I watched "I am a noise" the documentary about Joan Baez. I was surprised to learn how troubled she has been all her life. It was interesting to hear about her life in her own words. Panic attacks and anxiety. And she was married to a man who didn't understand her problems. It hurt my soul to hear this but I think it's the case in many people's lives. Who understands anxiety? I have a lot of it but don't get it at all. How can others understand it who never experienced it?
