I really don't know enough about politics to make this point with any real meaning but. it's just incredibly disheartening to see people, especially from other countries, like "the answer is to VOTE!" which I mean. yes of course. but also, we did that. in 2016, remember. we voted hillary and won the popular vote. but we got trump anyway. which sure was a different landscape at the time but. it's just a reminder that a lot of times voting isn't enough. our system is fucked from the very core and yes in the long term voting should fix things and yes we need to stay hopeful and vigilant and not get discouraged but. give us a second to feel like shit first. because things are extremely shitty.

Best guesses..

#1. Harris

Only slightly less popular than anal warts, she would result in an instantaneous uptick in Democratic poll numbers. But so wouldn't a dead gerbil. Known for her inability to speak coherently, Harris carries the taint of the Biden disaster as well as the years she spent as official cheerleader of social unrest.

Vice Presidents have a notoriously bad record for following their Presidents into office. Even Biden skipped an election! People usually want change, and in 2024 most hunger for it, while Harris is "More of the same."

#2. Gavin Newsom

Not anyone I would ever vote for, California is a wasteland, but he would be my first guess for Biden's replacement AFTER Harris.

He's a white heterosexual male, unfortunately for him. Maybe if they could talk him into breast implants and a dress he might overtake Harris.

#3. Hillary

Hillary is not a favorite of the D.C. establishment. That's a big plus in her favor. But, her own base hates her, the left was more vocal than the right in their attacks, back in 2016, and she's not all warm & fuzzy the way Bill could be. In short; she's not a good candidate. Too many "Negatives."

#4. Nobody

They're the self imposed elite, dammit! They call the shots, they make the plans, they tell the rest of us what to think & do and they said the next President is going to be Biden! If anything, they want him even more now that he's clearly on his last leg, because about the only way they're going to make their Harris President is if she inherits it.

You don’t need me to tell you how many ways the subsequent four years fulfilled the dark expectations of heartbroken Americans. Eight years later, we have learned a terrible lot about the ability of a felonious malignant narcissist, conman and demagogue to create a cult comprised of tens of millions. We have discovered that—even in America, where democracy and freedom depends on citizens’ capacity for self-governance—a significant portion of the electorate has disengaged from factual reality and accepted whatever their cult leader says. And, as if those facts are not tragic enough, we have witnessed one of the two major political parties and its unprincipled elected members forsake their commitment over and over to the Constitution, to democracy and to the truth itself in their desire to get and keep power. We can see the reality of this played out on a daily basis as they stick by Trump, making excuses for this dangerously unserious man’s appalling behavior.

I was among the many in America and around the world who clinked glasses of champagne and watched cheering crowds dancing in the street when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were the projected winners on Nov. 7, 2020. We had reason to believe that Biden’s inauguration and Trump’s eviction from our White House would mean that we could begin to put this terrible man behind us. But that belief was short-lived: The Trump-incited attack by insurrectionists on Jan. 6, 2021 was the culmination of long, fraught weeks of denial and lies by a White House occupant determined to deny the people’s will. Until I saw the disgraced, twice-impeached Donald Trump and his wife exit the White House, walk toward Marine One and eventually exit a plane in Florida on Jan. 20, I remained uncertain that this dark chapter would really end.

And while Donald Trump spent this weekend vulgarly talking about Arnold Palmer’s “manhood” in the late golfer’s beloved hometown of Latrobe, PA, and frying french fries at a McDonald’s to falsely claim the vice president didn’t work at the fast-food giant as a teenager, Kamala Harris went to church in Georgia to shore up the Black vote and reassert the stark differences between her and her opponent. Yesterday, on her 60th birthday, Harris asked Sunday congregants whether they want to live in a country of “chaos, fear and hate” or a “country of freedom, compassion and justice.” She reminded them that they have the power to answer this question: “So let us answer not just through our words, but through our actions and with our votes.” If you’re measuring the election outcome by the current polling, you may count yourself among the worried Democrats. But I am increasingly convinced that the results will not be as close as many observers are expecting. The carnage-loving Trump may resonate with his cult followers, but that will never comprise a majority; the forward-looking Harris continues to have the ability to expand her voting population. Yes, as I wrote on Nov. 9, 2016, I am an optimist. And I still believe that most Americans yearn for a positive future characterized by humanity and decency, not one defined by grievance, degradation and hate. With overwhelming turnout, we can prove that in just a matter of weeks.

Senator Hillary Clinton campaigned against Senator Barack Obama for the DNC nomination & Hillary demanded that Obama produce his birth certificate (Obama refused). When DJT requested he produce the birth certificate, Michelle labeled him a dangerous "birther."

Michelle Obama introduced the newly elected Senator from Illinois, Barack Obama, as "...my baby's daddy." When a talking head repeated Michelle's own words, she was labeled "racist."

Michelle Obama was disbarred from practicing law in the state of Illinois and yet was offered a 6 figure HR job at The University of Chicago Hospitals in a field (health care) for which she had previously ZERO experience. #escalators

Despite Biden & Kamala currently running the executive branch, Michelle and Barack Obama want HOPE to make a comeback. What does that even mean when your own party is robbing our country and its citizens of hope!?

The Obama's no longer reside in Chicago. They blew into the Windy City, nicely tanned from vacations on their private, prestine beaches at one of their many US oceanside mansions: Martha's Vineyard, California or Hawaii.

After all these years, their anger and bitterness towards any and everyone who chooses to ignore and oppose their wishes & commands remains palpable.

They cannot understand why Americans insist on thinking for ourselves. When Hillary was defeated, Michelle scolded female non-Hillary voters with this elitist message: "...you're the kind of woman that doesn't like the sound of your own voice."

They have amassed multiple millions of dollars, much of it laundered through book deals and Netflix, but they are not about to share that wealth. Instead, they prefer to purchase land and other big ticket luxury items, while citizens in Democrat run cities (Chicago, San Francisco, LA, Lansing, D.C., Baltimore, Minnesota, NYC, etc) are robbed and burned out of their neighborhoods.

Several news outlets preferred to advertise a salt and pepper looking Barack as opposed to the 2024 fully gray haired former POTUS. Why?

In 1988 Oprah told Donald Trump that his opinions sounded "Presidential" and asked if he’d ever run. He said, "Probably not" but that he’d likely win if he did because "Americans [were] tired of getting ripped off."

The Obama's lying bff NOprah had to join the party for the sake of "decency." Oprah who pimped out girls to Harvey Weinstein and covered up the Hollyweird casting coach culture is now advocating for a return to DNC level of "decency."
