johnshi/kenshi enjoyers i need help understanding smth for fanfics. bear with me im v forgetful

so obviously despite having his whole entire eyeballs ripped out he can still see thanks to sento/his ancestors, we've seen this when he was fighting Ermac and in Sun Do when he could see Syzoth running around (and we sorta saw it in the krypt in mk11? just that it was through his headband itself not through sento/his ancestors guiding him with sento) (also this seems to be something people forget ghfbg) so obviously he can see and he can see A LOT

But I need to know specifics. Kenshi couldn't see until sento was given to him and even then he had to get knocked on his ass before his ancestors helped him see Ermac. So how does it work? Is it part of his telekinesis and it just wasn't unlocked until sento was given back to him? or is it through Sento and his ancestors that he can see? And if he were to not have sento on him at the moment would he go back to being blind again? or can he just turn his vision on and off (because i swear some dialogue makes it sound like that)? does the bluetooth need to connected!?

How exactly does it work do we have any like canon context or popular headcanons or what? how does his vision work?

Your posts are some of the highlights of my tumblr experience – I've always been focused on Luffy/Zoro but before OP:LA released it seemed kinda? Rare, almost? At least in comparison to other things. But now so many people like it too! And are writing wonderful little essays like yours! I feel understood. Personally they've always been a qpr to me (I hold Luffy's basically-canon aroace status VERY close to my heart) in the most soulmate, ride or die, married without even kissing once, forever and always with their own special kind of love no matter what anybody else thinks, kind of way. if I had a nickel for every time I read a random shonen jump series with an autistic MC who I was NOT expecting at all I would have two nickels. which is not a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice (should happen more)

I know that wasn’t the intent behind the image of a bloody severed hand in a friendship bracelet, but it was absolutely something they could’ve at least blurred without changing the whole aesthetic. Even if it was before Vienna and Southport, stuff can and has been changed very quickly. I don’t understand this odd one sided beef, but I think it’s incredibly insensitive and vile considering the recent events.

#it’s weird as hell to make that pic to begin with tho #I still think the vision with bracelets is intentional bc that’s almost become synonymous #and reminds me of what she said about calling Camilla telling her it was just a persona / she’s stiring up one sided beefs to get attention #things can and do get edited fast as we saw with one of Taylor’s mv #I think it’s really gross considering Southport too #even if it wasn’t intent it was definitely intended to be shady
