Hi everyone!!
I really wanted to something fun this month, and something fun was trying to make one of the Animal Sweets we posted the recipe for a while back! Do you remember the Hamster Pumpkin Pudding? Well, we gave it a go! Me and Himari worked together on this one!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We didn't exactly find one of a large size, but I think the recipe conversion to this pumpkin's size still worked out! Does he look okay? I want to know how you think we did!
Enjoy our hamster pumpkin pudding!~

I never went camping before and definitely never ate smores before. Must taste amazing though. I saw a recipe for smores cookies and I’m like haha alright I’m gonna try 🍪 🍫 🍬
Honestly the marshmallows I got was pretty unpredictable while baking. I’m just glad they didn’t explode! They tasted pretty good and I also couldn’t help snacking on some marshies while preparing the batter.

Milk Roll
ecipe for milk rolls:
Ingredients:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
In a separate bowl, mix together the warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until the dough comes together.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Cover the rolls with a damp towel and let them rise again for about 20-30 minutes.
Brush the tops of the rolls with milk and bake them for about 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
Enjoy your freshly baked milk rolls

Bone Marrow
Bone Marrow is cream de la cream natural butter pairing with grilled sour dough, seasoning with some sea salt and black paper, put into oven 20-min of 200C with fan, and serve immediately. Why should we go to high-end steak house to enjoy this greatest and simplest appetizer?

One of my very favorite things about Christmas is our home baked Christmas Cake my mother in law makes annually. Crammed full of fruity nutty goodness. This annual tradition is much anticipated every Christmas. 🧑‍🎄⛄🎄🎅🤶🦌🧑‍🎄⛄🎄🎅🤶🦌 Made lovingly at end October and diligently fed Klipdrift Brandy over time. This truly is her labour of love. Perhaps I am biased but I don't think so when I say... Angeli makes the Best Christmas Cake by far. 🧑‍🎄⛄🎄🎅🤶🦌🧑‍🎄⛄🎄🎅🤶🦌 - - - #Christmas2022 #christmasfood #christmasdecorations #christmas #christmaslunch #christmascake #foodart #homebake #homebaked #christmasfruitcake #cakeideas #cakesofinstagramn#cakestagram #christmasfruit#cakeoftheday #caked #cakesofig #cakes #fruitcakes #fruitmix #brandycake #klipdrift #brandycake #brandy (at Durban, KwaZulu-Natal) https://www.instagram.com/p/CmRnayXqYba/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

anduin was 17 when varian died, 17 when he went to the broken shore and found shalamayne. he was 17 when he started throwing away who he was and trying to become varian because that's who he thought the world needed.
now he's 25, only just realizing he's become who he was so terrified of becoming for his tween/teen life like oh my god... 8 years of frontal lobe development were dedicated to trying to be someone else. do you get it does anyone hear me

Apple Crisp Cheesecake Bread Ingredients: Crisp Topping: 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats 1/3 cup light brown sugar 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture: 3 tablespoons light brown sugar 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Apple Mixture: 2 medium apples (e.g., Granny Smith or Gala), peeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Bread: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs, room temperature 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk Cheesecake Filling: 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg Glaze: 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons milk or cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: Prepare the Pan and Oven: Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking spray, line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), placing the rack in the lower third of the oven. Make the Crisp Topping: In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add melted butter and combine with a fork until the mixture is evenly moistened. Refrigerate until ready to use. Prepare Cinnamon-Sugar and Apples: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon-sugar mixture; set aside. Toss diced apples with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside. Prepare the Bread Batter: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until combined. Gradually pour in milk, mixing until smooth. Scrape down the bowl with a spatula. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add the egg and mix just until combined. Assemble the Bread: Spread half of the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Scatter half of the apple mixture over the batter and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the apples, spreading gently without reaching the edges. Top with the remaining bread batter, smoothing the surface. Scatter remaining apples over the top and sprinkle with the crisp topping. Bake: Bake for 55-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If needed, tent with foil after 30-40 minutes to prevent over-browning. Cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes, then use parchment paper to lift the bread onto a cooling rack. Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk (or cream), and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread. Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 60 minutes | Total Time: 80 minutes Calories: 380 kcal | Servings: 8 servings The Apple Crisp Cheesecake Bread combines the best of autumn’s flavors in one delicious loaf. Tender chunks of cinnamon-spiced apples are layered with a creamy cheesecake filling, creating a moist, rich center. A crunchy oat and cinnamon topping adds the perfect contrast in texture, with just the right amount of buttery crispness to make every bite satisfying. Ideal for cozy fall mornings or a sweet treat after dinner, this bread is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. With layers of flavor and texture, it’s a beautiful representation of autumn’s bounty and is as visually appealing as it is delicious. Serve it warm with a drizzle of vanilla glaze for an extra touch of indulgence!

Melty chocolate filling!
Ichika did as she said she would and used the leftover dough for more cookies, this time with a melty chocolate filling! It looks so delicious to see the chocolate seep out from the middle of the cookie and onto the plate a little. They taste best when cooled enough to handle but warm enough for the chocolate to still be melted!
Tumblr media
The plate of the extra cookies that Ichika made just here, you can see they're kinda more lumpy than the previous batch due to the filling - still have white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chunks though.
Tumblr media
And the delicious melty chocolate center in the middle. So tasty, I'm getting fired up! I'm gonna have to have us make more of these in the future, they disappear dangerously fast.

Thanks to the Youtube algorithm from all my food recipes history, I learnt about kurabiye cookies! 🌰 🍪 🌙
I tried my hand at making them but obviously I don’t own any powdered sugar. I don’t usually make my baked goods very sweet. But I kinda wish I did!

charles on his deathbed: carlos....... i have to tell you something.......... you can't be mad because i'm dying ok...............
me three weeks ago when I ate a bad edible and I thought I was having a heart attack and found my father and I thought I was dying and in between begging him to take my blood pressure and trying not to throw up I was like. I love you lots. if something bad happens to me please don't think badly of me. because I did something bad
and then I had absolutely nothing bc it was just a shitty edible and after a few days my dad asked what exactly I have done that was so bad. and I unfortunately had to explain. and now I have to live with it
anyway. I think this should be Charles thinking he's dying confessing about the parentfucking. and then he doesn't die
