BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH MY BULLSHIT updated updated versions again bc im.. working on smth.. hehehe istg tmnt and madagascar got me hooked on 4-man squad team who happen to be siblings/a family dynamics. anyways two versions bc i still love the black/raven haired siblings combo but i also love the idea of them just having different hair colors bc genetics always go wild. how many versions of these guys am i gonna draw i have like 2021 - 2022 - and now 2024.

Synemy Doodles

Some doodles I made inbetween chapter 15 and 22 because I wanted to get some of the scenes outta my head - as well as a concept for Cyns posession wings.

More context on the doodles down below the cut!

I figured since the Solvers wings were the yellow ones Uzi now has (at least one wing), Cyn wouldn't have the same yellow wings and instead has her "own". A black-ish color that was a bit blue-greenish in light would suit her general color scheme so I painted a concept for them!

The wings thumb & primary finger claws are barbed, perfect to use them for piercing skin (or... whatever it lands on) and ripping things apart. Since in the posession chapter she tries to rip off Uzis wings I figured she'd have claws capable of doing so.

Also, since Cyn in the Synemy story doesn't have a Solver of her own, she doesn't have regeneration powers and Uzi is too careful to activate them on her, fearing the Absolute Solver might try to take over again. So the holes the wings sprouted out from don't close off, but instead developed a barrier to hinder the wounds from being infected. This barrier will be destroyed if the wings spourt out again.

Noone can tell me that sporting biological wings from your inside won't leave marks.

Also a small doodle of Uzi comforting Cyn after the posession arc and Uzi & Cyn as humans (I've posted this before seperately, but included it on the canvas too).

The small doodle below is of Cyn before she was disassembled (or, well... not disassembled, but shut down) together with Dina, a flashback memory now visualized!

They are quintuplets! Despite that, since Rin was born first and Haym last, they both claim the titles of "eldest" and "youngest" respectively despite being born around the same time as their other brothers

They're Korean- I don't think I need to give an explanation on why I headcanon that 😭

Rin has albinism and Haym has heterochromia (though it isn't really seen here-)

Idk if it's that noticeable but they all have moles lmao

They were drafted into the military at 18 and were taken in by Neon J after they had served their time since they found it hard to stay home fresh out of the navy, especially with expectations to act the same as they did before they left. Found family ensues and maybe actual adoption down the line

Got into the music industry with Neon J as their manager. Turned their shared experiences in the navy into a big part of their image (a very normal and healthy thing to do) and are doing really well for themselves.

Pretty, and dim compared to it's previous rage; quivering to break at the smallest gust of wind, were hands not bound to encasing it's heart. Hands that Vox replaces with his own, that cup rather than enclose, admire rather than hide, and love instead of fear.

And Valentino is in awe. That such a merciless, cruel bigot like Vox would both show his own red, beating heart to him like this, and tend so gently to Valentino's own in the same breath. In the same kiss. In the same deep, helpless look in his eye that turns Val's world and his insides upside down.

They've gone from heated to slow, from mindless to curious, from nothing to everything. —And Valentino can't quite bring himself to lament any of it.

OK it seems i'm very deep into it now (i was consuming f1 lore all day for it), but here we are

turbo after he crashed ^^

in this au he and his siblings are the formula 1 racers, but turbo is the most famous because of his several champion titles. at some point one of the twins got tired of him being an asshole about it (and also generally being an antisocial jerk) and switched teams to participate in championship against turbo. as you may think, turbo didn't like it one bit, and after the biggest fight in their lives turbo made his goal to beat his brother as much humiliating as possible

the belgian grand prix was goind during the rain, and turbo (who was hardly sleeping and eating for the last weeks bc of his stupid competitiveness) thought that using soft tires was a good idea (for who doesn't know, it wasn't). seeing his brother slowly getting higher in the list made turbo completely lose his shit, and he used a pit stop and made his technician (it was felix!!) change the tires. it helped him to get his first position back, but then he went from the track and crashed

after this turbo couldn't continue the championship for months, the recovery was slow, and some things seemed to stick to him forever. turbo damaged his brain during the crash and in the end he got chronic headaches and tics (like king candy's chuckles)

but also after the crash turbo and felix became friends (felix visited him in the hospital because he blamed himself for following the order and putting the slippery tires on, but turbo took the blame for himself!! holy cow apparentely the near-deadly experience can change a person even if it's turbo) and even something more eheheehehe

so yeah basically an au about turbo's physical recovery and a redemption arc because i love see him struggle >:)

Concept designs for Penguins and uhh tmnt crossover au moment

so uhh yeah i just did that. took me a while to get this done cuz i had some relatives over for the new years. btw HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!! my goal for this year is to hopefully make fuller art pieces at least once a month (and finally get a job 😭)

anywayssss, heres the penguins!! who i still think abt everyday. ive decided these guys show up in literally any universe i want them to show up bc crossovers are always so fun. plus, not only does tmnt and the madagascar franchise have a lot of focus on new york but the penguins also completely mastered martial arts and the art of kicking people's asses on the daily so it honestly works. i think my turtles would enjoy their (chaotic) company even if it means watching them attempt to run over or dropkick an old lady.

and let's not forget, theyre both nickelodeon legends

i also adjusted my leo and raph designs cuz i felt they could look better. and look! theres the teen versions of raph and leo too. they really hit those growth spurts when they reached adulthood.. smth smth bayverse heights.

*Lil tidbit the noogie drawing.. I like to think Leo's the ONLY one who can noogie Raph bc he lets him. Raph acts like he hates it, and he does get slightly annoyed, but he likes it cuz Leo's brave enough to reach out and do that to him and it shows that he cares. Donnie and Mikey on the other hand aren't safe from both Raph and Leo though.
