Methinks its time to move back home actually

#i talked to my aunt about it and honestly like. i might as well #im broke im in a bunch of debt i have no access to medical insurance so i cant get therapy im alone depressed and my bills are always late #and ive been stuck in my apartment for months bc of this ridiculous registration shit for my car #so as much as i dont want to sell my car OR move im. thinking about it now #like at least id have the house almost to myself since my sibling moved out #and i could make the upstairs my own pretty much. plus ive been meaning to jelp renovate up there so #why not #plus i can save for tattoo stuff properly #i just feel like im giving up i was trying to prove i could care for myself and #I feel like ive proven km incapable pf being an adult bc of this it sucks #but at least my ma and my aunt are willing to help me as i figure shit out. im lucky to have them #mag.txt

oh fuck I got class swap fabian I think. I kiiinda know what I want him to look like now

#not art #for the record he's a rogue. and he has avoidance problem which I think is pretty much canon lmao he just does it with more flourish #bill and hallariel have not actually seen his face for like years at the point of freshman year despite living in the same house #they communicate through leaving notes around for each others (bill and hallariel vs fabian specifically. bill and hallariel still talk lma #and bill kinda walks around talking out loud so fabian can hear. he and hallariel leave the registrations out on the kitchen counter #for fabian to pick up before freshman year. to be fair to bill he does tick rogue courses for fabian rather than fighter #and also leave him a flintlock pistol along with that #to undo that he comes to jail to yell at fabian when the bad kids get caught. specifically because he wants to rile fabian up #but also a bit because he's mad the first time fabian doesn't escape is from literal jail #(fabian Can break out but he doesn't bc he wouldn't be able to bring his friends with) (I also don't approve this but kid's like 16)#anyways to come back to design I just realized while walking outside today I would love to give fabian cloaks n ponchos #cones. a lot of flowy fabrics. journey style kind of #gotta figure out what a high schooler would actually wear with that general silhouette lol. but thats the direction #and sometimes that really is the most important part. once u got the direction u can start experimenting #exciting! I look forward to messing around with this

i have been going through an unfathomably (for me! from in my shoes!) difficult time in my personal life - worse than what i’ve mentioned in passing on these sites before - so please forgive me if i’m a little bit inconsistent with posting things i owe, but even more so with keeping up with messages.

i’m sort of leaning on this account and this character for support, so this isn’t an announcement of inactivity - more so of gravitating toward what engages me most at any given moment. once things calm down, my attention will even out.

thanks to everyone for being here. really. i’m glad anyone at all has interest because i know how niche and how dark this whole thing is, but you’ve all been wonderful. it’s so nice to feel this again.

#out.#won’t go into much detail but my family - mother and brother - and i were pulled over by bored cops last week #just for being out late at night. sober. playing pokemon #and have since had all of our registrations suspended; as well as my mom’s license #for a mixup by the dmv!#we won’t have a legally drivable vehicle until june. and my mom’s mom is #very unwell - requires visiting at a moment’s notice #my license is fine but my registration is not so we are all trapped #and that’s just the CAR drama #this might qualify as ‘much detail’ but i wanted to make it very clear we are Boring and did nothing to warrant this #i can’t even leave my family’s house to get to my apartment 😔#police tomorrow. court next week. and this on top of absurd work deadlines #and illness

I saw this house for sale near where I live sometime in summer or autumn last year but 'lost' the listing before I could show y'all the pic. today has instilled a new zest for life in me. oh god things could be so so much worse!

#was hanging out w friends yesterday and my one friend got pulled over going through a toll booth near my house #turns out his registration was expired and he didnt know and they towed him car #he had the cops take him to my house bc the dmv doesnt take walk ins. stayed over. we took him to the dmv in the morning #2 hours in there to fix the registration + another 2 to get his parents to transfer him money for it #go to the towing place and they cant release his car bc theyre a private company that works for the state #(he was pulled over on the parkway so it was a state trooper)#and they need a release form from the state police who are located at an unmarked building off the side of the parkway #like its not on the map #we go. finally get an officer to come out. officer comes out. says he cant give him the form bc his license is suspended #because he got a ticket 1 year ago and had a court date but he had just moved and the courts had his old address #so he never received his summons and the court just assumed he was ditching them #PLUS. once the state trooper found the actual ticket my friend remembered that he had gotten pulled over bc his phone #was in his hand but he was using it as a GPS bc he was new to the area. and the cop wrote up a ticket but never gave him one #so he didnt even know he had been written up #so now his car is stuck in south jersey. he has to take the train up to north jersey. beg the brooklyn courts to let him appear online #and then somehow get back down here and get the paperwork to get his car. meanwhile its also $250 every day the tow people have the car #i just cant believe how this didnt all happen at once. how it was quite literally one thing after the next in a straight line of disaster

#i just saw this video about amazon having this pay with your palm technology #guys why would you give away your biometric data for convenience?!?!#we're really at this point where we will sell our privacy to save 30 seconds #and i know people have been saying this for forever #but what happens when that becomes the only way to pay?#like we are getting so close to what they describe in revelations it's scary #and yeah i get that people said that about barcodes and credit cards #but having your payment method be your literal hand?#that's too close for comfort #and it's literally not smart to give these companies that info #if they have a data breach who knows what a hacker can do with that?#i know this is a crazy scenario but what if a hacker gets ahold of your fingerprints and currupts the digital record for a crime?#on top of that you only need your fingerprints registered with the police for a few reasons like if you are a criminal or work with kids #you have the right to not have the government have your info without reason #but what happens when the government demands that Amazon (or Apple or any other company pulling this crap) give over their records?#now they have that whether you are a criminal or gave your permission or not #that would be a violation of your 4th amendment rights: to be secure in your person houses papers and effects against unreasonable seizures #don't think the government would do that? police in my area will absolutely violate that right by running plates #to see if you have an expired registration even if you weren't doing anything that required they run your plates #so yeah i fully believe the government would violate the 4th amendment #and what's more... i don't even think that they would have to demand the info i think amazon or apple would offer to sell that info to them #ok sorry for the rant #this world is just getting scary y'all
