Besties 4: Mommy’s Going on a Date!
“Ooh, speaking of pegs, I forgot to mention what Connor got me for our one-month anniversary!” Heather excitedly left the room and came back holding a massive 8-inch strap-on! I couldn’t believe this thing; it was flesh-colored with bulging veins and even pubic hair! "Wow, girl, talk about a detailed replica!” I laughed as she held it up. She wobbled it by the harness with a wink: “Get this; it's modeled after Connor's cock!” Heather was beaming with pride as she showed it off to me. "It's my favorite way to mess with Brandon," she boasted. “Imagine being fucked by the same cock that stole your girlfriend, who’s also the one fucking you with it!”
Brandon was literally screwed once Heather had enough of his crap. She was totally in her element, totally ruining his life. And honestly, I was so here for it. The best part of it? When she told me, she made him moan Connor's name while she pounded his sorry ass with that big fake dick. Like, could he be any more pathetic? I almost felt bad for him.
“Aw…” Heather cooed in her mommy voice again at the trembling sissy, “Isn't that right, Brandi? Don't you just love it when mommy helps you practice how to get ready for daddy-sissy time? It's just so precious and fun, isn't it?” She turned to me and stuck out her tongue; She just loves when I make her beg for Daddy's cock to fuck her deeper, trust me!” Tears of humiliation were flowing down the sissy's flushed face. "And watching in the mirror while Mommy stretches his little sissy hole? It’s just her favorite!”
Heather's phone buzzed, and she practically flew out of her seat when she saw that it was Connor. "Oh my God, it's him!" She exclaimed, her voice dripping with excitement like a teenager on her first date. I couldn't help but smile at her excitement, glad to see her so happy, replacing Brandon’s worthless ass.
"Answer it, girl," I urged her on. Of course, the minute her phone hit her ear, she tried to sound flirty. She was using the ‘sexy voice’ I always tease her about. Ugh, she was so typical. "I can't leave; I have a girlfriend visiting me," she continued, emphasizing the word "girlfriend" with a smirk and a wink. "But I miss you too, she sighed, clearly missing her new boytoy. "But like, I also really miss that dick," she added with a laugh, earning an eye roll from me. But hey, she got rid of the fuckface, so who am I to judge?
Heather was clearly loving her new life with Connor. "Sweetie, you better hope you ride dick better than you flirt over the phone!" I laughed. “But if you’re so desperate for a good time, why don’t you just go over there and throw yourself at him?” She stuck a thumb at Brandi. “What am I going to do with this loser if I go out?”
Brandon was hating every minute of this, and I really wanted to make it worse for him. "Girl, don't even worry about it,” I said with a smile. “You need some good dick, and I happen to know just the person who would be thrilled to take care of your little sissy cucky baby while you're away," I teased Heather, winking at Brandon, who was now looking terrified. Heather couldn't contain her laughter.
"And who might that be?" Heather asked, raising an eyebrow, clearly interested in wherever I was going with this. "Babysitter Lyndsay!" I giggled. "I could take care of Brandi all night long if you'd like. Maybe even until the morning." Heather turned to Brandon and mockingly asked for his opinion, knowing he had no real say in the matter. "What do you think, Princess? Should Ms. Lyndsey be your babysitter while Mommy goes and has a 'playdate' with Daddy?"
I couldn't help but smirk as I watched Brandon's face turn a bright shade of red. Heather owned him now, though, and there wasn't a thing he could do about it. "Aww, are you not sure, sweetie?" Even with a gag in his mouth, he was clearly very pissed. But Heather just continued to mess with him. "What's wrong, little man? Feeling frustrated that Daddy gets all the attention while you're stuck in Pampers?"
I had to stifle a laugh; Brandon looked so sad he might cry. She turned to me, her eyes lighting up, and shrugged. "Ms. Lyndsey is very kind to want to babysit, so make sure you behave, Brandi! Maybe Mommy will have a special surprise for breakfast tomorrow!"
"Surprise?" I asked, knowing that whatever it was, it would be fun for us and terrible for Brandon. Heather just winked as she headed toward her bedroom. "Brandi's on a special, uh, 'protein only diet'. You'll see what I mean."
As she disappeared down the hallway, I was left alone with Brandon. I put on my sweetest baby talk voice. "Aww, whose a cute sissy baby? Is it Brandi? Yes, it is!" I said as I grabbed his chin and brought our faces close together. "Aww, go ahead and cry for Ms. Lyndsey, sissy baby. No matter how much of a bitch you think Heather is, I’m going to fuck with you ten times worse.” The worthless loser looked like he was going to dirty his Pampers right there. He was so scared.
"Oh, honey," I cooed as I pushed his head back and stood up, my perfectly manicured nails tapping against my chin in fake contemplation. "Heather never mentioned my college boyfriend, did she? Brad was quite the catch, not like you at all," I sneered, relishing in the sight of Brandon quivering with fear.
"Brad knew how to handle a strong woman. I can't say the same for you, sweetheart," I taunted, taking a sip of my 8th glass of wine for the evening, feeling giddy and like a bad bitch. “He was a real man, but he loved being told what to do in bed. I learned all about fun kinks—teasing and denial, chastity, you name it!”
Fuck, this was getting spicy. Who knew my best friend’s loser boyfriend dressed as a sissy would do it for me? “Oh, Brandi, you sweet sissy girlie,” let me tell you it was hot!” I placed my index finger in front of Brandon’s face. “I had him wrapped around my perfectly manicured finger. I'd tease and please him, but never let him have all the fun. And he would just beg and plead with me to let him cum. But you know, a girl needs to get her fill too, and I wouldn't keep him waiting too long; I'm not that cruel...to real men.”
The wine was clearly helping me loosen up, and the scared look in Brandon’s eyes was definitely giving me a rush. "You," I snapped, grabbing Brandon's hair and pulling him closer to me. His eyes were fixated on my tight, short skirt. Wow, I was turned on just thinking about the night I could spend ruining poor Brandi. "You, though, will never, ever think about touching another woman as long as I'm around! Unlike Brad, I don’t care how much you beg; I am that cruel to worthless sissy losers." I growled, giving his hair a rough tug to make sure he was paying attention.
"And of course, there will be a lot of teasing for me and begging from you, I promise,” I said with a wink. Brandon's wide-eyed stare showed me that he knew he was fucked, and I couldn't help but smile. Sure, Heather had the strap-on, but I had this sissy by his caged cock.
My fun was interrupted by Heather calling to us from the bedroom. "Ms. Lyndsey, would you mind bringing Brandi in here? I want him to see my outfit for Daddy tonight!" I rolled my eyes and smirked at the pathetic little sissy kneeling before me. “Aww, sissy, are you, like, totally stoked to check out Mommy's sexy outfit?" I sneered at Brandon, enjoying his embarrassed blush as he shamefully looked down at the ground. I had to laugh at the pathetic sight of him standing there, afraid to even make eye contact with me.
“Come on, Brandi, a sissy cuck like you must love thinking about your girlfriend getting fucked by a real man!” He was crying again. What a loser. “You're such a lucky little sissy girl; you even get to watch her get all dressed up for her date," I taunted, playfully poking his chest. He tried to shake back tears and just stared at the ground. "Fine, let's go see Mommy then, little crybaby." I rolled my eyes and firmly spanked his diapered bottom; “stop throwing temper tantrums. No one actually cares about how you feel."

Got bored in class here’s a little Captainx2 but bad ending where the go back in time. You know the drill.
“-And you're sure he’s not some alien clone or something??”
Their minds started to stir at the muffled noises around them. It sounded like talking? But they weren't too sure. Maybe they just slept in again, or…did something happen? He knows that he should’ve been more quick in getting up but they felt so drowsy. Leo thought about taking a bit longer laying down in the surprisingly comfortable bed, but against his will their eyes slowly opened. It was all blurry, there was light, he squinted, he could make out a group with bright colors around their head, then he saw a blurry figure coming closer to him. His vision cleared at the figure.
“Casey…?”
“Sensei! You're awake!”
With the sound of his voice to reassure him Casey was actually there, he started to feel a strong sadness but also pride built up in him.
“Casey!”
He lunged off the bed ignoring the stinging at their side and engulfed the boy in a hug, patting his hair with their non metal hand.
“Casey I thought I’d never see you again…” Tears began to sting their left eye.
“I know I thought you were…but you're here! You're really here!”
“I’m here Casey, we're here.”
After a few more seconds of their tearful hug someone gave a loud-obviously fake- cough. They looked up from Casey's shoulder to the group of familiar faces all with color coded bandanas, The younger versions of their brothers and themselves. They were so happy to see Casey again that they forgot where they were, or when they were- how did they even get here? The resistance failed -Mikey… -time gateway -the laser… -how are we even alive? - how did we go back in time? -Maybe Mikey cast some spell or somethin’ -He never told us he had a spell to do anything like that -Maybe- There was another fake cough and they were snapped back to the present -past? -focus -sorry!
“Ah um- I’m sorry -um Hi” Leo said with his hand still on Casey's shoulder. Terrible opening -well they caught us off guard!
“Nice ta meet you?” They put their metal hand out in front of them. I mean technically we're not meeting them -Well what else am I supposed to say Leo? Nice ta ‘technically’ meet ya? -I don't know! The younger turtles glanced at each other and started pushing at each other. They kept squabbling and pushing until Raph was pushed in front. Do we really look that bad???
“Uh nice ta meet ya...older…Leo..?” He shook their hand with a nervous smile.
Leo? They looked confused and turned to Casey,
“Casey, did you tell them?”
“Tell them what?”
“About Raph…and the whole situation?”
“Oh! Right! um well… it never really came up..? I’m so sorry, Senseis!” He apologized with his hands together and bowed his head, it was kind of funny to them.
“It’s alright kid.” They patted the boy's head. That just means we get to wow some suspicious teens.
“Tell us about what…?” Younger Leo said, squinting his eyes.
The older double stood up to their full height which was equal to the younger Raph’s.
“Alright, you guessed half right on who I am…” Oh brother, they all got their hands close to their weapons -except for Casey, he looked like an excited puppy.
“I am Leo.” He said left hand over his chest. On his right arm, red ninpo started to flare up and twirled above until it took on a huge transparent form.
“And I’m Raph!” He said flexing one arm.
“Raph!!??” The younger turtles all said in unison, jaws dropped. The pair started to laugh at their amusing reaction -maybe a little hard as their side struck them with a sharp pain. Raph’s ninpo dissipated and they were hunched over hands on their bandaged wound. Casey quickly gave them support.
“Get him back to bed, not even a few minutes and he’s already exerted himself.” Doctor Donnie ordered and then they were set back in bed, their side throbbing. Sorry, maybe using my ninpo wasn’t a good idea.. -it’s fine. Even trying to think was hard to do. They saw Donnie dropping something into a tube that they hadn’t realized was attached to their arm.
“Donnie wait! Don’t put him to sleep yet, I have so many questions!!” Mikey was pulling on Donnie’s arm. The pain started to dull and everything became fuzzy again until there wasn’t anything.

three more scug designs!
btw usually ill refer to slugcats just with they/them pronouns but some of them will use pronouns like he/him or she/her depending on my personal headcanons for them i think arti and hunter use any pronouns but use she/her the most, rivulet uses he/they, and spearmaster uses any but primarily they/them idk man its just how i see them, call any of them whatever you like !!!!
anyways
monk is one of the few slugcats in the group with no glowing whatsoever, instead being able to grow flowers on their back these flowers can be picked without hurting monk, and if gifted to any creature will remove any hostility that specific creature has towards whoever gave it to them. the effect stays even if the flower is lost, and the flower doesnt mean the creature wont go back to being hostile.
its kind of like. "wow this is a great gift ok i wont beat the shit out of this person" and if you arent treating said creature kindly it will go right back to hating/wanting to eat you
monk is always at max karma and can grow karma flowers (although pretty rarely) alongside the normal ones. the karma flowers dont have the same effect as the normal flowers, just. normal karma flower !!
theyre pretty quiet, but super friendly and hate seeing people fight. they suck at breaking up fights, though, and usually just end up trying to find somebody else to break it up
bros also really short thank you for your time
monk uses he/she pronouns
Tumblr media
next up is artificer !!
artificer, along with a couple others like hunter and spearmaster, does most of the protecting for the group.
although capable of glowing, its not something she can do easily and its not something that really worth trying to do
Along with her normal explosion jumps/explosions, she can do a MASSIVE explosion which stuns and/or kills any creature in a pretty large radius. usually if theres a lot of creatures in one spot she'll go in, explode once or twice, and then come back so she doesnt stun/hurt any of the scugs in the group.
she can use the massive explosion once, maybe twice before needing to lie down and cool down. using it causes her scars to start glowing a bit and smoking and they get very hot which hurts arti a lot, so she doesnt use that explosion very often, only when she really needs to.
her usual explosions often work fine if she overheats from any of her explosions it has the same effect, but it starts a lot slower and just keeps building up- faint glowing, getting hotter, and starting to smoke
shes very protective over the others (at least, the ones she likes) and struggles a lot with keeping her emotions in check, as she has a habit of getting worked up over things and needing to sit down and calm herself down for a bit.
arti uses any pronouns, she/her preferred (she and hunter are partners. love them)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
aaand hunter !!
Hunter is based on a lantern mouse in terms of design. when sleeping, relaxed, or in bright spaces, she looks like the first design (dark red/orange-red one), but in dark places or when feeling a strong emotion they kind of "pop" to the lighter form and constantly glow (like a lantern mouse), their eyes and tail tip glow the most (eyes also get slightly lighter in color)
hunter is fairly serious but likes to slip jokes into conversation while keeping a straight face and not changing their tone at all, just to see if anyone will notice
shes usually hanging out near artificer
has the rot (of course how could i not) and sometimes it'll start to effect him more than usual, causing them a lot of pain and making it hard to walk. if it gets bad enough she can just collapse and wait for it to wear off enough for them to get up again
hunter uses any pronouns, she/they preferred (eheheh artihunter)
edit rq to mention: hunter does have scars, but theyre too dark to see on the darker ver and the glow from the other ver hide them (aka i forgot to unhide the layer with scars so here we are)

How do you get your gifs to look like that? The quality is amazing. Do you have any tutorial video suggestions, maybe?
Thanks in advance
OH WOW i genuinely still struggle with making high quality gifs, so i’m so touched that you think they look good!! i learned everything from tumblr tutorials, so sadly, i don’t have any videos to share
but! i’ve always wanted to share my process, so here it is, if you’re interested (or if anyone is, really!)
i’m constantly changing up my sharpening settings and coloring process, but here are some processes/tutorials that i (mostly) stick to nowadays, with this gif as my example:
Tumblr media
i chose a difficult gif to color because that’s how universal this process is for me (usually)!!
base gif
load video into frames, cropping, resizing
this is all standard, so i'll just share the tutorial i follow: lizzo @ tumblr (steps 1-7)
Tumblr media
sharpen smart object
i forgot where i got this, but essentially i use the basic Sharpen command then lower the filter’s opacity (25-50%). here’s where you can adjust smart filter opacity btw:
Tumblr media
it doesn’t look like it does much, but i usually use this to finely sharpen the gif (by changing opacity) since i try not to mess with the Smart Sharpens
Tumblr media
smart sharpen x2
from buckysbarnes @ tumblr, here are my changes: Smart Sharpen 1: 500%, 0.3 px, reduce noise 20 Smart Sharpen 2: 20%, 10 px, reduce noise 4
these settings look good for this show, but i sometimes change the opacity of these filters for different shows if the gif is smaller (268px wide), i would reduce the opacity of these filters to 50%
Tumblr media
noise
my favorite thing, i can’t live without it now!!! thank you to cuddlybitch @ tumblr for sharing this technique; i use option 2 with these settings: intensity 10; contrast 50; grain type soft; opacity 25-50%
Tumblr media
base coloring
yay it’s the fun part!!
brightness/contrast
honestly, i just press Auto and let photoshop do its thing! i’ll adjust from there, and i rarely ever adjust this
Tumblr media
photo filter
deep blue, preserve luminosity on, then i play with the density (maximum 50%) in this gif, it’s at 32% because it’s very yellow
i sometimes add other filters depending on the mood i’m going for (usually yellow or cyan)
Tumblr media
levels
this usually makes or breaks the gif! i start by pressing auto:
Tumblr media
then i adjust: move highlights (rightmost arrow) to start/rise of the histogram to its left move shadows (leftmost arrow) to the start/rise of the histogram to its right i adjust midtones (middle arrow) based on the general brightness i want for the gif
Tumblr media
color balance
i generally like my highlights more blue, but this entirely depends on the gif! i just play around until it looks more neutral
in this gif, i added more cyan & blue to the highlights and more cyan & yellow to the midtones/shadows
Tumblr media
vibrance x3
i follow this tutorial from s-k-y-w-a-l-k-e-r @ tumblr (just the part about vibrance/saturation)
Tumblr media
in ths case, i removed the color burn/color dodge layers because it was a little too saturated i just kept the vibrance +50 layer
Tumblr media
hue/saturation
in this layer, i eliminate colors that don’t really add to the gif to reduce colors and increase the quality! i check where the colors are in the gif by increasing saturation to +100, then reducing it to -100 if it seems negligible. here’s what each color looks like
Tumblr media
obviously, reds/yellows/magentas are important, but greens/cyans/blues could be removed i also reduced reds and yellows -10 because it was a little too saturated there
Tumblr media
selective color
first, i adjust the black level of each color to adjust the contrast of colors (not the cyan/magenta/yellow yet)
Tumblr media
and when i feel like it, that’s when i add subtle changes to the colors in this case, i only touched red, magenta, and white
Tumblr media
vibrance +25
i usually add a little vibrance +25 at the end for fun haha
Tumblr media
additional coloring
this is where i do all the gradients & text layers, but i think the base coloring is always more important!
Tumblr media
once again, we started from this
Tumblr media
to this
Tumblr media
…… and that’s it!
there are probably ways to make it more efficient and use less layers, so i’m still constantly playing with these! this process also tries to preserve the original colors as much as possible, but i’m also able to wildly change colors with photo filters/color balance/selective color, if needed
hope this is helpful to you or to anyone!

'Who would've guessed we'd end up like this?' || Sun/Moon x Reader
Tumblr media
I'M USED TO AO3 NOTES BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO WRITE HERE BEFORE YA'LL GO OFF TO READ RAAAH
this is the first time i'm posting an actual fic on tumblr, but for now, it's only a oneshot, although i'd love to make a longer version! i'm only posting this here first to see if anyone would be interested in it! if that's the case, i'd totally continue it on ao3 ^^ anyways, enjoy!
sfw, he/him for reader, no glitchtrap au
"I'm 19... do I really have to go?"
You looked up at the big, colorful painting above the red doors which said "Superstar Daycare Pick-Up"
"It's just for an hour, sweetheart, and you know how much your sister wants to see it!"
You sighed, thinking that the hour spent in a daycare with kids no older than 10 years old could be spent in a much better in a place than this. You didn't even get the chance to see the Glamrocks face-to-face yet!
"It's the closest attraction, let's get it done first and we'll go check out all the other places after, hm?"
As much as you still weren't into the idea, you didn't have the heart to say no to your dad. An hour can't last that long, right?
You opened the previously mentioned red doors, admiring how beautiful the hallway looked. Wow, they really put effort into everything. There was a big fountain in the middle of it, the colorful lights were slightly dimmed here, and the starry ceiling gave it all an even nicer touch.
The silly daycare music started hitting your ears better the more you were moving through the hallway. It was the one part of the Pizzaplex that seemed to have less people in it compared to the others, but it made sense. There were plenty of things to see, and the main focus was always on the Glamrocks, that's what people came here for. Technically, you did too.
But you'd lie if you said Fazbear Ent. didn't put an amazing job into the daycare animatronics, too. You haven't seen them for yourself just yet, but the countless posters already showed you enough. You appreciated the celestial designs, it was a fun concept for sure.
Your dad checked you two in, although you didn't really need it, seeing as you were an adult. You were there to simply keep an eye on your sister while your dad went to get some gifts for you from the shop that was just next to the big, wooden door.
Right, you forgot to mention it, did you? It was your birthday!
The very reason you were here today, was to celebrate your birthday. That's exactly why you also warned your dad not too see too many attractions around the Pizzaplex on his own while you were occupied, as you wanted to experience it together.
It was a dream come true, really. It didn't matter what ages did this place focus on, it didn't matter that you were grown by now - you always wanted to come here, and your 19th birthday finally gave you a chance.
Such fun attractions come with big prices, obviously. Your dad couldn't really afford it before, trying to tie the ends together, and you understood. You waited patiently, even got a job once you could to save up for the trip! And finally, here it was.
"Well, we're here. You two have fun! I'll go pick out the first few gifts for you."
"Being here is a gift itself, dad. Don't waste too much, I have money of my own, too."
At that, he only swatted you and your sister away with a smile, seeming to not pay too much attention to your words. You sighed playfully, watching him get away in the small crowd. Your dad was a good man, you appreciated him for all the times he put you and your sibling first, even despite how harshly life has treated him.
"You ready?"
You looked down at your sister, and seeing her nod excitedly, you got a bit more enthusiastic, too. You pushed the wooden door, your eyes hit with all the bright, random colors and especially the neons on the walls and the ceiling.
There were maybe three kids sitting at a small table next to one of the play structures, lost in their little world of scribbling on paper and drawing whatever little kids usually draw. But so far, no sign of the animatronics.
Well... until.
"NEW FRIENDS! HELLO, HELLO!"
You jumped at the sudden loud voice so close to you, and soon enough, you saw the source of it, right in front of you.
A tall animatronic with the design and color palette resembling the sun, with a wide smile from one cheek to another, and bright blue eyes.
Very, very tall.
Your sister reacted faster than you, clapping and giggling upon seeing him. Seems like she found her favourite.
"Oh my... uhm, hello."
You placed your hand on your chest, calming your heartbeat down. You'd lie if you said it wasn't extremely easy to spook you.
Once the animatronic saw how excited your little sister was upon seeing him, he grabbed her so high that she was now facing him. She loved it, and immediately reached out to grab the sunrays sticking to his faceplate.
"Oh, Laurey, no! You might damage him!"
You were prone to overreacting. But most of all, you really didn't want your family to suffer from any... accidental damage any of you might cause to Fazbear Ent. and their star attractions. You knew nothing about how they actually worked, so even if this bot is made for kids, maybe some of his parts are more fragile than the others?
But the animatronic didn't seem to care. In fact, he started giggling right back at your sister, acting like he's being tickled.
"My friend, that's no issue at all! I absolutely LOVE kiddos who are curious about my design! So, your name's Laurey, little star? How beautiful!"
Okay, you could see just how well he was programmed. The wording he used, the tone, it was perfect for kids, and left a teeny tiny effect on you too. It was definitely admirable.
"I'm so so SO happy to welcome two new friends into our little daycare! What's your name?"
His eyes were on you now, still smiling as widely as ever. It looked like he could change his expressions freely, but he didn't lose the smile once.
"Oh, me? I'm Y/N, I'm just here to keep an eye on Laurey. But, uh, I'm happy to meet you too!"
His eyes lit up at your words, grabbing your wrist softly with his free hand, and leading you both further into the daycare.
"I'm SO excited! We'll have tons of fun! We have all kinds of toys here, and we constantly make up new games to play! Oh, oh, and I just LOVE arts and crafts with the littles, especially with glitter glue and googly eyes! We also do puppet shows!"
His mouth didn't close for a long time. Normally, you'd be annoyed, but something about his voice, as jumpy and loud as it was, comforted you.
"Hey there, my little stars! Please welcome our new friends!"
The three kids who were still sitting at the table turned your eyes to you all, Sun's excitement clearly rubbing off on them. They immediately stood up and welcomed you and your sister, especially her. Once Sun put her down, she seemed to fit right in, and they seemed like kids who were sweet enough not to do anything hurtful in case you turned your head away for once.
The animatronic observed them with a proud smile before turning to you. "I've actually never had a guest this big before! You're a special one!"
You perked up at his words, not able to hide that being called special made you happy, even if it came from a robot. It was always nice to be appreciated regardless.
"Ah, yeah, I can imagine... my sister really wanted to come here once we arrived. It's actually my birthday today, but-"
"YOUR BIRTHDAY?!"
Your eyes widened once Sun's voice got 3 times louder. He seemed shocked, but excited as well.
"My oh my, why did you not say so right away?! That's a serious celebration! I have to make this occasion meaningful, unforgettable! Yes, yes, right away!"
You tried to stop him, saying that it's not that big of a deal, not being used to someone being so into celebrating your birthday besides your closest family, but he insisted.
"Kiddos!"
He called on the children, who immediately turned their eyes to him.
"I'll need to talk with y'all privately! No Y/N's allowed for now!"
You chuckled, assuming that this "private talk" was regarding the surprise he wants to give you. Seeing as there was no stopping Sun's plans, you decided to play along, trying to spy on their conversation a little bit, quickly getting swatted away by Sun. It was quite endearing. You definitely weren't disappointed by coming here anymore, and not even 10 minutes passed yet.
Being an ex-theatre kid payed off with how well you could pull off dramatic and over exaggerated reactions for the kids and Sun's enjoyment. You acted deeply hurt by the fact that they wouldn't fill you in on their little conversation, and with a very big, sad expression, you went to drown yourself in the ball pit. You heard the others giggling, and you quickly realized just how fun this short stay can be.
"Yes, yes, that's a brilliant idea! Let's get to work, my little stars!"
You peeked out of the ball pit when the kids started running around, looking like they were on a search for specific things Sun told them to find. But before you could see what they were looking for, someone's figure blocked your view.
"Nuh-uh, no peeking! That's against the rules! You're not a rule breaker, are you?"
You chuckled, looking up at the animatronic. His height did make your neck cramp, though.
"You don't have to do all this for me, y'know. I mean, I appreciate it, but I don't think it's really worth..."
He didn't let you finish your sentence, and soon enough, he picked you up like a cat.
"OF COURSE it's worth it! It doesn't matter if you're an old friend, a new friend, or for how much you'll be staying here! Every single one of my friends deserves a fitting birthday present! Birthdays are SO important!"
Even if you wanted to, you couldn't stop smiling. It seemed to make Sun happy - as expected from a daycare bot, making his guests have a great time in his little lane was the main objective.
"I'm gonna need you to stay somewhere you can't see our progress, friend! It's a surprise for a reason!"
You tried persuading him into staying, but no could do. That's how you found yourself on one of the castle towers in the ball pit, with a bunch of toys and plushies around you. It's not like any of these really interested you, you weren't a child, but once again, you decided to play into it, getting a playful warning from Sun earlier that even one peek will put you in a time-out.
You'd lie if you said you didn't find that huge sun-themed bot adorable. Fazbear Ent. was good at making people fall in love with their attractions, that's for sure.
You looked over the toys, and saw two that caught your attention - plushies resembling the two attendants. You grabbed them and realized that you haven't had the chance to meet the other, moon-themed one yet. Maybe he wasn't currently in the daycare? Maybe he only appeared after a certain time?
You hoped that the hour spent here will be enough to meet him too.
While in your thoughts, you haven't even realized that more than 15 minutes passed now, and the kids, along with Sun, seemed to be done with your little gift. You knew that, because all of a sudden, someone jumped behind your back and covered your eyes with his hands.
It was really easy to guess who did it, of course.
"We're all done, friend! Allow me to take you there!"
Before you could question what he meant, you were lifted up and held close to his chest with one arm, the other still covering your eyes. The kids started giggling once they saw it, which made you really curious about how you two must've looked like right now.
But most importantly - in that very short moment you realized just how warm Sun was. You'd assume he'd be cold because, well, he's a robot, but his chest radiated this comforting heat, and you wouldn't mind staying in that position for longer.
He was swift and fast, but also careful. You were held like some sort of princess, which surprised you, because who would be able to hold you with one arm, cover your eyes with the other, and navigate his body safely with only legs? You knew he was a machine, but damn, that was impressive.
Soon enough, you were sat down on the soft floor, and you finally regained your vision. In front of you was a tiny scene which looked like something made specifically for puppet shows. It was decorated with a bunch of led lights, and there was a small banner on the top that said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" drawn with crayons. You couldn't help but smile at how cute everything looked. You were surrounded with a bunch of plushies resembling all the star attractions of the Pizzaplex, including the daycare attendants. You grabbed the Sun one, positioning it as if it was about to watch the show with you. You looked up at Sun, who seemed enamored with the sight, but quickly looked away, regaining his confident and energetic self.
"Me and my little stars prepared a SPECIAL, one of a kind puppet show for you! I came up with the scenario! We're so excited to present it to you, right, kiddos?!"
All four of the kids cheered, causing you to chuckle quietly. Their excitement rubbed of on you really quickly.
"Oh my, I wanna see it already!"
That single sentence worked wonders on Sun, who quickly disappeared behind the little stage. Well, not exactly disappeared, seeing as he was twice the size of it, but he tried his best to hide his faceplate, at least.
Then the show began, firstly showcasing only a little Sun puppet, walking around the imaginary daycare. Even as an adult, you had to say, you enjoyed things like these. Silly and cute.
Soon enough, another puppet jumped out, and this one resembled... you! You gasped, wondering how was that puppet so similar to you? Was it simply a coincidence, or could it be that Sun made the puppet just for you? No, surely, that'd be too much work spent on someone that he knew for less than an hour... but what if?
The more you watched, the more you realized this little show was just a replay of how you and your sister got into the daycare, how you met Sun, the other kids (they had their own puppets as well) and also a little made-up addition, which was the dolls playing various games or drawing with each other, generally doing things you usually do in the daycare.
It was so damn cute.
At the end of the show, the Sun puppet went out of it's way to lock you in a big hug, and the kids soon joined. The last scene consisted of all the puppets holding a little toy cake for you, screaming a "Happy Birthday!". The curtain rolled down, and you started clapping as soon as it did. You had a big smile on your face, which the animatronic immediately picked up on.
"Did ya like it, friend? Did ya, did ya?!"
You stood up with his help, not letting go of his hand for a few more seconds.
"Of course I did, you guys were amazing! This is one of the best birthday gifts I've ever gotten!"
Your compliment seemed to make Sun really happy, because his rays started spinning. You adored that! It reminded you of a puppy wagging its tail from excitement.
"Thank you so much, Sunny, and you too, kiddos!"
Your sister ran up to you, hugging your leg, at which you quickly patted her head.
Although when your eyes went back to Sun, he was standing still, looking straight at you.
"Is something wrong?"
At that, he almost immediately pulled you into a big hug, which you didn't expect, but also didn't mind. It did shook you a little, though.
"You gave me a nickname! How sweet! You're the sweetest ever! I must give you a nickname too!"
You had no idea that a little nickname would make him so happy. It wasn't even really on purpose, either, you kinda said it without thinking because it sounded cute. But if he liked it, then it made you happy, too.
"Hmm, a nickname for me? What would that be?"
He pulled away a bit, posing as if he was thinking really hard.
"Well, since I'm Sunny... and you're a guest at my daycare... I suppose calling you sunshine fits just right!"
You didn't wanna admit it, but being called 'sunshine' made you blush. Just a little bit.
"I think that's a sweet nickname, Sunny. I love it!"
He jumped in excitement, and you chuckled. All of what just happened made you completely lose your sense of time. You hadn't realized that an hour passed exactly now.
Your sister tugged on your sleeve, and you turned to her, and then to the daycare doors she was pointing at. Your father was standing there, waving at you both with a smile.
Aw, already?
"It seems like we have to go for now, Sunny."
His smile suddenly dropped, just a bit, but enough for you to catch it.
"Hey, don't be sad! I promise, we'll come back! Do you want to walk us out?"
He quickly nodded, and turned around to the children, telling them to behave for that quick moment in which he'll go sign you two out.
"Hey, sweethearts! Had a fun time?"
Your sister ran up to your dad, hugging him immediately. She was all jumpy, and he could tell that her answer to his question would be positive. He brushed her hair with his hand, and then looked over to you.
"A lot of fun! We wanna come back here again one day, don't we, Laurey?"
She nodded happily, and your dad was clearly a bit thrown off, but glad nonetheless.
"Well that's just great! Is this the daycare attendant over here?"
His eyes switched to Sun, and he perked up, smiling widely, just like when he saw you two for the first time.
"Correct, sir! Your kiddos are absolute angels!"
"Hah, I'm glad they didn't give ya too much trouble. Are ya'll ready to go?"
You two nodded, but before Sun could check your sister out, you turned to him, grabbing his hands softly.
"I'm sorry we couldn't stay over for naptime, I assume that's when Moon comes out, right? I'd love to meet him, but maybe another time! Either way, thank you for that gift, Sunny, it was lovely."
If robots could blush, Sun would be furiously red by now. But they can't, so his fans kicked in, and he now sounded like one of those old computers when you tried to run a heavier game on them.
"O-Oh, yes, yes! It's a shame you didn't get to meet Moon, but if you come back again, make sure to stay just long enough for naptime! I'll put in a good word about you and your sister!"
You laughed, thanking him in advance, and saying your final goodbyes. Soon enough, the three of you were on your way to another attraction.
"So, the daycare wasn't so bad after all, huh?"
"Not at all. Can you believe that he and the other kids prepared a special puppet show for me once I told him it's my birthday? He's so cool!"
Your sister joined your rambling about how nice and kind Mr. Sun was as well, and your dad listened to all of it, honestly surprised at how well the stay went.
"Oh, I almost forgot! I picked up a plushie of that favourite Glamrock of yours while I was gone. Besides that, I only got coffee, I didn't see anything by myself, don't worry!"
Your dad handed you the cutest Monty plush, and you immediately thanked him. Soon, you were all in the elevator going up, finally arriving in the main spot of the Pizzaplex.
On the side, you wondered... would they be interested in hiring a human to help?

visions time, genuinely didnt know which one to start with so I just used a roulette wheel to go randomly lmao, thots:
I am your mother was was p funny and and heartwarming by the end, definitely very aardman lmao the pit was really good, didn't need to be subtle with its political themes and im glad for it, got emotional at the climax, with no laser swords or spaceship battles it still managed to really hit.
sith was so pretty 👨🏽‍🍳👌🏽, love this 3d trend and it incorporated it into the story, themes, cinematography(really took every frames a still literally mm delicious) and characters which was gorg also super cool for a force user interpretation i hadnt even considered lmao
journey to darkhead was pretty good wow i forgot how good mir was tbh, maybe i just havent seen any of their productions in a while or maybe the ones ive seen ive felt like they were either underbudget or stretched too thin through multiple projects but they put their all here and not just in the fight choreo like they always do lmao, the art in general was v good
the bandits of golak was also super pretty, love the star wars designs being channeled through other asian cultures like india and not just the eastern ones lmao the bright colors contrast some of the dusty backgrounds was really good, ending though😥
aau's song was so cute wtf everything looked so huggable, aau>grogu lmao, also the singing was v pretty need the soundtrack screechers reach, whats there to say but cartoon saloon is one of my fav animated artstyles, the dark heavy line weight and color palette is so delicious, and oof the ending, compelling shit
the spy dancer was also v pretty and compelling, also fun take on the famous star wars trope lmao
in the stars was great, the environmental and anti-colonization themes went great with the indigenous influenced designs of the characters

all my mlp ocs in order of creation
Tumblr media
DayDreamBreeze. also my original gamertag on minecraft! i uhm. shes not supposed to be a cheese changling. She's inspired by a fluttershy toy i had and the beautiful artwork for the honey queen chrysalis from ink rose's interpretation of her backstory. i swapped the honey for water and she's supposed to be a pegasus? but i drew her as a changling here for some reason and i have no clue why
Tumblr media
Casey Cockatrice. Seeing pony youtubers discuss the show in their oc form, and thinking "wow, they're all just pegasi" i was like "i should do that but not be a pegasus" so i made an oc and never did that lol. probably a good thing though. anyhow. Casey was originally supposed to be an angel cockatrice but I didn't know how to do that without just making a chicken with a lizard tail until just now im realizing i should make it a dutchie omg. Casey enjoys the ponies and wants to befriend them but is confined to the everfree forest, so she has dawned a blindfold so she doesnt hurt anyone and she likes to hang out with zecora and collect herbs with her. she still just kinda does chicken/dragon things most of the time like pecking at the ground and sitting on treasure. The ring in her comb is supposed to be a halo. halos stuck in the character's design physically (usually through the hair or something similar) was a common thing i did for characters that were close to me at the time.
Tumblr media
Lemon Lily. She is. very bright. she was supposed to have a much more subtle color palette but i didnt do that and now she looks like sprite lmao. anyhow. i drew her randomly when i went through a small mlp phase a few years ago, mainly just attraction for chrysalis, but i guess she exists. her cutie mark is supposed to look like a water lily made of lemons but it kinda just looks weird idk. i'd say her talent is supposed to be like.. maybe floral arrangement? i think i had some inspiration from early mlp background ponies and i remember the florists were my favorite.
Tumblr media
JASON!! my favorite little idiot. he's a griffin i made in pony.town after realizing if i use the singular freckle and closed the eyes, it looked like he had tiny eyes and angry brows lol. all i do with him is act vaguely like skydoesminecraft and boop people with my bird fingers.
Tumblr media
DayDreamBreeze 2.0. i literally drew this bitch and didn't do anything else with them. ever.
then is autumn breeze whom i've drawn literally in like my last post so im not doing it again rn. she's my LOE pony and if you want her lore go to the post where i drew her on my phone.
Tumblr media
Honey Suckle. The only OC that I have surviving evidence of actually writing their backstory and whatnot. They were created with the idea of them experimenting on their body trying to turn themselves into a bee (basically beeatris as a horse, i know none of you know my persona beeatris but its pretty much her without the demonic activity and disney fairy influence), though i have thought of maybe changing it to her wanting to become a breezy or a changeling. She lost her horn because of this experimentation and is fluffier and has patches of hair on her eyes because of it. i forgot if she had a cutie mark or if i just didnt draw it or if it's overgrown? I think a lot of this character's experimentation was based off of memories of my brother who had leukemia and tried experimental treatments, mainly the fuzziness he got from his chemo or steroids i forgot which one it was. I also drew her as a kirin, idk if that was supposed to be a thing of like.. me doing it as an alternate idea of what she's aiming to achieve, as an alternate form of what she was born as.. or if it was just a doodle.. but it was pretty cool. a good quote for her is the vine thats like "i am a wolf on all levels but physical"
Tumblr media
Next is Pegasus. I originally had a different name for them but i don't think i can share it here. Pegasus is also related to my brother though and is very cool. they're really just a celestial body as a pony like Celestia and Luna, but with more of a crystal pony inspiration. also, they speak enchanting table only and i think thats really funny. same size as Luna. also, she can hide in Luna's hair.
Tumblr media
Stone Hoof. based somewhat off of Smokey Quartz from Steven Universe, i thought it'd be cool to also give them speckling like an appaloosa horse or vitiligo. you can't see their cutie mark but it's supposed to be a yoyo and i put it in the shape of the symbol of leo since im a leo and i designed them on the same day as pegasus lol. they are intended to be a friend to Honey Suckle.
Tumblr media
Finally, we have... I didn't name this one actually. uhm. well! it looks kinda like scootaloo, especially g3 or 3.5. which was unintentional but she was one of my favorite ponies and i had a few toys of her so it kinda makes sense that this is what my brain thought of when i thought "well loved my little pony doll". The hair is based off of the fettucine hair on those g4 plushies and also somewhat based on dreads. the patterns on their hooves is the heartshaped horseshoe from those promotional toys where you can scan them in for video game perks. and the wings are colored after discord's wings. I also got inspo from Stitches from Animal Crossing.
those are the horses. 1 like = 1 more horse post.
i also have customs i made as a kid that i dont have pictures of but i could redraw. but they're basically just "this character but i painted this animal on their face."

peter parker- a night under the stars
summary: after a long day y/n has a night of relaxation with peter
warnings: none
word count: 1047
Being an Avenger was tough for you as a young teenager. Every single day there was something and you had a jam-packed schedule full of training, missions, and going to school. You barely had time for yourself.
When you were thirteen the Avengers had discovered that you had telekinesis and told you that you would be worthy to their team.
Initially, you had declined but Tony Stark promised that he would help your family which was struggling financially. You agreed reluctantly.
Now, you were a strong Avenger and you had grown into a powerful person.
You had just gotten back from a mission and you were dripping with sweat as you entered the Avengers compound. It was late at night.
The common room was empty and the lights were dimmed low.
You walked into the hallway and saw that the lights in everyone's rooms were off.
With a large sigh you walked over to your own room.
Suddenly someone tapped your shoulder and you sprung upward and kicked backward making whoever tapped you fall and groan loudly.
You turned and saw Peter Parker groaning on the floor while clutching his stomach.
"Peter oh my god!" you gasped as you put your hands over your mouth.
"Hi Y/N," the poor boy gave you a weak smile.
"Here," you offered your hand and helped Peter up.
You had the biggest crush on Peter and everyone in the compound knew about it. He was just so sweet and it was so adorable. Natasha would try so hard to set you both up together.
"You kick really hard. Good survival skills I guess," Peter rubbed his stomach gently.
"I'm sorry Peter but why did you scare me? And why are you even up?" you pondered as you cocked your head to the side.
"I knew you were coming back late so I didn't want you to be alone," Peter scratched the back of his head awkwardly.
You could have sworn that you saw a tint of pink graze his pale cheeks.
Your heart warmed at this.
"That's really nice of you, Pete," you smiled.
"Yeah well...uh I also wanted to ask something," he looked up at you. His chocolate brown eyes were soft.
You waved your hand forward urging him to continue.
"Can you come with me to the roof with me? I have a little surprise," Peter questioned as a small smile appeared on his face.
"Really? Okay," you looked excited as you and Peter ran up the stairs that led up to the roof and opened the door.
You gasped.
There were two dark green-colored lawn chairs and a small circular table full of snacks.
"Wow, Peter this is amazing!" you squealed as you plopped down on one of the lawn chairs and started lying down.
Peter chuckled and then lied down on the other lawn chair.
You both looked up at the black night sky which was sprinkled with specks of bright white stars.
"I forgot how beautiful the sky was. I'm always so busy with either saving the world or doing homework I forgot it existed," you mumbled.
"It's so crazy how bright the stars are, they're so pretty," the brown-haired boy agreed as he marveled at the stars.
You sighed blissfully as you rested your eyes for a moment drinking in the scene.
What you didn't notice was Peter staring at your blissful form with admiration.
"I come up here from time to time to just think and eat ice cream," Peter said.
"It's such a peaceful spot I'm surprised no one claimed it to be honest. Now speaking of ice cream did you bring any?" you asked hopefully.
"I in fact did why don't you take a good look at the snack table," Peter beamed as he gestured over to the snack table which had a large container that was labeled vanilla ice cream.
You immediately got up and put scoops of the vanilla ice cream into a bowl.
"Hey, there's little left save some for me!" Peter complained.
"No," you stuck your tongue out at him as you scooped one more scoop of ice cream into your bowl and then you sat back down on the lawn chair.
Peter put some of his ice cream in his bowl while you stole glances at him.
His hair was floppy and was slightly wet like he had a shower before you arrived at the Tower.
You let out a short laugh as Peter returned to his seat and started spooning the ice cream into his mouth.
"What?" he asked with his mouth full as he sat back down on the lawn chair.
"Nothing you just look cute," you blurted out which made you slap your hand on your mouth out of embarrassment.
"Really?" Peter let out a grin while his face turned red.
"Yeah," you stared at him.
Suddenly the ice cream was forgotten and your face and Peter's face were close together.
"You're making it really hard for me to not kiss you," Peter muttered as his gaze drifted from your eyes to your lips.
"Then do it," you spoke confidently as Peter's eyes widened but complied as he cupped your face and leaned in a kissed you.
The two of you broke the kiss when you heard cheering from behind you.
The whole Avengers team was clapping and cheering.
Both of your faces burned a bright pink color.
"This is so embarrassing," you whispered to Peter who nodded.
"Go Y/N," Natasha whistled. A large smile was printed on her face showcasing her pearly whites.
"I see you took my advice, Parker, good choice," Tony clapped and then whistled.
"Can you guys just leave!" you yelled as you started shoving them down the stairs that led to the roof.
You saw Thor fall down the stairs.
"Ow!" he howled in pain.
"Oh well that's what you get for spying," you shrugged your shoulders.
"It was a team effort," you saw Thor rub his arm gently before disappearing.
"Have fun you two," Natasha winked, at that moment you wanted to push her down a building.
"But not too much fun," Sam Wilson smirked which made the rest of the Avengers laugh.
The laughter disappeared and you and Peter were left alone again.
"So," you walked up to Peter.
"Where were we?"

You were having a little trouble finding the ideal gift for Wanda.
Two weeks ago, you had already finished buying the gifts for all the others Avengers, but with the redhead, you wanted to find something special. Maybe it was because she was your best friend, or maybe it was the secret crush you had on her.
Anyway, you were having trouble deciding exactly what would be good enough as a gift for her.
Pietro assured you that Wanda would like anything you gave her, but you wanted something amazing.
So here you were in the mall, arm in arm with the witch's brother, trying to find the perfect gift.
As it was Christmas, the place was crowded with people as desperate as you were. Fortunately, no one recognized you two, and you would remember to tell Natasha that a cap and a sweatshirt really do work as a good disguise.
After leaving the fifth store without liking anything, you heard Pietro let out an impatient grumble.
- I have an idea, you know? - He said when you stopped in front of a shop window. - Why don't you wrap yourself in gift paper? Wanda will love it.
You blushed, nudging him lightly on the shoulder.
- Shut up. - you mumbled clumsily. - Why don't you give me a real idea? Isn't there anything Wanda really wanted?
Pietro sighed, assuming a thoughtful expression.
- I don't know, I guess not. - he says, putting his hands in his pockets. - You know what she likes, why don't you give her a DVD or something?
- I said I want it to be special. - You reply, looking around. - I just need to find the right thing.
- I am hungry. - He grumbles, then starts walking toward a doughnut cart. You hurry to keep up with him, having become slightly distracted. - I don't know what you want to do, but you can try to make something for her.
- I don't know how to do these handcrafted things. - You say, running your hand through your hair. Pietro joins the line at the cart, and you stand in silence while he buys some sweet doughnuts.
- It doesn't have to be a handmade thing. - He says as he picks up the doughnuts. - You can prepare something for her. A dinner, for example.
And then you stop walking, widening your eyes.
- You're a genius, Pietro. - You tell him happily, thrilling at the thousands of ideas that come to you. He frowns in confusion. - Now I need you to tell me exactly what you two used to eat in Sokovia.
//-//
On Christmas morning, you jump out of bed bright and early, extremely excited. You shower, and put on some comfortable clothes, and then leave the room. You are quite impressed by the Christmas decorations that Tony has put up for the night. There are garlands, and small trees, and colorful ornaments scattered throughout the hallways. You smile when you notice the little holographic Santa Claus walking through the compound.
Squinting slightly, you walk toward the kitchen while ignoring the nervousness in your stomach as you prepare Wanda's breakfast, also know as the first stage of her Christmas present.
No one is awake yet, and you take the opportunity to turn the stereo on low while humming a rock song from the 50s. You are distracted by making some Grénki, when you hear a whistle, and let out a startled exclamation.
- Where is the fire? - Ironized Natasha as she entered the kitchen, a playful smile on her face as she sat down on the seat in front of the counter. - You waking up early is a Christmas miracle.
- Ha-ha very funny. - You retorted in the same ironic tone, turning your attention back to your food. - Merry Christmas, Nat. And good morning.
- Good morning, sweetie. - She says slightly distracted, looking curiously at what you were doing. - Aren't you going to tell me what it is?
- It's not for you. - You say humorously, walking around to organize the tray you're taking to Wanda. - This is my present for-
- Your girlfriend.
- Nat! - you exclaim with flushed cheeks. - Wanda and I don't...
- Yes, yes! - she interrupts with a slight laugh. - It's just a healthy, platonic friendship with lots of affection. And touch.
- You know you don't have to be jealous, I'll let you have some of the food. - You scoff, trying to change the direction of the conversation, and Nat laughs.
While you set up the tray, and pour some coffee, you both remain silent. But then Nat asks:
- You are still going to attend the party tonight aren't you? Tony is excited about this.
- Oh, yes. - You confirm with a smile, pouring Nat some coffee. You also hand her some Grénki, and she smiles in appreciation. - I have the slight impression that the participation of all the avengers is mandatory.
Nat laughs, nodding her head in agreement. And then you let out a sigh. The tray was ready.
- Nice breakfast to you both. - She teases you with an insinuating smile, and you ignore the feeling that your face was getting warm and thank her, carrying the tray toward Wanda's room.
//-//
Your hands were sweating a little when you entered the room. Wanda was still asleep, and you placed the coffee tray on the bedroom table as you made your way toward her bed. Kneeling beside the bed, you called softly a few times to wake her up, while you shook her knee lightly over the blanket. Wanda grumbled, pressing her face against the mattress, looking absolutely adorable.
- Come on, Wandy, I have a surprise. - You said softly, smiling at her. She opened one of her eyes, interested, causing you to laugh softly. You then stood up, walking toward the table as Wanda stretched out in her bed.
You picked up the tray, and turned, walking back to the bed as Wanda sat up, running her hands over her face to wake up completely.
- What is this?- she asked in a hoarse tone as you approached. Then you put the tray on her lap, and stepped away, wringing your hands lightly.
- I made you a proper Sokovian breakfast. - You declare with a smile, and Wanda stares at the tray in her lap in surprise. You swallow dryly. - Pietro told me what you ate as children and I tried to make it as similar as possible. But it's okay if you hate it…
- Thank you. - She interrupts impressed. - That's... That's very sweet of you.
You look away, embarrassed by the way Wanda is looking at you. But then she is letting out a sigh of excitement, and starts tasting the items, and your heart is racing because she looks absolutely beautiful with her slightly tousled hair, and her cheeks flushed, as she makes satisfied noises when  tasting the food.
Wanda looks at you again.
- This is so good. - She comments with a smile. - Don't just stand there, sit here with me. Let's eat together.
You laugh shyly, doing as she told you. And as you two are sharing the breakfast, the door opens again, and Pietro is rushing into the room, flopping down on the bed next to Wanda while shouting "Merry Christmas”.
- Wow, that looks tasty. - He comments as soon as he notices the tray, but Wanda pats his hand when he threatens to take it some of the food.
- It is my present, not yours. - She grumbles, and he pretends to be offended.
- Haven't you ever learned that you must share things? - He scoffs, using his powers to steal one of the buns quickly and Wanda lets out an angry exclamation, but he laughs, stopping her from taking the item back with his speed. You laugh at the interaction.
- I made more of those, you know. - You joke. - No need to fight.
- Of course not. After all, the breakfast was my idea. - Pietro retorted with irony, causing you to roll your eyes with amusement.
- Oh yeah, you're going to bring that up now aren't you? - You smile back and Pietro laughs lightly, taking a bite of the bread.
You are silent for a moment, just eating together, until the boy speaks again.
- I came to tell you two that we're opening presents during the party tonight. - He said, wiping his hands on a napkin. - Tony just told us all in the kitchen. I said I would tell you both since you are making your platonic move on my sister.
You feel your face getting very hot at Pietro's insinuation, and you look down at your own lap, dryly swallowing your nervousness. Wanda feels her heart race, and looks at you, but you're looking down, and she's embarrassed and guilty that you're uncomfortable. Then she gives a angry look at Pietro, but he doesn't seem to care much.
- Anyway, you have been warned. - He says smiling. - When you're done with the second part of your gift, come spend some time with me. I want to beat your ass at Call of Duty.
- Second part? - Wanda asks with a frown of surprise and confusion, and you look at Pietro reproachfully.
- Damn, I forgot it was a surprise. - He says as he notices your gaze, but he is already getting up. - Good luck anyway.
You sigh as the boy uses superspeed to leave the room, and you run your hands through your hair. And then Wanda is looking at you expectantly, and you lets out a short laugh.
- It's a surprise, Wanda, there is no point in looking at me like that. - You tell her with a smile and she makes an excited noise with her mouth, and you laugh. - After lunch, I'll take you out. Make sure to hear something warm, because it's snowing.
When Wanda finishes her breakfast, you take the tray back to the kitchen while she goes to take a shower. You ignore the feeling of having her arms around you when she hugged you to thank you for the present, and force yourself to stop grinning like an idiot when you enter the kitchen.
- Merry Christmas, Y/N. - said Bucky as soon as he walked into the kitchen while you were washing the breakfast dishes.
- Merry Christmas, Buck. - You replied, smiling when he kissed you on the cheek.
- I heard that you made a special breakfast for a certain little witch. - He remarked as he left the newspaper that he was carrying on his hand on the counter, while he picked up a dishrag and began to dry and put away the dishes you had already finished washing.
- Natasha is making fun of me, I imagine. - You mumble with a laugh, and Bucky chuckles, agreeing.
- You can bet she is.
You finish washing the dishes in silence, and Bucky hands you the dishrag to wipe your hands, while he has a thoughtful look on his face.
- You do know that Tony has spread several mistletoe around the tower, don't you? - He remarks with an insinuating smile, and you blink in confusion. He chuckles. - I'm just saying it might be an opportunity to, you know.
And then you understand and widen your eyes in surprise, feeling your face heat up.
- I don't... What... We don't...She’s not...
- I didn't even say a name. - He sneers, making you blush more.
Bucky laughs at your state, and pats you on the shoulder, before walking out of the kitchen, humming a Christmas song. You bite your lip, imagining you and Wanda in the hallway, a mistletoe above your heads, and her leaning toward you. And then you shake your head slightly, trying to push those thoughts away, while repeating that you are best friends. And that your best friend is a mind reader, so you'd better keep those thoughts very quiet.
//-//
At lunchtime, after doing your few chores for the day, and telling Pietro that you wouldn't play with him because he almost ruined the surprise, you returned to Wanda's room. Wearing clothes warm enough to go out in the snow, and with two tickets in your jacket pocket. You didn't even have to knock, and Wanda was already using her magic to open the door, and she seemed excited.
- Will you tell me where we're going now? - She asked as you signaled for her to follow you down the hall, and you laughed.
- You'll know when we get there. - You retorted with amusement, biting your lip when Wanda made her puppy dog eyes at you, trying to get you to tell her. - It's no use, honey, this pretty eyes of yours won't work.
Wanda laughed lightly, her cheeks flushed at the compliment, giving up. You borrowed one of Tony's cars, telling the redhead that if she didn't tell him about it, you wouldn't either.
Driving for a few minutes while you and Wanda hummed along to the selection of Christmas tunes on the radio, you finally arrived.
The European Christmas Fair was set up in downtown New York, and was a long row of food and craft stalls, with items from many European countries. When you heard that there would be stands from Sokovia, you bought tickets.
The place was quite crowded, and Wanda let out an exclamation of excitement when you pulled into the parking lot, and she could see the big banner up high with the name of the event.
- My God, are you for real? - she asked in disbelief.
- Am I suppose to take your statement as "I liked it"? - You retort playfully but slightly unsure, and Wanda laughs, advancing towards you.
She hugged you tightly around the neck, and then began to kiss you repeatedly on the cheek, making you laugh and blush. She pulled away, bouncing with excitement, as she entwined your hands and pulled you toward the event.
After handing over the tickets at the entrance, you didn't mind that Wanda's hand was still in yours.
You strolled for hours among the stalls, tasting different foods, and looking at the shelves. You bought some souvenirs for Wanda, and she did the same for you. And then you found the Sokovia stall, and you tried to learn slangs and dialects in the language, with Wanda and the stall mistress as your guides. When you whispered to the lady to teach you how to say "you look very pretty", Wanda laughed with flushed cheeks when you tried to say it to her, helping you to pronounce it correctly afterwards. You ended up tasting soups of different flavors, and other typical foods.
And at the end of the day, you took Wanda to see a fireworks display, and it was almost nine p.m when you got a message from Nat telling you that the party was about to start and Tony was asking about you two.
As you both walked back to the tower, you think that if anyone asked you, you would say that it was the best afternoon of your life.
//-//
Tony's party was surprisingly Christmasy and cozy. You would think he would do something big and fancy, with electronic music and gala costumes. But he just organized a meeting among the Avengers, and asked everyone to wear comfortable and warm clothes.
He had set up a big tree in the room, and the presents were on the bottom. The same decorations that you had noticed earlier were now accompanied by twinkling lights, and there were other smalls holograms of reindeer and sleighs moving all around the place. You and Wanda exchanged an amused look as you took off your coats and walked toward the living room.
There was a table full of typical Christmas foods set up in the living room, and you noticed that the whole team was already sitting on the couches and armchairs, and it looked like Clint was telling a funny story. When Tony noticed that you two had arrived, he let out a happy exclamation.
- Finally, girls! - he remarked with a smile. - I was about to send a suit after you two.
- It's not even ten o'clock Tony. - You countered in the same tone and approached the food table, while Wanda sat down on the couch next to her brother. - Yay, cookies.
- We've been waiting for you to exchange gifts. - He clarifies and you make a noise of understanding as you grab some cookies before moving toward the couch.
Your natural instinct is to go toward Wanda, but since she has sat on the end of the sofa, you sit in the free chair next to Nat.
- Did you enjoy your date? - She quietly asked you with an insinuating smile, and you felt your face heat up. Clearing your throat, you nodded in agreement.
And then Tony let out an excited exclamation, picking up three packages from the tree. He tossed each one to its respective owners and then picked up more gifts, repeating the action until everyone had a gift to open.
- I'll start obviously. - He declared as he began to tear open a golden package. - Who gave me a book, people?
The group laughed, and then Steve raised his hand.
- Please finish opening the present.
Tony looked at him suspiciously, finishing tearing open the package. Then he let out a surprised exclamation.
- What? - He seemed to be talking more to himself than to anyone else. And then the group became curious. - "Advanced Mechanics, autographed and annotated edition by Howard Stark" - Tony read from the cover, and then turned to Steve. - H-How did you get this? My father only autographed copies during the war, and...
- Yeah, i know. - Steve interrupted with a smile. - I was there myself. Actually, this was my copy and I just got it back from S.H.I.E.L.D now. I thought it would be a nice present to you.
- Damn it, Cap. You're going to make me cry. - Retorted Tony with a smile as he reached over to hug Steve. The group let out an excited chorus. You smiled fondly when you saw your friends hugging, Steve whispered "Merry Christmas buddy" as they parted.
The gift exchange became kind of generic yet sweet after that. Since everyone had to buy gifts for everyone, most members got new clothes, or simple souvenirs, or electronics. Besides jackets, socks, and a headset, you also got a box of Belgian chocolates from Clint, and you were very pleased. And then you had a gray package in your hand, and you tore open the wrapping with curiosity.
Your breath caught in surprise. In your hands was a board game. But not just any board game. It was the same game you used to play with your siblings when you were a kid, an item you thought you would never see again.
- How...? - you whispered as you examined the box. Several memories invading your mind at once.
- I guess we're back to emotional gifts, guys. - Tony commented with light excitement as he noticed your reaction. - Share your gift with the group please, Y/N.
You swallow dryly, trying to control your emotion.
- It's a board game. - You say turning the gift over so the team can see the cover. - I used to play when I was a kid. I couldn't even remember how it looked but seeing this again brought so many memories back. How...
- You dream about it sometimes. - Wanda says shyly, and you and the team look at her in surprise. - It took a while but I found it online.
You think Natasha said something about this being really sweet, but your heart is racing as you look at Wanda. She blushes but holds your gaze, smiling coyly. And then Bruce asks you if he can look at the game, and you blink in confusion, turning your attention to him.
Later, when all the presents on the tree have been opened, Tony and Steve hand out blankets to everyone, because even with the tower heater, it is considerably colder.
And then you and Bruce go out to the kitchen to serve everyone eggnog, and Pietro uses his speed to deliver all the mugs quickly. When you go to sit down again, the team moved around the seats and Wanda opens the blanket for you to join her.
Completely wrapped in the warmth of the blanket and the girl next to you, you feel your chest heat up with comfort. The avengers begin to share life stories in the next moment, each one with their own mug of hot drink.
You are about to fall asleep when Natasha starts humming a Christmas song, and soon the whole group is singing along. You chuckle lightly, watching the scene. Then you rub your eyes, trying to stay awake as you join them.
Thor is the first to fall asleep a while later. He lays his head against the couch support, and a moment later Bucky is asleep on his shoulder. Tony and Steve sleep on the floor, Tony's head resting on the captain's lap. Soon the other members are falling asleep in the same way. You blink, and notice a blue flash. Pietro is collecting the empty cups to avoid any rest of the drink the spill, and he smiles quickly at you when he notice you awake. You decide to help him, moving slowly on the blanket so as not to awaken Wanda, who had just fallen asleep.
You carry your mugs back to the kitchen, and Pietro appears at your side soon after.
- Man, I loved that. - He comments with a smile, and you nod in agreement.
- Yeah, me too. - You say. - It's the most peaceful we've been in a long time.
- By the way, thanks for the game. - He mentioned the video game you had gifted him while leaning back against the counter. - But it's a tricky gift, because you'll also enjoy it since you'll be playing with me.
You laugh, shrugging your shoulders. Pietro lets out a yawn.
- I'm tired, but I'm going to go back to the room and play for a while. - He counts and you nod. He gives you a hug, and wishes you a Merry Christmas before leaving.
You bite the inside of your cheek next, remembering Wanda's latest gift. It is a DVD collection of old American sitcoms, editions with behind the scenes and commentary, and you had left it in your room, hoping to give it to Wanda after the party. But now that she was asleep, you thought it best to go back to your room.
You almost screamed with fright when you tripped over the redhead on your way out of the kitchen, and looked behind her to see Natasha moving around on the couch, probably having heard your surprised exclamation, but she didn't wake up.
Wanda exchanged a giggle with you, signaling for you to be quiet, and you bit your lips to keep from laughing.
- Are you going to bed already? - she asked softly, and you denied it with your head.
- I was going to, but now that you are up, I want to give you your last present. - You tell her, nodding for the two of you to leave the room. Wanda looks at you curiously, but follows you to your room.
As you walk toward your closet, she closes the door.
- You're spoiling me today, printsessa. So many gifts - She comments with a smile, and you bite your lip trying not to show how much you like the nickname.
She sits on your bed looking at you expectantly as you walk toward her, a neatly wrapped present in your hands.
- This is the last one, I promise. - You assure her with a small smile as you hand her the item.
And then Wanda is carefully undoing the loop, and when she finishes opening it, she lets out an excited giggle.
- This is absolutely amazing! - she says, running her fingers along the DVD cover. You smile, putting your hands in your pockets. But then Wanda bites her lip, and is quiet for a moment, her expression serious. You blink in confusion, but before you can ask what's wrong, she's talking again. - Why are you doing all this?
You stare at her for a second, your heart racing. Shifting the weight of your feet, and looking down at the ground afterwards.
- I just wanted your first Christmas with the Avengers to be special. - You lie, risking a look at her. There is something in her gaze that tells you that this is not the answer she expected, or that she doesn't believe you.
- Is that the only reason? - she asks. You think you are imagining the thread of insecurity in her voice.
You swallow dryly, nodding in agreement. Wanda forces a smile, looking away. Then she is placing the gift on the bed.
- I'm tired now. - she says clumsily. - But I loved all the presents.
You nod frantically, watching her get up. It's a cue for saying goodnight, and you swallow the bitter feeling in your stomach as you smile and walk toward the door, Wanda following you.
You open the door, and she step out, but turn around as you shift the weight of your feet, smiling slightly at Wanda standing in the doorway.
- Good night then. - She says slightly hesitant.
- Good...
Your sentence dies in your mouth when something catches your attention and you look up in confusion. The hologram of Santa Claus coming down from the door frame to the top of her head. Wanda looks surprised too. And then you feel your face heat up as the image turns into a mistletoe.
- What the...? - You frown in confusion, but the picture doesn't change even when you run your fingers up at it. And then Wanda lets out a giggle.
- Well, a tradition is a tradition. - She says before moving closer, and giving you a lingering kiss on your cheek that completely takes away your ability to think.
She remains very close even after she moved away, and her pupils are fully dilated in her green orbs, drawing the air from your lungs. You want to kiss her. Very much.  And this thought keeps looping over and over in your head.
- Wanda, I.... - You start hoarsely and breathlessly, but the redhead just nods.
- Do it.
So she had read your mind after all. You didn't care, though. Not when you closed your eyes and brought your mouths together.
It was sweet and tender, just as you expected a first kiss, or a kiss under the mistletoe to be. And then you pulled away, your lips tingling, as you pressed your foreheads together and normalized your breathing.
You looked up, a playful smile on your lips. The mistletoe was still there.
- I guess we'll have to continue then. - You commented with an amused smile and Wanda let out a giggle, bringing her hands up to your face.
- Yes, it's a tradition. - She whispered before joining your mouths in a much less innocent kiss. You felt your body shiver as she pulled your face to her, her fingers stroking the hair at the nape of your neck. You moved your hands up to her waist, and she stumbled into the room, dragging you along with her as you closed the door with one of your hands.
Neither of you notice the low celebratory chorus at the end of the hall, or the remote control in Tony Stark's hand, deactivating the hologram on the door.
//-//
You two kiss until you are breathless, and your lips are swollen and your hearts are racing. At some point you fall onto the bed, with you on top of Wanda, your kisses gradually slowing down.
- Hey. - You say breathlessly as you part, a silly smile on your lips. Wanda looks at you adoringly, and you feel your heart race even more.
- Hey. - She greets back, stroking your cheek with her thumb. Then you're lying on the bed beside her, leaning your face against your arm to face her, and Wanda mimics your position.
- I have another reason. - You say after a moment. She frowns in confusion. You swallow dryly before you clarify. - To give you the gifts. I have another reason.
Wanda bites her lip, waiting. She starts running her fingers down your cheek, tracing your skin and making you smile.
- I... - You start feeling your heart racing. Wanda's gaze is making you nervous. Then you sigh, trying to calm yourself. You start thinking too fast afterwards. She just kissed you, she must feel the same way. But maybe she only did it because of the mistletoe tradition. Or maybe she just wanted to kiss, because people do it without being in love with each other. If you confess,  things would get awkward, because Wanda is absolutely breathtaking and she wouldn't like you that way. You find yourself starting to sink into derogatory thoughts about yourself in the next moment, thinking about how you would never deserve someone like her.
- Your thoughts are loud. - She declares with a slightly concerned expression as she lets her fingers caress the back of your neck. You blush clumsily, ready to apologize, but Wanda is moving closer again, bringing your foreheads together. - Why are you thinking such cruel things about yourself?
You swallow dryly, closing your eyes, trying to clear your mind as your therapist has taught you.
- I can't help it. - You confess in a whisper, and then Wanda's nose is touching yours while her fingers remain in your hair. - I'm sorry about this.
- I don't like when you think that kind of nonsense. - She says, bringing your lips together quickly, and then she is pulling away only to kiss your cheek. - None of it is true. - she whispered, her lips caressing your skin. - You are simply spectacular and my favorite person in the world. - She says against your lips, making you shiver a little. - And I'm completely in love with you.
You open your eyes in surprise, feeling your face heat up. Although Wanda also has flushed cheeks, she smiles with confidence.
- Do you really mean that? - You ask in a slightly trembling voice, but Wanda's smile does not falter as she nods. You let out a sigh of relief and happiness, burying your face in Wanda's neck and wrapping your arms around her waist. You envelop her completely, rolling on top of her on the bed and she giggles against you, enjoying the warmth of your body.
- Kiss me again, please. - She asks playfully against your ear, and you blush, burying your face even deeper into her collarbone.
- I'm hugging you now. Kissing is for later. - You declare against her skin, eyes closed as you enjoy Wanda's scent. She laughs softly, her hands caressing your back.
And you think she has accepted your statement, but then her fingers lightly invade your shirt, caressing the skin of your waist, making you shiver at the sensation.
You let out a satisfied sigh, but don't let go, and Wanda lets out a mischievous laugh when you shiver briefly as you feel her fingers going up the base of your spine.
- That's not fair. - You grumble against her skin. And when Wanda's fingers start to rise even more, you sigh with both pleasure and impatience. - You're going to play like this, then? That's fine.
Wanda raises an eyebrow, not knowing what you mean, but then she closes her eyes tightly when she feels you deposit a wet kiss against her collarbone only to bite and suck her sensitive spot next, her fingers stopping the movement the same minute she moans.
You smile at the reaction you have wrung from her, and move your kisses up her skin to her chin, until you finally bring your lips together again.
After many long stolen kisses, you fall asleep completely entwined in each other. Definitely the best Christmas ever.

Hi-!! Can I get Kenma HCs? 👉👈
Okay so I wasn’t sure if you meant general ‘Kenma just being Kenma’ HCs or relationship HCs so I did both I also added a lil imagine at the end 😺 (this isn’t fully proof read but there should be small mistakes only)
Requests are open!
Tumblr media
When you and Kenma first got together, he was genuinely surprised how little you cared about how other people felt about you guys together
He’d always feel insecure when the sly remarks like ‘Wow Y/N and Kenma? I never imagined.’ Or ‘Y/N is probably just with him out of pity.’ would be whispered around him
Just every jab someone could get out they said it loud enough for him to hear it.
But by the time he’d try to ignore what they’re saying and think about it later, your either cussing them out, ignoring them, or ignoring them and kissing him instead
And Kenma wasn’t complaining
He wasn’t a fan of PDA other then holding hands but there are acceptions (ahem^) But most of the time he’s only hugging you when he as small anxiety attacks in public
Kenma has mostly oversized hoodies and tends to pick at his sleeves when he gets nervous so just know when you steal his hoodies be careful
If you get one of the loose strings caught on something that hoodie is becoming threads in seconds.
He really likes it if you play with his hands of fingers, or when he’s gaming if you wrap your legs from behind him and just be there together he really enjoys it
But don’t lay in his lap because he will bonk you on the head on accident if he rages
Without even realizing it Kenma sometimes goes on about you to Kuroo or Hinata, but by the time he realizes it he blushes at the smug looks on their faces
One time you face planted and Kenma laughed so hard he lost his voice, but I kind of ended up good because he cuddled with you the entire healing time
When you want to go outside with him it’s either shopping, looking for new games, or talking while bumping a volleyball over to each other
Sometimes you’d catch Kenma randomly scrunching his nose up while you’re about to sleep to in class while you guys are doing your work
You didn’t know why he did it until he told you that he’d think about something he regretted and he just:
Tumblr media
Kenma regularly FaceTimes you, Kuroo, or Hinata or all of you at once to talk about a game release he’s really excited for
When he teaches you how to play a game he will either sit next to you or have his arms wrapped around you. Softly telling what buttons to press and what to do.
And once you get the hang of a game, one day he’ll just wake up and choose violence, deciding to troll the hell out of you just to get a reaction (silent cackling Kenma intestifies)
You and Kenma made a discord server together for the Nekoma team so you guys could talk regularly or just schedule hangouts
Ok but I feel like Kenma would be with someone who radiates the same energy as Hinata or Kuroo. Or someone who has both. Orrr on the other side of the spectrum where he’s with someone that’s just like ‘Whatever happens, happens.’
I mean, of course not exactly like them but Kenma is friends with both of them for a reason-
I feel like it’s canon the Kenma just glares at Lev from time to time for Lev just being...Lev, but when he gets with you it happens more often because Lev always makes it his goal to see you laugh or talk to you constantly
In which Kenma gets jealous and silently tells Yaku he slacking off
This mans is a silent menace to society and he does not care
Ok I also feel like sometimes he’d take you to a new cafe that just opened, get the most sweetest or most bitter thing there, and let you have it just to mess with you.
His way to ask you for affection is when he’d just kind of stand there next to you like ‘🧍😺’ Or just kind of expects you to initiate it in general
But when you start to do it less and less, Kenma feels like you both are starting to feel more like friends than lovers
So when you kind of leave him alone suddenly, he thinks he did something wrong and tries to make it up himself
Your eyes we’re getting tired of the flashing screen. The vibrant colors clashing and moving quickly. You blink, getting out of the trance the TV screen pulled you in. You were starting to see why Kenma got so addicted to this game. You felt your stomach rumble. You groaned a little, not wanting to leave the warm blanket wrapped around you, but feeling your stomach rumble again, you sigh and unwinded yourself from the heat, and made your way to the kitchen. Kenma felt movement but ignored it, thinking it was just you getting comfortable. But when he didn’t hear your small cheers or nudges when he won the round he looked back to see you’re not there. Slight panic rose in him. He shrugged it off at first. Though his thoughts started to get to him. Were you getting bored of him? Did you feel ignored? Wait...did you leave?
Kenma paused the game, and was out of the room in seconds. He made his way downstairs in a hurry, but instead he breathed a sigh of relief. You were rummaging through the fridge. Probably looking for something quick, but his parents haven’t went shopping so he knew it was nothing there. An idea came to his head, covering half of his face with his hand. He pursed his lips and hoped he didn’t embarrass himself.
As you were raiding looking through the fridge, you heard a small ‘fuck it’ and felt arms wrap around your waist. You looked back in shock, essentially freezing on the spot as you looked at him dumbfounded. And to be fair Kenma almost never initiated physical contact. So you just kind of looked at him. You were kind of taking in this moment. Kenma stopped breathing, his face flushed. It turning red, going down his neck.
“I-I’m sorry, that was stupid, you probably hated that. I-“
Kenma grimanced and hid his face, rushing back up to his room. You called out to him but the door was already closed when you did. You sighed in annoyance at yourself. Quickly making your way up not that long after him. You placed a hand over your heart when the door wasn’t locked. You looked into the room lit by the bright TV screen to see a hump under the fluffy cat themed blanket on the bed. You slap a hand over your mouth to keep yourself from laughing. Instead you crawl onto the bed, stopping right by him. Rubbing his back, he jumped at your touch then seemingly sinking further into the mattress.
“Ken? I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to not respond, it’s just you usually don’t start a hug I got so surprised.”
A moment of silence passed, you hear a huff, he scooted away from you. You couldn’t help the small smile that made its way onto your face, you took out your phone, snapping a picture. You laugh into your hand but go back to rubbing his back.
“Aww c’mon Ken don’t be like this, I’m sor-“
“I should be saying sorry, it’s not your fault. You probably didn’t like my scrawny arms around you anyway...I’ve also not been talking to you as much as I should and you probably hate me.”
You deadpanned at him, then yanked the blanket off him. You swore your heard a small squeal but decided to ignore it. “Y’know, you said a lot of ‘probables’. Stop assuming things without talking to me, you know I love you. I won’t ever judge you like that Kenma. Plus I expected you to be like this when we got into it in the first place. I wouldn’t get with someone I’m not attracted to Ken. So stop all that insecure stuff before I kiss it out of you.” Kenma face heated up at that, he looked anywhere but you, flustered that you said it with such confidence. You placed a hand onto his cheek. He looked shocked at first, but it was replaced by a small smile adorning his pretty features, he gently caressed your hand.
But you ultimately decided to ruin the moment when you flicked his forehead as you got up.
“Alright get your dorito dust headass up cause we’re gonna order takeout.”
Kenma held his forehead, giving you a playful glare, pouting afterwards. He got up off the bed, grabbing his phone and heading downstairs. “Whatever get your hungry ass down here so we can order something.”
“Kenma you- ugh”
Kenma felt a smile tug at his lips as you continued to bicker throughout the time you were ordering.
Tumblr media
Hey 😺. Seriously, I enjoyed this request so I’d love to do more of these. The dorito dust insult came from a friend who just started Haikyuu and that’s what she said and it had me cackling so there you go. But enjoy some cute Kenma HCs. I was gonna make it angsty but I forgot to do Valentines so🤸 Also I did more HCs to make up for bad 3am imagine but 🤠

In the Stars
Pairing: Billy Russo x Reader
Tumblr media
Request: hi! i was wondering if you could do a billy russo x reader in which the reader is the opposite of him because she’s carefree and dyes her crazy colors and is into astrology and basically just different but hes still really intrigued by her. thank you!
A/N: okay so this one was fun because you basically described me lmao I don't know what Billy's DOB is, but I made him a Scorpio because I mean… how could I not? Looool
Tumblr media
Also this is kinda AU cause in my head Billy doesn't betray Frank and they all live happily ever after. Don't come at me 😂
Warnings: cursing, kinda fluff. I don't know, it's kinda playful or whatever. Just a short cute thingymabob. I already have an idea for a part two if anyone wants it. 🤔
---------------------------
You were late for work but it wasn't really your fault. You'd been distracted by the bookstore on the way and found a couple of astrology books that were calling to you. Not your fault. Not one bit. But now you were practically running down the street, books in your arms as you tried to get to work.
You wouldn't really be in trouble. Your best friend was your boss. Gemma owned a flower shop and you'd worked there since she opened. She was the face of the shop, always in the front greeting the customers and putting together beautiful flower arrangements, whereas you lurked in the back where the 'garden' was. The back was like a giant greenhouse and you'd often water the plants and talk to them about your day. Talking to them was supposed to help them grow better. You wanted them to be happy.
You jingled as you ran, the many bracelets and necklaces you wore clinking together as you weaved through the sea of people on the streets. You weren't panicking about getting in trouble or Gemma being mad. The plants needed watering and you didn't want them to miss out on your tale of the weird dream you'd had.
You barely noticed the looks people gave you. You knew you probably looked a little crazy as you barrelled down the street and your hair often attracted some attention. It was currently lavender but you changed it every few weeks. You got bored with it easily and you loved switching it up. Gemma often compared you to a mood ring.
You weren't really paying attention to where you were going and as you ran past the coffee shop, you collided with someone just as they left. You felt the splash of hot coffee all over your chest as firm arms grabbed you to keep you steady. Your books fell to the floor as you cursed at the burning and crouched to scoop them back up
"Shit, I'm sorry," a silky voice met your ears. You glanced up at the man, the very fancy and attractive man in a suit, and smiled.
"It's fine. It was my fault," you said softly, gripping the books as you stood back up. He took out his pocket square and you couldn't help but snort as you took it and dabbed at your chest.
"You sure you're okay? I just spilled hot coffee on you," he frowned. It was stinging but you'd be fine. You handed him the pocket square back but you were still a little damp.
"Seriously, don't worry about it. Mercury's in retrograde right now so I'm not surprised," you snorted softly. He quirked a brow looking curious and his dark eyes flit to the books in your arms. Both his brows raised then.
"Astrology?" He asked, sounding amused.
"Don't give me that look. Be skeptical all you want but this shit is real," you huffed playfully. He grinned and you almost swooned. How was it legal to be that attractive? He needed to be arrested.
"I guess I'll take your word for it," he murmured.
You didn't miss how his gaze kept wandering and it made you feel like a tiny person was inside of you lighting a fire. You gave him a good once over yourself and when your eyes landed back on his, he looked like the cat that ate the canary as he caught your wandering eyes.
"Let me guess… you're a Scorpio?" You asked with a smirk. His brows rose again and he chuckled, tilting his head a little.
"Alright… that's just weird," he snorted.
You stood there for a moment, both watching each other. You were so intent on basking in his presence that you almost forgot you were late for work.
"Well, as much as I'd love to stay here and chat with the beautiful stranger that gave me third degree burns, I'm late for work," you grinned cheekily at him.
He looked caught off guard for less than a second before he laughed and the sound made you tingle all over.
"Do I at least get to know your name?" He smirked softly. Your grin widened and you shook your head.
"Where's the mystery in that?" You asked playfully, making him chuckle. You shot him another smile as you moved around him, picking up your pace but not running anymore. You were smiling like an idiot and when you glanced over your shoulder, he was watching you with a weird look on his face. It was a mix of amusement and curiosity.
"I'm an Aries by the way!" You called to him with a cheeky wink. He chuckled, shaking his head incredulously before you turned back around.
Wow. He seriously shouldn't be allowed to just walk around looking like that. It was a health risk for everyone. You were practically giddy by the time you came into the shop.
"What's with you?" Gemma snorted. She was behind the counter arranging some flowers.
"I just met the most handsome guy on the planet and now I'm all sticky," you grinned, making a startled laugh leave Gemma's lips.
"Wow, I don't even want to ask," she smirked.
You beamed at her, setting the books on the counter as you leaned on it on the opposite side.
"I ran into him and he spilled his hot coffee on me," you gestured to your red tinged chest and Gemma rolled her eyes goodnaturedly.
"Of course you did," she smiled softly. You had a reputation of being kind of clumsy. Well, it was more like your head was in the clouds so you didn't pay enough attention. You were constantly almost being hit by cars. It might be a problem.
"Oh man…. He was just… ugh. And he's a Scorpio," you wiggled your brows with a mischievous smile and Gemma laughed.
"Well shit, did you get his number?" She asked curiously.
"Nope. He asked for my name and I didn't give it. I don't know… I just have this feeling I'll see him again sometime," you shrugged.
People thought you were weird but your intuition was never wrong. After Gemma shook her head again with a smile you slipped into the garden with a bright grin.
"Hello, little ones. Let me tell you about Mr Coffee," you grinned, filling up the watering can before you started watering the plants as you regalled them with your encounter with the handsome stranger. You really hoped you were right and that you'd see him again. Honestly, you kind of hoped he'd get you sticky in another way.
--------
Billy was almost dazed as he sat at his desk around noon.  He couldn't get the girl with the purple hair out of his head. Kept thinking of her smile, her eyes, her fucking everything. He was a goner as soon as she flashed him that cheeky grin and his thoughts kept drifting to her.
Frank walked in the office with some sandwiches as he always did as they shared their lunch break together. He quirked a brow at Billy being so distracted as he plonked down in the chair on the other side of the desk.
"What's with you?" He asked gruffly, slightly amused. Billy blinked a little, shaking his head as he reached for his sandwich.
"It's nothin'," he huffed, unwrapping the food.
Frank squinted slightly before a sly grin crept onto his face.
"Who is she?" He asked knowingly. Billy snorted, shaking his head again.
"I don't know. Didn't get her name but apparently she's an Aries," he smirked. Frank barked a laugh before Billy told him about what happened.
"Oh man. She sounds like a handful. You must be losing your charm, man. Billy the Beaut couldn't even get her name," Frank chortled. Billy squinted, thoroughly offended as he balled up the sandwich wrapper and tossed it at his best friend.
"Yeah, yeah, laugh it up. I gotta feelin' I'll see her again. I'll get her name and number then," he smirked confidently.

"So, how's it being back, y/n?"
Your dad looks older now than he did the last time you saw him - probably two years ago, when you were leaving the country.
You missed him, really. You missed his warmth and his wisdom and how he was a sharp contrast to your mother, more calm and composed. Sometimes you wonder how your mother had even managed to get your custody after their divorce.
"Okay, I guess." You lie.
You didn't want your father to know how your feelings are all over the place, ranging from sadness to anger and longingness.
It's a weird thing to be experiencing such a cocktail of emotions when you'd convinced yourself these feelings had disappeared the day you left the old neighborhood, seven years ago. You had not felt any attachment towards the new neighborhood that you and your mother then went on to live for the next two years before you moved abroad for your studies. Yet you feel nostalgic now, as your father drives you through your old old neighborhood.
"How's mom?" He asks, taking a left to a road all too familiar to you, "Is she still going to therapy?"
You nod, "She's getting better, I think. The new country seems to have changed her. The therapy is helping too. She has many friends there now. "
At first when you were offered a job at one of the biggest publishing companies in the world, you were ecstatic. But everything soon died down when you found out you were posted at a branch in the country you'd left behind. It was your mother who'd convinced you to take it.
"I know you don't like being back, y/n." Your dad smiles sadly when he pulls over infront of your old house. The house that contains years of secrets, tears, lies and whispered confessions in front of the mirror stands in front of you, as grand and pretty as ever. It looks different but similar enough to make you tear up a tad bit.
"But I'm glad you're here. I really am." He says, "I renovated the house a little when you told me you were moving back. I hope it's okay."
You smile at the old man, wrapping your arms around him, "Thanks, dad. I missed you. I'm glad you're here, too."
He pecks your forehead, "I missed you, too, love."
Moving in doesn't take a lot of time since your dad had already set up everything. You just had to get some of your stuff and you were ready to kick start your stay.
That evening, your father leaves after making you promise to call him if anything happens at all and when the front door closes, you find yourself in the company of your old room.
You lie on your bed, eyes fixed on the ceiling as you hum an old tune to yourself. And without meaning to, you find yourself thinking about him; The man you hadn't seen or talked to for a whole seven years. The man who'd tried his best to stay in touch with you yet gave up when you didn't reciprocate the same.
A horrific realization then dawns on you,
He'd obviously replaced you now.
The familiar clouds of grief loom over you, threatening to engulf you any moment now.
No. Not now, please.
Getting up from your bed immediately, you shake your head as you make your way to the mirror- the mirror that had encountered more honest tears and smiles and words than any human ever had. You stare at your reflection as tears escapes your eyes, the bright red iris of your right eye staring back at you when you rub your tears off.
You shiver.
"Shit, I forgot to wear the contacts."
Quickly grabbing your lenses from your bag, you put them on, concealing the scary blood red color of your right eye. You take two long strides across the room and pulling your favorite black hoodie over your head, you walk out of the door.
By the time you manage to leave the house, it's already 10:30 in the evening. A quiet calmness has fallen over the town, as the shops and restaurants near the market square slowly start closing up. Your feet are as if on autopilot, taking you to that one place you know would still be open; Yang's Café.
And rightly so, the smell of freshly brewed coffee reaches your nostrils when you walk through their main door, past the group of chatty teenagers waiting outside. This place hasn't changed much, you realize, the brown and golden hues of the place and the vintage coffee cups collection in the far corner of the Cafe are still the same. The only difference is that you're no longer here with your best friend right after school, you are here all alone on an evening too quiet for your liking.
"Y/n? Is that you?"
When you turn around to face the owner of the voice, you are stunned.
"Jeongin?"
Jeongin's family has owned this Cafe for three generations now, from his great-grandparents, his grandparents, his parents and soon enough it'll pass down to him. As a kid, you remember often playing with Jeongin at the park and teaming up with him during quiz competition. He was always sweet and always smiley.
But the handsome young man that stands in front of you doesn't resemble the Jeongin you once used to know, not even a little bit.
"What..what happened to you!" You exclaim, taking his face in your hands, "Where are the braces! And the specs and wow, would you look at the blue hair!"
Jeongin can only let out a few giggles as you continue squishing his face and complaining how big he's grown in only over seven years.
The customers give you weird stares but only the heavens above know how genuinely happy you are to see Jeongin, albeit the fact you almost couldn't recognize him there for a second.
"What have you done to my child?" You mutter when you've finally calmed down and Jeongin takes you to your seat.
"I have a mother, y/n, thank you very much," he laughs, taking a seat opposite to yours, loosening the Barista apron around his torso, "And I missed you too."
You attempt to pinch his cheeks but he is quick to dodge.
"So how have you been?" He asks through giggly breaths.
You sigh, "I'm good... I feel weird being back here, honestly but I think I'll get used to it soon. What about you?"
"I've been good. Graduated a few months back, now I'm working here full time." He ushers over a waiter, "What would you like, y/n?"
You don't even think for a second while responding, "An iced Americano, please."
The waiter notes your order and walks away before Jeongin pinches your arm teasingly.
"Ouch. What?"
"Old habits die hard, huh? You always used to drink an iced coffee whenever we hung out here. I am glad to see nothing much has changed," Jeongin laughs, "You and Changbin, too!"
That one name sends your entire mind into a frenzy. Changbin. Seo Changbin. The love of your life. The man who you wouldn't even go to school without, the man who had saved you from a terrible accident, also the man who probably no longer even remembers you.
And you realise, despite everything, your heart yearns for him, still- for you wouldn't be in so much pain at the mention of his name otherwise.
Jeongin seems to have noticed your discomfort because he immediately changes the topic, "Anyway, you have to try our new chocolate cake. It's heavenly, I'm telling you."
Your reason to leave the neighborhood wasn't a secret, really. It was public knowledge that your mother had blamed Changbin for the fatal accident you almost had.
You're grateful for what Jeongin does, and try your best to engage in conversations about the neighborhood and old gossip you'd missed out on. Yet all you want to do is drive out of the damn Cafe and find changbin.
"Y/n?"
Or maybe, Changbin will find you.
Behind Jeongin, you see the blurry image of a man that had once caused you great misery yet you had never felt as happy as when you were with him.
"Hi..hi, Changbin." You stammer as you see the said man walk towards your table.
The seven years have as if done some magic on him, because the Changbin that walks towards you in no way resembles your high school best friend.
With thick buff arms, new ear piercings and silver jewelry gracing his wrists and fingers, you have a hard time actually accepting the fact that Seo Changbin is really there, in front of you.
"Been long, huh?" He grins, but it doesn't quite reach his eyes and somewhere in the depths of your conscience, you realize it might have been your fault. You'd done everything in your capacity to break apart from this friendship, ignoring his calls, changing your number, even going as far as blocking him on all social media.
So, did you really expect him to welcome you back with open arms when you had caused him so much pain?
Jeongin brings an extra chair for Changbin to sit on and soon, the three of you are talking, maybe not like the old, happy days but it's still better than nothing. Changbin looks at you everytime you throw your head back and laugh, your eyes squeezing shut as his heart clenches in his chest.
You are really back home.
"So what have you been doing? I told you guys about me." Jeongin says, stealing a bite off of Changbin's cheesecake.
"Oh..you know," Changbin giggles, the tip of his ears turning a light pink shade.
You raise your eye brows in confusion.
"Been busy with the wedding and all."
Your heart drops. "Wedding? W-whose wedding?" You try to laugh it off but it's very evident from the way you're gripping your glass of iced Americano that it has affected you. A lot more than you actually thought.
"I'm getting married, y/n," Changbin smiles, "I'm so glad you could be around for the wedding."
*
Your grief stricken self has not gotten up from the bed since last night and you're thankful to Jeongin for finally checking up on you or else you would have gone deeper into the spiral hole of despair.
"Are you really going to be like this, y/n?"
You hate being miserable on the very second day of your stay. You hate depending on Jeongin. But you can barely move without bursting out into tears,so it seems as though there's no better idea than have someone take care of you at the moment.
"I'm sorry, Jeongin. " You manage to speak when he places a bag full of snacks and drinks on the dining table, "And thanks."
Jeongin chuckles, "Don't thank me, just yet. Guess who wants to meet up with you?"
Your eyes widen for a split second as you sit up on the couch, "Who?!"
No, he wouldn't, would he?
"It's not the person you think, y/n. Calm down." He laughs, "It's Bang Chan. Your senior, you remember?"
Oh, yes, the infamous Bang Chan. Shy smiles, dimples, curly hair, angelic eyes. Yeah, you remember the school's heartthrob. Very clearly.
"I was talking to him this morning and he said he'd be very glad to catch up with you again." Jeongin settles beside you, "It's not a date, y/n. He's an old friend. It wouldn't hurt, would it? You can't possibly sit here all day long crying about him."
You open your mouth to argue, but only air slips out and you realise you don't have anything to defend your miserable state with. You knew this was coming; when you cut off all ties with Seo Changbin, you knew this was coming.
Jeongin is right; you need to go out and meet new people.
You roll your eyes before pinching Jeongin's cheeks, "Fine. Give him my number."
He responds by pulling your cheeks as well.
*
The first day of work is weirdly gut wrenching.
You hadn't expected yourself to be this nervous but here you are, muttering under your breath as you make way towards the office.
"You'll be okay, y/n," you breathe in, "You've worked hard for this." And breathe out.
A few more minutes of self pep talking and you see all your hard work and expectations go down the drain as you feel a few droplets of rain fall onto your head. You look up and the dark, heavy clouds greet you.
Bloody brilliant.
You see the office goers around you jog quickly to the nearest shelter but you're short on luck today as your gaze falls on your watch and you realize you don't have enough time to wait for the rain to pass.
So you grab your office bag, cover your head with that and make a run for it.
The sole of your high heel shoes dig into your feet and a throbbing pain shoots through your body, as you wince. Note to yourself - never wear heels to office again.
You also secretly pray to the gods that your contact lens don't get washed off. Turning up at your new office on the first day with a blood red iris doesn't feel too fun, really.
"Do you need a lift?"
You had been so busy running to your office that you don't notice when a black car drives toward you and the driver rolls down the window, offering you a smile.
Seo Changbin.
Your heart skips a few beats.
"Y/n, do you need a lift?"
You blink back to reality when he clicks his fingers in front of you, "I-I mean if that's okay with you."
Changbin smiles, pointing to the passenger's seat, "Come on in."
When you're comfortably seated in his car, using his spare towel to wipe off the water from your face and hair, his questions start-
"So.." He steps on the break when the traffic light turns red, "How have you been?"
You look at the digital clock displayed on the cars' LED, and sigh. You're late to work and you're stuck in traffic with the one man you'd rather not be stuck in traffic with. Brilliant.
"Good." Your eyes are focused on the cars outside the window, "You?"
There's a moment of silence before he speaks again, "Fine."
Fine? Just Fine? Shouldn't he be over the clouds, now that the wedding is finally around the corner?
"Okay.."
"Actually, I meant to ask you earlier, y/n." He turns to you, a gentle smile playing at his lips, "I am throwing a party this weekend. I'd love it if you could come by. And I could introduce you to her."
You sink back into your seat, biting your lip, wondering if you want to ever know who her is. Your peace of mind is more important than meeting your ex crush's fiance, right? And if you do end up going to the party, whom would you hang out with? It's not like you know any of his rich friends and cousins and there's no way you'd hang out with Changbin and the said fiance.
You are about to respectfully reject the invitation when a sudden, seemingly good idea pops into your head.
Bang Chan.
You nod, shrugging, "Okay. I'll be there."
You clasp your hands together as he continues driving and you look out the window, unable to suppress the bubbling excitement.
"Great, then." He replies, suspiciously.
*
The evening of the party finally arrives, much to your dismay, you find yourself seated next to Chan. He's just the same as the guy in your memory; a gentleman.
"You look pretty, y/n." He had greeted you as he held the car door open for you, "I'm glad we could meet up."
His words turn your cheeks into a darker shade of red but your heart doesn't beat quite as furiously as you'd expect it to.
Muttering a small thank you, you seat comfortably in the car while Chan drives towards Changbin's family's old Farmhouse on the outskirts of the city. You've been there before - during summer holidays, he would take you there with his family. That place was only filled with happy memories of sunshine, swimming pools, watermelon juice and bonfires.
You swallow the grief that comes along with these memories.
"Are we here already?" Chan pulls over in a familiar driveway not even ten minutes later, jogging up to your door and clicking it open, like the gentleman he is.
"Yeah, we're here." Chan smiles, "Very less traffic tonight."
You guys walk through the huge metallic gate, making your way through the main door of the house.
"Uh..." People are crowded mostly around the front door and in the front yard, so you and Chan have to push and squeeze your way into the Farmhouse. You hate the feeling of sweaty bodies pressing against you (or holding Chan's hand for stability) but desperate situations call for desperate measures.
"I hate it here." You mutter when you later find yourself by the pool side, swirling the drink that you don't even plan on drinking and looking at all the flushed faces having the time of their lives.
Thankfully, Chan happens to be on the same boat as you.
"I'm sorry I dragged you here, Chan. We could have just gone for a movie."
Chan giggles, "Hey, it's alright. I don't mind, I'm glad I could spend some time with you after so many years."
His eyes shine and dimples deepen.
You whisper, "Yeah, me too."
Chan is a handsome man, good at all kinds of sport, good at arts, very smart and intelligent yet there's a part of you that knows you'd never be able to reciprocate his flirtatious words. It's sad, really, but that's just how life is.
"Wow, those two seem to be having the time of their lives." Chan chuckles, pointing at someone behind you.
It's quite dark outside, the only source of light being a few decorative fairylights hung at random places haphazardly.
Hiding behind a huge, tall bush, you see a couple, kissing each other like it were the last day on the planet.
The guy's hands roam all over the woman's body and the woman is so loud that even you could hear her sighs and moans. When she pulls away to catch her breath for a second, Chan asks you, "You know her?"
"Nope. I don't know either of them."
You look away; what kind of creep looks at a happy couple like that? (Not a creep, just a lonely and touch starved person)
"Should we check out the dinner table?" Chan suggests and you agree with a nod, "I hope there's no crowd there."
As expected, there actually isn't a crowd there - there's only Changbin, sitting and nibbling on a pizza slice while scrolling through the phone.
The moment your eyes land on him, your feet as if stop on their own and your heart bangs furiously against your chest.
He's breathtakingly gorgeous.
By the time you debate in your head whether or not you want to sit there and fill your stomach, Chan has already made his way to Changbin.
"Hey, Bin!" He greets him with a smile.
Changbin looks at Chan with an unamused smile, the same one from your high school days, when these two were named the biggest rivals on campus. You wonder if somewhere deep in his heart, Changbin had still not let go of that rivalry.
"Hey, Changbin." You manage to whisper before sitting beside Chan.
He looks almost angry.
"You should have the pizza. It's good." He mutters, turning to pass you a slice of pizza on a plate, "Help yourself, Chan."
Yup, there it is. The Seo Changbin that would kill to be on top. You feel worse about dragging Chan here now when neither of you were having a good time.
"Thanks, mate. " Chan replies.
Your ears ring with the sound of approaching footsteps, and when a pretty girl comes walking in and takes Changbin in her arms, your heart stings. Like a fresh wound.
"Y/n.." Chan whispers to you as you watch the two collide in a loving embrace, Changbin smiling at her and running his fingers through her hair.
Your heart hurts at how happy and content he looks.
You could have had that, a part of you thinks, if you weren't such a coward, it would have been you instead of her.
"Y/n," Chan calls you again.
"What?" Your tone is harsher than you intended, "What happened?"
You think Chan is about to give you the whole it-is-time-to-move-on talk but he doesn't, instead he points at the girl and whispers,
"It's her. The girl we saw earlier."
The rest of the night is blurry to you, all conversations, all gazes, all thoughts just feel ....like an awkward dream.
"We have to tell Changbin."
You're sitting at Yang's Cafe at 1 am the same night, watching Jeongin's brother guide his staff to clean the place up.
"I agree." Chan says, biting the inside of his cheeks.
While you, on the other hand, are completely zoned out, staring at the glass of water placed in front of you and watching the droplets on its surface race each other.
"Y/n, what do you think?" Jeongin asks when you don't take part in their discussions.
You sigh, "I don't know. I really don't. As much as it troubles me that Changbin is being cheated on, I don't want to get involved in their personal relationship. "
"Let's not tell anyone for now, then. But someday in the future, before that goddamn wedding, we have to tell him. He deserves to know." Chan agrees.
You purse your lips and close your eyes.
Chan is right.
Changbin deserves to know the truth.
*
"So, how's it being back in town, y/n?"
"It feels good. Weird, but good." You smile at your old teacher, "How have you been, Miss Oh?"
Your teacher adds sugar to the cup of tea in her hands and then looks at you, smiling - the same old smile, except with more wrinkles now, "I've been good. I'm retiring next year so I'm glad I could see you before that, huh?"
You nod your head, "I'm glad too. The school hasn't changed much, unlike what I had expected."
Other than the addition of some new labs and libraries, and the change in color of the walls, everything was still the same. No place in this old school building feels foreign to you.
"Ugh, these administration people I tell you, y/n, they're cheap idiots. They won't spend a single penny on infrastructure unless it's absolutely necessary." She complains as you giggle in response,
"They've always been like that."
Miss Oh gulps some tea from her cup, "Anyway, y/n, I have a class now. I would have loved to stay and chat, really, but I'm afraid that might get me in to trouble."
"No issues, Miss Oh. Go ahead. I'll just roam around the school a little more though, if that's okay."
After Miss Oh leaves, you step out of her cabin and walk the familiar corridors, reminiscent of the memories you have here. Studying a few minutes before tests, bunking classes, running to class when you're late, hanging out with your friends- these corridors have seen you grow in love, in friendship, in life. There's absolutely nothing that could ever replace these memories.
Mindlessly, you wander around the third floor, walking toward the end of the corridor before stopping in front of an old door, way too familiar to not try and push open.
While a part of you tells you it might not be a good idea to go into that room again, there's also a part of you that thinks it's a bloody brilliant idea.
Pushing the door open, you walk into the old dusty room, sighing in relief when you see a particular set of letters still carved on the wall.
CB and YN were here.
You finally let your tears run free, as you crouch down to touch the letters.
Your heart aches at how much you miss Changbin being an important part of your life and how much you miss being his top priority. And your heart aches for Changbin, who is so in love with his fiancé and has no idea he's being cheated on.
You almost want to leave this town and go back to your mother, away from this terrible mess. Yet you don't find it in yourself to act on those thoughts.
Maybe, it is your fear of abandoning him once again that stops you. Or, maybe it is simply the unconditional love you harbor for him.
* Surprisingly, Yang's Cafe is near empty that afternoon.
"Did something happen, y/n? You look really worried." Changbin has his arms crossed over his chest, looking at you with a tense frown.
"Um..it's kind of complicated." You sigh. For a second, you see the genuine concern and innocence on his face, and you wonder if it is worth telling him the truth at all because it would kill you to see him lose his smile but then, his engagement band shines on his ring finger and your stomach turns unpleasantly.
He has to know. From you. In person.
"Changbin, that day at your party...I saw something. " You whisper, "Something I shouldn't have. I should have turned a blind eye really but I can't. My conscience won't allow it. I'm sorry, Bin."
"Y/n, it's okay, just tell me," he reaches over and wraps his fingers around yours, soft and gentle, "You're scaring me."
"Changbin, your fiance is cheating on you. I-I saw her kissing another man that night. Chan saw it too." You feel sick even having to say this to him, "I think you should confront her."
He sucks in a deep breathe, his face completely void of any emotions as he extracts his hands from yours.
"I know." Is all he says.
His eyes drill into yours, as if accusing you of a crime. He looks angry. Just how he looked the day you brought Chan to his party.
"Why are you still marrying her then?" You question.
He sits up straight, "Y/n, I wish I could explain. But I can't. I'm sorry. And please, stay out of this, okay?"
"Why? Why should I stay out of it?" Your voice threatens to break, "I cannot watch my best friend marry a woman who's not loyal. You deserve better than this, Bin."
A sarcastic chuckle leaves Changbin's lips as he taps his foot against the floor, "Let me correct you, y/n. You were my best friend. Seven years ago. You're not anymore."
Your heart shatters.
A part of you knows you deserve this after ghosting him for seven long years. You were the center of each other's world at one point of time. How could you have been so selfish to ever think that your absence and lack of communication wouldn't hurt him?
"Changbin, I'm sorry for everything I did okay. B-but I never stopped thinking or worrying about you. Even for one second. And I still do."
Changbin pushes his chair back and stands up while you stay frozen in your seat.
"It doesn't seem like that though. "
"What do you even mean!"
"Chan. I mean Chan, y/n." He grabs his phone and purse, "Goodbye, y/n. I hope Chan turns out to be a better friend than I ever did." With that, the love of your life walks out of Yang's Cafe.
And for once, he doesn't even look back.
* "Y/n, don't let go of my hand!"
Changbin is panting heavily, his voice shaking with fear as he desperately tries to hold onto you.
He should have known it would be a bad idea to play badminton near the infamous cliff in your town yet when you had showed him your innocent smile and pleading eyes that day, he just couldn't say no.
Your sweaty hands clutch his, legs dangling over the edge of the cliff. Your free hand grabs the rough surface of the rocky cliff to keep yourself from falling.
You want to cry; but you're too traumatized to even let out more than a few terrified grunts. "Y/n," he yells, "I'm going to try and pull you up one more time, okay?."
You don't even remember how you had ended up in this situation; one second you were happily giggling, playing badminton with Changbin and in the next second, you found yourself hanging by the cliff, praying for your dear life.
With all the energy he has left, he tries to pull you up onto the surface.
"Y/n, you have to free the other hand. Let go of that rock." He pants.
You shake your head vigorously, you know you would not survive if you let go of the rock, you'd fall thousands of feet below into absolute nothingness.
"Y/n, please listen to me." Changbin pleads, now crying, "Please. I'll catch you, I promise. I'll not let you die. Just..please."
Changbin sounds like he's about to give up and in all honesty, you couldn't blame him really. Everytime your eyes fall on what's beneath you, a part of you loses hope.
"Please, come on, y/n," he's still pulling at your free hand, while his right hand awaits desperately to grab the other hand. A mixture or sweat and tears grace his face, making him shine under the bright afternoon sun. Your heart aches at the mere thought of never seeing him again- your friend, your childhood crush, your partner in everything.
Well, here goes nothing then.
You suck in a deep breath and let go the Rock, immediately reaching for Changbin. He is quick to grab both of your arms and in one swift movement, he pulls you up onto the surface.
You fall onto his chest, "Y-you saved me."
Changbin let's out a sob mixed with a relieved giggle, pulling you into his arms.
Your eyes feel heavy, as darkness slowly begins to engulf your vision.
"Oh God, I am so sorry this happened, y/n. It's all my fault." He cries, rubbing your back softly, "I'm so sorry. I thought I was going to lose you, oh God. Fuck!"
You want to tell him that it was never his fault, and that you wouldn't even be alive if not for him but your body betrays you and your body goes limp against his.
*
"I'm not leaving this neighborhood."
Your hands rest angrily on your waist as your mom frantically walks from your closet to where the suitcase is spread open on your bed, shifting all your clothes. She dumps them inside the suitcase, not bothering to fold them even.
"You will do as I say! That Seo Changbin tried to push you off of a cliff and heaven knows what he might do next!" Your mom yells back.
You sit at the edge of your bed, trying to keep yourself calm, "Mom, I told you it was an accident. I fell because I was going after the shuttlecock and didn't notice the cliff. Moreover, why would my best friend want try to kill me!"
Your mom let's out a sarcastic laugh, closing the suitcase roughly. She looks at you with eyes full of contempt and a part of you knows that there's no point in trying to convince her. Her mind is already made. Yet you refuse to go down without a fight.
"You're just sixteen, sweetie. You don't know anything about the cruel world, " your mother sighs, "Rich people are not friends with anyone. Changbin may be nice to you but he only sees you as a pathetic poor girl."
"Mom, we're not even poor!"
"Yes, I know. But those filthy rich businessmen consider everyone below their economic status poor. His family probably doesn't like him being friends with you which is why they asked him to get rid of you."
You think of Mrs. Seo's face in your head, always smiling and always welcoming. You remember Changbin's sister and how she'd promised to let you borrow her dress for this year's winter prom. And you think about Changbin- his face, his smile, his passion for music and his protectiveness towards you. Why would these people ever want to hurt you?
"Mom, you're being ridiculous right now! Do you even hear yourself!" You stand up from the bed, now beyond frustrated.
She walks upto you and grabs your arm tightly, nails digging into your skin as you whimper slightly. "You will listen to me. I am your mother and you will listen to me. " she growls, "Pack the rest of your stuff. We're leaving tomorrow."
When she finally walks out your bedroom, your first instinct is to dress yourself in your black hoodie and track pants, and quietly slip out of the back window of your room.
The cold air nips at your skin, goosebumps slowly appearing on your arms and legs but you're too preoccupied to pay too much heed to it.
You reach Changbin's house and like always, walk up to the backyard and climb upto his room through the emergency staircase.
When Changbin hears knocks on his window, he quickly removes his headphones, "y/n?"
He walks upto the window and let's you in, his heart more at peace now than it's ever been the entire day. The guilt from the accident you had earlier was clawing at his conscience.
His room is mostly dark except for his table lamp. You notice the lyrics notebook lying on the table, open with some scribbles and random phrases on the pages.
"How are you feeling?"
You sit at the edge of his bed, cross legged while he kneels on the floor to get to your level. His hands find yours naturally.
"Fine," you swallow the tears that have been accumulating since you left the house, "Changbin, I- we're leaving tomorrow."
Changbin is taken aback; his heart shattering into billions of pieces at your words.
"Leaving? What do you mean Leaving?" his voice trembles.
You lick your dry lips and tell him everything your mom had told you earlier. When his face twists bitterly, a part of you wishes you'd held your tongue yet a bigger part of you wants Changbin to know the truth now; you didn't want him sending you off with lies in his mind and the fear of him finding out some years later just killed you inside.
"I'm so sorry, Changbin. Mom's just not been okay after the divorce." Your voice breaks when Changbin refuses to look at you, "I know she's speaking bullshit. But there's absolutely nothing I can do to change her mind, I've tried I swear. I'm sorry, Changbin."
When Changbin finally does look at you, even in the dim lit room, you see the tears glistening on his face, mirroring the ones that roll down your cheeks. "Why are you sorry, y/n? I don't blame your mom." He mutters, "It was partly my fault. I should have taken more care, I-"
You cup his cheek, "Shh. Bin, are we really going to spend my last night here crying and blaming ourselves? We might never see each other again."
The words sink deep into his soul, and he nods. He wills his tears back in as he grabs your hand tighter.
"Okay. What do you wanna do?"
You smile a little, "You're not gonna like it though. "
"Stargazing it is then." He giggles a little as the both of you make your way to balcony attached to his room.
It is quiet outside, unlike the noise in your head and you feel the calmness spreading to you when you look up at the stars.
Changbin brings a picnic mat from inside and spreads it out on the floor, along with two pillows and a blanket.
"We'll stay in touch, yeah? If you ever need anything, I'll be right here." He reassures you, lying beside you, hands behind his head.
You smile yet you cannot bring yourself to promise him the same because you know your mother would do everything in her power to push the two of you apart, even to the point of physically hurting Changbin. You would never want that so you'd rather distance yourself and let Changbin forget about you. And maybe, just maybe fate would be a little nicer to you and decide to bring you into his life again. Many years later.
He presses a soft kiss to your head, "You'll always be my best friend, y/n. I don't care how far we are."
It takes everything in your being to not repeat the words.
*
"Changbin, come on we're getting you to the hospital this instant, okay?" Mrs. Seo is furious next morning, running from room to room, looking through the list of doctors she'd saved just in case of emergency.
When she looks at her son, sitting on the sofa with one of his eye irises turning a glowing red, she is reassured that this is an emergency.
"How did this even happen, mom? I swear I didn't try to do anything funny with my eye." He murmurs, scared, "It feels so itchy, gosh!"
Mrs.Seo looks at him with concern just when the doctor picks the call, "Oh, hello Dr.Lee! Thank god you picked up!"
After his mom walks out of his room, Changbin quickly types you a text,
Binnie: Hey. Did you leave already?
Y/nnie: No not yet. We've stopped at the doctor's.
Changbin's eyes widen in alarm.
Binnie: What why?
You look at your face in the decorative mirror at the doctor's waiting room, one of your irises burning into a bright shade of ruby.
Y/nnie: Mom's running a cold.
You close the messenger app before he even replies, deciding to change your number and deleting all your old contacts as soon as you move into your new house. And as much as it hurt you, this one text turned out to be the last time Changbin and you ever talked.
*
It has been raining all day, which means you were stuck in your goddamn house with nothing to do but cry about Changbin and your lost friendship and your broken heart.
After you manage to get some food into your body during dinner time, you crawl back to your room and look into the mirror as you comb your hair and moisturize your skin.
(Self care is important, y'all)
Your red iris stares back at you, taunting your mistakes and calling you a coward.
If only you had still tried to keep in touch with him, if only that stupid accident wouldn't have happened in the first place, if only.
Suddenly, a knock on your balcony door makes you jump in your place.
Shit. Is it a burglar?
You grab the closest thing that could be classified as a weapon - which happens to be an umbrella.
The knocking continues.
"Y/n, it's Changbin." He yells, "Can I please talk to you?"
You freeze in your spot.
Why in the world is he here? Does he have anything worse to say? Is he here to invite you to his wedding? But why would he sneak in through the balcony when he can easily ring the main door bell.
"Y/n, are you in there?"
You quickly walk upto the door and slide it open, revealing Changbin, completely drenched in the rain. His wet hair stuck to his face and "Shit. What the- God, come inside!"
He obeys and tiptoes inside your room, a guilty expression plastered on his face.
You guide him directly to the bathroom and offer him a towel.
"What are you even doing here, Bin?" You lean against the door frame, hands crossed over your chest.
He is drying his hair with the towel when he looks up at you as if to answer your question but he stops. His mouth hangs open as his eyes remain glued to your face.
And that's when you realize why he looks so surprised.
"Shit- fuck." You turn around immediately, "my lenses," you mutter to yourself.
But before you can even walk upto your dressing table, Changbin has caught your wrist and spun you around, pulling you closer to his body.
"Your eye." He let's out a shaky breath.
"Yes, I know. Please don't freak out. It's always been like this after -"
"After the accident." He finishes your sentence, "I know."
Your mouth runs dry as his face draws in closer, "What do you mean you know? What do you know?"
He let's go of your wrist and takes a step back, turning around so that his back faces you.
And when he turns to look at you again, you swear you could have passed out there and then.
"Y-you have it too." You whisper, weak in the knees, "You have a red iris too."
Changbin gives you a small smile, "Yes, y/n."
"But why? What does this mean?" You say, "Is it a symptom of some chronic illness?"
"It's a soul mark."
"What's a soul mark?"
"It's a mark that exists on the bodies of soulmates."
You feel a pang in your chest; like someone was squeezing your heart out of your chest.
"Right," You fall back onto the bed, dazed with the sudden piece of information, "And how do you know all this?"
Changbin kneels down in front of you, hands finding yours. He looks more relaxed than he did since the first day you come back to town.
It almost feels like you had been given back your old friend.
"I've been doing my research, y/n. After you left, this is all I've been doing." He says, "This is also the reason why I had gotten engaged. By that time, I had given up on finding a soulmate. So I just settled for whatever I got. I didn't even feel bad when I found out my fiance was not in love with me. For the world, we might look like a happy couple, but truly, it was just a marriage of convenience for our parents' business."
You bite your lips wondering how to respond to these words. He'd laid bare his heart in front of you, something you never thought he'd do ever again.
"What now?" You say, tired.
He intertwines your fingers, "Also, I'm sorry for yesterday. I shouldn't have said all that."
You nod, "It's alright. I know you didn't mean it. And for the record, I and Chan have nothing going on."
"And for the record, I also broke off my engagement."
Your eyes widen as a gasp leaves your lips, "What? Why?"
"Because when I told my parents that I do not love my fiancé, and that I have only ever loved you, they said my happiness was more important than their business."
When you don't reply to his words, he looks worried, "Hey, you don't have to feel burdened to like me back and all okay? Literally, if you want me to leave you alone, I will. I understand-"
You pull him by the nape and place the softest, gentlest, most sincere kiss on his lips.
"I feel the same way, dumbass." You sigh as you pull him into your arms.
He muzzles his face in the crook of your neck, playing with your hair from behind, "So what now?"
"Let's start with a date." You say, "Let's take it slow."
Changbin wraps his arms tighter around you, kissing your cheek, "As you wish, my love. "

---------------------------------
The winter solstice was in a few days and you weren’t sure what to get some of the inner circle. You walked briskly down the streets of the Rainbow, chilled to the bone due to the wind. You had made the dumb mistake of rushing out of the townhouse - to avoid any questions of where you were going - without taking your scarf. Your current outfit, which was a chunky knit blue sweater with leggings and boots, wasn’t enough to keep the chill away. But the cold wasn’t the most important thing on your mind. You had already bought presents for Rhys, Feyre, Amren, and Elain, but that left Cassian, Mor, and Azriel. Mor and Cass would be pretty easy to buy for, but you put it off knowing they would look through your room trying to find their solstice gift. But Azriel, that would be much harder.
Every waking hour, the shadowsinger haunted your thoughts. Something you had come to conclude was unrequited.
You had realized the mating bond between you two before he did.
It had clicked a few months ago while on a diplomatic mission. The aftermath of Hybern had left things chaotic, and if you were being honest, it still was. Rhys decided to send Cassian, Mor, Azriel, and you to travel to some of the other courts to bring back reports on the recovery after the war. However, traveling did have some dangers. While you were on your way back to Velaris from the Winter Court, your group was ambushed by a group of Hybern soldiers who had been hiding out in the mountains. Had it not been for Azriel’s wings shielding you from the initial arrows, you would’ve surely been dead, and that’s when it clicked for you. But like an idiot, you didn’t say anything.
You had thought if the bond had clicked for you, it would've clicked for Azriel too. You realized your mistake when Azriel hadn’t acknowledged any change between you two. You hoped that he would figure it out in the coming weeks, but he didn’t. You knew the same sort of situation happened with feyre and rhys so you still held out some hope. But as the months went by, and you realized the bond still hadn’t clicked for Azriel and it felt too late to tell him.
At least that was the excuse you made up. Truly, you were also afraid of the rejection that could have followed. You weren’t a fool, you knew him and Elain had some sort of connection, and that shattered your dreams even more. The possibility that he wouldn’t accept the mating bond to be with the fair skinned, doe eyed fae. Everytime Azriel was in the same room as Elain, she was the only thing he would pay attention to. During gatherings, you would plaster on a smile and act as if you were happy, but Cassian and Mor, your best friends, could sense your discomfort. They tried to ask you about it, but seeing as you would shut down anything they said, they decided not to pry too much. Amren ended up figuring out the source of your discomfort had to do with Azriel, but kept your secret until you would be ready to share it.
You came to the conclusion that distancing yourself from him would be the best option, so that's what you did.
You walked down the street till you got to one of the finest seamstresses is Velaris. Since you were an artist like Feyre, you decided to draw out a dress and have it made for Mor. The color was blood red, her signature. It was a silk slip dress that would come down to her mid-lower calf and it would be embroidered with a brilliant gold thread. You drew out a pattern of the sun, stars, and moon, which you hoped she would like. To go along with Mor’s dress, you got a jeweler to make a custom necklace and bracelet set to go with it. You designed more dainty jewelry that had gold stars with diamonds, since she was a dreamer.
You decided to design Cassian’s gift as well, creating a beautiful silver and black dagger with a moonstone on the hilt. It was a beautiful dagger, but you also made sure it was usable, because you would hate for it to go to waste. To add onto the combat theme, you also decided to buy him new fighting leathers with touches of red embroidery to match his siphons. Lastly, you bought Cassian a bottle of fae wine, which definitely wouldn't last long.
The last thing you got for all three of you was a friendship necklace. Although that sounds corny, the two of them had become such a positive force in your life and you couldn’t imagine life without them. Keeping with the celestial theme for the friendship necklaces, you bought a sun, a moon, and a star. The sun for Cassian, the moon for Mor, and the star for you. Although they are opposites in some ways, all three need each other, just like the three of you needed each other.
Now that you had gotten Mor’s and Cassian’s solstice gifts figured out, it was onto Azriel’s gift. You honestly had no clue what to get him. Due to distancing yourself, you weren’t sure if there was something that he wanted. You were positively stumped. Lucky for you though, you ended up spotting Mor in another shop a few stores down from where you were, most likely getting the rest of her solstice gifts. You decided to sneak up on her as a friendly prank. Grabbing her shoulders, you yelled in her ear, making her jump.
“Oh mother above, it’s just you, y/n! You scared the life out of me” Mor said.
“Doing some last minute shopping?” you asked. “I could ask you the same thing”. Giving her a playful smack on the arm, the corners of your mouth curled upward, even the simplest remark from her could make you smile.
The two of you were currently standing in front of a jewelry shop, looking at the collections of necklaces and earrings through the window. “Wow” you breathed out “These are all so beautiful”
“Indeed they are, although they’re quite pricey”
“How pricey is pricey?”
She whispered the amount in your ear and you stopped breathing for a second, “Holy Mother wow, that is quite the price tag. At least we can admire it from a far”, you laughed out. Even though you got a very generous salary from Rhys, you still felt guilty spending so much money on materialistic things.
After a moment you said, “Actually, since you’re here, I do need help finding a solstice gift for Azriel”, softening your voice at the end, “Any ideas?” you asked, drawing out the syllables.
“Well, I always get Azriel some cool towels, clothing, or a dagger!” Mor said. A small scoff came out of my mouth as I shook my head and raised my eyebrows. “Fine!” she exclaimed, “I may have overheard him needing a new leather sheath for Truth Teller.” grumbling towards the end. “Oh that sounds great, thank you for the help! Now let’s go off to the closest leather goods store and find a sheath!”.
“y/n! I still have shopping to do” a scowl appearing on her face. “Fine, I guess I’ll just call Cassian, cause his judgement might be better than yours, when it comes to knife related things of course” you said, baiting her.
“Ugh, I hate you y/n”
“I hate you too Mor”
“Fine, let's get going before I change my mind” she grumbled. Then we took off down the streets of the Rainbow to find a sheath.
The task was easier said than done, for you at least. Being indecisive and a major over thinker, you had looked through close to 100 sheaths, but none of them seemed good enough to hold the blade that Azriel never let anyone else touch. Except Elain.
While you were lost in your thoughts, you laid your y/c eyes on the perfect sheath. It had a bright cobalt blue stitching to match Az’s siphons. Along the tip and lining the top of the leather was a thin coat of silver plating with little sapphires embedded in the metal. You quickly snatched it up and paid a hefty price for it, but it was perfect.
“Thank god you finally picked one, it felt like we were in that store for centuries”. Mor sighed, probably a sigh of relief for getting out of the store, “But y/n, it’s perfect, I know Azriel will love it”
“Do you really think so? I just want it to be the perfect gift and I’m scared he won’t like it because what if it’s too simplistic and what if-”
“Hey! It's perfect! Don’t stress too much y/n. And for the record, I think that you’re an amazing gift giver - the amount of thought you put into gifts make it all the better.”
You could feel a blush creeping up your cheeks and mumbled a small thank you.
“Anyway while we’re here do you need to get anything to go with your solstice outfit?”
“Oh Actually, I was so stressed about getting everyone’s solstice gift that I forgot to buy my dress” your voice falling off at the end. You felt yourself being yanked to a harsh stop and the saw Mor’s face staring at yours, mouth gaping and eyes wide.
“Are you crazy?? Solstice is in 3 days and you still don’t have anything??? Oh honey, our shopping isn’t done yet.” And with that statement you found yourself being pulled into the nearest dress shop. After trying on nearly 20 dresses you finally found the perfect one, which Mor approved. It was a light blue silk dress that was more fitted at the top but flared down at your waist. It had a cowl neckline, a slit going up the side to the mid upper thigh, and accentuates your curves beautifully and has a slight shimmer to it. You looked ethereal in it
---------------------------------
After your exhausting day of shopping, you couldn’t wait to get out of the cold. You swiftly walked back to the townhouse. Once inside you made your way to your room to set down the gifts, change your clothes, and grab your book. Then you quietly headed down to the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea and sat on the couch to read. The house was quiet since all of the others decided to go to Rita’s tonight. You decided to stay home for some much needed relaxation. You opened your book and started reading. After a few hours, you felt your eyes drooping and eventually, sleep consumed you.
The loud noise of the front door caused you to stir and your eyes fluttered open. You were too exhausted to look so you just laid your head back down and tried to go to sleep. You could hear Mor whispering something and then felt yourself being lifted off the couch and being held close to a chest with your blanket still draped on you.
“Cass?” you whispered hoarsely along with a string of incoherent words
You heard a slight laugh “Not Cass but It’s ok, go back to sleep”. Then you felt yourself being gently placed on your bed and the sleep hit you before you could mutter a thank you.
---------------------------------
The sun was setting towards the sea as you sat in the sitting room of the town house. You were in your blue silk dress with a glass of wine in your hand. Rhys and Feyre were by the mantel, quietly talking while Mor and Amren were across the room. Near the window I saw Elain, and from the corner of my eye I could see Azriel making his way towards her. My face fell but I quickly plastered on a smile, not wanting to concern anyone. Especially since today was also Feyre’s birthday and we had planned a surprise for her. Feyre thought she could slip her birthday past us, but we hadn’t forgotten. After a few minutes, Cassian made his way from the kitchen with the enormous cake.
You floated towards Feyre and gave her arm a light squeeze. “Happy Birthday, make a wish before the candles melt!”
She blew out the candles and then we ate cake before opening up the presents.
---------------------------------
Rhys snapped his fingers and piles of brightly wrapped bags and boxes filled up the sitting room. Amren was the first to open her presents. Naturally, everyone got her something jewelry related. Amren opened mine and you saw a wide smile set across her face, she picked up the diamond necklace and nodded a ‘thank you’ your way. You returned the gesture back, a small smile forming on your face.
Next, Cassian handed Mor her present from him and she pulled out a-. You couldn’t believe what you were seeing. He bought her red lingerie. Your face turned slightly red, but the Mor said “Don’t let him fool you: he couldn’t think of a damn thing to get me, so he gave up and asked me outright. I gave him precise orders. For once in his life, he obeyed them.”
Then, you heard one sharp knock at the door.
Nesta.
You saw Cassian tense up a bit. Nesta walked in, linking arms with Elain. She got a glass of wine before heading to sit in a chair in the back of the room. The silence was deafening. Finally Varian started talking and the present opening resumed.
From Amren, you received a new calligraphy set. It was so beautiful and you loved it. From Rhys, you got some books. It was perfect since you loved to read, and they were ones that you had been wanting to read for a long time. From Feyre, you received a painting as well as a new paint brush kit.
Cassian made his way to you and set a gift down in your lap. You opened the dark blue box that Cassian had placed in your lap. He had gotten you a sky blue hardbound journal with a gold embossed star on it. You desperately needed a new one, and this was perfect. You walked over and gave him a hug, whispered “Thank you, I love it.”.
Next you opened Mor’s present. You nearly choked when you saw what she got you and your whole face heated up. She got you a matching navy blue lingerie set like the one Cassian bought her.
“Yeah, I wasn’t too sure what to get you so I thought we could twin”. You looked around the room and saw the others holding in their laughs. You could’ve sworn you saw a tinge of red on Azriel’s ears. You just smiled and mouthed a silent “I’m going to kill you, but thank you” at her.
There wasn’t anything from Azriel. Your heart twinged. Had you not been important enough? It was just a present you reminded yourself, fixing your composure before handing Cassian his present.
He ripped it open like an animal, squealing when he saw it. A promising reaction given the amount of thought you put into it.
“Did you design these? They look amazing!”
“Yeah, I’m glad you like it. It took a long time to figure out what to get for your dumb ass”
“You mean my cute ass”, you smacked his arm and then got up to give Mor her present.
You closely watched her reaction as she opened her dress and jewelry, a large smile spreading across her face.
“You really buy the perfect presents y/n, I love it”.
“Oh Cass, Mor. One more thing.” You pulled out the small boxes with the friendship necklaces and bracelets handing it to them. “This was just a little something extra I thought of, I hope you like it”. You knew you would have started stuttering and crying if you had said the meaning to them, so you just handed them notes instead. They read over them, eyes glossing over, and pulled you into a hug.
“This is the only time I’ll wear jewelry” Cass stated, causing you to chuckle
Then Mor said, “I am never taking this off” causing you to laugh again.
Finally, Azriel opened up his presents. He had opened up all the others. All that was left was yours and Elain’s gift to him. He found his way to your present first, opening it.
“A new sheath for Truth Teller. I heard you needed a new one” you quietly said.
He held your gaze and smiled, “Thank you, it's great”. Suddenly feeling exposed, you quickly gave him a nod.
Then he went to open Elain’s gift. “It’s a powder to mix in with any drink.” she said.
Silence.
Elain bit her lip and then smiled sheepishly. “It’s for the headaches everyone always gives you. Since you rub your temples so often.”
Silence again.
Then Azriel tipped his head back and laughed.
You hadn’t heard him laugh before, and mother above it was gorgeous. You had never heard a sound so deep and joyous, a sound which made your heart clench. A part of you wished you were the reason he was laughing. You forced on a smile and spent the rest of the night drinking away the slight pain in your chest.
You were exhausted by the end of the night, sitting on the couch with Cassian and Mor, Azriel and Rhys seated on the opposite side of you.
Out of the corner of your eye, you saw movement towards the door, and craned your head to see what was going on. It was Nesta making her way to the door. You felt the couch lift next to you.
Cassian. He had swiftly pushed past Feyre and went after Nesta. This wouldn’t end well.
---------------------------------
Cassian had come back quiet and brooding, walking straight to the kitchen to pour himself a glass of liquor. You got up off the couch and followed him straight into the kitchen.
“Cass, let’s take a walk, yeah?”
“I just took a walk”
“It wasn’t a question”. You grabbed a white shawl and his hand and led him outside. “What happened?”
“What’s there to talk about? It was like all the other times. Why did I have to fall in love with someone who doesn't even love me back. Who looks at me like the Illyrian born bastard I am. Who hates the idea of being in the same room as me.”
You grabbed Cass’ hand, lightly squeezing it. “Don’t say that. Nesta, she,” your voice stopping for a second “She’s different. The way she handles pain and copes is different. Give her time. She just needs time. I know how much that may pain you, but you can’t rush healing”
You pulled him into a hug
“And for the record, I know the feeling more than you know” you quietly said “unrequited love”, head pointed at the ground.
Cassian tilted his head down to look at you, his face painted with confusion. You could tell he wanted to know more, but didn’t want to pry too much.
You hesitated before continuing, not sure if you wanted to reveal your closely guarded secret. “I-“ your voice faltering, “I found my mate”. The words seemed to have rushed out of your mouth and tears pricked your eyes as you said that. After months of hiding it, you had finally gotten it off your chest.
Cassian stood shocked, staring at you. “You found your mate? And you didn’t think to tell any of us? How long ago was this”
“I-, I found out who he was around the same time Rhys sent us on that diplomatic mission. And I didn’t tell anyone because he doesn’t even know yet.”
“That was almost 6 months ago, and you didn’t say anything?”.
The tears had started flowing at this point, “I thought he would figure it out. But by the time I realized he wasn’t going to figure it out, it was too late. He had already set his eyes on someone else. And I know I could never compete with Elain, even if I am his mate.” the last part slipped out without you realizing.
“Elain? What does she-“ his eyes widening “Does that mean Az is-“
You slowly nodded, tears welled up, threatening to spill out.
“Oh, mother…”, he pulled you into a tighter hug and that’s when the gates broke. You couldn’t hold back your tears as you sobbed into Cassian's chest, his hand stroking your back.
you must have been there for 15 minutes before you realized the other might start getting suspicious. Regaining your composure, you dried your tears and tried, to the best of your ability, to hide that you had been crying.
Looking back at Cassian, you gave him a slight smile before muttering, “Thank you. I’m sorry for dumping that on you, but please promise me you won’t tell anyone. Please.”
“Of course y/n, and don’t apologize, if it makes you feel better, it helped to take my mind off of Nesta and my own problems, which I desperately needed” he chuckled out.
With the smile still on your face, you linked arms with Cassian before saying, “Oh mother above it’s freezing, let’s get back inside before we turn into popsicles!”
He let out another laugh before the two of you made your way back into the house.
---------------------------------
You walked into the house and your sliver of happiness was crushed as you saw Az and Elain sitting at the table smiling and laughing quietly to themselves. Elain had her sketchbook out, showing Az her plans for the garden.
Your distraught had been clear to anyone who saw your face, and you were too tired to realize you weren’t able to hide it fast enough. Not being able to view the scene anymore, you quickly got up, muttered happy solstice, and grabbed your coat and purse before heading out the door to your apartment.
While walking home, you were consumed by your thoughts. You hated the pangs of jealousy that coursed through you. You often found yourself jealous of her soft spokenness and kindness. You also found yourself jealous of her effortless beauty. It was something that kept you up at night. She was so likeable and easily approachable, something you wished you were.
You were so drowned in your own thoughts that you hadn’t noticed a male following you till it was too late. One of his hands clamped on your mouth while the other grabbed your waist and pushed you into the nearest alleyway.
The male pulled out a knife and your tears started to fall. You were terrified about what he would do to you. This could be the last time you would have seen your family. You were struggling and kicking against him but it was no use. Your senses were groggy from the alcohol and drowsiness.
You had been so stupid to walk home alone at 2 in the morning. No matter how angry you were, you should’ve just stayed at the town house.
Before you could realize what was happening, you felt a sharp pain shoot through your side.
The sound of a clatter.
Receding footsteps.
A crimson stain blooming.
Your body crumpled to the ground and your vision started blacked out. This was it. Nobody could hear you and nobody could save you.

Despite how physically demanding the overall experience of Kugo’s rut was, you were well taken care of. Beyond that, even. He spared no expense, forgot no detail, and left no need or want unattended.
He was a dutiful lover despite his carnal hunger.
...
You vaguely knew when it was day and night. Your temporary home had large, arching windows and skylights that let sunbeams in to bend against the rippling pool. You knew when it was bright outside, though the exact time of day didn’t seem to matter much to Kugo or you.
That ‘morning’ (whenever you awoke, it was light outside), you’d woken up in the pool, tucked against Kugo’s chest in the lapping, gentle current of the water. It was always a bit scary, waking up being naked and half-submerged.
Yet, you were always mentally-reminded that no harm would come to you. Drowning? Absolutely not. Kugo was literally holding you. If any other danger entered a twenty-meter vicinity, you were sure Kugo would be ready to crush the threat instantly.
But, there were no threats. A peaceful courtyard that let in nice light during the evening with lots of pretty flowers and landscaping.
In some of your more fucked out and fucked up moments, arms braced against the wet tile as Kugo reamed you for the umpteenth time, you found yourself dazing off at the reflections and colors as you blinked back overstimulated tears.
Yet, that morning, you’d woken up without a writhing cock in you. Though it was close by and ever-hard, just as always.
“Mornin’,” You yawned, stretching to pop a kiss onto Kugo’s cheek. His chest rumbled out a sound too low for you to hear, a new, cetacean-based feature he’d developed over his rut. “Sleep well?”
“Very.”
Considered how much cum he spilled into you and the surrounding pool the night prior, he had to be exhausted, right?
To some extent.
He was a pro hero, with the stamina to match. Not to mention most of your days were spent in the pool of perfectly treated and temperate water, allowing Kugo to be in his most optimal state whether he was fighting villains or fucking your brain out.
You weren’t complaining.
Once again, dutiful.
Kugo adjusted you as he needed, a low growl pitching from his throat.
You ended up on your knees, skin scraping the tiles on the submerged bench below. It was a favored position, allowing the upper half of your body to be up and out of the water. Though you had, several times, gotten a mouthful or noseful of water due to Kugo breeding you (so fucking well) in the pool, it wasn’t preferred.
(Most of the time.)
Kugo rumbled as he floated in the water behind you, thickly-taloned hands coming to rest on your hips under the water, “You’re so beautiful in the mornings, you have no idea.”
He’d been waxing more since all of this started. In the moments he wasn’t insatiably worked up by his primal state, he was lavishing you in compliments and kindness as you’d never seen.
Kugo fished around in a nearby float basket, pulling away with a fancily crafted bottle of lube. It was a light lavender, oil-based, and heavenly smelling as he poured a bit of it on his hand.
Considering how long and sharp his nails had become, it was far too dangerous for him to prepare you like he once did.
Good thing his cock was tapered.
You could feel the bump of it against your ass, almost slivering against your hot skin under the water. Kugo slicked it down with the lube as he grabbed another item from the basket— a small bullet vibrator, waterproof and strong.
You beamed as he laid it on the pool deck by your arms.
“Am I allowed to use that?” You asked, keeping your voice teasing and sweet, still scratchy from sleep.
Kugo grunted another primal noise.
Consider it’d been several hours since he’d had his fill of you, he was bound to be insatiable. He tended to get a bit more... animalistic when he got so needy for you.
Social conventions had been mostly negated during the weeks of Kugo’s rut, it was a necessity. Not to mention that they were difficult to even think about with the distractions at your disposal.
The tip of Kugo’s cock, slick and squirming, teased as your entrance as he settled behind you, towering over your bent frame. The water sloshed around both of you, though neither of you minded.
You were far more focused on the way the appendage was teasing from your clit to your leak cunt without rest.
Laying your head on your arms, you arched your back at an even harsher angle, just barely grinding against Kugo as he prepared you as much as his cock would allow.
(It wasn’t entirely necessary considered how often he’d been stuffing you full— your cunt was practically shaped to him by that point.)
His chest bore down on your back, heat radiating off of him as he pressed you into the tiles and pool wall. You swallowed as his hand grabbed around your throat and jaw, pulling your head to the side so his long, (also) tapered tongue could lave along your shoulders.
“You always taste so good in the mornings,” Kugo spoke low and rolling. You squeezed your eyes shut, rolling your hips back to bump against his own.
As much as he fluffed you up verbally, you could feel how he was holding himself back from wrecking you.
His talons bit into the meat of your hips, his tongue licked its way to your ear, gooey saliva mixing with the water and sweat against your skin. His deep breaths, coming harsher each minute, made his chest bear down on your own, flattening you to the til, though not fully squishing you.
“Kugo,” You spoke in a singsong voice, grabbing the vibrator and flicking it on. “Why don’t you fuck me like you mean it instead of being polite? I thought we were past formalities.”
He went still, aside from the twirl of his thin cockhead at your entrance.
“I mean,” You were pressing your luck, but that was part of the fun. “I know you want to breed me so well that I leak all day, so why not get to it?”
You hummed, just for a moment, before Kugo was pressing you down, hard, squeezing the air out of your lungs in the best possible way.
“Is that really what you want?” Kugo growled, the sound shaking in several different pitches as he fucked into your cunt in one clean stroke.
You choked on your breath, scrambling against the wet tile as the vibrator slipped out of reach into the water.
Taking him at full length in one go wasn’t impossible, but the stretch of it all at once ached. His cock pressed and writhed in your cunt as he held his hips steady, shaking slightly.
You took a shuddering breath as his fat tongue rolled over your shoulders.
“How badly do you want to be ruined?”
If you could’ve melted into the water of the pool, you would’ve.
Part of you wanted to give one last fiery retort, but you were far too mushy to muster it up as Keigo thrust fully once more. He nearly bottoms out, you figure, considering the way his cock twists against your inside, pressing at your knot of nerves.
You moaned, lips parting and falling open.
Kugo greedily took the opportunity to further crane your neck, his thick tongue dipping into your mouth, snaking along the backs of your teeth.
You were caught up in it all, the sensations seemingly so fresh after sleep. Each new slam of Kugo’s hips, the taste of him filling your mouth, and the sounds of slapping water all felt magnified.
Whining, you bucked back into his thrusts, feeling the slow expansion of his cock inside you as Kugo grew ever closer.
His throaty laugh vibrated into your own mouth, the sound almost too loud for you to fully catch as your bones rang in your flesh with the tone He took your shock to push his tongue further, deeper into your mouth, licking at the back your tongue and molars.
It was almost too much, as oxygen became a luxury.
Except, Kugo grounded you easily, the hand on your hips and the pressure of his body above yours tethering you to reality as he fucked you in earnest.
Each slap of his body against your own ignited a new wave lust in your, slick spilling down your inner thighs and into the water. Your clit ached, helplessly ignored under the pseudo-surf. You didn’t have the mind in your to try and clamor for the lost vibrator, your mind swimming far too deep to think that far.
Instead, your ground back into Kugo all your could, your noises and moans dampened by the tongue throat-fucking you.
He didn’t seem to mind at all.
You could feel yourself getting fuller and fuller, as impossible as it seemed. Kugo’s cock expanded as it neared climax, pressing at your walls before painting them white and sticky.
The grip on your jaw released, his tongue recoiling from your mouth as his head fell against your shoulder.
“How is this for ‘breeding’ you?” Kugo knew your asked, but asked anyway, chuckling at the way you desperately dripped for more of him.
You nodded, “Very, good. Very—”
Kugo’s pace became rougher.
His hand slipped under your, into the water to rub the meat of his palm into your clit in small, insistent circles. The nearby scrap of his claws only served to make you twitch and want more.
“P-Please, more!” You cried out, laying your head onto the tile as his thrusts got rougher, his teeth scraping and sucking at your neck, and his tongue soaking your skin—
And with a few final pressed of Kugo’s hand and you were coming undone for him in time with him absolutely filling you up.
It was filthy in the best possible way.
You sputtered out profanities as you came, Kugo’s hot seed spilling into you in thick, creamy spurts. The heat of it was almost scalding against the temperature of the bathwater.
Kugo kept a firm grip on you, despite the way how his skin had become so slick, fucking you through his long orgasm. It was something to do with his rut, but Kugo tended to spill into you not for seconds, but rather minutes.
It gave you time to come down as his fattened cock filled you.
You went pliant against the pool deck as another spurt of cum filled your core. Kugo was still in the throes of it, grunting every few moments and grinding into your insides. You weakly pressed back, shaking with your own breath.
Kugo’s hand pressed into your stomach, feeling the bulge of his own cock and cum filling you. The touch only strengthened your own sensations, the mix of it, and your full womb causing your eyes to roll back in your skull.
And then, it all slowed.
You were both still for a moment, the remnants of your movement told in the slosh of the pool and its harsh ripples.
Kugo gently turned your face to his, smoothing back some of your hair and dropping a few deliberate kisses against your cheeks, “Are you alright?”
You nodded, blissed-out and fucked out, “Very alright.”
It was all the response you could manage.
You couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed as Kugo pulled out of you, an odd rush of water and fertile nut mixing below you. The absence of the stretch of his cock left you wanting.
But, Kugo was a dutiful mate, even in this state.
He carefully lifted you in his arms, carrying you out from the breeding pool to a nearby room.
It was one of the rooms you slept in, that of a handful of others. This one had a rounded ceiling and high windows, cream-colored walls and a large, water-proofed lounging bed.
Kugo gently set you down on it, grabbing a blanket-sized towel and wrapping you in it as fully as he could.
He tended to focus on your physical needs after fucking, especially when you two had been doing it so much. You’d never complain about how there was almost always a perfectly chilled water bottle in your hand and a bottle of massage oil at the ready.
Still, you wanted him—
That was why you were there, after all.
Kugo had stepped out, undoubtedly gathering up the supplies to tend to your body as he knew you needed.
You flickered your gaze to a nearby mirror, taking in your own visage.
Clearly, you’d been through the wringer. Dark circles punched under your eyes, your skin pruned from so long in the sweet-smelling water, and a smattering of rakes from Kugo’s teeth laid across your shoulders.
You looked like hell.
...
You smiled.
Kugo walked back in a moment later, just as you were standing up, wobbling on your jellied legs.
He was quick to wash to you, pulling you up against his slick body (as his cock began to re-harden again), “Sit down, love, please. I can get you anything you need.”
“You can,” You beamed up at him, craning on your tiptoes and pulling him down by his neck. “And guess what I need?”
He rumbled out a laugh, undoubtedly knowing where your words were going based on your suddenly tender affections, “And what's that?”
“You.”

Tumblr media
Kun was always the one between all his friends that only admired girls from afar. Of course not in a weird way, he likes to admire the beauty of each one of them and later on forget about it.
But he couldn’t forget about you.
You were a new transferred student who happens to be best friends with his own friend, Lucas.
Kun first saw you at the mini gathering Lucas was doing at his apartment. When he entered his friends home he saw you sitting next to Sicheng, talking about which color of gummy bears tastes better.
“Yellow is the best one.” You said while taking one of the bag you were holding.
“You’re crazy! They taste so bad, red ones are the winner here.” Sicheng defended his posture on the argument making you roll your eyes faking annoyance.
You were about to speak again until Kun interrupted you.
“I think the yellow ones are tasty.” He softly spoke making you and Sicheng turn towards him.
He didn’t know what overcame him to speak out like that. He was always sitting in silence while hearing his friends talk, but not this time.
When he didn’t get any answer he started to regret his decision until you smiled.
“See? He knows about good taste.” You pushed your friend with your shoulders and stood up from your sitting position. “I’m Y/N.”
Kun made sure his hands weren’t sweaty before taking yours in between his.
“Kun.”
Sicheng watched the whole scene with a weird expression on his face, he turned his head towards Lucas who was busy playing tetris on his phone, he pinched his arm to get his attention.
“Ow! What was that for?” Lucas answered and started to rub his arm, trying to calm the burning he felt from Sicheng’s fingers.
“Look at them.” He whispered and nodded towards you and his quiet friend.
“What about them?”
“What about them?! Kun never talks to girls out of the blue and Y/N never smiles to boys like she just did with him.”
After saying that, Lucas’s eyes widened. He snapped his head upwards and searched for the both of you. He found you next to Kun at the kitchen counter, making a drink that included those disgusting yellow gummy bears you liked so much.
“Oh god.” He whispered to Sicheng. “I’ve never seen her like that.”
“I know!” Sicheng answered with excitement.
He knew you way before Lucas, you and him were neighbors since baby’s and stayed friends all this time. So he definitely knows how you react around other guys.
You always tried to be polite but never gave them a single smile or stuff like that. You only did that with Sicheng and Lucas since they were practically your only friends alongside your roommate. They always joked about how you hate men and that the day you smile at one for real that will be because he’s the love of your life.
“I didn’t know Kun has a girlfriend.” Xiaojun said making Lucas and Sicheng flinch.
“Yeah, they look cute.” Ten answered and placed his hand on Xiaojun’s back.
“How did you guys get in?” Lucas questioned with surprise.
Ten pointed towards the other couch in the room, Hendery was playing red hands with Yangyang.
“Yang opened the door for us.” Ten said while taking one green gummy bear out of Sicheng’s bag.
“But how did they got in? They weren’t here before!”
Before anyone could say anything a strong laugh could be heard in the whole place. The six boys turned their heads and saw you and Kun laughing loudly at something he was showing you on his phone.
“Okay! Why don’t we play a game while waiting for our food?” Lucas asked everyone, grabbing your and Kun’s attention.
And that’s how you ended up almost choking Ten for hiding his uno cards by sitting on top of them so he could win. Two hours went by and it was time for you to leave.
“Damn i’m so full.” Hendery spoke while trying to keep his eyes open. “I’m getting food coma.”
You patted his head. “Good luck with that.”
You stretched your arms and decided to start putting your shoes on.
“Well, it’s was nice but I have to go back to my place, Wendy needs help with a project.”
You said goodbye to everyone and before you could say anything to Kun he decided to speak first.
“I’ll walk you.” A blush spread on your cheeks and the boys didn’t fail to notice it but said nothing about it.
“Don’t worry Kun.” You smiled and placed the hood of your hoodie on your head. “I live a few flats from here but if you one day want to come by just let me know.”
“Sure.” Kun tried to suppress a smile and nodded.
“Okay then, I’ll see you tomorrow guys!” That was the last thing you said before leaving.
The whole place was silent. Until Kun turned and saw all of his friends holding each other trying not to scream.
“What?” He asked.
“You like her!”
“She likes you!”
“I’m going to cry, our Kunnie finally spread his wings out.”
He couldn’t understand a single thing his friends said and decided to ignore them.
————
You first day at your new collage was great so far. You didn’t see any of the boys at all since all of them were majoring in different things. Expect for Kun.
“I didn’t know you were into law.” He spoke behind you.
You turned surprise and smiled.
“Hello there.”
He sat next to you, putting his backpack on the floor and took out his laptop with the rest of his materials for the class.
“Why didn’t you tell me about your major?” You asked while pressing the ‘on’ button of your laptop.
“You never asked.” Kun playfully answered and you softly punched him on the shoulder.
After that, the class started. Two long hours and Kun couldn’t be more surprised by you.
Since you were new, the teacher had his target on you. He asked a lot of question to you to see if you were capable of answering, which you did gaining a good response from the teacher.
Kun knew you were smart. At the reunion everytime you spoke you did it with such a smart input, like you had all of the right words.
“We have free class right now, so... vending machine?” He asked and you nodded.
Weeks went by like that. You and him spending most of the time together.
You study with him, eat with him, laugh with him.
The boys were surprised that at this point you and him haven’t kissed at least.
“Not even a tiny peck?” Ten pinched his fingers together while asking.
Kun shook his head and the boys groaned.
“I don’t want to make her uncomfortable.” He softly said and started to play with his fingers, a nervous habit he developed with the years. “And we don’t know if she even likes me like that!”
Sicheng gasped.
“Are you dumb?”
“Not even close, why?”
“There’s no time for jokes!” Sicheng’s dramatic voice appeared. “trust me with this dude, she likes you.”
Kun sighed and rubbed his eyes with his knuckles.
“Y/N is way out of my league.”
————
“How come your roommate is never here?”
“Uh, Wendy usually sleeps at his boyfriends.” You answered while searching a show to watch on netflix.
You decided to lay your head on his shoulder and he decided to place his on top of yours. You decided on watching Twilight again and he groaned making you poke fun at him.
“Again? We’ve watch this like a million times!” He expressed his annoyance.
“And? It’s good so shut it.”
The movie began, it was making him sleepy. He could tell you the whole scrip even in his sleep. That’s so many times you’ve made him watch it with you.
“Are you tired?” You asked and took your head off his shoulder to look at him.
“Yeah, I was busy so I forgot about the essay Ms. Kang gave us, I finished it up in one night.”
His ‘busy’ meant going with you to this art exposition about candy in which they were selling a giant gummy bear, he got you the yellow one and he couldn’t forget they way your face lit up with happiness when he gave it to you after a few days.
“Why don’t you sleep here? You can have my bed and I’ll sleep in Wendy’s”
He nodded at your proposal and sighed. Too tired to even say anything. He was about to continue watching the movie but he couldn’t keep his eyes off your lips. Shinning bright because of the grenade chapstick he gifted you the other day.
The conversation he had with the boys kept on replaying on his mind.
Fuck it.
He pressed his lips against yours. You let out a tiny gasp in surprise but soon after decided to relax.
You tilted your head to the side so you could return his kiss while placing your hand on his cheek. It was a quick kiss but the softness and love was there, and it made you feel for the very first time, full of love.
“I’m in love with you.” He said in a whisper.
You caressed his skin with your fingers, admiring his features under the artificial light that came from the TV.
“I—“
You couldn’t think straight. Too in love with the idea of love. So instead of saying anything, you took him by the back of his neck and drew him close to you, reconnecting your lips with his.
“Be mine.”
————
The boys couldn’t believe their eyes.
“W-What? W-When?” Lucas stuttered.
“Wow, he finally made a move.” Hendery said while sipping on his coca-cola.
A few tables away from them, you and Kun were eating a small cake, feeding each other and sharing sweet kisses.
“Woo! Go Y/N! Go Kun!” Ten shouted to make them feel embarrassed.
You tried to hide your face in your boyfriend’s chest and stuck out your hand with direction towards Ten, folding your fingers except for the middle one.
Kun laughed at this antics and pressed a peck on the crown of your head.
He also was in love with the idea of love.
