No way, you're staying on the bad guy side, where it's SAFE.

Perhaps you do not believe what you are doing can truly be classified as evil. Perhaps some people will be hurt from the immediate consequences of your actions, but what the masses fail to see is the immense good that will come of your plans. Maybe you act in the name of science, or for your people who have fallen on great tragedy. Maybe you see cracks in a failing system and want to uproot it through chaotic, destructive means to avoid greater tragedy down the line. Maybe you're just in with a bad crowd, but you can't leave them, no matter how unsavory their intentions, because they're your only ticket to your ultimate goals. No matter what, your goals are noble, and you take no joy in wreaking havoc or hurting those in your way, but the evils you partake in are necessary. If you need to play the bad guy to ensure a better future, then you are willing to play that part.

You are cold, analytical, and you strive to be as objective as a person of flesh and blood can be. Either don't understand the concepts of good and evil, or you understand it perfectly and think it's a load of bull. Some may call you selfish, some may call you unfeeling, but you're just doing what you believe will yield the best results, plain and simple. Why bother with petty ideals of right or wrong when you can do what will actively help those you give a fuck about? Your goals may be selfish or noble or anything in between, but you will not let anyone make you feel like garbage for going after them. You couldn't care less about what people brand you as. You just care about getting shit done by any means necessary.

Johnny and Fighting

Johnny was excited to be given a fight scene. Look at him, he was so happy!

And that was before he knew it was a dance scene, so he thought it was an actual fight/stage combat scene.

And I know it’s never confirmed or anything but it would make sense if he was excited since he was good at sparring. If it was something he liked and already knew. 

Especially when we see Rosita’s and Meena’s reactions to Johnny’s excitement. They don’t seem surprised, in fact they kinda seem more in the category of “of course you are playing the role, this is a perfect fit”. And judging by how close Johnny is with both of them, treating them like close friends/family throughout the movie, they would probably know about his love of boxing/sparring.

We see the boy boxing a bit (very half heartedly but a lot had just happened) in Sing 1 but this reaction to hearing his scene leans towards him actually enjoying it. 

And who do we see boxing for fun in Sing 1? Marcus, Johnny’s father.

Maybe it was a way for him and Marcus to bond. It would have been something they both liked. Sparring and fighting would have been a way for him to have something in common with his dad, and he was so excited to be able to show that off.

im sorry but for some reason this is so funny to me. i sent tamar to bed for the night and Gore was waaay on the other side of the room just chillin', but then when she woke up he was suddenly right there sitting at the foot of her bed, just staring into the flames of the fireplace looking like he was contemplating the meaning of life

i’m too tired to write a fic or a drabble about it but i’m thinking abt louis and lestat being weird violent friends and lovers, and clearing out the living room furniture when they’re bored so they can duel and flirt like in the old days.

Louis of course has formal training and the utmost grace. He can’t tell if Lestat was never trained to begin with, or just chooses to ignore combat etiquette (spoiler: it’s both). Lestat can mimic Louis’ classical style very well, but he also wings it and plays dirty because he loves catching Louis off-guard. His reaction time is excellent but his footwork is sloppy.

They’re pretty evenly matched in terms of height and speed but 9 times out of 10, Lestat will throw the match just because he likes to surrender to Louis (Louis always gets upset at this because he likes to earn his wins).

Louis gets Extra Horny if he and Lestat can carry an intellectual debate whilst dueling. He loves the dual stimulation and by the time they’re done you just KNOW he’s pinning Lestat against the wall and railing him within an inch of his life.

here's the thing. i fully understand that sometimes art is purposefully built to be taxing or amateur or difficult to engage with, and i can appreciate the intent behind those decisions, but at the same time sometimes it's just. it's just that you made a thing bad on purpose and now i don't want to keep looking at it.

Leaving the first part of the game and going into the Underdark/Mountain Pass feels like I've lost the training wheels. I don't know where to go. I don't know what to do. And I'm pretty sure everything wants to kill me.

I literally just wanted to talk to a lady but it turns out she's a kidnapper/baby trafficker and me having a problem with that meant I had to fight her?

Apparently Corvus Major can't do non-lethal damage... whoops.
