Now, this man is touched starved, and he hasn't really noticed it (or if he did, he didn't really care)

Now, when you come along and start touching him (patting him on the shoulder, grabbing his hand, hugging him, trying to pet his ears and fur), but ones you guys are together, oh boy, that's when he starts actually caring.

At first, he was very, ehh... about it, but once you guys were together, oh boy, he looked FORWARD TO IT!

Now he's not the one to do all the sappy, clingy stuff back all the time, but he still does it on occasion!(rarely)

The most physical touch he would give back is hand holding and a hand around your should or waist, and ofc smooching ya.

If you're the one to cuddle a lot, you guys will only have to do that in private! If someone saw him being all vulnerable, he would never hear the end of it.

He will also most definitely let you hide behind him when you're scared. You may not realize it at first, but he spreads his wings a little bit wider to protect/hide you.

He would also allow you behind the bar along side with him! And if you're the kind to be quiet and don't want to socialize, he will make a spot for you behind the bar to where you can hide away, but still be with him.

If you two are ever alone inside one of your guy's rooms, and you pet/scratch behind his ears? He is over the MOON. Just don't say anything whenever you hear him start the purr ;)

I love the symbolism in this scene. Whilst both Husk and Angel are bound and trapped by their contracts, Angel has a more messy and enveloping commitment to Valentino with some flexibility all around (being able to stay at the hotel and so on) whereas Husk is more tightly bound and his bindings are concentrated showing how Alastor has made a cleaner deal, yet Husk cannot get out of being a bartender at the hotel.
