It's probably gonna take me a while until I finish this one considering I have other things i gotta work on hehe,, but trust me I'll finish it!!

So i been slowly watching some Sonic X with me bro and I have some hcs—

1. Sonic seems to love the Chao + classic Sonic low-key mute + Chao don't really speak with words = Sonic grew up around/was raised by Chao

2. Sonic can't stand being trapped indoors without a clear escape route and is just fine sleeping under the stars or in a cave or up in a tree, but Tails needs a home so maybe Sonic and the Chao build a house for him to stay in. Sonic rarely stays in it himself but he does stay to take care of him for the first few years (Tails does not really remember most of this.)

3. Sonic learns to talk solely so he can talk to Tails

4. Once Tails is old enough (i.e can reach the counter and make himself food,) Sonic mostly leaves him to his own devices and goes back to his adventuring with the wind. The older Tails gets the more often Sonic dissappears randomly but he always comes back to check on his lil bro and likes to nap in the hammock Tails made him

Anyway point is I'm a big fan of Sonic's characterization in Sonic X and I'm barely three eps in this is exactly what I wanted from a Sonic show 10/10

MePhone is a tad less impressed with Toilet's art than MePad is, haha.
